I do not own these characters or the show.

This is gonna be set about the time of the party/reception for Jack and Lisa's wedding celebration with the family. Obviously based soley on JISA. I have added my own events slightly. Anyway I hope you enjoy Jack and Lisa Forever

Lisa knew that Jack didn't want to throw a party as they called it. He knew it was a reception but to his dismay he gave in anyway. One look at how happy his wife was when Lou brought it up was his undoing. He loved this woman and knew that whatever happened, he had to keep that smile plastered on her face. He agreed to have the party.

Lisa was busy planning with Lou ironing out all the details as Jack came through the door looking a little stressed. He had tried to break the news to Val that he and Lisa got married but she had just jumped right in and said her cancer was back. Instead of telling her he invited her to the party. This worked in the ladies favour because they had too many guests invited so it worked perfectly as Lisa explained more people to talk to and won't have to tell Val all night. He wasn't happy but agreed anyway.

As the party started Lisa and jack waited and listened to Georgies speech and gift. What a beautiful gift to give especially when she travels so much for her work. To be able to look up into the night sky and find that star that was brought and named for her and Jack. That was really special to both of them.

Tim spoke as the self-appointed best man. He turned to everyone explaining the history he has with Jack. Lyndy and Marrion would want him to marry Lisa. Helping the girls all celebrate and welcoming Lisa to the family. Lisa had tears in her eyes. She was so touched by everything Tim had said. Jack stood up pulling Lisa with him and leaned down to kiss this beautiful woman he can now officially call his wife.

Leading Lisa to the dance floor Jack knew that this was right. Holding her in this way, with all his family and friends there to support him. Giving their blessings. He was happy, she was happy, and he couldn't ask for more. As the party slowed, everyone started to leave. It was time for him and his wife to head inside and get ready for bed. Another long day ahead of them tomorrow so they thought. They needed to take the lights down, the tent, the chairs and tables and just clean up.

However, waking up to laughter in the kitchen. Both Jack and Lisa got ready for the day and headed out to see what was happening. Hand in hand they reached the table to find Amy, Ty, Lou, Georgie and Katie already gathered around with waffles, bacon and maple syrup as a surprise breakfast for the 2. Sitting down and enjoying the banter of being with their smile. "One more gift grandpa and Lisa" Lou chimes in handing them both an envelope. Lisa looks around and hesitates before opening her envelope to find a letter. Opening it, the letter read

'Dear Lisa'

We all love you. Congratulations on your wedding (although it was months ago) We are so very happy to have you in our lives and in this family. We wanted you to know that even before the wedding you were always family to us. Grandpa/Jack has always loved you from the time you first started seeing each other. We haven't seen him this happy before and we owe all our thanks to you. We trust that you'll treat him well.

We love you

Lou, Amy, Ty, Georgie and Katie

After reading the letter, Lisa looks up at Jack with tears in her eyes. He smiles at her. She glances around the room and notices that everyone's holding their breath. "Oh, you guys" she says as she goes around hugging and kissing each of them. Taking her seat again she reaches for Jacks hand and squeezes it.

Jack still holding on to the envelope he was given. Opens it and looks at everyone with a stern look. "look Grandpa, we know you don't do travelling but this time is different. You're going with your wife" Amy says "It's a sort of honeymoon if you will" Lisa looks at everyone in shock and turns her attention back to the plane tickets he's now showing her. They are headed to France again but this time with his wife and he couldn't be happier.
