Disclaimer:

I sadly do not own the PJO characters.

"Pl-please stand up," I told everybody.

Will solace laughed, "You don't like that, do you."

"N-no," I stammered, "It makes me feel special."

"Well, you two are the first ever daughters of Hera, so you kind of are special," Will exclaimed.

"B-but I-I don't want to be treated differently just because I'm the daughter of a specific Immortal."

"Well, you better get used to it, that's kinda how things work around here," some kid said who was sitting at the table behind where I was standing.

"For someone raised by Hera, you are very kind," said Percy.

"And what the hay is that supposed to mean," I said angrily.

"Um, Trish?" asked Leo.

"Yeah!" I yelled, turning around.

"Um, your eyes are on fire," He said while pointing to my eyes, "and it's not like normal fire, its yellow."

Someone handed me a mirror, I'm guessing it was an Aphrodite kid. I looked at myself, my eyes really were on fire. "Oh, yeah, that happened when she was angry at Zeus too," exclaimed Percy.

"And you didn't tell me?" I asked with a calmer tone, I looked back into the mirror, and my eyes were back to normal.

"I thought you already knew," said Percy shrugging his shoulders.

"Hey, what's with the "Immortal" thing," said someone, who, to be honest, sounded kind of mad. I looked behind me to see Clarisse staring straight at me.

"I-I"

"Oh, come on girly spit it out, and don't think I forgot what happened earlier," she said pointing her finger in my face.

"Oh, come on Clarisse, cut it out, she's new," Percy interrupted.

She just ignored him and turned back to me, "It's fine Percy," I said standing straight up, "Hi, I'm Trish Sutton, nice to meet you."

She just stared at me blankly, obviously not expecting what I had just said. "I, um, I'm Clarisse La Rue," she said.

"I know, I read the books." I responded, "and to answer your question, I say Immortals because I'm Christian, I believe that there is only one God." She looked at me then laughed.

"That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!" Now laughing her head off, she turned to everyone else and yelled, "did you hear this everybody, she's Christian!" Which got everyone laughing. Unlike most people in my situation, I shrugged it off and started eating my BBQ sandwiches, they weren't going to stay warm forever.

Wiping a tear from her eye, Clarisse turned to me and said, "Now how is that possible, you've met the gods and you're still Christian."

"Well, yes actually. How do you know there actually are gods, they could just be calling themselves gods. Now, have you ever thought about that? There could have been some immortal beings that had unworldly powers that wanted power over the regular mortals, so they went against God and started calling themselves gods. We weren't there, so we don't know, but that's my theory." Everyone yet again laughed at me.

"Girly, let me just get one thing straight," said Clarisse, "Your "God" isn't real."

"Well let me tell you something," I said, and since Clarisse was taller than me, I lifted myself up so I was face to face with her. "I am very serious about my religion, and I do NOT take it lightly when people say stuff like that. Just because a few hundred people disagree with me, does NOT and will NOT make me change my mind." After I was done, I lightly lowered myself to the ground, and this time I spoke a little more softly. "Now let's try this again. My name is Trish Sutton, I am Christian, and Clarisse La Rue, you may not like me, but I have always looked up to you as a role model, even when I didn't think you were real. You were strong, brave and didn't care what people thought about you, so it is an honor to meet you."

She chuckled at this, "You know what, I think I like you." Then turned around and walked away.

"Jeez, I thought she was going to pummel you," Leo said.

"Leo!" Yelled Annabeth.

"What?" He responded with his hands in the surrender position. I just laughed and walked away, heading towards Chiron.

"Hey, uh, Chiron?"

"Yes child?" he responded.

"I, uh, was wondering if I could sit with Jamie at his table, since there isn't a Hera table, and Jamie is the only one I've known for more than a day."

"Hmm, I suppose for now, until we find you somewhere else to sit,"

"Thank you," Chiron just smiled and galloped away, as I headed to where Jamie was sitting. My sandwiches were surely cold by now, but I would still like to enjoy my first meal here at Camp Half Blood.

"Hey, I'm glad you're okay," I said as I stood behind him.

He slowly turned around, and when he noticed that it was me, a smile grew on his face. "Well, thank you for saving me," he said, a girl beside him giggled, and he gave her the death stare. Well not really the death stare, that's more Nico's thing. "Here, sit," he offered as he scooted over, the table was already full, but somehow they managed to get enough of a gap for me to scoot in.

"Let me introduce us," Jamie said, "We are the Hermes kids."

"Yeah I kinda guessed that." He just looked at me confused. "Oh, come on, its you we're talking about here," I said, taking a bite out of, yeah I guessed it, an unfortunately cold sandwich, "Oh and them," I then pointed at the one and only Stoll brothers.

"Wait, us," they both said pointing at one another.

Thanks for reading! Also I forgot to mention this at the end of my last chapter, that recipe for the BBQ sandwiches is an actual recipe that I made, so feel free to try it (It's REALLY good).
