Author's Note: Some wonderful, wonderful shout-outs to some wonderful, wonderful peoples. =DD

DuckieLover: ...You're a real mind reader. X) I literally thought I posted the wrong chapter when I read your review, HAHA. XD Read on and you'll see why. =) (And I hope you enjoy it too X)).

RainyRaven9: Eyyyyyy, look who joined the party! =D Whoaaa, a road-trip? That sounds fun! Oof, and my story is distracting you from the view outside? Haha, I'm definitely taking that as a compliment. XDD

And my favorite Guardian? *Leans in slowly* *Draws in breath* All of them. =)

The Guardians are a family, and I can't choose between them. X) Each of their personalities, actions, quotes, and looks...they're all amazing, so they're all my favorites. X) Jack, North, Tooth, Bunny, and Sandy...All of them. Love them all so, so much. =') Asking me to pick my favorite Guardian is like asking me which movies I like better: HTTYD or ROTG. I love them both equally, love the Guardians equally...yeah. All of the Guardians are mah favorites. X) *Hugs Guardians*

Anyway, who's you're favorite Guardian? =)

Ah, yes. The family fluff was intentional as always. =) I live, breathe, eat, and drink that stuff. X) It doesn't matter how mushy or gushy it is, but if it has the words family and fluff in it, I'm hooked. XD Besides, family fluff is amazing, and we need more. MORE I SAY. MOOOOOOOOOOORE! XD

SnowyMonday: YES MOANAAAAAAA. Yeah, how awesome would it be to be her? I mean, you have the ocean as your best friend, an awesome boat, and you're friends with a demigod...And, of course, Hei Hei and Pua, the animal sidekicks. =) I don't know anything about the Percy Jackson musical, so I sadly cannot have Jack sing that song since I don't know it. =')

And yes. Under the bed is the best place to hide. *Applause* Kudos to Jack for the best hiding spot!

Jack: *Bows* Thank you, thank you-

But you were found super quickly, so it's not really the best anymore.

Jack: AW COME ON, MOON.

*Shrugs* Sorry, dude. But there are better hiding places than under the bed. Besides, Pitch hides there. It's already taken.

Jack: ...Stop hurting me.

Also, it's kinda dark and spooky under there, so-

Jack: HUSH.

Haha, okay. XD

MixitupQueen: Aw, thank you! =D I'm really glad you're enjoying the story! Oooh, Jack's your favorite Guardian? *Winks* Don't worry, I won't tell Bunny. =)

Bunny: Tell me what?

AH, NOTHING! *Pushes Bunny away* GO. SHOO. GO PAINT SOME EGGS FOR NEXT YEAR'S EASTER OR SOMETHING.

Bunny: ...

So...Here we are...The last chapter...Already...AKFJASLFJASKLFJASKLFJADJLADJASD-

WHYYYYYYY does a story fly by so freaking fast?! It's insane! I literally feel like I posted this story not too long ago, and now here I am, posting the last chapter for ya'll. =')

*Sighs* Well, might as well get on with it before the waterworks come, haha. XD I hope you guys enjoy this final chapter in "Delirious!" *Lets out a breath* Jackie Boy's got a lot to catch up on...XD I don't know whether to feel bad for him or not...

...Yeah, I don't really feel that bad. Sorry, Jack. XD When you're delirious, you're just too funny. =)

Chapter Seven: Right State of Mind

Jack groaned as he climbed out of sleep. There was a dull ache in the back of his head, but the winter spirit didn't quite remember why it was there. Jack slowly opened his eyes, finding himself in one of the many rooms of the infirmary. A light snow was falling outside, and Jack could hear the sounds of the Wind whistling by, seemingly begging him to come out.

Jack rubbed his head, sitting up as he did so. The winter spirit looked to his side and was surprised to find Tooth with her head tucked in her arms, sleeping quietly. Jack looked around the rest of the room, finding Bunny snoring away in a chair as well as North, and Sandy was asleep at Jack's other side. The winter spirit smiled softly at the sight of his sleeping friends, and he rubbed his eyes, washing out the remnants of sleep. This action caused Tooth to wake up from his his side. The Tooth Fairy's amethyst eyes brightened at the sight of Jack.

"Jack! Oh, you're awake!" exclaimed Tooth ecstatically. She pulled Jack into a hug, surprising him for only a moment before he happily hugged Tooth back. It wasn't long until the other Guardians woke up, each of them just as happy to see Jack finally awake.

The winter spirit pulled away from Tooth's hug and he looked at each of the Guardians, an impish smirk on his face. "You guys are acting like I've been gone for years!" he said. "What happened?"

Tooth tilted her head, curiosity glittering in her eyes. "You don't remember anything?" she asked, puzzled.

Jack shook his head, a look of bemusement on his face. "I'm pretty sure if I did, I wouldn't be asking. The winter spirit rubbed the back of his neck. "Well…I remember pranking Bunny and hitting my head, but that's about it."

Bunny snickered. "Well then, mate. Best ya get yerself comfortable because we got one heck of a story for ya."

And so the Guardians told Jack everything, leaving out not one detail. They told him how he had come to Santoff Claussen unconscious, and how he had woke up later completely delirious. At first, Jack only cringed at his past actions, but when North told him how he had acted like Pitch, Jack's cheeks turned redder than a strawberry. His blush only deepened when Tooth told him how he had thought she was his mother. Jack coughed awkwardly.

"Ah…I didn't do anything else that was completely humiliating…did I?" asked Jack warily.

Sandy used his sand images to tell Jack how he had asked him why Pitch didn't have any eyebrows. The winter spirit shrugged at that.

"I've kind of always wondered that," Jack admitted.

Bunny snorted. "But that ain't the best part. When it was my turn ta look after ya, ya got out of bed and starting walkin' across the rafters, singing at the top of yer lungs."

Jack's eyes widened. "I-I what?"

Bunny snickered at Jack's expression. "Ya heard me, mate. Ya sang, claimin' that ya were someone named 'Moana.'"

Jack buried his face in his hands. "By the light of the Moon…" Bunny began to laugh, and the other Guardians did as well.

"Who is Moana anyway?" asked Tooth after recollecting herself. Jack gulped.

"W-Well…She's a—"

"She?" laughed Bunny.

Jack frowned. "Yes, she. I went over to Jamie's house a couple of weeks ago, and they were arguing over what movie to watch…"

Jack laughed as he dived toward the Bennett house below, the Wind rushing past his ears and ruffling through his hair. A trail of snowflakes followed behind him as he flew toward the living room window. Jack perched on the windowsill, happily knocking at the glass, and nearly tumbled off when Jamie suddenly threw the window open. Jack was surprised that it didn't slam. Jamie grabbed Jack's pale hand, practically dragging him inside.

Jack laughed. "Whoa, slow down, bucko. I just got here from Alaska. Let me catch my breath!"

Jamie ignored the winter spirit and he dragged him into the living room. "Jack! Thank goodness your here! Tell Sophie that we're not watching her movie!" the young boy said.

"We are to watching my movie!" exclaimed Sophie. She stomped down from the couch that she had previously been standing on, her disheveled hair flailing behind her. "Mommy said we could!"

"But you already picked the last movie!" argued Jamie. "Besides, we've seen that movie several times!"

"Nuh-uh!"

Jack ran a hand through his hair; he had gone seemingly invisible as the two sibling bickered amongst themselves. He had been hoping to spend some time with Jamie and Sophie after a long, tiring day of spreading winter, but it seemed that he had been dragged into a sibling argument instead. Jack walked over to Jamie and Sophie, standing in between them as they argued.

"What movies are you two talking about?" asked Jack. "I'm sure we can come to a compromise."

"Mom said that we could watch a movie while she works upstairs," said Jamie. He sent a frown in Sophie's direction, as if she was spoiled milk. "And it's my turn to pick, but Sophie—"

"Didn't get to pick a movie last time!" the Bennett girl cut in. She turned to Jack. "Tell Jamie we're watching my movie, Jack!"

"We're not watching your movie!" shouted Jamie.

Jack held up his hands. "Whoa, whoa! First things first, who picked last time?"

The two Bennett children were still as statues. A few moments of silence passed, and Jack wondered if they even remembered who chose before then. Then, after a few more seconds, Jamie spoke.

"I did," he mumbled.

"Okay, so if you chose last time isn't only fair we let Sophie choose?" said Jack. Wow, settling arguments between Dingle and the elves have really amped up my peace-making skills… the winter spirit thought.

Jamie, however, was still adamant. "But—!"

Jack raised an eyebrow. Jamie grumbled.

"Fineeee," the brunette said at last. "But her movie's boring."

"It is not!" protested Sophie. "Moana's awesome!"

"Awesomely annoying."

"Jamie!"

"Well, I haven't seen it," Jack pipped in. Jamie and Sophie seemed to move in slow motions as their heads turned in the winter spirit's direction. Their eyes were wider than saucers, their expressions almost comical.

Jack tilted his head. "What?"

"You…you've never seen Moana? It's like…the trending movie at the moment!" exclaimed Jamie.

"He has to watch it!" Sophie said vehemently. She pulled out the disc and shoved it into the DVD player. Jamie rolled his eyes.

"I guess we'll watch it for Jack's sake," he said. Jamie leaned toward Jack and whispered. "It's a princess movie. You might not like it."

Jack shrugged. "We'll see."

Jack had never watched a movie before. He had heard of them, but he had never seen any. He knew that North proabbly had a TV somewhere in the North Pole, but he had never seen or watched it. Jack didn't think that he was the type to watch TV anyway; he was far to active to sit down long enough to watch movies or shows.

Still, Jack settled on the couch between Jamie and Sophie as the movie began to play. The Disney logo briefly appeared on screen, and as it darkened, an old woman's voice began to tell the tale of a demigod who stole a heart from a mother island. She reminded Jack of Mother Nature…except her heart was secured from wayward demigods.

As the movie progressed, Jack found himself transfixed on the screen and discovered that he was actually enjoying the film. Jack watched intently as a young girl—who he soon learned was named Moana—grew up and tried to pursue her dream of sailing on the ocean. And the songs, oh, the songs…Jack knew that they would be stuck in his head for quite a while. Sophie and Jack snacked on popcorn while Jamie slumped against the couch, a bored expression on his face. Sophie did her best to explain some of the movie to Jack, and even introduced the characters.

"See that pig? That's Pua," said Sophie. "He's cute."

"I personally like the rooster," said Jack. "He's funny."

"Hei Hei," Sophie giggled. "Maui tries to eat him."

Jack gasped. "Hey, don't spoil!"

Sophie giggled again. "Sorry!"

Jamie found himself surprised that Jack seemed to be enjoying the movie. He had expected the winter spirit to grow bored like he had, but Jack's cerulean blue eyes were glued to the screen, and they didn't seem like they would be coming off of it soon.

"Aren't you bored?" whispered Jamie to Jack. The winter spirit blinked and he turned to face the young boy.

"Huh? Oh, yeah. Sure," replied Jack flippantly. He popped some popcorn into his mouth. "Now shhhhhh. They're about to fight Te Ka."

"Could you get some more popcorn?" asked Sophie. Automatically, Jack handed Jamie his popcorn cup as well as Sophie. The Bennett boy was surprised that he had unanimously been nominated to refill the popcorn.

Well, Jamie took that as an opportunity to take a break from the movie that he had already seen several time before. He picked up his own cup and walked to the kitchen, tossing a bag of popcorn into the microwave. It finished in a couple of minutes, and as Jamie poured the fresh popcorn into the empty cups, he heard Jack and Sophie's exclaimations from the living room.

"No, Maui! Why would you leave her?!" came Jack's shocked voice.

"She didn't do anything wrong! Turn back!" cried Sophie.

There was a few moments of silence, and Jamie could already envision the scene that the two were watching.

"No, NO! Don't give back the heart!" Sophie exclaimed.

"The ocean chose you!" said Jack.

Jamie sighed and shook his head, hoping that the movie would end soon.

After some time, the movie drew to a close, and Jack and Sophie spent the next couple of minutes chattering about their favorite scenes. Jack soon looked out the window, spotting the sun setting into the horizon and the orange and pink painted sky.

"Sorry, guys. I gotta go," said Jack. Sophie frowned sadly and Jamie slumped. "But, I'll give you two a snow day tomorrow!"

Sophie and Jamie's smiles returned, and Jamie escorted Jack to the window. Jack leapt onto the sill, but before he left, Jamie asked him a question.

"Um…Jack?"

The winter spirit turned around. "Yeah, Jamie?"

Jamie scratched the back of his head. "You didn't really enjoy the movie…did you? I mean, it's a princess movie."

A nervous laugh escaped Jack's lips. "Ah…well. Let's just say I did it all for Sophie."

Jamie nodded slowly, and he waved as Jack flew off. And he could've sworn that he had heard Jack humming "I Am Moana" before he flew off.

Bunny was laughing and the rest of the Guardians of Childhood were simply amused. Jack had suffered through enough embarrassment, so North, Tooth, and Sandy tried to hold back their snickers in front of the winter spirit. Jack's cheeks heated up and he crossed his arms.

"Don't tell anyone. Anyone, you hear?" said Jack. "What happened in my delirium stays in my delirium."

Bunny wiped a tear from his eye and he ruffled Jack's hair. "Sure, mate. We won't tell anyone."

Tooth nodded. "We'll keep this all to ourselves." The Tooth Fairy rubbed her arm. "But we may still laugh about it from time to time."

Jack grumbled, which elicited laughter from the Guardians once again. The winter spirit sighed.

"As long as word doesn't get out, then I'll be fine," Jack said. He rubbed the back of his neck. "Um…thanks for taking care of me even though I was…rather difficult while I was delirious."

The Guardians smiled, and North placed a hand on Jack's shoulder. "It was no problem my boy." Sandy nodded and gave Jack a thumbs up with his golden hands.

"Is your head hurting at all?" asked Tooth.

Jack shook his head. "All that's left is a dull ache." The Guardian of Fun then stood up, stretched, and grabbed his staff form the wall. Frost quickly spread its way across the aged wood, and Jack smoothed his fingers against it with a smile.

"I hope ya learned yer lesson, mate," said Bunny as he watched the winter teen. "Ya gotta watch where yer flyin', and prankin' me is bound ta end in disaster."

Jack smiled mischievously. "You know I won't ever stop pranking you, right? When the chance comes, I'll take it."

Bunny rolled his eyes, but he smiled as did the other Guardians. Whether delirious or normal, Jack would always stay the same. Fun. Playful…

And, most of all, mischievous.
