This was the worst! Picero should never have agreed to show up to this stupid park! Someone put him out of his misery with eternal sleep! It was one thing after another with this group of loud and rambunctious psychopaths that never knew how to shut up!

"Aha, this shirt is most befitting of a demon king!" Sabnock went on and on with his usual demon king boasting. Really dude? It's a freaking shirt, that's like the last thing people pay attention to when thinking about the Demon King.

"This, this, this, definitely this, we have a ton of work to do." Asmodeus piled on shirt after shirt into Izuku's arms, practically drawing the boy in the cloth. Man was he jealous, it must've made a nice warm blanket. "Literally everything here would be an improvement over what you're wearing now."

"Add this, and a bit of this, girls will love these pants." Gaako added on even further.

"Guys … losing feeling … in my arms." He could hear the boy cry out from under the piles of clothing, muffled beyond belief. Soft muffles of a heading deep within a soft pillow. Man, some guys have all the luck.

"Ronove suggests these nice blue shoes to compliment-"

"Okay, you can insult my shirt and pants all you want, but the red shoes stay!" Izuku shouted from the pile. "I've had these since I was four, and I'm not going to give up on them now!"

"But...they're so tacky." Gaako pointed out. "They stick out, and not in a good way. Geez, between that and your bunny suit, I don't know how we didn't see the signs sooner. You're a glorified walking fashion disaster."

"But I … the shoes have sentimental value. I really wanna keep them." He muttered.

"Fine, but we'll have to make an outfit that matches." Asmodeus spoke. "Maybe we could throw in a natural ascension or orange and yellow upwards to match your hair …"

Ugg, between all this talking Picero couldn't sleep. Maybe focusing on the earth would help, like a lullaby. He placed a hand down, letting the gentle stomp of the ground create a rhythm, sounds pulsing from directions as the warmth overtook him … too warm. Ugg. "Even the ground doesn't let me sleep, it's too warm. Not in the comfy way either."

"What do you mean, Picero?" Oh no, Izuku had a curious look on him, he's already taking out that notebook he always makes appear. "That's your bloodline, right? You sense the ground and manipulate it?"

"Yeah. It's strange." He couldn't sleep at the moment. Maybe giving a lecture would tire him out. "Walter Park is run by a massive pool of mana, constantly flowing all over, but right now, it's acting more like a nest."

"You mean something growing?" Gaako asked. "How big are we talking? And where is it anyway?"

He manipulated the ground, making a map with three buttons. "These spots … lots of mana in them. Warm and dense. It's like there's three eggs within the nest, sitting atop as a mama bird waits for them to hatch."

Izuku and the adults of the group suddenly looked very worried. "Wait, one of those locations is about five yards away."

"We should let some of the staff know, they might still be busy with the fire butterflies." Balam-sensei spoke, their voice was always nice and soft, perfect to listen to as he drifted off. Or would have if that pocket of Mana didn't burst.

"Everybody get down!" Morax sensei warned the group as everyone huddled, the ceiling began to crumble. So annoying, time to sway the rubble away and provide support. Easy stuff, nothing to worry about.

"What the hell was that!" Sabnock got his axe ready, likely about to fight whatever was causing the commotion.

"Nothing we're ready to face." The building was in ruins, making it so the group was outside, where they got a good look at a crimson looking beast roaring in the distance. So noisy! This was the worst vacation ever.

"A dragon." Izuku muttered … and immediately turned to Gaako. "What do we do?"

"Okay, first off, racist. I'm not an expert on all dragons, you know.."

"Well sorry for assuming while trying to figure out how to live past the next five minutes!"

"...and second off, there isn't much we can do. That's a Carmine Dragon, dragons born from a massive well of Mana. It's practically made out of it."

"Are you saying someone made that thing!" Izuku shouted, looking up at the big roaring beast. Devi it was loud, just five more minutes please. "Wait, three spots. There are two more beasts like this over the park. Mom, Clara, Eiko, the rest of the guys!"

"Relax, Naberius and Opera are tough demons, they can handle something like this if it's needed to face head on." Balam-sensei spoke. Once again, a soothing voice.

Morax smiles brightly. "I'm sure Kalego is taking this matter with utmost professionalism and respect for the safety of his students."

"Go fight that thing." Goemon blinked, reaching up to their ears to clear out any possible wax that made him mishear what was asked of their group.

"Huh?" Kaumi asked, as did the rest of their group of quite frankly weak and underwhelming forces. "Sorry if I didn't hear you, but it sounds like you want us to fight the thing that's currently destroying the park."

"Well I'm not having fun, so watching you fight that thing while grading your performance seems like the perfect strategy." Kalego-sensei, still being pure spite in mortal form.

"Okay, I always believed it when Izu described how unusually cruel you are, but you are absolutely assanie thinking we can fight this monstrosity! And what about me!? I'm not even in this class!" Izuku's lady friend outside the misfits called out their educator rightfully so.

"Call it extra credit, I'll report the results to your teachers." The man spoke without remorse. "Do you wish to add anything, Azazel?"

Yes, please speak up oh great father of the student council president, member of the thirteen crows, leader of the demon border patrol! "It's your class, who am I to argue with your methods?" Don't speak up! We're all going to die!

"You heard the man, have fun. And don't even think about running away." He let them be, sitting down with a book, as they heard the beast roar and throw some rubble into the air.

"For the record, the thing is screaming 'come out you sons of bitches, let me pulverise your bodies into drinks that I can swallow with a gulp', and other such synonyms." Kamui muttered to the group.

"O-of course! You guys are the Misfits! Quick, list off your strong and amazing bloodline abilities!" The lady asked them. "They have to be crazy strong if you're in the same class as Izu!"

"My ability, my fair lady, is Translator. I can speak to anything in any language, and can even control things that share qualities with me. I would never force myself on a woman though, it is not the way of a gentleman." Kaumi humbly bowed. Seriously, not the time!

"Mine is called Pit. I can identify objects and the best route to steal them." Jazz quickly said.

"I've got Controller. I can steal the senses of something and replace it with my own, the sense stolen turns black." Lied spoke, looking to the others for hope.

"My humble ability is Whirlwind. I refine the winds around me by honing it as a blade."

"And I don't have a bloodline." Eiko nodded. "I do have a ton of equipment from the Magical Apparatus Battler, but not my usual load … damn it, with Izu here I should have brought more weapons." She muttered. "So you two are useless." She points at Jazz and Kamui-dono.

"There's being honest and then there's being downright spiteful." The thief grumbled.

"You're somewhat useful." She pointed towards Lied.

"Just because we aren't Izuku doesn't mean you should be mean."

"And you're the only one here with an offensive Bloodline Ability." She gestured to him. "Other than that, we only have simple spells like color transformation and Rafire." She facepalmed heavily. "Oh devi, I got my work cut out for me. How would Izu use this to his advantage?" She pulled a notebook from out of nowhere and began writing something down.

"Oh yeah, Midoriya's notes! He's gotta have a way to make us more battle ready!" Lied shouted, as he heard Kalego-sensei sighed.

"Does this happen all the time?" The head of Border control sat alongside their teacher with a drink in hand, being cordial with each other for the first time since they've been here.

"All the time. It's partly why just expelling Midoriya would be such a pain in the long run."

"Okay!...So we know Rafire, and Goemon can control wind to an extent, and I have a one-use missile launcher on me. Goemon, you unleash the biggest slash of wind you can muster while Jazz uses fire to fuel it. Lied, you take away one of its eyes to create a blind spot for us to attack, Kaumi, you distract it while I'll attack with Goemon. Any questions!?"

"Which eye should I take? The thing has six and I have two."

"Hm, that is a problem...though if we're going to be effective with this, we can't afford to hold back. Take two of the bottom eyes on it's right, that way we can attack from below unsuspectedly."

"Any restraints on how to catch its attention?"

"It's a friggin monster trying to kill everyone. Nothing's off the table."

"Is this a normal day for you, because you came up with a plan pretty quickly."

"Partially. I only dealt with life threatening stakes on a scale this big one other time, but I've learned to prepare for almost anything." The monster roared. "Well, hope that was it, because we gotta move!"

"Really hope that the others can deal with this. All adults are the worst after all." Jazz spoke.

"Adults are the best people ever!" Was the general shout among the ladies. Said situation was caused by Operako, the cat butler, kicking away the threat of the big teeth rat thing. It was pretty cool. Looks like everyone in Izuku-kins family was crazy strong and scary in some way. She could only hope that Izuku-kins stayed cute if Mamadoriya hinted at anything.

"Now, now. We shouldn't get ahead of ourselves. Madame Madoriya, I insist that you lead the girls to some sort of shelter. I can handle this creature on my own." Operko said with a blank face as he stopped one of it's many stringing tails.

"R-right. Come on, girls, let's head out." Oh, Mamadoriya was always fun. It was best to head with her. Maybe she could share more pictures of baby Izuku-kins with them.

"I'll stay back." Lady Red Hair told the mommy. "I have enough experience with troublesome beasts, and it's best to support Sir Opera on the off chance they need help."

Tea Party Lady and Keroice nodded and agreed, and she probably would've nodded as well, but Mamadoriya copied Izuku-kins with her worried voice. "A-are you sure? You're still a student, even if you're only a year older than my son's class. Can you do magic well? I know my son has tons of ideas and I don't necessarily understand it all, but I.." Wow, Mamadoriya mama-muttered! Izuku-kins really did get all his cuteness from her.

"Izzy is lucky to have a mother like you. I'll be fine." Lady Red hair spoke confidently. "And you need not worry." One of the big spike tails came in and tried to hit Lady Red Hair. She was supposed to dodge, did she not know the game? Suddenly a rock wall appeared and blocked the tail. "I can take care of myself."

Mamadoriya continued to look afraid at this. Now she knew just how scary Lady Red Hair truly was! "I-I, alright. Continue to be safe. I don't want my baby to lose any of his friends today." She grabbed her and Keroice by the hands and took them away.

"Lady Red Hair." She looked back, watching that harpy walk up to the monster like it was nothing. She was strong, she knew that. She walked towards danger headfirst just like Izuku-kins. Maybe that's why Izuku-kins became friends with her. "Lady Red Hair is Izuku-kins friend."

"Ah, yeah, didn't we go over this during girl talk?" Keroice spoke to her as all of them ran. "We all are. Somehow, we all are."

"We're all Izuku-kins friends." Izuku-kins would stay and fight to help Operko and Lady Red Hair, so that means she had to fight too!

"Yes we are Clara-Chan, now come on and-" She wouldn't let the tea lady interrupt her brain!

"Rolling! Rolling! Spiky Rubber!" She created something Izuku-kins called a 'tire' and covered it in spikes, rolling within it and charging towards the rat from the inside. No vermin would destroy her play time today!

"Clara, come back!" Mamadoriya tried shouting. She wouldn't come back yet, not until all of Izuku-kins friends were safe!

"Prison break in section six, and section seven! The Six Fingers are three rooms away, Triton sir!" A guard shouted, and he clenched his teeth. The man had plenty of people try to break out before, but never a break in. Only the delusional would ever attempt that.

"Tell them to keep their distance and hold them at bay, I'll greet these bastards in person." It was his duty. His bloodline alone allowed him to send terror down any criminal insane enough to even attempt to think about breaking out into tears. His handshake ability allowed him to have enough strength in his hands to crush anything in his path. It was useful for practically everything: opening tricky door locks, rubbing sore muscles, tearing a demon in half with a single breath, breaking dragon necks, you know, normal everyday tasks.

Now he has the duty to defend that prison to his last breath. It would be difficult, they would likely scatter and move fast, avoiding his hands like a game of tail tag. Except for keeps, very serious keeps. He crushed the door open, making his way in as the other guards cheered. Even Terry, who was usually an asshole.

"What's going on? Why are all of you hiding in this one room?"

"We aren't, sir! There's a terrifying demon with tremendous strength that threw us all in here." Terry came at him with excuses, though the entire park was in a panic, so maybe he'll lay off the jerk this one time.

"He's super strong, and quick! He's too powerful for any of us to take on!" A guard added to the warning, though he was quickly knocked to the ground, his head ever slightly bleeding as a tiny figure ran past.

"Shit, it's too late! Every demon for them..!" Terry cried, and was soon found on the ground bleeding as well. The other guards were dropping like insects, and whatever it was, it was too quick to be seen by the naked eye.

It wouldn't be enough to deter him forever. He took a deep breath, steady hand. Listen to the movements, the attack patterns, the size of the impacts. All of that ment … there! He reached out, attempting to grab the demon in question. He could feel it in his hand, success! The cocky bastard clearly thought. "This is Triton? I was expecting better."

Triton could even comprehend the mocking as he suddenly felt an overwhelming pain in his hands! What, but the demon.." Impossible! My Bloodline gives me the strength to crush dragons! How is that not enough to take down a tiny old geezer!"

The old man laughed, looking like he was lightly pinching his hands when in reality they were beyond broken at this point. " Unlike you, I've learned just how small I truly am within this world. Don't worry though, I'll be sure to educate you quite thoroughly."

At that moment, Triton learned through the pain he experienced all the pain he put every prisoner through on the daily, and realized if he survived, he should probably retire.

Everything was gone. The color, the laughter, the smiles on everyone's faces. Within a matter of moments, one single attack came in and took away everything. Sabnock cursed the infernal dragon that took away everything and almost killed him without giving him a proper chance at fighting back! It was so uncool.

His fated rival seemed to be taking the worst of it. Gaako, the dragon-like friend of the honor student and Asmodeus tried shaking Izuku out of his stupor, Balam and Morax-sensei doing what they could to reassure him and everyone else in the group, but nothing seemed to be working. It was a first for Sabnock, seeing the boy so horrid, so utterly drained of any drive, any ambition. His friend looked truly dead from within.

Before he could offer his own piece of mind to the table, a loud cry was heard from the destroyed child center. "Help! We need help! There's tons of kids stuck underneath some rocks, and I can't get them out!" The boy was one of the children Izuku was playing with during his 'punishment'.

The life in Izuku's eyes seemed to return, his legs starting to move on their own. "We need to help them. Guys, please, we need to..!"

"Not my problem." That single sentence seemed to stop Izuku in his tracks. Turning he saw multiple demons walking by, leaving the kid be.

"Everyone's here right? Good." Another voice said, before turning their backs as well.

"Poor kid, it sucks to be him."

"Damn it, I was really looking forward to a ride later."

"Wha … but ... the kids are in danger!" Izuku shouted, running to the man who mandated rides. "Sir, there are kids in there! We need to help! They're literally right in front of you!"

"Look brat, we have enough people to look after. If the child doesn't want to leave the others behind, it's his problem." The man carelessly brushed his rival aside, leaving Izuku alone in his worry and frustrations.

"Damn it, damn it, DAMN IT! What's so damn hard about trying to help a single child!? Why is everyone just, just abandoning children to their death!?" Izuku pounded on the ground, crying fervently at the lack of demonity.

"Midoriya." Balam-sensei spoke up. The man looked tough and badass, but apparently he was gentle, and Sabro learned their lesson before about rash action. "That's the way demons are. Unless they directly care about something they won't give a damn. Now come on, as long as we're close to the Carmine we're in danger, never seen one so aggressive before."

Everyone nodded and turned to leave, but Izuku stood where he was, not as dead as before, but something else was brewing within. "Balam, why did you bother ever helping me? Wasn't I just some nobody you didn't need to care for?"

"Well you were." Asmodeus shrugged. "But we've bonded, and as such I'd like to prevent you from endangering yourself when you do that on the daily."

"So if we never met, If you never learned a single damn thing about me, you'd be fine with me dying?"

The boy's eyes turned, and Sabro gave a shrug. "There was no connection before we became mighty rivals." He answered.

Gaako actually looked the most hesitant. "Izuku…"

"YES THERE WAS! I SAW YOU IN DANGER! I KNEW YOU EXISTED! I DIDN'T HAVE A SINGLE REASON FOR SAVING YOU, SABRO! I DIDN'T HAVE A SINGLE REASON FOR SAVING EIKO, FOR HANGING AROUND CLARA, FOR STAYING AROUND ASMODEUS, BECAUSE I DON'T NEED A FUCKING REASON TO NOT SEE PEOPLE GET HURT, OR SAD, OR DEAD! WHAT KIND OF SICK SOCIOPATH WOULD JUST ALLOW PEOPLE TO DIE WITHOUT CARING!"

Everyone watched in stunned silence as the boy seemed to … burst out. Deku really did crack the lid on that vault of emotions didn't he? "Midoriya, I know you're emotional but calm down. It's the duty of teachers to make sure you arrive safely, so we need to get going now." Morax spoke in an authoritative tone.

Izuku shot her a deadly glare, before setting his focus on the kid, who was right beneath rubble about to crush him. "I don't care what you say about it, I don't care if none of you don't see I what I do, but when I see someone in pain, an innocent kid crying out for help, and no one batting an eye, I truly start to wonder how any of you are able to survive in such an empty, apathetic, fucked up world." His rival rushed in, adjusting the ring of his.

Well that made his insides feel all weird … damn it! Now Sabro felt lame! And he's not lame, he's on the path to being cool! "Screw it, I'm following. What kind of demon would I be if I backed down from a speech like that?"

"I'm already having to drag Midoriya back, I'm not dragging two students back!" Morax yelled. Not the first time he ignored a teacher.

"It's...it's fine. Right? Izuku's just going through, Wicked Phase aftermath, right?" Asmodeus didn't look convinced of his own works. "It's just his evil cycle acting up, right?"

"Azz, we both know you're gonna feel bad and guilty over this if you don't actually follow him right?" Gaako spoke, the woman who knew the souls of everyone they met so easily!

"Don't worry kid, I got you!" Izuku finally reached the child, holding him close and narrowly avoided the falling rubble. "It's okay, it's going to be all okay. I'm here. I'm here." A large chunk of debri was hurtling towards Izuku, but the honor student gave it a single dead glare and smashed it to splinters with a single fire whip. "I'm here for you."

"I … but … damn it Izuku, I want you to be aware you're very highly maintenance!" Asmodeus shouted as he walked up to the rubble, melting a hole in the wall.

Izuku kept his gaze solely on the kid in his arms. "If you're only helping out of pity, then just leave. Don't want to get in the way of what you want." Geez, how much spite can the little guy hold in?

"Izuku, don't be stupid just because Azz is being an ass." Gaako came up. "I've tried to understand what goes on in your head, and I still don't get it. All I know is that one of my friends really needs help now more than ever, so I'm not leaving until you get some."

"And I'm just doing this so you all shut up." Picero formed a path for them to walk. "I can find the kids with my bloodline magic."

"Just because Asmodeus is too much of a pansy to help his friend doesn't mean I'll back down from assisting my rival!" They were prepared to head out, except that damn Morax-sensai had something to say about it.

A pile of frogs blocked their way. "You all will shut up and listen to me! As a teacher in charge of your safety I will take you all back by force if absolutely needed!"

Izuku twisted his ring again, looking like he was about to unleash hell, but Balam-sensei held out his arm. "The kid's have a point, Morax. How can we say we have our student's best interest if we just allow kid's younger than they are to perish when we're so close."

"But … Come on! You're supposed to be a reasonable teacher! Like Kalego!" How the hell did she come up with that conclusion? Maybe Izuku had a point about this world being fucked up.

"It would be very noble of you to assist us. Noble enough to earn Kalego's respect."

"Alright, as long as nobody dies, any injury is an okay injury." Complete one eighty that way. There was much to learn from Balam-sensei, that he was certain of.

"Well then, there's only one solution I can see." Sabro spoke, pointing at the Carmine Dragon. "I shall lead the mighty beast away, to protect you all. A heroic job, wouldn't thou say, rival?"

"Completely." Izuku shot him a fist pump that he gladly accepted. Asmodeus's jealousy made it all the more sweeter.

"You both remember me telling you that thing is a walking pile of Mana right? Are you really going to try to solo that?" Gaako asked, apparently having resigned faster than anyone else.

"He won't do it alone. We don't have to beat the beast, we just have to keep its attention on us long enough for you guys to get the kid's out." Asmodeus relented. Hah, finally grew his balls back.

"And I'll make sure they actually stay alive long enough to do that, while Morax will stay with the rest." Balaam volunteered with a shrug. "You guys really are the Misfits Class, or is it Calamity Cult? I keep getting the two mixed up."

"Nonono, Calamity Cult is just what Midoriya's gang is called. Misfit Class is the group of students in said class." Morax-sensei clarified for her fellow teacher.

"But Izuku's friends with the entire class now, right?" Picero yawned, obviously wanting to do anything else given that scowl on his face. "Ugh, this is going to leave me such a headache in the morning."

"We can wonder about the technicalities later. Right now we have children to save. Let's get moving people!" No one was willing to argue with the honor student again as they all split up. Hah, and Izuku said he just wanted to be a hero. Clearly, that was all the signs of a Demon King right there.
