The next chapter is up! Enjoy :)
Aimee felt groggy as hell, when she awoke to someone roughly shaking her.
"Get up, it's time to go." A harsh voice said.
When she finally opened her eyes, she was alarmed by the ones standing before her. Aimee didn't recognize them at first. When her vision finally cleared, that is when she recognized them. Her mind automatically going back to what happened on her way down to the kitchens. A man appearing in front of her from another hallway. She recalls him grabbing her arm and then putting a funky smelling piece of cloth over her nose and mouth.
Aimee shrunk back into the seat.
"Who are you!? What do you want!?" She blurted out.
Neither soldier answered her question though. One of them just grew more impatient. He grabbed her by the arm and hauled her up to standing.
"Shut up, and let's get going." He barked.
Instead of listening to him, Aimee started struggling against his hold.
"No! Let go of me!" She said.
The one holding her arm growled and pulled back his other arm to strike her. She watched on in wide eyed horror as he was about to backhand her. Until his comrade grabbed his arm and shook his head.
"Don't, he wants her in peak condition without any blemishes. He won't pay us if we bring her to him damaged." His comrade warned.
"Fine, but if she doesn't shut the hell up then I'm gagging her." He threatened.
His comrade sighs, "Let's just go, he's waiting for us."
With that said, they both headed for the side door of the small cruiser. But Aimee would have none of it and still didn't stop struggling. At one point she kicked the one holding her, in the shin. He grew agitated at that and decided to scoop her up and toss her over his shoulder. He ended up carrying the flailing young woman out that way. With her cursing and screaming the whole way.
"Put me down, you fucking 'Shrek' wannabe!" She yelled, as she banged her fists against his back.
Of course, he couldn't feel any of the hits through the thick armor he was wearing. As they approached their destination, Shar met them at the top of the hill. He had a pleased grin on his face.
They stopped before him and bowed their heads in greeting. Annoyed by the girl's antics, Cruz finally dropped her to the ground. She landed with an, 'Oomph,' as she rubbed her now sore ass, and glared up at him. Her glare quickly morphed into a look of horror when she spotted and recognized the man known as, Shar.
"You! What the hell is going on!? Was this all you're idea!?" She yelled.
His grin widened, "Indeed."
Shar reached down and placed a hand on her chin. He turned her face this way and that very slowly, as if to inspect her.
"Oh yes, no doubt I could make a good profit off of you. I've never had a human female in my variety of girls. Mainly due to the fact that I cannot risk sending my men to Earth. Knowing those infernal saiyans are there, which could cause problems for them. Especially, since I heard they can detect power levels. It was a stroke of luck that Frieza just happened to have a lovely specimen like you aboard his ship. You will easily make up for the payment he owes me." Shar said.
Aimee didn't like the sound of this and was very scared by what he meant of making a 'profit' off of her.
"You're fucking crazy! I'm not some object that can be bought or sold! I'm a being with rights, you fucking lowlife!" She yelled in his face.
Something Shar didn't like one bit.
"If I were you, I'd start watching that smart mouth. The last thing any of my buyers like is a mouthy female. In some cases, their punishments are severe for those who talk back and don't do what they are told." He threatened.
Deciding she had enough, Aimee quickly turned around and darted back to the small cruiser. A move that surprised both of the soldiers that brought her here. They were about to pursue the fleeing young woman. When Shar pulled out a device and took aim. He fired it off. Once it made contact with her, Aimee dropped to the ground, unable to move. She was thoroughly shocked and confused when she found herself bound up in some kind of net.
She tried her best to find an opening and break free. But it was wrapped rather snug around her body and she couldn't feel an opening. Aimee so badly wanted to scream for help. Except, no one else appeared to be around, besides her three captors. Her vision began to blur with the onset of tears. Shar approached her position, followed by the two soldiers.
He stopped and turned to them and pulled a bag from the side of his waist.
"I believe a payment is in order for your services. As promised, here it is." He told them, as he handed Speck the rather hefty bag.
Both soldiers were thoroughly pleased with their reward and thanked their Boss.
"You two may return to base for the time being. Though it shouldn't be long before I set you up for your next mission." Shar instructed.
"Yes, sir." They said in unison, before they headed back to the cruiser.
Shar looked down to the trapped woman on the ground. He hauled her up with ease and proceeded to carry her back up the hill from where he came. Aimee continued to silently cry due to her current situation. A situation that was getting worse by the minute. Here, she thought her time spent captive aboard the ship with Frieza was bad. Something tells her this is something that's going to be a whole lot worse.
Once he made it to the top of the hill, Shar then started to trek down it to a hover truck waiting at the bottom. When he got there, he pressed a button at the back and a large door slid open to reveal a large space inside. It almost resembled a small version of a container truck that carried items in bulk in the back. He roughly threw Aimee in and quickly closed the door, encasing her in darkness.
She couldn't see a thing in there. All she felt and heard was the slight vibrations and rumbles of the vehicle. Which quickly picked up, once it started moving. Through it all, Aimee could swear she heard her heart thudding heavily in her ears as her fear intensified. It felt akin to being thrown into the trunk of a car. It was dark and she was still unable to move, due to the net still containing her.
The net was flexible enough to allow her to stretch body, so she wasn't completely bound up in a ball. But there was still no opening that she could find.
The ride seemed quite long and at some point bumpy. As she would sometimes roll from one side to the other when the vehicle made sharp dips, turns, or go upwards. After this ride, she was surely to be bruised up quite a bit from rolling around so much. At one point, she even hit the back of her head against the metal wall of the truck.
Some time had passed, before the vehicle eventually came to a sudden stop. A few moments later, the large back door to the truck suddenly opened and she squinted her eyes from the sudden brightness filling the once pitch dark space. Shar appeared, he hopped into the back, which made the floor shake slightly and bounce up and down from the added weight.
He grabbed the netting and hauled her up again, and carried her out of the truck. Aimee rapidly looked around at her new surroundings. The place was seemingly crowded. With all different types of alien men and women. The establishments looked similar to buildings and their were a lot of them. It was comparable to being in a city.
The place he was bringing her into, looked quite shady. Making her feel even more on edge.
"Where are you taking me?" She asked.
Shar didn't answer her though. He was met at the door by another alien man. Who was inspecting the young woman he carried. Shar stated his business for being here, the man nodded, and allowed him access. When he went inside the place, there weren't many others around, and there were quite a few doors on either side of the long stretch of hallway.
He bypassed all the doors and stopped at a big metal door at the end of the long hall. Shar pressed a button on the pad at the side of the door. It beeped, and opened up to allow him access. He stepped in with Aimee in tow and the door slid shut behind them.
The elevator took him down a couple floors, before coming to a stop with another small beep. The door slid open and they continued down another dimly lit hall. Until he came to a stop at another huge metal door. Only this one seemed different from the elevator doors. Shar keyed in some type of code to allow him access to what was on the other side of the door.
Once it opened, Aimee heard some faint gasps and a couple startled yelps. The sounds sounded like they came from some other women or young girls. She was then suddenly dropped to the ground. Shar pulled out some wickedly curved knife and held it out in front of her. She gasped and tried to back away. But he grabbed a fistful of the net and proceeded to slice it open.
She flinched as he pulled it apart, but quickly moved away from him when she realized she was free from the net's confines. Shar gave her one last leering grin, before he turned around and left the room. The thick metal door quickly slid shut behind him.
Aimee stood up and looked around and saw a decent size group of equally frightened young women. All varied from different alien species. Many of them were young. Around her age and younger. Many of them were beautiful and exotic in their own way. Just like her, they all seemed to be trapped here.
There was brief silence, before Aimee decided to speak.
"What's going on? Where are we?" She asked.
At first, none of them replied to her question. Then a voice broke through the gathering.
"We're in a holding cell. This is where they bring girls, before they are auctioned off." Came the voice.
The crowed slowly parted and one young woman came to the front. She was quite striking, black stripes decorated her brownish skin, and she had ember colored eyes that looked feline like. She also had pointy ears near the top of her head that stuck out from her thick black mane of hair, a fuzzy brown tail lazily swished back and forth behind her.
Aimee snapped out of her stupor and spoke again.
"You mean they put us here to wait for someone to buy us?" She inquired.
The feline woman nodded, "Indeed, from what I've been hearing through the vine; they have wealthy buyers that travel here from different parts of the Universe, both far and wide. They mainly purchase us..." She trailed off.
Aimee could tell she was very reluctant on what she was about to say next. Though, she sadly already had an idea of what they wanted them for. But a part of her still needed confirmation.
"For what?" Aimee asked.
The other woman cleared her throat, "To be their personal slaves. Mainly as...sex slaves."
Dread dropped into the pit of Aimee's stomach. She wasn't a complete stranger when it came to the sex trafficking of women and children. A friend of hers lead up an organization that cracks down on it. Aimee attended many of her fundraisers and heard of some of the horror stories by captives who were lucky enough to be found and freed. It made her really see how sick and depraved mankind could really be.
It shouldn't come to a surprise, that is was not just a global problem on Earth. But it appears to be a Galactic matter too. Aimee was hesitant on what she was about to ask next.
"Has anyone...been able to escape from here?" She asked.
The other woman gave her a somber look and shook her head.
"No, and those who have tried...were never heard from again. We're not sure if they were simply just sold off or...killed." She admitted.
Aimee heard a round of sniffles from some of the other girls when they heard this. It almost brought fresh tears to her own eyes.
"There has to be a way. We can't just let them get away with something like this." She said.
"There isn't much we can do. This place is pretty guarded. Some of us have noticed you need some type of key code for quite a few of these doors. Many of which are at doors with exits. And as I said, even if we managed to get through any of the exits, we will just get stopped by the ones guarding those exits." Another of the women replied.
Aimee didn't want to believe it. Didn't want to believe that there was no way out. But all that she was hearing from these other girls, proved just that.
"There has to be a way." She mumbled disbelievingly.
The second woman who spoke sighed, "Face it, we're stuck here. Until someone 'acquires' us. And unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about." She paused before adding to her previous statement. " You're only saving grace; is that you get a buyer who is more lenient with you and not as cruel or barbaric as most of the others."
That certainly didn't help, because Aimee didn't want to go with anyone; period. She eventually came to terms that her only hope; lied on the tyrant himself to find her. Except, Frieza probably didn't know where the hell she was. She was also skeptical to if he will even bother coming for her. Berryblue claimed that he cared for her. But just how much did that extend to? Is it enough for him to make an attempt to search for her?
She slowly made her way over to one of the walls. Aimee turned her back to it, leaned up against it, and slid down until she was sitting on the floor. She hiked up her knees and leaned her head back against the wall. Her eyes were tightly shut, refusing to allow anymore tears to spill down her cheeks. This was a whole new kind of hell for her, another she may not be able to escape.
Until Next Time ;)
