"Go right on in, sir," said the first guard.

"Careful, he's crazy," said the second.

Storm appreciated their warnings and stepped into the cell.

"Stormy m'boy," Charlie Lawrence smiled at his past student ghoulishly. "What a pleasant surprise."

Storm said nothing.

"How's the career? Must be easy thanks to me, heh."

Storm said nothing.

"You must be real grateful that I took care'a the competition for ya."

Storm said nothing.

"Sure, some of them may have been your friends," said Lawrence with a scratch to the back of his head. "But that was a sacrifice I was brave enough to make."

Storm said nothing. His cold stare only hardened. He could never see his mentor as a human again. He turned and left. Storm was no supporter of the death penalty, but he could finally accept that there was no salvaging this man.
