Lady Shibabawa, an elderly oracle working for the Heroic Public Safety Committee, was looking through her crystal ball to see any potential dangerous anomalies or threats that would manifest.
"Has it been leaked that All-Might is now a teacher at the academy?"
Sitch, a member of the HPSC and one of the backers of the S-Rankers, nodded his head while wiping some sweat from his forehead.
"I believe so. It was rather surprising he decided to become a teacher this year."
"Someone's going to break into UA using the cover of the media debacle," Lady Shibabawa said. "Their goal is to try and kill All-Might. There won't be any way to stop him from going, not if he learns his students are in danger. But we might be able to catch these Villains off-guard if he's not there when they first show up."
Sitch nodded and took out his phone, speed-dialing one of the S-Rankers that he knew would help the most on this new mission.
"Child Emperor? This is Sitch. We need you over at UA soon."
The students of Class 1-A were learning really quickly why Aizawa hated the media. Paparazzi tended to be pushy when there was something they really wanted to know. Only Tenya seemed to be able to handle them, his long-winded speeches tiring them out and giving the rest of the class some much-needed peace.
One female reporter tried to pursue Aizawa to get an interview with him, only to be blocked off by the security gate at the school's entrance, which kept out those who didn't have a school ID.
"Reporters never change..." Kurai said. "Father has had experiences with them himself. The stories he has told are not pleasant."
Everyone made it to their class and sat at their desks. Aizawa soon came in and began going over the results of the mock battles until it came to Katsuki.
"Bakugou, you rushed in and quickly got yourself taken out. Learn to control your temper or you won't make it far as a Hero."
Katsuki just glared before looking down. "Yes, sir."
"He seems a little more obedient than usual," Akito noted. "Guess he knows not to mess with the teachers at UA, unlike back at Aldera."
"Now for the next item," Aizawa began. "This next task will decide your future. It's time... To pick your Class Representative."
The class breathed a sigh of relief, grateful that it was just normal school stuff. However, that's when the class broke out into chaos.
"This won't do..." Chie sighed, shaking her head before clapping her hands to get everybody's attention. "Alright, let's all hold a vote, that way we can ensure that we get some everyone can agree with."
"But won't everyone just vote for themselves-Kero?" Tsuyu said.
"No, actually, not everyone wants the position or has faith in themselves, so it's likely that at least a few people will vote for someone else," Chie replied.
Tenya nodded. "The Class Rep must be capable of leading others. That's not something just anyone can do. It's important to have the trust of every student in the classroom."
"Besides, if we get a stalemate we can just have everyone declare their vote publicly and disallow voting for yourself in the next vote." Haruko shrugged.
"A most logical course of action." Kurai nodded. "Let us begin the voting."
"Since you seem to have a system in place, I have a teachers' meeting to get to. Let me know when I get back who you settled on." Aizawa said as he left the classroom, leaving the students confused about why the sudden meeting.
*One Round of Voting Later...*
"HOW DID I GET THE MOST VOTES?!"
Izuku was staring in abject horror as he had somehow gotten seven votes, Momo had gotten four votes, Tenya and Chie had gotten three votes, Haruko got two votes, and even Katsuki, Akito, and Himiko got a single vote each.
"I'm amazed I even got any votes at all," Tenya admitted. "I know most of the class only sees me as being too uptight."
"Yeah, you didn't leave a good first impression of us back at the Entrance Exam." Chie wryly said.
Aizawa came back and took notice of the results before nodding his head.
"Alright, seems you managed to figure things out on your own. Midoriya will be the Class Representative and Yaoyorozu will be his Deputy."
Momo smiled at Izuku. "It will be nice working with you, Midoriya. I'll help you in any way I can."
"T-T-T-T-T-T-T-Thanks..." Izuku stuttered, his legs still quaking from the responsibility placed upon him.
Later the class was in Lunch Rush's Eatery, basically the school cafeteria. The Cuisine Hero: Lunch Rush was another Pro working at the school. His Quirk, [Feed The Hungry], allowed him to create any meal, provided he knew how to cook it. This made Lunch Rush very popular with the students, and hardly any student from either the Hero, Support, General Ed, or Business courses sought lunch elsewhere.
"Sheesh, get over the jitters, Zu." Haruko giggled as Izuku was anxiously picking at his Katsudon.
"I just didn't realize so many in this class trusted me."
"I mean, besides me, your sweet sister and our four awesome best friends?" Himiko pointed out, her Chesire Cat grin ever prominent.
"Uraraka and I had also voted for you." Tenya pointed out. "You had the majority backing from the beginning, Midoriya."
"I'm surprised you didn't vote for yourself, Iida. You seemed like you wanted the job." Ochako noted.
"Wanting a job and being suited to it are two different things," Tenya pointed out. "I may look the stereotypical part of a Class Rep, but pretty much everyone tells me to chill out whenever I demand they respect the various school paraphernalia in our classroom. Besides, in terms of leading others, I still have much to learn compared to my brother Tensei."
"Tensei...Tensei..." Izuku's eyes shot open. "TENSEI IIDA! YOU MEAN THE TURBO HERO: INGENIUM?!"
"The Pro Hero with over 65 Sidekicks working at his agency?!" Haruko added.
"He's my older brother! The Iida Family has practically been a Hero Business even before the Dawn of Quirks!"
"So does that mean your rich, Iida?" Ochako asked excitedly.
Tenya straightened himself out and sighed. "Yes, another reason I didn't vote for myself. I was afraid people would treat me differently if they knew I came from money."
"I mean, Todoroki and Yaoyorozu are pretty rich too." Chie pointed out. "And Aki-Chan's family is well off enough as well."
"Money is a fleeting possession, my grandma says," Akito said. "She said no matter how much money you have, it can't buy love or happiness that family gives for free."
Izuku suddenly felt his [Observation Haki] go off as Haruko winced and held a hand to her temple, feeling [Danger Sense] shoot off. Seconds later, an alarm rang throughout the school.
"WARNING! LEVEL 3 SECURITY BREACH! ALL STUDENTS PLEASE EVACUATE THE BUILDING IN AN ORDERLY FASHION!"
"Someone got past the school's barriers?! That hasn't happened in the three years I've been here!" Exclaimed a random Third-Year student.
It wasn't long before the cafeteria was a madhouse as students were panicking and pushing and shoving each other. Soon, it would lead to trampling, which would no doubt lead to serious problems.
"We need to get their attention, panic like this will only lead to more danger and injury," Izuku said.
"Then it's a good thing you've got a good Devil Fruit for that, Izu!" Chie smirked as Izuku nodded and climbed onto one of the tables before using the [Tone-Tone Fruit], playing a catchy melody that got everybody's attention.
"Everyone! There's no need to panic! Please evacuate calmly! This school is protected by some of the top heroes in the nation, and we're supposed to be following their example! So we shouldn't just be rushing out all once in a mob!"
This managed to get through to everyone, quelling the chaos. Izuku sighed as he jumped off the table, noticing Haruko's concerned face.
"What's wrong, Haru-Chan?"
"My new [Danger Sense] went off just before the alarm," Haruko explained. "While I'm sure this security breach really is just what it appears, I somehow wonder if some Villain wasn't behind it, trying to cause a scene."
Izuku frowned, also acknowledging his own Haki going off. All-Might had told the group about the piggyback Quirks in OFA after Haruko came to him following the Mock Battles. Still, this situation seemed too contrived to be a coincidence.
After shooing off the press when they somehow managed to make it past the gates, Nedzu was examining the corroded barrier at the school gate alongside Midnight, Recovery Girl, and Power Loader.
"No ordinary member of the press could have done this," Midnight noted.
The sound of a jetpack alerted them as a young 10-year bold with dirty blonde hair flew down, his backpack having a jet protrusion from it. This was Sota Hatsume, the Pro Hero Child Emperor and one of the S-Rankers.
"I came as soon as Sitch pinged me."
Taking out a scanning device, Sota went over to the remains of the barrier and inspected it closely.
"Someone used an acceleration of natural decomposition to break down the barrier. Considering the barrier is made from a combination of tungsten and telekill alloy, it must be incredibly powerful."
"Could this be related to what Lady Shibabawa was warning us about?" Power Loader asked.
"Perhaps...either this is a show of power...or a declaration of war." Nedzu frowned.
"Hey, Hagakure, got a sec?"
"Oh, Chie!" Tooru said, turning to the horned girl. "What's up?"
"Well, considering what Kurai told me about how you don't have a proper Hero Costume...well, I figured I could help out."
"Really? How so?"
Chie smiled and put her hands on Tooru's shoulders. She could see her Quirk, it was like a multi-faceted prism glimmering with all sorts of colors. However, there were a few kinks that could use loosening. Getting to work, Chie touched up before letting go as Tooru gasped, her invisible body glowing before slowly becoming visible.
"I-I...I can see myself!"
With her features revealed, Tooru could see she had short, wavy chartreuse hair, with pink specks, big round eyes, with the pupils being violet on top, teal on the bottom, and yellow on the inside, and light yellow bushy eyelashes.
"Hey, my Quirk can edit other Quirks. I figured I could help you out with your big problem."
Tooru happily wrapped her arms around Chie, who chuckled and hugged her back.
