Why are there no stories for FF Tactics Advanced? It is an epic game, I adore it!
Devon frowned as he walked down the street. Mewt, one of the kids he tutored, was walking down the street and he just oozed misery. Naturally, he had no choice but to walk over to the boy, who beamed when he saw him.
"You okay, Kid?" Devon frowned, kneeling and grabbing Mewt's face. On his brow was a scratch and blood crusted onto it. The boy looked tired, worn down from a lifetime of mistreatment by the idiot bullies filling their school. "What happened?"
Mewt lost the happiness that came from seeing his friend and tutor. "Collin threw a snowball with a rock in it at my head."
Frowning, he pulled his kid into his chest, He towered over Mewt despite only being a year older. "I should kick his butt!"
"Yeah, but you'll get in trouble so don't. You're a foreign student, you know they are just looking for a reason to expel you!"
Sighing, he nodded. "I'll behave, but only for you."
"Hey, can you come with me to a friend's house? His name is Marche and he is really nice. He's a new kid, I don't know him very well but he defended me when Collin threw the snowball at me. Oh and Ritz is coming too."
"Sure, I have nothing to do."
"I'm on my way right now... I have this awesome book to show them."
"Coolio. Let's do this."
And so, like that, they started walking together to the new kid's house, eager to spend some time together. If only they knew all that would change and transpire that night when they got home... if only they knew all that would change.

A woman, likely Marche's mom, greeted Ritz ( who had happily hugged Devon when she saw him.), Mewt and Devon as they reached Marche's home. The woman was a warm blonde with a kind smile. "Marche! Your guests are here!"
Marche called out. " Tell them to come on up!"
The kids all walked into the house, casting aside their shoes, and moved towards the doors Marche's mom pointed out. Ritz knocked on the room door.
"Hello! We're here!" Then the three walked into the room, Marche ended up being as blonde as his mother with wild hair. "You must be Doned! I'm Ritz. I'm your brother's classmate. And this is Mewt and this is Devon... speaking off, sorry Marche, but Mewt invited him. He's an older kid, well only a year older and he tutors us in English since he's from America."
Marche smiled. "More the merrier I guess."
Doned, a brown-haired boy in pajamas and a wheelchair smiled at them with a tired sort of air. "Hiya."
"You get that book, Mewt?"
Mewt nodded. "Yeah, right here. But I don't know what the title is... Even the guy at the used bookshop couldn't read it." And he presented the book for all to see.
Marche's eyes widened. Wow... It looks really old! Let's see what it says. Can you see, Doned?
The whole group sits down and surrounds the book so that everyone can see it. They open the book and sqiflty saw a magic circle, then drawings of humans could be seen. Some strange blurry handwriting, unreadalbe was present next then some strange creatures comes into sight. A very lizard-like, and more of the mysterious writing can be seen. Next they saw what looked a little bit like a shrunken hippo of some sort and more old transcript is written next to it. A cat-like being was seen next, except this cat-like being stands on two legs, has long ears, and has long hair on the top of its head. Lastly, a squirrel/mouse- like creature is seen. It's most prominent feature is the ball hanging from its head.
"I can't read these letters at all! Maybe they're some kind of magic spell!"
Devon laughed. "You might be right, this isn't Latin though I can read that... no, this is something else. It says Alta oron. Sondus kameela... It sure sounds like magic!"
Doned beamed. " Wow, a magic book! I wish I could use magic..."
Marche smiled at his brother. "I knew you'd like it, Doned!"
Doned snickered then. "If you could use magic, maybe you'd be better at sports!"
"That's not funny!"
"Hah hah. It's true!" Doned and Ritz laugh.
Mewt sighed. It'd be cool if this really were a magic book... Haven't you ever read a book and thought... "What if the world in this book was the real world?"
Ritz shook her head. " I dunno. Most books are sooo boring. They're all way too predictable."
Devon gaped at her. "Traitor, I love books! They are how I teach English."
"Well, what do you like, Ritz? Comic books?" Marche asked.
" Games! You know, fighting monsters and all that." The girl beamed.
"OK, if you could make any game real, which would it be?"
"Hmm, that's a good question!"
Mewt, to Devon's shock, piped up confidently. ",I'd pick "Final Fantasy." That's my favorite."
Ritz stopped. " My, my, look at the time. I should get going soon."
Ritz stood up, Marche closed the book, and Mewt tucked the book under his arm.
" Yeah, us too. See you at school, Marche!"
Ritz smiled at everyone. "Thanks for having us over, Marche. Nice meeting you too, Doned!"
"See you later, Ritz!"
"Sorry for crashing but it really was lovely to meet you both." Devon said, smiling as happily as he could.
Marche shrugged. "I was happy to have you. I'll see you guys out. Be right back, Doned."
