When he pulled away, I was awestruck. I didn't know what to do, I just sat there on the floor staring at Damian, mouth open.

"Huh," Leo said as he walked over to us, "so I was right."

"I'm pretty sure we were all right, Leo," Calypso said as she kept her eyes on the books she'd been reading.

"Right about what?" Damian asked. I would have asked the same thing but I was still at a loss for words.

"Right about you two," Leo said plainly.

"H-how, what?" I sputtered.

"Yeah it was pretty obvious that you two had a thing for each other," Coral said as she sat on the one top bunk and swung her legs back and forth over the edge.

"Seriously Leo, even the seven year old knew, you were a bit late on getting that conclusion ," Calypso stated with a small laugh.

"Well if you would excuse me," I said, trying to change the subject, "I'm going to get back to training."

"Oh come on Trish, you've been training for hours, can't you take a break, I'm bored," Damian complained.

"Why don't you two go explore, me and Leo can watch Coral," Calypso said.

"But I need to do this," I explained.

"What are you doing anyway, it doesn't seem that hard but it's taking you hours." Leo said.

"Not that hard?" I repeated, annoyed.

"Come on Trish, let's go explore," Damian said as he dragged me out of the small room.

"Not that hard?" I repeated again.

"Not that hard!" I yelled, "I'll show him not that hard!" I turned around to go back to the room to give Leo a piece of my mind but Damian grabbed onto my cloak and spun me back around and placed his arm around my shoulder.

I just crossed my arms and gave out a little "humph," but let Damian guide me down the narrow halls.

"Where are we going?" I asked once I had cooled down.

"Well I found a brochure for the train earlier and they don't really have anything interesting, but I thought you could use a break."

"That doesn't answer my question."

"Will you just wait," he laughed. We kept walking until we got all the way to the back of the train where the caboose was.

"After you," Damian said as he opened the door at the end of the train car.

I rolled my eyes but walked through the door. It was a bit loud out there but it was nothing I couldn't fix, I just simply put up a barrier of thickened air and it muffled the sound.

"Are we even allowed back here?" I asked as Damian closed the door behind us. He shrugged his shoulders.

We both sat down on the metal deck and Damian looked at me. "You know, there's another reason why I brought you back here." He said.

"Why?" I asked.

"To tell you about my… childhood."

Thanks for reading! AN: so just to warn you guys but I may not be able to post Thursday through Sunday this weekend because I'm going somewhere where there isn't any WiFi. I'll try to find a way to post but don't be surprised if I don't post for a few days. Stay safe!
