Chapter 10: Rogue Bludger
"Blimey! Harry's got himself a rogue bludger." Hagrid commented as he lowered his binoculars. "That's been tampered with!"
"I'll stop it!" Ron said, raising his wand.
"No!" Hermione stopped him. "Even with a proper wand, it's too risky. You could hit my brother!"
"Albus! The bludger!" McGonagall exclaimed, holding onto her husband's arm.
Dumbledore patted his wife's hand. "It's alright, my sweet. I see it."
"That's definitely been tampered with." Lockhart said.
"Agreed." Dumbledore said. "But by who?"
Once the snitch was caught. Ron and Hermione quickly exited the Gryffindor stands to run to Harry's side. Hermione had to use a spell to destroy the bludger.
"Harry! Are you okay, bro?" Hermione asked.
"No sis. I think my arm is broken." Harry said.
Lockhart used a spell that was probably not a spell. The site of Harry's arm shocked and grossed out the other students.
"He's going to have to stay here, Minerva." Madam Pomfrey said.
"Will he be alright?" McGonagall asked.
Harry held McGonagall's hand "I'm fine, Professor. I promise."
McGonagall gave him a gentle smile.
"You'll be alright here by yourself? Won't you, Harry?"
"Yes sir." Harry said.
"I'll check on you first thing in the morning." McGonagall said, placing a kiss on Harry's head.
"Yes ma'am."
They could hear snickers from the other students. Harry didn't care what his classmates thought. He was happy to be part of a family.
