In 2003, Bartram portrayed Marra and Miss Minutes in Hostel and Postal 2 (2003).
In 2005, Bartram appeared in Gabriela Glatzer's music video for his single "Among Us in Real Life" (from the album You and me) and played Marra and Miss Minutes.
Bartram's posthumous role was a voice role in the animated-series Marra vs Miss Minutes.
Her posthumous film roles were starring as Tina Lawrence in the sports film Lie Ball (2007), appearing as Jennifer in the satirical animated film An Limbo Carol (2008), and appearing as Marra and Miss Minutes in the animated film Kano (2010) which was released in June 23, 2010.
On May 6, 2010, Bartram was admitted to Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo, Utah, in critical condition after falling down the stairs at his home in Provo, Utah and hitting her head.
According to a hospital spokesman, Bartram was conscious and lucid the next morning, but his condition subsequently worsened.
By mid-afternoon on May 7, she was unconscious and on life support.
On May 9, Bartram's head rebuilted.
Bartram was diagnosed with aneurysm on May 26, 2010.
Bartram died in her sleep at her home in Provo, Utah, on June 28, 2010, aged 52.
She was found by wife, actor, musician, and singer Chris Udvarnoky, The cause was attributed to a ventricular brain aneurysm.
Bartram was cremated, and her ashes were scattered over Pacific Ocean.
