A Parasite in Human Clothing
In a dimly lit pub hidden within the Land of Waves red-light district; a shadowy figure watched a crimson-haired server as she waited on tables. From the moment he'd stepped into this joint an hour ago, his eyes had been immediately drawn to the red-haired beauty who looked no older than twelve or thirteen. A wave of lust hit him and he could feel the blood rush to his groin as he watched her sway her hips.
The man grunted. A girl like that should know better than to move her body that way in public, especially in this place. It looked like he needed to teach her a lesson in safety. After all, it would be irresponsible of him to leave such a little beauty to fend for herself. He raised his hand, making a signal for the bartender to come over.
Hiru, seeing his boss's gesture, made his way over. "Good evening boss, what can I get for you tonight?" he asked.
The man smirked. "Nothing much. I just want the name of the little beauty over there busting tables," he said, taking a swig of his whisky.
Hiru followed his boss's line of sight, landing on his newest acquisition. A smirk formed on his face. "Aww, I see you've found Nana," he said.
The man grunted, "She's a little hard to miss, especially with that red hair of hers. I've never seen hair like that in my entire life. Tell me, where did you find the little beauty?" he said.
The younger man shrugged his shoulders. "She found me, actually. The poor thing came in here about a month days ago, begging for work since the orphanage kicked her out," he said.
The man laughed, "Why Hiru, I didn't take you as the type to fall for a sob story. Not that I can complain, the girl is easy on the eyes," he said.
Hiru shrugged, "Normally, I would have just sent her to the brothel, but I figured a beauty like her would attract customers, and so far, I've been right. I mean, just look at the place sir, the place is packed," he said.
The man smirked. "That it is, but do me a favor next time Hiru, before you hire a beauty like that, send her to me first. Tell her Gato will take good care of her," he said.
Hiro gave a nervous chuckle. "I'll keep that mind for next time, sir," he said.
Gato smirked. "Anyway, why don't you introduce the two of us?" he said.
Hiru smiled and gave a friendly nod, but internally, he was scowling. Why did his boss have to come tonight and see Nana? Honestly, Hiru had wanted a piece of the girl first. Raising his arm up to signal to the redhead, he gave a quick whistle, "Nana, come over here, baby girl," he said.
Nana turned around to face their direction. Her purplish-blue eyes looked confused for a moment before she noticed Gato sitting down at the table. A smile adorned her lips, and she hurried over to the two of them. "What's up boss? Is everything okay?" she asked.
Hiru gave her a gentle smile. "Nana, I want to introduce you to someone important. He's the most important man you're ever going to meet in your life. Nana, say hello to Lord Gato," he said, gesturing to the short, stubby man sitting at the table.
The girl's eyes grew wide at the mention of Gato, and she clapped her hands together in excitement. "Oh my Gosh, you mean the Gato of Gato's Shipping company?" she said, nearly shouting in excitement.
Gato smiled at the girl. "Aww, so you've heard of me, young lady?" he said, clasping his hands together.
Nana nodded. "Of course, I've heard of you! You're only like the most successful business executive in the Elemental Nations," she said.
Gato hummed, stirring his glass of whiskey. "I didn't realize I was that famous, he said, turning his attention away from Nana. He looked at Hiru. I like her," he said, laughing.
Hiru smiled with pride. "I knew you would. Nana here is the sharpest gal in the Land of Waves," he said.
Nana blushed in embarrassment. "Oh boss, you flatter me," she said.
Hiru patted her head. "Well, it's true, hiring you was probably the best business decision I've ever made," he said, smiling kindly at the girl.
Gato smiled too. "I must agree with Hiru san here, Nana-chan. I've just met you and you've impressed me. Say to show my appreciation, why don't Hiro san and you come over to my place once you're done for the night? What do you say?" he said.
Nana's eyes brightened, and she turned excitedly to Hiro. "Oh, can we, Hiro san? Can we?" she said, practically jumping in excitement.
Hiro put his hands up in surrender, laughing just a little. "Okay, okay, you don't have to convince me. Now get back to work," he said. Internally, though, he was cringing, wondering what his boss was thinking of inviting him along.
Nana's fist pumped in the air, "Yes!" she cried out in excitement before running off to finish her shift.
Once she was out of earshot, Hiru turned to Gato. "Why are you getting at by inviting me?" he asked, unsure of why his boss would want him to come. The last time he checked, the older man didn't share his toys.
Gato turned, "Oh nothing, I just thought the young lady would be more comfortable if you were there," he said.
Hiru smirked registering his words; this would be a fun night indeed.
Nana walked into the restroom, where she checked the stalls carefully. Once she was satisfied that she was alone, she bit her thumb till she drew blood; she then smeared it across her left shoulder. A moment later, a fox tattoo appeared. She then activated her chakra into the tattoo, not a lot, but enough to get the job done.
A moment later, she could feel the mental link between her, Jackel, and Taka connect. "Widow, is that you?" Jackel's voice came through.
Nana hummed, "Listen, Jackel, I'm in," she said.
Jackel was silent for a moment before resuming, "I see, when are you scheduled to meet?" he said.
"Tonight, after closing, but here's the thing: I wasn't the only one invited. My boss got an invitation too," she said.
"I see. I'll send Taka to take care of it." Jackel said.
Nana sighed in relief. "Good, it might be a pain to take on both parasites by myself, not that I couldn't, but I'd really hate to stain my baby with such vile blood," she said.
Jackel huffed, "You and that sword," he said, mumbling.
Nana ignored his comment. "Anyway, I've got to go. See you tonight," she said.
Jackel didn't respond, and communication was cut. Nana quickly put her concealer seal back in place and then hurried back to work. It was going to be a wild night indeed.
Author's note: So here's chapter eleven. I know this one is short but I'm this mission down into two parts because I want time to work on the action scenes. Anyway, I hope this chapter is a good build-up for you guys. Also please know I'm not a pervert and I don't see women as objects, as a woman myself, I was simply trying to write the way I think a rapist pig would think. Thank you Nerdzone6.
