"Where are we?" I asked.

"What do you mean? We're at camp," Damian said confused.

Okay maybe it only dawned on me.

"Damian, we aren't at camp anymore. We are nowhere near camp."

"How do you know?"

"I just can. But we need to get out of here."

"Do you know where we are?" Damian asked.

"No." Suddenly I heard laughing, I couldn't tell if it was in my head or out loud. I knew that laugh.

"GET IT OVER WITH AND SHOW YOURSELF, NEMESIS!" I yelled into the darkness.

The laughing stopped. "I don't think I want you to have that satisfaction," she growled, and as quick as she had appeared, she was gone.

"AUUGH!" I yelled as I walked over and punched a tree. I'm pretty sure it hurt me more than the tree.

"Wait? What-," Damian stuttered, "what's going on?"

"Nemesis kidnapped us, idiot!" I yelled.

"Why?"

"Oh I don't know," I said sarcastically, "maybe because I went all commando on her when she tried to throw my baby sister off a cliff!"

"Oh. Well we should start walking," Damian suggested.

"To where? If you haven't noticed, but it is dark, we have no clue where we are, we could be in Switzerland for all I know!"

"I think you need a hug," Damian said.

"I don't need a hug! I need a map!"

Damian, being Damian, came over and hugged me anyway. When his arms wrapped around me, I completely melted. We stood there, still, for what seemed like hours, until Damian broke the silence.

"So are we going to talk about how I kissed you a few minutes ago?"

"No." I mumbled into his chest, I wondered where his armor went.

"Okay. Well what should we do?"

"We should probably get some rest, if we're going to get back to camp, wherever that might be, we need to sleep."

"But where are we going to sleep?"

"Well… we can't be on the ground, we'll be easy targets for hell hounds and other monsters. That leaves the trees." We both looked up.

"There's no way." Damian muttered.

"Where there's a Trish, there's a way," I smiled.

"Of course."

"Okay," I said, "we have two options, to lay on a bare branch and risk falling to our deaths, or… we can use my cloak as a hammock-,"

"I like the hammock idea," Damian cut me off.

"I wasn't done. If I take my cloak off, I will attract more monsters than the entire camp combined."

"Okay, I have a few things to add, one, can't you wrap the cloak around you while in the hammock, and two, how are we going to keep warm?"

"One, possibly, two, body heat."

"What do you mean 'body heat'?"

"Okay, think this through, I only have one cloak and there are two of us. Which means that we will both be huddled up in my cloak, so we will be keeping each other warm."

He looked at me confused, then it hit him like a brick (get it). "Oh, OHHH." He chuckled, "Is this your way of flirting?"

"Very funny, but no, it's the safest way. Now hurry up."

"Hurry up with what? You're the one who's going to get us up in the tree."

We searched the trees for any good spots, finally we found one that spit off into three big sections, a perfect place.

Once I had lifted both of us up there, I started to take off my cloak and hang it up.

"So we have the cloak, but how are we going to tie it to the tree?" Damian asked.

"You need to stop questioning me," I laughed. I willed two thin, but not too thin, tree branches over to us, I held out the cloak as both branches wrapped around the cloth tightly.

"Now how did you do that?" Damian asked in awe. I just laughed.

"Okay now get in." I watched as Damian kind of fell into the makeshift hammock. I steadied the hammock as I tried to get in. I gently scooted in next to Damian.

"Soo," Damian laughed.

"So what?"

"I don't know, I was just trying to break the ice."

"Did it work?"

"Not really," he laughed.

"Can we just sleep?"

"Well if you would turn yourself off, then maybe I could."

I dimmed myself and opened my eyes. "Better?"

"Better."

I began laughing.

"What?"

"We sound like the snickers commercials," I laughed.

"The what?"

"Did you never see that commercial?"

"No, I wasn't allowed to watch tv when I was younger."

I stopped laughing remembering when he freaked out the last time I brought up his past. I tilted my head up which was hard since we were squished in my cloak. I brushed his brown curly hair out of his face, revealing a small scar I'd never noticed before.

"Stop," he said as he reached up and brushed his hair back.

I could tell he was hurting so I wasn't going to push him, I just wrapped my arms around him as I began to fall asleep. I heard Damian mutter something but couldn't make out the words.
