Ahaha, yes, the ship for Inko is Kalego, glad everyone seems to be onboard for it. For the one reviewer that asked, yes, there ARE consequences to demons and humans being together, but that will be explored a little more in Heroic Lifestyle for Iruma and the eventual third fic in the 'Demonic Quirks for Dummies' series.

"Alright kid, wanna talk about it?" Lizzy asked the boy, getting his outfit prepared for tomorrow. "You know you can tell me anything. Anything you don't, I'll just grab from your memories."

"What, that my mom was just about to take away every bit of happiness I've managed to gain since being sold? That I have to worry even more about trying to help people, or that Kalego of all people is who my mother trusts the most at the moment?" Izuku tossed away all his hero shirts over his head. "No. I think it's simple enough. There's nothing more to unpack."

"Well what about the fact that she was literally the only good thing in your life, or the person you gave a shit about back in the human world?" Lizzy asked.

"I cared about Kachan." She had to hit him over the head for saying something so stupid. "It doesn't matter. Whether I'm here or back on earth, I'm always just living off the whims of whatever the world says I can or can't be. And mom, she.." Izuku looked like he was one or two seconds away from saying something he'd regret. "I understood her worries, but I'm not that four year old who asked her if I could become a hero. I can decide for myself what I can do with my life."

She rolled her single eye. She just had to get the master with a decade of low self-esteem. "Well, that's a problem, but maybe if you were good at telling people about how you feel, she wouldn't be so wary. Fact is, you were never that honest with how everyone treated you in the human world."

"Look, I can handle this myself." He tried to assert.

"Oh, you can, can you? Cause it looked like you were about to give up your dreams and ambition just for her sake, without any real form of argument." He was flinching. Good, he was listening. "You say you can deal with whatever batshit insanity the netherworld can throw at you, but the reality is you ARE that little boy still trying to prove to his mommy you can be a hero."

"And you're just an object stuck along for the ride." Wow, that cut deep. But not inaccurate, she was only with him due to literally being stuck to the ring.

"I didn't ask for this crap any more than you did. I want to retain consciousness, and you want to rank, so like it or not, we're stuck with each other, buddy. I don't care what you choose to do with your rank, but if you're actually serious about deciding what you want, don't be a hypocrite and wait for others to give you criticism or validation."

"I don't need their criticism, I already know I have a lot to work up to, alright." Izuku spoke.

"And there's that! You and your victim mentality!" She poof herself into a mini version of him. "Oh, I'm quirkless, the worlds unfair, I guess people will hate me unless I give up everything for them! That'll show them I'm worth keeping around!"

"Well that's all that could happen in the old world. Let me make it clear, the only reason I'm not cutting off my finger is because otherwise I get eaten and ditched. No demon cares about anyone barring what they can give. Azz just wants his curiosity fix..."

"And what about Clara? The girl that just wanted a friend as much as you?" She saw him lose that spite growing in him. "The girl always proclaiming that she doesn't care what you are? And Eiko? The first one you saved? The one that wanted to speak to you so much she studied an entire library if it meant helping you?"

"You heard Kalego-sensei … I'm just a crutch to them." And now he's taking it the wrong way, because of course the moron is!

"What about Ameri? Is she sooo incapable without her little Izzy-kun to read her bedtime stories? Do you think she's that incompitant without you? Geez, you really think the world revolves around you."

"It doesn't revolve around me! That's the entire point I'm trying to make!" He shouted. "I accepted this long ago and you know it, but you just keep pestering and pestering with bad ideas. You know how much trouble Deku got me into!?" He started crying. "Why the hell did … did I have to … screw it." He shoved himself back into work.

"All men are not created equal." He picked his head up. "That's what you told your class when you became Deku. Do you really understand what that means?" He looked like he was about to answer, but she stopped it. "It means that no one, and I MEAN no one in this life, demon or otherwise, is put on the same playing field. It means we're all equal in the sense that there's something we're all struggling to accomplish."

"Is that what you think it means?" He asked. "Check again."

"No, because I'm not going to keep giving you excuses! The truth about you and the world is that you. Are. not. special. No one in this world is."

"All Might is! Sullivan is! They were born with outstanding talent and power and ability to make others safe far beyond what anyone else is capable of!" He glared at the ring. "So why don't you, just, leave."

She felt it, a command that sucked her up into the ring. 'Dang it, kid! Why are you always getting in your own way?'

Henri watched his daughter look through dresses. One after another got ditched for a different, muttering to herself. He decided to ask what she was doing to begin with. "Princess? What are you doing?"

She jumped, clothes flying into the air and scattering on a pile on the floor. "Oh, nothing, just, making sure to wear something comfortable today! It's finally the beginning of the Terminus break, and I thought I should at least give myself one day that isn't focused on running the Student Council."

"Well it is the month of relaxing." He idly muttered, and a thought occurred. "In that case let me join you, we could have some father daughter bonding time." Ah, that would be such paradise, just like the old days.

"Ah, actually I have plans with other people. We're heading out and meeting at Walter Park."

Others? Henri didn't mind his daughter having companions, but he didn't take the members at the student council as anything other than work acquaintances. "So the student council is taking off for the day?" He asked, as she nodded her head no.

"I'm going with Izzy and his friends." That son of a bitch! He dares corrupt her daughter with nicknames!?

"YOU WON'T MARRY IZUKU!"

"Father, it-it really isn't like that! Seriously, not at all!" And now she was lying straight to his face! When did his daughter become such a delinquent? "The whole Calamity Cult is going, so they're going to be supervised! Even his mother will be there!" His internal ranting paused on that last one. He had little information on Inko Midoriya, so meeting her in person would be a good chance to get information.

And if he managed to gain evidence she and her son were humans, even better. "Ah, I understand perfectly, which is all the more reason why I should go with you. I should at least meet the mother of the young man that you're constantly watching over."

"Our parents, meeting!?" She began to hyperventilate. He went to grab the prepared baggies he kept in her room on all occasions. As an Azazel they had many different options for emotional attacks. He himself had anger pills he took on the daily, and he found himself completely composed. "Thank you, father. I guess it is vital that you should meet my in-la-I mean her. Wait. I'm meeting her for the first time too!" She took the bag and made it explode under all the breathing. If he didn't know any better, he'd say she looked like some of the images in the forbidden text.

Eiko and Gaako were resting on the trees in their combined backyard, watching the stars while resting on each other. "This is nice, we rarely get to relax like this anymore." Eiko said. "Joining the school newspaper, the Magical Apparatus Battler, spreading the Calamity Cult, ranking Gimel(3). It's been a busy first half of the semester."

"Yeah, it's been weird. Fun, but weird." Gaako agreed with her. "Here I thought we were all set for a completely normal and mundane school year. Now you're a super genius and I'm probably crushing on a rich powerful douche."

"Yep, I don't envy you." Eiko laughed. "But yeah, Clara's been nice at the very least. A well meaning girl that just likes to have fun, not realizing how dangerous her games are or when something serious happens … except him." Amy was not what she would call a fun time. Well he was, until he turned really really bad. "And yeah, I think I finally have a goal for myself that I can work to achieve."

"Having a three way with Izuku and Ameri isn't what most would call something of a life-long goal, Eiko."

"That's not what I meant! Not entirely." She was still set on three and a half kids! "I mean, I didn't think I'd love making Magical Apparatus so much, but learning all the little details, giving them specific functions, allowing them to help weaker demons. I've got a literal walking arsenal in my bag you know?"

"I know, you nearly tried to blow off the head of a teacher with it." Gaako deadpanned, leaning into her.

"He thought I was cheating with how much I improved! You don't insult another demon's pride like that!" That teacher didn't have too many scars, ones that would be noticeable that is. "Anyways, I finally have something for myself, a future planned! I'm going to keep making Apparatus to keep improving the lives of all demons."

"And here I thought you couldn't imagine a future without thinking about mr shrub head himself."

"Who do you think I'm giving forty percent of my equipment to?"

"There it is." They were silent for a few seconds.

"Am I still as sane as I was at the start of the year?"

"Nope. Not at all. You went off the deep end." Geez, thanks for easing her in. "But you're better than how you were. You know what you want and you keep charging towards it. Plus Ultra and all that. Meanwhile, I don't even know what I want to do."

"Well, why don't you start with clearing the air with Azz? That might make things easier."

"When I admit to that, it'll be on a deathbed." Eiko opened her mouth. "And I mean bigger deathbed than our usual weekly antics." And closed it right up.

"Well, he has tried to kill two members of the Battler already, three if you count Clara and him fighting." She groaned. It still frustrated her that Izuku allowed him to be so close. "You'll have all day to think about it. We're going to Walter Park after all."

Gaako blinked. "Wait when did you learn that?"

"About a minute ago, they texted. Don't worry, I've got our outfits picked out." Gaako looked frightened for some reason at that.

"So then, we're going to supervise the Misfits tomorrow?" Balam asked the group, consisting of Naberius, Opera, and Morax. "Not that I don't mind, but why this time in particular?"

"I made a promise that I would look after one of the students and intend to keep it. Besides, you know how the Chair Demon is about Midoriya." Morax made a groan of approval, he believed.

"For one meeting can he not gush about the boy? We'd be so much more efficient if he wasn't such an airhead." Morax complained loudly. And while he did find it slightly annoying in his personal opinion, the chair demon's face was too cute to call him out. And the pictures of little Midoriya were a treasure in and of itself. "I'm surprised to see his Butler tagging along. From what I recall, you two have a bad history."

"They do, but the chair demon's word is law." The man was higher rank and position, there was no refusing.

"I would say no ordinarily, but it was a promise and the order of a superior. Those are the only reasons I'm going." Buzz Since when did Naberius ever feel the need to lie to him? Especially with such a simple sounding situation.

"Oh, and I suppose Inko Midoriya's charm had nothing to do with it?" Opera said in his usual neutrally teaching tone.

"You can drown in a ditch, you ridiculous cat." Naberius grumbled.

"There's nothing to be ashamed of, little Kohai. She is quite adorable."

"Bullshit, you wouldn't know what adorable is if it hit you with a sledgehammer." It was concerning that Buzzer never went off when insulting Opera.

"Inko Midoriya? Is she the mother?" Morax asked.

"Yes, Midoriya's, and I've chatted over tea about his home life when I was helping him take notes for the End of Terminus. From what I've heard she's a very lovely lady."

"..Is that so." Why did she start gripping her clipboard like that? "I assume she's just as troublesome as Sullivan himself?"

"Actually, she's anti-troublesome. The woman managed to make the man beg on his hands and knees for forgiveness after she heard about his actions in the school." Buzzer didn't go off when Naberious smirked, and that sent an unusual chill down his spine. Motherly furry he supposes.

"That's … wonderful." Buzz Thought she wanted the man happy? What was wrong with having an ally? "In fact, why don't I just join you all for a nice day of fun?"

"Hm, it does seem like a bit much, but this is the Misfit Class and the Calamity Cult we're talking about, and it would reassure Inko all the more with supervision." Inko? Already going for the first name. He only did that with people he liked or utterly despised, and Balam knew it wasn't the latter.

"I shall make the arrangements at once. I look forward to the group at hand." Opera gave a smirk that indicated chaos. Oh great, this better not end up like the locker incident again. Took weeks to get out the frills. "I'm also getting word Henri Azazel is also planning on attending, to supervise his own daughter." So many powerful demons in one place. A little overkill for a trip like this, but what's the harm in having a little help?

Inko made her way with Izuku and Opera to the front of Walter Park. It was truly a grand sight, and she watched Izuku's face look at it in amazement, causing her to internally cringe. She would have taken that away from him. She-she was so close to taking away his chance at happiness.

She and Izuku had been quiet ever since Kalego's visit, and she couldn't blame him entirely. While she could chastise him for his reckless nature, Izuku's entire situation was complicated, and maybe she put too much of the blame on him for that, but she couldn't help herself. Everytime she looked at her son, she kept remembering that day at the Quirk doctor visit. Him asking that important question, and her response.

'Izuku, I am so sorry!'

Her internal monologue was cut off by Clara ambushing her son from behind. "Izuku-kins! Mamadoriya! You finally made it!" The rest of Izuku's battler came right behind her.

"Clara!" He shouted, running over to his friends. The ones she would have taken him away from. "I'm glad you guys could make it."

"Of course we did, this place is a monument of-" Asmodeus stopped talking as said group of friends all blinked in confusion. "Of … fun .. I'm sorry, what in the nine rings are you wearing?"

Izuku was wearing his favorite shirt of all time..A plain light blue shirt with kanji written across it..kanji that just spelled shirt. He even asked papa to use magic and make the shirt look like demon language to any onlookers. It still spelled out the word shirt. "What?" Apparently Izuku had no sense of irony.

"Izuku-kins, your shirt is pretty weird. There are no pictures or jokes. It just says shirt." Clara pointed out.

"But that is a joke. A shirt that says shirt."

"A joke that has no punchline..or set up...how is it a joke?" Eiko looked like she was working her brain twice as hard to understand Izuku's non-existent humor.

"Did you have nothing else to wear?" Gaako blinked, likely trying to find any excuse for such a travesty. "Even your bunny suit would've been better."

"I mean, I have a shirt that says pants." Izuku rubbed his head nervously.

"Izu, it's okay, we all have our flaws. Azz is an asshole, Clara is scatter brained. You just have no fashion sense." Wow, Eiko was being really blunt today.

"That's it, after Walter Park, we're taking you shopping." Asmodeus pointed out. "Don't worry, my card will pay for everything. No friend of mine is going to suffer this cruelly without me helping them." Aww, look at how much he's grown!

"It's not that bad. Look, everyone else will agree! Lied, hey!" The other members of the misfits came into toe, along with Kalego and a very tall man with a scary mask. She recognized him as 'Balam sensei' from her son's description, and the way he talked about the man was kind enough she gave him the benefit of the doubt.

"Yo, Izuku, how's it going? So is that every-oh my Devi what in the name of taste are you wearing?" 'Lied' was just as horrified. "It's worse than I could ever have imagined! What kind of sick joke is the Chair Demon playing!?"

"This is my favorite shirt."

"The brainwashing has run too deep! Guys, we have another emergency here!" Lied called out to the rest of the class. "Izuku thinks lame clothing is cool!"

"It's a joke shirt! It's funny because the name of the item is on the item!" He shouted futilely.

"Oh you poor dear." A tall figure with long hair looked at him. "You must have been exposed to school clothing for too long."

"Oh, Ameri! You actually made it!" Huh, so this was the girl he read that romance manga with. She was taller than she was expecting, not to mention a year older it seemed. "Sorry for not meeting you in person for a while. Deku threw me for a loop for a minute."

"It's fine. I'm just glad you're back to your normal self now, Izzy." Even a cute nickname too? Would Izuku have been this popular if he stayed in the human world? "… Although I could do without the poor taste in clothes."

Izuku threw his hands up. "I give up!" Yes, please do, Izuku. Please get some actual taste while you're at it.

A man with red hair walked up to her, adjusting his glasses. "You must be Inko Midoriya. I've heard a lot about your son through my daughter. My name is Henri Azazel, it's a pleasure." He extended his hand.

She extended it back, taking him in the shake. "Likewise, Ameri has been wonderful to my son I've heard." He seemed to twitch, but it was so small she could have imagined it. Well that could just-oh, and he was a gentleman too, kissing her hand as well.

"Know your place." A bright light was shown from behind. It was Kalego, who's body seemed to extend to some sort of fierce three headed dog made up of electricity. "And what exactly is one of the thirteen crows doing acting so unprofessional?"

The man didn't bat an eye, adjusting his glasses. "I'm simply greeting a woman who's son my daughter acknowledges with some respect. Is there a problem with treating a woman like a lady?" He asked with mild confusion.

"So you say.." Kalego narrowed his eyes. "The Midoriya's are under my supervision today. I won't allow anything to cause potential harm...of any kind."

"So you're Ms Midoriya." Spoke a voice of silk with underlying malice. It came from a white haired woman. "I'm Ms Morax, it's nice to meet you in person." She held out a hand.

Inko grabbed it and gripped it as hard as she could. "I'm sure it's a pleasure." This woman just met her and was already acting spiteful for some reason. She wouldn't be pushed around here.

The one known as Balam intruded between the mental battlefield the two of them where in and took her to the side. "Sorry about Morax. She's not use to more than one person gathering Neberius's attention at a time, she tends to be a little possessive in that regard."

"Well tell her that how I go about myself is my business and my business alone." She huffed, the last thing she needed to do was get angry at one of Izuku's teachers now of all times. "I'm sorry, I didn't introduce myself. I'm Inko. You're Izuku's tutor, Balam, right?"

"Yes, it's nice to meet the woman who raised such a fine and kind child. It's been an honor getting to know a student with a heart like his." Even the teachers there seemed to love Izuku. "Even Naberius seems to hate his students less than usual, even if he'll never admit the fact out loud."

"Yes, Izuku has told me of Kalego's more, sterner, side, though that's probably due to Papa docking his pay for the trouble with the cameras." Inko recalled. "I'm just glad there's someone responsible keeping watch over my baby and his friends."

"Alright people, everyone's here!" Lied shouted. "Operation super fun time at Walter Park is commencing!" He shouted, the misfits cheering with him. "Let's head in and have some fun!" Yes, that's what she was hoping for.
