Sarah, Cass, and Jessica laughed after Sarah told them a story about when she and Sam were younger, and their dad took him out on the boat for the whole day. "He was so ashen, and he couldn't walk right. He was tripping and stumbling all over the place."

"I remember my first time on my parent's boat. My dad was showing me how to pull the fish up, and one flopped right in front of me, and I let out a blood-curdling scream. My mom came running to see what was wrong only to burst into laughter when she realized what was wrong while my dad was on the deck just laughing at me." Jessica said. Sarah and Cass started to laugh as they pictured a younger her screaming as she stared at a fish flopping around on the boat's deck. Suddenly the door opened, and she watched as another boy came through the door.

"Hey, mom, I'm sorry that I'm late. Alan wanted to show me something." He called out.

"Hey, AJ. Meet Jessica. She's here to help us fix up the boat." Sarah called out. Jessica turned to watch as the boy walked over. He hesitated for a second before he walked over to her, his hand held out.

"Ah. A gentleman I see," Jessica said as she took his hand "how do you do, AJ?" she asked.

"Fine. And how are you?" he asked as they let go.

"I'm terrific. I told your mother and brother some stories about when I was growing up on my parent's boat."

"You're family had a boat too?"

"Yes. Still have it. We don't use it to catch fish anymore, but I like to take it out from time to time to reminisce. It's nice to go out onto the water and relax." She said with a smile on her face.

"So you're going to help us?"

"Like I told your mother and brother, I'm going to try and help. It would be nice to get the boat up and running so that you and your brother can go out on it just once before you sell it."

"And how will we get the money to buy the parts?"

"Well, the other Avengers are willing to help pay for it. Steve told them what was going on, and they wanted to help. Of course, none of them know a thing about boats, so Tony Stark asked me to come and make a list of parts that need bought and give him a rough idea of how much it will cost." AJ seemed to think it over in his head before he nodded.

"Speaking of looking for parts. We need to check the prices for the parts so that we can send the list to Tony." Sarah said before pushing away from the table.

Over the next several hours, Sarah and Jessica looked up various places online to see if they could find the parts that were needed to repair the boat. It was very late at night, and the boys had already turned in for bed by the time they were done. "Alright, I sent Tony the list of parts, and he's going to let all of the other Avengers know how much everything's going to cost." Jessica said as she slowly got up from the desk and stretched. "I've got to get going. I booked a room at the nearby motel." She said as she grabbed her stuff from off of the table.

"Oh. Well. Thanks for your help. If you want and have time before you leave, you're always welcome to come around to get some breakfast. Just give me a call, and I'll let you know if I'm home or not."

"Are you sure? I don't mind doing it once, but I don't want to take advantage of you guys or anything."

"I'm very sure. The boys and I loved having you over. Maybe we can share more stories about growing up on boats next time. I know I have many more stories about things that happened to Sam when we were growing up. Like when he got tangled up in the fishing net so badly because he was showing off for a girl that our dad had no choice but to cut the net apart. It took Sam weeks to be able to save up the money to buy a new one."

"Okay, that one I do have to hear. I'll have to let you know later, but I might take you up on that offer." Jessica said before she walked out the door and to her car.
