Chapter 10
Elisa Maza was frustrated. They were running out of options to keep John Castaway in custody. They were unable to match the bullet to his gun and there was a lack of evidence other than Aimee herself all the other witnesses were Gargoyles.
His lawyer was trying to argue that Aimee herself had been brainwashed by Gargoyles and that they had been trying to save her from them.
Unfortunately they had to release him pending a court date.
She had relayed this all to Goliath and the others as well as Aimee's father. It wasn't good news but at least Aimee was safe for the time being. John Castaway's plan had failed therefore he wouldn't think of using her again.
Brooklyn was idling around the castle following sunset. Broadway and Lexington could tell something was up. He always flew over to the hospital to see Aimee and now that she was awake, what was he waiting for?
Broadway and Lexington cornered him outside the castle. "Why are you still here?" Broadway asked him.
"Yeah, isn't Aimee awake now?" Lexington added.
Brooklyn let out a breath and look of hurt crossed his features. "Yeah…but her dad's probably there, I don't think he likes me very much."
A deep voice startled the three of them as Goliath spoke. "He is probably just being protective of his daughter. I remember feeling the same way when Angela was injured by The Hunters."
"Also he doesn't know you yet." Broadway pointed out.
Brooklyn's gaze was skeptical. "I don't think he wants to get to know me." He scoffed.
"So you'll hide out here and Aimee will wonder why you're not visiting her. Sounds like a great plan." Lex quipped sarcastically.
The red Gargoyle bristled. "I was gonna go! I was just waiting…" he protested.
"Just go, man." Broadway said. "if you truly want to be with her, you'll have to make nice with her dad. You can't avoid him forever."
They were right, he knew and Aimee was waiting for him. "Right, I'll get going." He said.
He glided over to her window and peeked inside. She was alone but appeared to be resting. He snuck inside and her eyes popped open. "Brooklyn? You came!" she cried happily.
He was glad to see she definitely seemed sharper and more aware. He came to her bedside and she shifted trying to sit up. She pressed the button on the adjustable bed to move it into a reclining position. It took some navigating of cords but she managed to throw her arms around him in as tight a hug as she could muster.
"Brooklyn…" she sighed. "I was afraid my dad scared you away."
He pulled back and sat beside her. "He did kinda…but I realized I need to get to know him eventually right?" Brooklyn said with a wry grin.
She grinned back. "I'm sorry, he can be a little intimidating. Part of the whole businessman thing."
"Yeah, very true." Brooklyn agreed and took her hand. He cleared his throat and locked his gaze on hers. "Aimee…I am so sorry. It should've been me that was shot. So no wonder your dad didn't like me."
Her gaze softened and she put a hand on his cheek. "Oh Brooklyn…please don't blame yourself for this anymore. You didn't do anything wrong, it was the Quarrymen and when the court date arrives I will be testifying against John Castaway." She said, resolute with her words.
He let his eyes close and felt a tear slip past his eyelids. "I was so afraid…I thought you were going to die in my arms." He whispered brokenly.
She pulled him into her arms again and ran her hand through his long, white hair. "Brooklyn…I'm still here, you saved my life." She whispered back, her voice thick with emotion. "I'm sorry too...I couldn't let you kill him."
"No, you did the right thing. Killing him would've made things much, much worse." he gritted his teeth. "I was so blinded by my rage I wasn't thinking clearly, I'm sorry if I scared you." he said, feeling ashamed all over again.
"I was a little..." she admitted. "But it's okay, I know it's part of who you are. Lexington mentioned something about this is how you react while protecting your mate." she said.
He released her then, his expression fearful. "Oh no, Lex mentioned the 'mate' thing?" He groaned.
She laughed. "I understand, it's a Gargoyle thing. Humans have partners, lovers, and husbands and wives. Gargoyles have mates and it's okay if you see me that way." she affirmed.
He held her a bit tighter. There was more to it than that but she understood the basic idea, and for now that was enough. "I love you so much." He said into her hair.
She hugged back as tight as she could. "I love you too." She sniffed feeling emotional all over again, a few tears squeezed out falling on his shoulder.
He pulled back slightly and thumbed away her tears. "I'll never let you get hurt like that again." He vowed.
She nodded and pulled him in for a kiss. It was a desperate, fiery kiss as they clutched and pulled at each other. Brooklyn growled into her mouth, putting his hand in her hair to angle her lips against his. A needy moan escaped her lips as she wound her arm around his neck and kept one latched to his bicep.
He kissed her deeply, moaning slightly as she sucked his bottom lip. "Ahh, I missed you so much." He gasped, moving to kiss her neck.
"I missed you." She managed between breathy moans.
A sharp beeping suddenly pierced the air, scaring them apart. "Oh shit." She said. "Damn heart monitor…you need to get out of here, quick!" she commanded.
Brooklyn could already here footsteps running down the hall toward her room. "I'll be right back." He said and slipped out the window just before a plump nurse burst through the door.
"Oh, Miss Aimee are you alright?" she cried, pressing a button on the machine to stop the wailing.
Aimee faked a yawn and said. "Yes, it was just a nightmare. Sorry for worrying you."
The nurse was looking at the readings from the heart monitor. "Must've been some dream, look how far your heart rate shot up." she mused.
She blushed. "Yeah…totally normal for me." She tried to give a convincing smile.
Satisfied that her heart rate had returned to normal the nurse reset the machine. "Okay, try to get some sleep now." She said kindly and shut the light off before leaving.
When all was quiet Brooklyn came back in the room and the two stood there quietly snickering. "Sorry." He whispered.
"It's okay," she grinned. "I should hear from the doctor tomorrow whether I can go home or not." She gave him a quick kiss. "Come back then."
"I will." He kissed her forehead. "Good night, Aimee."
"Good night Brooklyn." She whispered and flattened her bed back to its original position. It had been a good day despite her father's reservations on their relationship. Becky had also come to see her, promising a girl's night as soon as she felt up to it. She fell asleep with a feeling of being at peace.
The following evening Brooklyn returned as promised. Aimee explained that they were discharging her tomorrow with care instructions and some antibiotics. She would be moving back into her dad's apartment. Her stuff from her old room had already been moved. She gave Brooklyn the address on a piece of paper.
He stayed for a while and they talked until the nurse started to approach the room. With a quick kiss and an 'I love you'. Brooklyn was out of the room and on his way back home.
The plan was that he would come once she was settled and able to move around on her own.
Little did they both realize was that John Castaway was still making plans of his own. They had to act quickly before the impending court date.
"…And we will lure them to the bottom of the building with this recording." Castaway finished.
The Quarrymen cheered and Castaway looked proud of himself. He was sure this was his greatest plan ever. He would not fail this time.
"When is this all goin' down?" someone asked.
"When we know for sure every one of the Gargoyles is out and about." He sneered.
Soon…
It was a couple of days later that Brooklyn tried to visit Aimee. Her father was going to be there and he was beyond nervous. The others couldn't help but tease him relentlessly about 'meeting the parents' which did not help. 'Just be yourself' was Angela's suggestion and hers was the only actual good piece of advice. Broadway and Lexington just told him he better not break anything.
Glancing at the address from the air he saw that Aimee's father had a very nice condo in the business district. Made sense considering his main business high-rise was there.
Landing gently on the balcony he could see Aimee sitting inside on her couch. He tapped the glass and awkwardly waited as she hopped up and let him in.
She hugged him and he squeezed back but quickly released her when she breathed a sharp intake of breath. "Oh shit, sorry." He apologized.
"It's okay, I'm still a little tender that's all." She said and pulled him over to the couch. "Sit down, I'll tell my dad you're here."
He thumped his foot nervously on the carpet. Just be yourself was the mantra he repeated over and over again. He jumped to his feet when Aimee's father came in the room. "Sir." He said and extended his hand.
Her father eyed his clawed hand warily for a moment and then took it giving it a firm shake. "Brooklyn, nice of you to join us." He said politely.
"Uh, of course, thank you for the invitation." Brooklyn replied.
Dinner was surreal. They ordered some late-night Chinese food and ate it at the small kitchen table. Brooklyn had a difficult time fitting into the kitchen chair but he managed it.
"So…Brooklyn, how old are you?" He father asked suddenly.
Of course, that was one of the more difficult questions to answer. "Well, this'll take some explaining. I was born or hatched I guess in 958AD, at the time we were frozen in stone for a thousand years I was 36 in human years." he said, gauging his reaction.
He released an audible sigh of relief as Aimee giggled. "Oh, I see…do Gargoyles age similarly to humans?"
"Actually, Gargoyles mature a lot slower than humans do, my age equivalent before we were frozen would've been about 18. Now that we've been living in manhattan for a few years I'm closer to 21 probably." Brooklyn answered smoothly.
He nodded. "And your skin…is it tougher than a human's?"
"We are not invulnerable. I can be shot, stabbed, or cut…as Aimee found out…" Realizing what he said he stammered. "I mean, ahh I didn't put her in danger or anything, just the streets can be tough sometimes."
Aimee spoke, coming to his rescue. "You know the Gargoyles fight criminals every night, one night Brooklyn came he had been shot with a crossbow…I patched him up."
"I see," her father said with an amused smile on his face.
"Yeah, that really sucked but your daughter was an excellent nurse." Brooklyn chuckled. "Anyway Sir, yes we can bleed but we can take hits harder than humans. I can take a direct hit from an energy blaster and get up and keep fighting. We're also physically stronger."
"And your…wings?" He asked carefully.
Brooklyn unfurled his wings for a minute. "We use them to glide on air currents." He re-clasped them around his neck.
At this point dinner was finished and Mr. Stone stood up to gather the plates.
"Uh, let me do that." Brooklyn said and took one in his hand, unfortunately with his his claws he did not have a good grip on it and it slid out of his hands onto the floor shattering. "Oh shit, sorry, I mean...crap." he muttered.
A low rumble of laughter began and Brooklyn realized her father was laughing at him. Aimee was giggling as well. Their laughter was contagious and Brooklyn soon found himself joining in.
"Ahh, butterfingers am I right?" Brooklyn joked.
Mr. Stone smiled. "I'm sorry for laughing at you Brooklyn, it's just when my daughter told me she was dating a Gargoyle I didn't know what to expect but you're just like I was meeting the parents for the first time. Except…I broke a wine glass instead of a plate." He smirked.
Brooklyn released a huge sigh of relief. "Thank you Sir. Let me help you with that." He said, picking up pieces of the broken plate and tossing them in the trash.
Mr. Stone swept up the rest of the fragments into the dustpan and emptied it into the trash can. "You can stop calling me 'Sir' call me Gabriel." He said after they had finished.
"All right, Mr. Gabriel, Sir, oops." He sighed, rubbing the back of his neck.
Aimee giggled again. "Glad to see you two getting along finally." She winced for a moment and Brooklyn was immediately at her side gently grabbing her arm and lowering her into a chair. "Don't push yourself too hard." He said.
Her father's gaze softened at the display. "Brooklyn may I please speak with you before you go?" He gestured toward the balcony.
"Of course," Brooklyn replied and kissed her on the forehead. "See you later okay?"
"See you later, love you." Aimee said and pulled him closer to whisper. "Dad really likes you, don't worry."
He smiled and walked out on the balcony to speak with Mr. Stone.
"Now Brooklyn…I can see you care very deeply for my daughter and her happiness means everything to me. Also I must admit you are a good person and not what the news reports make you out to be at all. Still I am concerned that her relationship with you could lead her into more trouble…"
"Please, Gabriel, if I may?" Brooklyn held up his hand. "I swear, on my life that I will let no harm come to Aimee. That is our nature as Gargoyles; we are also fiercely protective of those we call…our mates…" he stated very seriously.
Mr. Stone raised his eyebrows in interest. "Ah, you did not let me finish Brooklyn although I appreciate the sentiment. Yes you may lead a dangerous life but Aimee is a grown woman and it is her choice. I will not stand in the way of her happiness but…"
"You won't stop worrying about her, I know." Brooklyn sighed. "All I can tell you is that whatever dangers I may face, I will leave her out of it."
"Yes, you understand." Mr. Stone smiled. "Thank you Brooklyn." He said placing his hand on his shoulder.
"Thank you…" Brooklyn smiled. "For accepting me. I know it wasn't easy."
Mr. Stone patted his shoulder, "You're not like her last boyfriend and for that I am glad. Take care Brooklyn. You're welcome back anytime, just…not when we're sleeping." He chuckled.
"Of course," Brooklyn said, and jumped into the air, spreading his wings to catch the night breeze.
It was a couple of nights later when Aimee called Brooklyn on the communicator. "Hey, I'm feeling a lot better. I was wondering if you could…come pick me up?" her sweet voice asked.
"Are you sure? Did your dad say it was okay?" Brooklyn asked fussing over her like a mother hen.
She laughed, "yes, Brooklyn it's fine, besides I was thinking it would be nice if I could meet your family now."
He brightened at the suggestion. "Great idea, they'd love to meet you."
"Okay, I'll be waiting, come in quietly, my dad's already in bed." She said and clicked the communicator off.
In no time at all Brooklyn had landed on her balcony. He let himself in and saw her standing by the mantle looking at a picture of a beautiful woman with long brown hair. Unlike her father who had blue eyes, she had warm brown eyes that twinkled when she smiled.
He walked up behind her and slipped his arms around her waist taking a good look at the photograph. "Your mother?" he asked.
"Yes…I still miss her a lot." Aimee said in a soft voice. She pointed to another frame with a newspaper clipping.
Diana Lynn Stone, the glamorous wife of Gabriel Stone, owner of Stone Industries died today at the age of 32. Many condolences are held for her widowed husband and her daughter…
"…How did she die?" Brooklyn asked, hugging her tighter.
"There was a fire…my dad got me out but she didn't make it…she had inhaled too much smoke…"Aimee whispered sadly.
He gently turned her in his arms. "I'm sorry you have had to deal with that kind of pain." He said gently kissing her forehead. "We've lost family too…"
Her arms wrapped around him and she inhaled his earthy, leathery scent. "Take me to meet them."
He gave her a confident smile and lifted her into his arms before carefully maneuvering them through the door. "It's been a while since we've done this." He remarked.
She pushed the door shut with her foot. "Yeah…seems like forever ago." She placed her arms around his neck. "I'm ready." She said.
Spreading his wings he jumped, he heard her squeal in delight at the first slight drop before his wings caught the strong breeze lifting them higher.
In a little while she could see a huge, illuminated castle come into view. "Wow…" she breathed. "This will never get old..." As they were coming in for a landing she said. "I hope they like me."
Brooklyn smirked at her silliness, "They're gonna love you, I promise." He touched down on the upper tier of the castle and gingerly placed her down.
Aimee was just in awe. The castle was beautiful and someone had gone to a lot of trouble to modernize the inside for comfortable living. "It's wonderful." She breathed.
He shrugged. "Gets kinda old when you actually live here." He took her hand and gestured to the entrance. "Come on, they're waiting."
Aimee allowed herself to be led into the living room area of the castle. She gasped slightly at the sight of the other Gargoyles. The small greenish-coloured one, a light blue bulkier one with a belly, both males and a beautiful, tall, lavender-coloured female.
They all rushed up at once to meet her. The blue one took her hand in both of his giving her a hearty handshake. "Hi Aimee, I'm Broadway! It's nice to finally meet you."
The green one smiled. "I'm Lexington, remember?"
She nodded. "Of course, you helped save me, I never got a chance to thank you for that." She said smiling sincerely.
He blushed slightly. "Aw, it was nothing, all in a days work." He said acting overly humble.
Broadway gestured to the taller female and said. "This is my mate Angela."
"It's so wonderful to meet you." Angela said taking her smaller hand in hers and shaking it firmly but gently.
Aimee smiled broadly. "It's wonderful to meet you all."
Bronx decided this was the perfect time to make himself known and jumped toward her. "Ah!" she yelped.
"Down, Bronx!" Broadway scolded the gar-dog.
She recovered quickly. "It's okay." She patted Bronx on his smooth head. "Who's a good doggie?" she cooed.
Bronx growled happily and licked her hand.
A thick Scottish accent reached her ears then. "And who might this be?" the voice belong to a clearly older Gargoyle with a white beard and one injured eye.
Brooklyn smiled at the elder Gargoyle. "Hudson, this is Aimee."
Aimee held out her hand politely. Rather than shaking it, he brought it up and placed a kiss on her knuckles. "A pleasure to meet you, lass." He said.
"You as well, Mr. Hudson." She blushed.
Brooklyn twisted around. "That's nearly everyone, where's…?"
"Right here Brooklyn." A deep voice boomed.
Aimee jumped as she turned to see the largest Gargoyle of the clan. He must have been over seven feet tall. He was magnificent with his dark lavender skin, solid build and dark flowing hair. She was speechless for a few moments. "S-Sir, I'm Aimee, it is lovely to meet you." She managed.
Brooklyn let out a laugh. "Babe, don't worry, Goliath has that effect on people."
"I apologize for startling you, Miss Aimee. It is wonderful to meet you." He said kindly.
A woman suddenly peeked out from behind Goliath. She was also quite a sight. Long ebony hair a lean yet muscular with beautiful caramel-coloured skin. She sported a red leather jacket, black shirt and blue jeans that hugged her perfect curves. "Hi Aimee, I am Detective Elisa Maza. I've actually been working on your kidnapping case with the Quarrymen."
Another human! Aimee was delighted that she wasn't the only one but then she remembered Brooklyn saying that their leader was involved with one. "The pleasure is all mine." She said to them both and then to Elisa. "Thank you, I know my case is a difficult one."
Elisa smiled. "Even so, I'll do my best, it's going to take a lot of effort to get people to see that Gargoyles are not to be feared or destroyed."
"Of course, I'll do whatever I can to help." Aimee said.
"You've already done a lot by making our Brooklyn here happier than I've seen him in a long time." Elisa smiled.
Brooklyn looked bashful as he said. "Let me show you around."
She bade Elisa and the others goodbye as Brooklyn led her around the castle showing her the different rooms. During the tour she got a wonderfully wicked idea and asked. "Do you have a bedroom?"
He froze, getting a feeling there was more to that question. "Uh…we don't have a use for beds, but we do have rooms with beds in them. Like guest rooms."
She laced her fingers with his, flashing him a flirty smile. "Show me…"
"All right…" he led her down the hallway where there were several rooms side by side, much like a hotel. He opened one of the doors and she walked through tugging him along with her. She backed up into the door, shutting it with a click and noticed a slide-lock at the top. She slowly slipped it into the 'lock' position.
"There, perfect…" she breathed, peering up at him with hooded eyes.
Brooklyn let out a harsh breath and caged her against the door with his hands pushing against the doorframe. "Clever…" his eyes flicked over her body. "Are you thinking what I think you're thinking…?"
Her breath caught for a moment at his intense gaze. "I want you..." she placed her hands on his hips, pulling him closer and slid her hands around to grip his backside.
Brooklyn released a shuddery breath at her touch but couldn't help but notice her still-healing injury. "Are you sure...?" he lowered his hands to her hips and let them dance down her thighs.
She sighed happily. "I'll be okay as long as you're careful." She said, "Besides it's mostly healed anyway."
"There's no going back once we start, remember?" Brooklyn said in a low voice.
Aimee gave him a wicked grin. "I'm done waiting…Oh, are humans and Gargoyles compatible? Like can you get me pregnant?" she said in a rush.
He shook his head. "Considering Goliath and Elisa haven't had any kids I think it's safe to say we're good."
"Okay good, I'm wasn't sure where we were gonna find Gargoyle-sized condoms anyway." She giggled.
He couldn't help but laugh too at her ridiculously funny comment. "Are you trying to say I'm not average-sized?" he grinned.
"I'm pretty sure you're far above average…" She breathed, letting her hand tickle it's way down his chest and dance above his belt buckle. "I can't wait to find out…"
With a groan Brooklyn slipped her hands under her thighs and lifted her effortlessly; He pushed her up against the door using the leverage to keep her upright. He crushed her to him and attacked her mouth kissing her desperately. The pent-up tension between the two of them was like a floodgate opening.
She moaned wrapping her legs around his torso and feeling his hardness right against her core. Her fingers swiftly unhooked his belt and felt his loincloth slip to the floor. He pulled back for a second and quickly worked her shirt up and off. Her bra joined next and immediately her breast was in his hand. He gently kneaded and flicked her nipple before dipping his mouth down to taste and lick each one.
Aimee was frantically trying to work her jeans off, difficult in their current position. Sensing her frustration, Brooklyn had lifted her away from the door and carried her over to the bed. He laid her lovingly on the soft mattress and worked her jeans and underwear off and down her legs. Brooklyn tasted her skin and pressed hot kisses to her neck and between the valley of her breasts.
He worked his way down her body, kissing and caressing as he went and then bent between her legs.
He licked her tongue up her slit and carefully held her thighs apart to reveal more of her slick folds to him. Remembering was set her off last time he went to work immediately as he licked and sucked feeling her body tremble with pleasure.
Like before, Aimee grasped onto his horns and cried out. "God. Brooklyn…" she moaned, drawing out his name like a prayer. She could feel herself racing toward her release faster than last time.
"Ung….Ahhh…." she cried, her body shuddering.
Brooklyn grinned. "Like that? Come for me, my love." He said before flicking his tongue faster.
Like a dam breaking, her orgasm rushed through her body causing her to cry out gripping his horns tightly as the waves of pleasure peaked and slowly subsided.
Lifting his head he looked at her body, harsh breathing, and skin tinted pink from her release and gave her a smug grin. "Better than last time?"
"God yes, now get over here." She demanded breathlessly.
Wiping his mouth, he crawled up on the bed, covering her body with his. "Are you…?" he whispered.
She relished the delicious feeling of skin-on-skin."Yes…I want you so badly" she reached down and gripped him, guiding him toward her entrance. She felt him shudder at her touch.
He took his time, entering her slowly, he gritted his teeth at how good it felt. So hot, wet and tight, he thought he could die. "Tell me if I'm hurting you." He gasped.
She cried out as he filled her, both in pain and pleasure. He was definitely larger than she expected but her body easily stretched to accommodate him. "Ahh…it's alright, I'm okay." She managed.
He groaned as he entered her fully, their hips flush with one another. "You feel so amazing." He breathed, reaching up to caress her face lovingly. Inside his instincts seemed to be repeating the word 'mate' over and over again. He curled his hands under her body to cradle her in his arms.
Her face was contorted in what looked like pain. "Are you okay?" he asked. He didn't dare move until she gave him the go-ahead.
"Just give me a minute...you're larger than I thought you were." she whispered and after a moment gave her hips an experimental thrust.
He shut his eyes tightly as he growled in pleasure. "Ahhhh...and now?" he groaned.
She moved her hips again and his control snapped. He needed to move, he pulled out slightly and pushed back in causing them both to release sighs of pleasure. He fell into a steady rhythm. Yes…take her, yes, yes, yes.
He saw her face wince in pain and slowed His instincts were telling him she was in pain. He realized his claws were digging into her soft flesh and quickly removed them. He placed his hands on either side of her head and allowed them to tear into the sheets of the bed instead. "I'm sorry…" he whispered.
"I'm all right, keep going." She assured.
"I love you Aimee…" he said, gently caressing her face.
I love you too Brooklyn…ahh..." she moaned as he moved again.
He rocked his hips, picking up the pace. Thrust after, thrust had her clutching his back, scraping her nails down his skin and releasing little breathy moans. "Faster…" she cried, using her legs to wrap around his torso.
With a growl he moved faster, he could feel his orgasm rushing toward him. "Come for me…my love…" he urged.
Her release was near, just a little bit more…she cried out as he suddenly changed the angle penetrating her deeper. "I'm gonna…"she began but broke apart underneath him as a second orgasm coursed through her body.
His own release was not far behind and he growled low in his throat, eyes flashing white as he came. His intense orgasm left his body shuddering as he gripped the bedsheets tightly. He collapsed onto his elbows breathing harshly.
Aimee reached up to kiss him before letting her head fall back, panting slightly as her heart rate returned to normal. "Wow…"
He gently pulled out of her and rolled off to lie beside her. "That was so much better than I imagined," he breathed.
"Same…" she chuckled lightly. "I gotta pee now though."
He watched in amusement as she shuffled her way off the bed. He then noticed her awkward walk and a certain fluid running down her leg. "Ah, sorry…"
She laughed. "It's okay, sex is messy remember?" she said and swiftly made it to the adjoining bathroom to pee and clean herself up.
She returned and pulled her underwear on before crawling up to lie on his chest. "I wish this could last all night." She whispered.
He gently stroked her back in the afterglow. "Me too…"
Too soon though Brooklyn had to get her home. They left the shredded sheets and absolute mess of the bed assuming Xanatos' cleaning robots would take care of it. Once they both re-dressed they snuck through the castle managing to avoid any stares and awkward questions from Brooklyn's clan-mates. He dropped her off at her balcony and wished her good night. Aimee kissed him fiercely making him want her all over again. Reluctantly he ended the kiss and the two of them whispered 'I love you' before he took off.
Little did they both know that nothing would ever be the same again after this night.
A/N This is the last chapter before the finale. I hope you like it.
