A/N: I own nothing used in this chapter. (I should seriously start doing this on the regular for my own safety.(I just forget to do it))

"Um, Mr. Madman?" Fishlegs nervously spoke up."
"Please, you don't need to add the "Mr". Just Madman will be enough." Their host kindly informed.
"Oh, okay. Well I was just wondering if we could possibly get something to eat?" He questioned. After all, the majority of Berk were ready to head to the Great hall for dinner.
"Aye, I could eat as well." Fergus agreed.
Many begun to murmur in agreement while their stomachs gave growls of hunger.
Madman chuckled and nodded. "Very well, after all, we still have different worlds to witness but you can't watch on empty stomachs." He then waved a hand and a door that didn't exist before suddenly appeared and opened, leading to another room.
As the door opened, a sweet aroma of smell drifted into the viewing room and overtook the audience's noses.
As they followed the seductive smell, the masses were greeted by dozens of large tables, each littered with different kinds of foods and drinks. Foods that many had never seen before.
Hiccup wondered how Toothless was, having being separated for each other's safety but a hidden note from Madman told the boy that the dragon was safe and fine and was eating in a separate room for safety reasons. That made Hiccup feel somewhat better, knowing his friend was safe but he couldn't deny that he wished Toothless was by his side.
Hiccup gathered some food on his plate, though he didn't see himself really eating much. Instinctively, Hiccup sought out an empty table but a voice called out. "Oi!"
Hiccup turned to see the red headed princess, Merida if he remembered correctly, was waving him over to the table she and the blonde girl, Rapunzel, were sat at. The boy, Hiro and his own friends were also seated at the table with their own collection of foods. Hiccup pointed a finger to himself, wondering if she was actually talking to him and not wanting to get his hopes up.
"No, the other fishbone behind you." Merida rolled her eyes. Rapunzel lightly smacked her shoulder for the less than pleasant name and looked at Hiccup.
"There's a free seat here." She smiled pleasantly at the boy.
Hiccup was hesitant at first before giving in and joining the group.
"So, must be weird, seeing an alternate version of yourself." Was the first thing Wasabi said to the Viking.
Hiccup nodded in agreement. "Yeah, definitely not something I ever expected to see."
"But why us?" Honey lemon asked.
"Well." Hiccup started, gaining the attention of his table mates. "The guy, Madman, said we were his third batch of guests. Maybe he just choses a group of people and has them watch other worlds. Seeing as he can watch any of these realities any time he wants must get boring and he finds entertainment in us watching these worlds, watching our reactions."
Gogo nodded. "Yeah, sounds about right. I mean, he took your entire village and I can imagine that would get a lot more reactions from them. He took the time and effort to take us all and people we know and have us watch ourselves in different realities just for our own reactions to these worlds."
Fred groaned, feeling his brain starting to hurt. "Urgh! Less psychological talk, more fun talk. Like, Triple H, how did you come across Toothless?" Fred questioned.
"And with how you had him hide from your tribe, I'm guessing those other Vikings wouldn't take kindly to your friend." Rapunzel guessed, making Hiccup wince.
"Well, let's just say Toothless is one of my best friends. My only friend, really. If the name calling wasn't an indication, I'm not exactly popular amoung my generation. In my village, we are at war with the dragons, they all see dragons as mindless and soulless demons that need to be killed on sight. And killing a dragon is everything, I gets you respect and honour." Hiccup spat at the idea of killing such a misunderstood creature respectful or honourable.
"My name is also a sign of what I am in the eyes of my village. Hiccup means the runt of the litter. A Hiccup. Since I'm not as big or tough as a Viking, I'm usually looked down upon by others." Hiccup confessed.
"That's terrible, you can't held the way you were born." Rapunzel gasped, feeling sorry for the Viking.
"And from the name calling, you wanted to kill a dragon in order to fit in." Wasabi got it in one.
"Yeah, but when I had the chance to do it, I couldn't. Heh. Guess I am just a coward." Hiccup snorted to himself. A Viking who couldn't kill? What a joke.
"You befriended sumthin' that is considered a demon instead of killin' them. You took the risk and looked past the idea that dragons only want to kill you. Sounds pretty brave to me." Merida said. Hiccup looked shocked by the compliment but smiled in gratitude.
"Right but that doesn't explain how you met the guy." Fred pressed.
"Well I found him in the woods. He was shot down and wounded, his left tail fin was torn off. After realising that I wouldn't kill him, I couldn't leave him to die. A downed dragon is a dead dragon. So I decided to help him fly again. And in spending time with him, I learnt more about dragons than anyone else on Berk ever had." Hiccup explained.
'It's your fault he can't fly, you condemned him to a life where he needs you to fly. You took that away from him.' a dark part of Hiccup's mind said harshly to him.
Over with the Winter Spirit, Jack didn't really need to eat, and with the fact that he couldn't exactly pick up the food to eat, he never really ate. But with the opportunity before him, he wasn't going to let it pass.
Jack then heard someone clear their throat from behind him and turned to see King Agnarr, along with Elsa who stood by his side with a more nervous face, as though worried about something. The King however, stood as a man of authority and with a stoic expression on his face. "Excuse me, Jack Frost, is it?" He questioned.
Jack couldn't help but feel slightly intimidated, more than whenever he got on North's bad side but smiled nonetheless. "Yep, that's me." He leaned against his staff as he surveyed the King in turn, wanting to know why such a man was looking for him, he hadn't caused any mischief, yet.
"I was wondering if I could have a private discussion with you." The King asked.
"Uh, sure I guess." Jack accepted.
Agnarr nodded in thanks and looked to find their host. "Excuse me, Madman?" He questioned.
"Already ahead of you." The omnipotent being said and waved his hand again, a new door coming to existence to which the three moved towards. Once inside, the door closed and it was just the three of them.
"It is said that you possess the ability to manipulate ice and snow, is that true?" Agnarr wanted to see if Elsa's testament was true about the young man.
"Yep. But if you happened to lose any toes to frost bite, that wasn't me." Jack joked.
"Then, I need your help." Agnarr said, ignoring the joke. "Elsa, if you could please show him."
Elsa gingerly nodded and raised a shaky hand to her other gloved hand and hesitantly removed the article of clothing. Jack didn't know what exactly he was supposed to be seeing, the girl's hand seemed fine, if only pale skin. The winter spirit was about the ask what exactly the girl was meant to show him until snowflakes began to gather in her open palm and slowly came together to make a snow ball the size of a tennis ball.
Jack stared in wonder at the pristine white snow ball, he and the Guardians had unique abilities but he had never heard of a living person being able to do something like this.
Jack then looked to Elsa and noticed how her nervousness seemingly turned to slight fear at the sight of the conjured mass of snowflakes. The spirit turned his gaze to the King who kept his eyes on Jack, as if watching for any reactions.
"You see, Mr. Frost-."
"Jack, please. Mr just feels wrong." Jack tried to ease the tension.
The King continued as if he wasn't interrupted but rephrased. "You see, Jack, Elsa had similar abilities to you, and I was hoping that you might be able to teach her how to control her powers." Agnarr requested, getting straight to the point.
Jack didn't know how to feel about this. "Uh… look, your highness, despite what you saw about me in the future war thingy. I'm not teacher material." Jack confessed. He still didn't believe himself a teacher, seeing his alternate self with Hiro only cemented the idea.
"Please!" Elsa suddenly begged as she stepped forward, but in doing so, with her fear and desperation growing, a large patch of ice spread out like a wildfire as soon as her foot touched the ground. At the sight, Elsa hastily stepped back with a horrified gasp, but she only created more frosted and icy markings on the floor with each step.
King Agnarr moved to comfort his distressed daughter but she practically leapt back from her father. "Please, father! Don't get close!" She pleaded as she flinched from him, afraid that she would hurt him.
Jack watched and realised why the King wanted his help. It wasn't just for the sake of helping the girl's powers grow but for the girl's sake herself.
Jack knew what that kind of power can do, the destruction it could cause, the memories of the Blizzard of '68 flashed through his mind. That kind of power left uncontrolled, he understood the desperation, the fear.
'She's afraid to be near her own family, the people you're meant to find comfort in, for fear of hurting them.' Jack thought to himself as he saw tears start to gather in Elsa's eyes.
It seemed like her last and only hope was gone, if Jack wasn't willing to teach her, then she would only be left with a life of isolation and misery. Maybe if she left, after this whole "multiverse watching" she could just… slip away from her family.
It would probably be for the best after all, what good was she when all she was capable of was suffering and destruction? Maybe she could find the trolls and ask them to erase her family's memories of her, that way they wouldn't miss her and could focus on Anna, so that her little sister never felt as though Elsa had abandoned her.
Elsa dropped to her knees as she felt her heart begin to break.
Maybe her being gone was for the best.
"Okay." Elsa's eyes widened and she looked up to see Jack looking at her with a kind smile. "I'll train her, or at least try my best to train her."
Elsa couldn't believe it. "R-really?" she stuttered, hope slowly blooming in her chest.
Jack knelt down so that he was eye level with the girl. "Sure, what kind of guy would I be if I didn't try to help someone who needs it?" He asked with a grin.
Elsa felt a smile blossom on her face, feeling happier than she had felt in a long time and threw her arms around the now startled spirit, though in her joyful emotional state, ice quickly formed on Jack from where Elsa rested her hands.
The icicle conjures made Elsa leap back in horror. "I-I'm sorry! I- I didn't mean-!" but her horror was cut short when Jack began to laugh and casually wipe off the ice from his upper back and shoulders.
"No worries. If I couldn't handle a bit of ice, then I wouldn't be a good winter spirit." Jack assured. "I think our first lesson should be working on the emotions that are tied to your powers. I've noticed how the more emotional you are, the more power is used in your ice and how it becomes more uncontrollable."
Elsa looked down and rung her hands together. "Yes. I try to do my best to conceal my emot-."
"Wa-wa-wait." Jack interrupted with a shake of his hand. "What do you mean conceal?"
"Conceal, don't feel. That is what my parents taught me in order to better control my powers in order to hide them." Elsa explained.
"Well then, that's your first mistake. You're powers are a part of you, the more you try to hide it, the more you'll struggle to control it." Jack wanted to glare at Agnarr for giving Elsa such advice, but he understood that the man didn't know what he was doing, or how to help Elsa. "You can't supress them entirely, or at least the way you're doing it."
"Then what am I supposed to do?" Elsa wanted to scream but managed to control herself enough to only raise her voice slightly.
"Don't worry, we'll cover this when our lessons start. But for now, why don't we get something to eat, help calm us down and get our minds right." Jack suggested. He knew the girl would want to start as soon as possible, but her emotions were running high at the moment. Should Elsa feel like she's failing or not doing anything right while in such a state it would only make things worse. Add fuel to the fire, so to speak.
Elsa wanted to start her lessons immediately but a stern look from Jack made her think twice. For someone who seemed fun loving, he could put on a serious face. "Okay. Could you possibly bring me some food?" Elsa asked politely.
"Wow, really going for the spoilt princess stereotype?" Jack joked.
"No! No!" Elsa quickly amended. "It's just that, I don't believe it would be good to be near so many people."
"Right, boom. That'll be lesson one. Getting used being around people." Jack stated. "I mean, you're a princess so you're most likely going to be involved in parties or balls I guess they're called."
"A-are you certain that's the best idea?" Elsa wasn't sure how well she would respond to being around people, people who could get hurt.
"See, that right there. You're feeling scared about being around people, you're letting your fear control you and control your powers. You need to stop being afraid of yourself otherwise you'll never be able to control your magic." Jack reasoned.
Elsa looked to her father, wanting to see what he had to say on the idea. The King stroked his chin in thought. "I can see where Jack is coming from, Elsa. It's what your mother and I have been trying this entire time. Please at least give it a try." Agnarr pleaded with his daughter.
Elsa contemplated the idea before taking a breath and nodding. "Okay."
"Great. Now let's get some food." Jack said and made his way out the room, followed by Agnarr and Elsa. Now joining the dining room, Jack saw Merida and Rapunzel already sat down, along with Hiccup and the others.
"Hey, I found us a table." Jack pointed at the table with his staff and made his way over to the group.
"Hey, room on here for two?" Jack announced his presence.
"Oh, hi, Jack." Rapunzel smiled widely at the cute boy. Wait, cute? Where did that come from?
"'Course, plant yur arse wherever you can find." Merida said as she munched on an apple.
"Awesome." Jack said and sat next to Rapunzel, much to the blonde's delight.
Elsa looked awkwardly at the group, not knowing how to approach them or where to sit. Hiccup noticed the girl's lingering and moved over to make some space. "Here, some room for you if you like." Hiccup offered.
Elsa smiled at the kind gesture and muttered a small "Thank you." Before sitting next to the boy, though keeping a distance to help calm her nerves.
Over at the Berkian tables, Astrid had heard snippets of the group's conversation but not all of it, damn Snotlout, being an egotistical loudmouth.
All she heard was that Hiccup had a secret friend and that he learnt some things about dragons from this mystery friend. So that's how he got so good! He was getting secret training from someone else!
After everyone had their fill of the food Madman redirected them all to the viewing room for one last world before they could get some shut eye.
Everyone had assumed their previous seats, Hiccup however paused and looked at where Merida, Jack and Rapunzel were sat.
"Hiccup?" Hiccup turned to see his father was looking at him in confusion.
"H-hey, dad. I was actually thinking of sitting with those guys." He stuttered.
Stoick looked only more confused. "But your friends are here." He gestured to the other teens. Sure the Jorgenson boy and the Thorston twins may have a silly nickname for Hiccup but surely it was just banter between friends. It was the same for Stoick and his own friends back in the days. Hel' they gave each other worse names, ones you didn't say within ear shot of your parents least you get a smack for your trouble.
They even praised him and carried him on their shoulder when Hiccup won the honour of killing the Nightmare. Surely they were friends.
Hiccup withheld the strong urge to roll his eyes and give a sarcastic remark. "Y-yeah. But I figured maybe it would be a good idea to build connections with people outside of Berk. Y-you know, like with Cami and Thuggory." Hiccup explained.
Stoick thought the idea for a second before nodding. "Aye, good idea, son. Go on then."
And with that Hiccup went over to the three. "H-hey, you wouldn't mind me sitting here, w-would you?"
"Of course not." Rapunzel smiled.
"I ain't got a problem with that." Jack nodded.
"Well we apparently met as babes, so why not call this an overdue get together?" Merida joked.
Hiccup returned the smile and sat next to Merida.
"Now, this world is also set in a future, however for our guests from San Frantokyo, this is a more modern setting in their eyes." Madman announced before the portal flickered to life.
A bright white flash blinds the audience as the sound of electricity courses through something. That something happened to be a person as someone screams out in agony.
"Okay, starting strong in this one." Jack winced at the scream.
"Aye, getting electrocuted isn't fun." Spitelout said, feeling the phantom pain of all the times lightning struck him. He didn't notice the baffled looks from those outside of Berk.
Baymax was on alert at the sound of painful screaming. "On a scale of one to ten, how would you rate your-."
Hiro quickly cut Baymax off. "Don't worry, big guy, nobody here is hurt."
"Wake up, Mr. Haddock. We have much to discuss." An unseen man said, his voice smooth yet dark and calculating.
"Hiccup." Stoick whispered before anger took over him as he realised it was his son getting tortured. Whoever was behind it would pay. Nobody hurt his son!
The vigilante clenched her fists at the sound of Hiccup's screams. Odin forbid she get her hands on the bastard hurting her son.
The man, Henry Haddock, groggily woke up from the sudden electrical charge and addressed the voice. "Grimborn? You won't get away with this…" Henry promised, his voice sounding menacing once he realised who he was talking to.
Many Berkians shared surprised looks, who knew Hiccup could put on a menacing voice. One that promised pain.
Grimborn only chuckled in amusement. "I already have." He said.
A flashback to a press conference being held by Henry Haddock as he presents himself before the walls of Arkham City. The screen focused on a pretty blonde woman as she held a microphone in her hand and spoke to the audience.
"This is Vicki Vale, reporting live from Arkham City; the controversial super-prison built right here in the heart of Berk. In a few moments, Henry Haddock will be live on stage to explain his sudden interest in Berk politics. The infamous playboy millionaire has never been one to..."
But as Vicki spoke, Henry himself walked past the reporter and interrupted her as he went on to say:
"It's billionaire, Vicki. Millionaires are so last year." Henry corrected with sass and made his way to the podium, his presence drawing the attention of news reporters and photographers alike as they rapidly spoke questions and snapped photos of one of the most famous men in the world.
"Henry?" Stoick questioned, looking at Madman as to why his son had a different name.
"You see, in this world it has a more modern setting, or still rather future for most of you and names changed, names like Hiccup, Fishlegs or Snotlout were outdated and Hiccup is known as Henry in this world." Madman explained.
In the flashing sea of lights, another bright light blinds the audience as another pain filled scream comes from Henry. He breathed raggedly as he tried to gather his bearings. The sounds of footsteps indicating that Grimborn was walking around Henry, still yet to be seen.
"On a scale of one to ten, how would you-."
"Okay, I can see this becoming getting old quickly. Baymax, only respond to anyone sounding in pain who are in this room. Not from the portal screen." Hiro ordered.
"Acknowledged."
"I assume that you thought yourself untouchable. Well, as you can see, no one is untouchable." Viggo Grimborn taunted.
A second flashback, and Henry is addressing the press and the people of Berk City. He held their attention and spoke loud and clearly.
"Thank you! Thank you, berk. Imprisoned behind these walls, gang leaders are fighting a bloody war in the middle of our once great city." Henry stated as he gestured to the very prison behind him. "Every inmate from Arkham Asylum and Blackgate Prison has been relocated to this facility. How can this be safe for the people of Berk?" he asked the press.
A final burst of white light with more electricity induced screaming from the billionaire as he felt the element surge through his nerves like a fire.
Henry tried to get Grimborn to see reason. "Shut Arkham City down. It's out of control." He demanded.
Grimborn however was undeterred. "Shut it down? By the end of tonight, I will be a hero, just like you... Night Fury!" Grimborn said, revealing that he knew Henry's greatest secret, shocking the tortured man.
"Night fury?"
"What is he on about?"
"Hiccup is… a Night Fury?"
"Haven't a clue."
Hiccup paled at the name, could it be related to Toothless? Would it possibly show him and his friend? Hiccup could only pray to Odin that that wasn't the case.
But if that wasn't the case, then what is it? From how this "Grimborn" character said it, it was a name, a title. One that Hiccup apparently uses in this world. But why would he use that name? Was it an alter ego of some kind?
A final flashback, as Henry continues to address the press. "Today, I'm starting the campaign to close Arkham City and make Berk safe again."
But as he spoke, men in combat gear and armoured vehicles surrounded the area and flooded in, weapons in hand. "Remember, Haddock is the priority target." A voice spoke through the communications.
"Surround him!" One man spoke as they ran into the scene
Metal canisters were thrown into the crowd as a gas was released and made the press disperse. The men approached the stand and cut off any escape that Henry could have used. "Hand in the air, Haddock! We have Haddock!"
They pointed their guns at Henry before one stepped forward and slammed the butt of his gun into Henry's head, knocking him out. The screen goes black at the impact.
Seconds later, a blurry image comes onto the screen before it began to focus, it was Viggo Grimborn. He was dressed in a white doctor's coat and a large set of glasses on his face as he looked over Henry who was trapped, strapped into a chair in a darkened room, a single light hung over them. Through the large lenses of the glasses, the audience could see the reflection of Henry glaring right at Viggo.
"Huh, who knew such a scrawny little Viking could pull a look like that?" Tuffnut whispered to Fishlegs.
"Yeah, am I the only one who kinda thinks it's… intimidating?" Fishlegs questioned the male twin.
"No… yes… maybe." Tuffnut looked away in embarrassment.
"I feel I should thank you. Capturing Henry Haddock is so much easier than Night Fury. And now that we have you, Protocol Ten is ready to begin. It will be my legacy, a monument to your failure and if you try to stop me, I guarantee everyone will know your secret." Viggo threatened as he stood straight.
Astrid straightened in her seat at the notion of Hiccup having a secret until she deflated, remembering that this was a different world, so the secret Hiccup had in this world probably isn't the same secret her Hiccup was hiding.
Astrid then blinked and shook her head. Not her Hiccup in a sense of romance or belonging, but in a sense of differentiating each version of him.
Not in a romantic sense.
Not in a romantic sense!
Grimborn then walked away, disappearing into the darkness, the sound of a door opening and then closing indicating that he left the room. Once he had left, the single light suddenly brightened up, lighting up the entire, admittedly small room. In front of Henry he could see a mirror and saw how he was tied up and sat on a small steel chair in the tiny cell.
An intercom chime rings off and Girmborn's voice is heard again but it is coming from a television to his right. A pre-recorded message from Viggo.
"You are mine, new inmates. Let me introduce myself. I am Professor Viggo Grimborn, and I am in charge of the Arkham City facility…"
The recorded message continues but Henry tunes out the recording as he focuses on escaping. He tested the charge by shifting his body. As he moves he feels the chair move in turn. This was good, it meant that the chair wasn't bolted down to the floor and allowed for movement.
Henry began his escape by swinging on the chair left and right until he tipped over the chair and fell to the floor.
"Great escape, now instead of being tied up in a chair, he's tied up on the floor." Snotlout mocked.
"Do you ever just think before you open your mouth? It might help you look less dumb." Gogo said, getting sick of the arrogant boy's attitude and need to point out any flaw he could find in Hiccup.
"What was that?" Snotlout growled and looked ready to stand until a terrifying glare from the speedster made him back down.
"But yeah, like Gogo was saying, now that he can move a bit more freely, it allows him to wiggle around and search the room for something to untie himself or cut the ropes." Honey lemon said.
At the noise of the clattering chair an alarm sounds and red lights shine, a second later a TYGER guard barged into the room and saw the prone Haddock.
"Until he alerts the guards." Hiro winced.
"I don't think he'll take kindly to his escape attempt." Elsa said.
"What the hell are you doing? Did you think we wouldn't hear you?" The guard rhetorically asked and went to kick Henry.
Stoick, Gobber and the Vigilante each gripped their arm rests tightly at the thought of this punk hurting Hiccup.
"He better not." Gobber growled.
This was a mistake.
As the guard swung his leg, Henry intercepted the kick by grabbing the leg and driving his knee into the side of the guard's knee, a sickening crack was heard on impact. This made the guard drop down for Henry to then head-butt him that made the guard topple back and cry out in pain.
"Whoa!" Ruffnut exclaimed.
"Hot damn, anyone else feel that?" Jack asked.
"To be honest, ma pity well is dried up." Merida shrugged.
"Argh! Ahhh! Help me! Get in here!" he pathetically cried. Whilst the guard lay beaten, Henry stood up and broke open the cover of the guard's walkie-talkie and removed a chip from inside and hid it in his closed fist before anyone could see it.
"Wha' is that?" Mulch questioned.
"A walkie-talkie. It allows you to communicate with others from long distances using radio signals." Hiro explained but got blank looks. "Future tech." Hiro blandly re-explained.
Quickly, another guard entered the room and saw what was going on. "Escape in progress!" The second guard shouted out and Hit Henry's head with his gun before grabbing his head and throwing him into the flat screen TV, breaking the device and disorientating Henry.
"Why is he being so aggressive?" Rapunzel said with an uncomfortable look.
"Well… to be fair here, he did hurt his buddy." Ryan said but wilted from the glares of Stoick and Gobber.
"But he didn't need to hurt him that much!" Rapunzel argued.
"Unfortunately, Punzie, some people are just assholes." Jack said.
Rapunzel blinked at the name. "Punzie?" She echoed.
Jack back tracked. "Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to-."
"No, no. It's fine. I kinda like it." Rapunzel confessed and smiled at Jack.
Henry was then grabbed by his head again and led out the room before being tossed to the dirty floor of the processing area where dozens of inmates in orange jumpsuits and TYGER guards stood.
"Welcome to Arkham City, Haddock." The guard mocked. The name drop made a number of the inmates look to the well-dressed man in astonishment before it became sick malice.
"What are you doing here, Haddock?"
"Did you kill your butler?"
"You're going to die in here, rich boy!"
"You're gonna be my bitch, Haddock!"
"You're mine."
"Seriously, what did he do to get that many enemies?" Astrid questioned.
"Well he's a rich guy in a world where the rich live a better life and criminals are usually people who don't have the same privileges. Most criminals hate rich people just because of their wealth, usually out of jealousy or thinking that the upper class people look down on them." Fred explained. And due to his family's wealth, he himself had that problem once.
At the sudden rowdiness of the inmates, a TYGER guard shoved one of the prisoners back. "On the ground. Now!" He ordered before shooting the inmate he shoved earlier in the knee, making said inmate scream in agony as he collapsed to the floor, the other inmates flinched back and followed the order, not wanting to suffer the same fate or worse.
Many winced or flinched at the brutality along with the loud gunshot.
"Why are they doing this?" Elsa didn't see the point in causing such pain or misery.
"To cause fear." Everyone turned to see that it was the Vigilante who had spoken up, surprising since the masked person had stayed so silent for so long. Many noted how the voice seemed female whilst Stoick felt as though he heard that voice before, he just couldn't put his finger on it.
"Hurt one unfortunate person to show the others that they will suffer the same way should they act out." The Vigilante said, she had known from experience, witnessing such brutality on both humans and dragons alike.
"But that method is a double edged sword, for fear can turn to hatred and may cause an uprising." Agnarr wisely spoke.
The same guard then addressed Henry. "What are you waiting for, Haddock? Line A! Move!" He ordered and thumbed to the two lines of inmates.
Henry moved to line A, passing those in line B, being separated only by a fence. While the prisoners on the other side couldn't get to him, their words could still reach Henry.
"Hey, Haddock, I hear The Chief put a price on your head. I'm cashing you in." One inmate promised with a leer.
"The Chief?"
"Surely not Stoick."
"Of course not, ya idiot. Most likely someone else."
The prisoner in front of him in line turned to the inmate that spoke. "You work for the Chief?"
"I did, what's it to you?" Inmate 1 spat.
Inmate 2 shoved his face into the face and began to beat inmate one viciously. "I hate the Chief."
A random prisoner watched on and encouraged the viciousness. "Break his face!"
Henry paid them no heed as he moved in Line A with only two other men in front of him. A TYGER guard motioned for Henry to move forward to the front. "You two get out of the way! Haddock! Get your ass up here!"
While one of the inmates in front of Henry moved without any more prompting or word the inmate in the front of the line turned to look at the Billionaire and smirked. It was Savon Tass, also known as Savage.
"Savage." Stoick glared at the man, his crime that resulted in banishment was one he didn't like to think of too much. Thankfully he was more of a coward, someone only willing to follow others for protection rather than act on his own accord.
"Henry Haddock. You're on my list." He then made a finger gun and pointed it at Henry, imitating a gun and said. "Bang. Hehehe."
The TYGER guard grew tired of waiting and loudly said. "Move up, prisoner!" This made Savage move out of the way, allowing Henry to reach the guard.
As he neared, the guard slammed the butt of his gun into the side of Henry's face and pushed him to his knees. Viggo held out his hand to halt his men. "Lower your weapons. Mr. Haddock will not be any trouble." He then crouched down to lowly speak to Henry. "Will you, Mr. Haddock?" He asked with a smirk before addressing the guard. "The cuffs can stay on. We don't want to make things too easy, do we?"
With that done, the TYGER Guard then shoved him into a large chamber with other political prisoners, including Jack Ryder.
"Close the doors. Prepare for insertion!" A trooper spoke out as the thick steel door closed behind Henry. The reporter, Jack Ryder saw Henry and was shocked to say the least.
"Henry Haddock? Great. There I was, reporting on your crummy press conference, and now here we both are. I guess that'll teach you to get involved in politics, won't it?"
Henry didn't respond to the question but spoke about their current situation. "Listen to me carefully. When they open the door, do not panic. Stay close to me." He advised, staying incredibly calm despite the possibly life threatening situation they were in.
"Really? Stay close to the runt?" Snotlout chortled, unaware of the various eye rolls from the now tiring jabs.
"If anything, I should be fine. According to Gobber's logic." Hiccup smirked at Gobber who huffed.
"Like I said, you're small and weak, that'll make you less of a target." Gobber said.
"That'll literally make him a prime target." Jack said as he looked confused by Gobber's logic.
"Yep, especially seeing as most the dragons always seem to target me." Hiccup said. And it was true, it seemed as though the dragons at dragon training were drawn to him. Like how the Gronckle went after him during the latest session instead of Astrid.
"Gobber!" Stoick exclaimed, wondering if leaving Gobber in charge of the recruits was the best decision.
"Well they probably go after you because yur the biggest threat now." Gobber cheerfully said to Hiccup who withheld a grimace.
Jack Ryder could only stare at Henry incredulously. "Do you think I'm taking advice from some guy who's never even been in a fight?" he sarcastically asked. Then the door in front of them hissed before opening, revealing the dilapidated world of Arkham City.
Dozens of inmates gathered around where only a fence stood between them and the fresh meat. They each jeered and barked aggressively, taunts and threats being tossed around.
"You're my new slave, Haddock."
"You're gonna die in here!"
"I should imagine that's what it's like being a new face on Outcast Island." Arne said. He could imagine new people on the dreaded island either had to adapt quickly or die. If you were there because you were a murder then you'd be fine, but thieves and people banished for lesser reasons would probably be broken in quickly.
Still, Henry maintained a calm face, not at all flinching. "Stay calm. They're trying to scare us." He advised.
"How is he staying calm right now?" Elsa asked. It was difficult for her to keep her composure when with other people, mostly due to the fear of her powers, even when they weren't doing anything. She couldn't imagine what it would be like being in this version of Hiccup's shoes.
Though she imagined lots of ice.
However, the advice fell on deaf ears as Jack Ryder and another political prisoner broke in a run, terrified for their lives.
"Sorry, man. It's every man for himself." Ryder fled, but as he did, a couple of inmates climbed over the fence and intercepted the weaker men before they began to wail on them.
Another two prisoners dropped in front of Henry, ready to tear him apart. One went for a wild swing of his fist but Henry, despite being cuffed, countered by grabbing the offending limb and using the prisoner's momentum throw him to the floor and dislocate his arm and stomping his foot on the prisoners head to knock him out.
Astrid noted how this Hiccup moved, how he disabled his opponents and used grapple techniques. She used and practice grappling mostly due to her size and smaller stature.
"Even shackled, he's handling himself alright." Wasabi noted.
"Alright? He's kicking their ass!" Fred cheered.
The second attacker only paused for a moment, shocked at how some trust fund brat could move like that before he charged at Henry and sent a jab.
Hiccup caught the fist before turning around so that the arm was brought over his shoulder and then pulled the limb down, bending the arm the wrong way and breaking the limb.
"Oooh!" Many hissed and winced in sympathy
With the two assailants dealt with, Henry moved to save Jack Ryder who was getting curb stomped by more thugs. He could hear the reporter crying out for help, ironic seeing as the same man was ready to abandon Henry and focus on his own survival and now he was pleading for Henry's help.
"That was nice of him. He saved that Ryder jerk even though Ryder left him behind." Anna smiled.
Valka smiled behind her mask, at least her boy still had a strong sense of morals. It would be so much easier to abandon Ryder and fend for himself but no, he put himself in danger to help another.
One of the attackers saw Henry approaching and rushed him. Henry dodged out of the way and stomped his foot into the side of the attacker's knee, breaking the bone and joints, easily sending the man down in pain.
Henry then slammed both his closed fists into the thug that was busy attacking Ryder, simply knocking him out and saving Ryder.
"On your feet, Ryder." Henry firmly said but Ryder was in too much pain and too scared to move. So Henry pulled Ryder from the dirt and slung Ryder's arm over his shoulder's to help steady him. "I said, get up!"
They slowly move towards the entrance, a metal gate to the bowls of Arkham City but the metal barrier opened up to reveal a large man with a black unkempt beard and a sinister smile stretched across his scarred face along with his posse flanking him. This was Alvin Treach. Also known as the Chief.
"Alvin!" Stoick growled at the sight of his once friend-turned-enemy. And just Hiccup's luck he crosses paths with the bastard.
Many Berkains gave their own shouts of anger or growls at the sight of the Outcast chief.
"Oh, Thor! He needs to get out of there!" Fishlegs panicked.
"You know this man, Stoick?" Fergus questioned his long distant friend.
"Aye. In our world, he is the Chief of the Outcasts. An island filled with criminals and murderers and people who got themselves banished. And he is the worst of the lot." Stoick continued to glare at the image.
"Well, look who it is!" Alvin mocked and before Henry could do anything, a burst of pain spread across his leg, another inmate had gotten behind Henry and whacked the back of his leg with a metal pipe, making his fall to his knees and drop Jack Ryder.
Alvin waltzed over to the kneeling Haddock and took a long drag of his cigar "Welcome to hell, Hiccup."
The same inmate hits him again, this time across the back of the head. Henry's vision became blurry as his mind wheeled from the literal shock of the impact, he fell to the floor and saw two blood stained shoes stop just before him. Henry looked up to see Alvin standing in front of him, sick joy and twisted amusement flickering in his black eyes.
The Chief threw his cigar to the floor and spat "Nighty-night." Before stomping Henry's face, making Henry lose consciousness.
"ARGH!" Stoick bellowed as he shot from his seat and towards the screen in a frenzy. "I'll rip his spine out and use it as a new belt!" Stoick was then pulled back to his seat by Gobber and Spitelout before he could either damage the screen or himself.
"Whoa, whoa. Dad, it's fine. I'm right here." Hiccup reminded his father, shocked by how openly protective he was being.
Stoick turned to Hiccup's voice and looked back and forth at Hiccup and the screen before allowing himself to calm down. "Right. Right. But Hiccup, Alvin is a dangerous enemy, if you ever see him you stay away from him at all costs, is that understood?"
"Uh, yeah. Sure, dad." Hiccup agreed.
Stoick then turned to the other Berkian teens with the same stern expression making them sit up straight, and stopping Snotlout and the twins snickering. "The same goes for all of you." He warned before turning back to the screen.
Later, we see Henry being dragged into an abandoned alley by two of the Chief's thugs. Henry was pulled to the centre of the clearing where Alvin stood, both surrounded by a dozen of Alvin's goons, also known as the Outcasts.
Once Henry was close to Alvin, the thugs throw him to the floor before their boss.
"Wakey-wakey, Haddock Oh, what's up? Do you need me to call your butler?" Alvin derided. Henry picked himself up and sat on his knees as he glared at the smug mob boss.
"Treach." He simply said stonily.
"Aw, you remember me. I'm touched." Alvin glared hatefully as he pulled out a pair of knuckle dusters from his pockets. "Your family destroyed mine, Haddock. This..." Alvin then slid on the gilded weapon on his hand and clenched his hand as he prepared to savour the moment.
Years ago his long-time rival, Stoick Haddock, revealed the dealing of Alvin's family, some clean, others… not so clean. So what if it involved a few briberies, robbing's or murdering's? What people didn't know didn't hurt them. But Stoick done more than that, he didn't hurt his family's fortune, he had completely stripped them bare and thrown them to the wolves.
"...well, let's just call this good, old-fashioned revenge." Alvin sneered and reared his meaty fist back, wanting to see if Stoick's little mistake had a glass jaw.
Stoick looked ready to throttle anyone who looked like Alvin until the next scene made him pause.
But before the fist could connect, Henry caught the punch and twisted the Chief's arm backwards and breaking the hand with a stomach churning crunch.
"ARGH!" Alvin cried out as he felt his wrist turn in a way it wasn't meant to. The Outcasts shot to their feet at the sound of their boss's pain.
Stoick gaped at the sight of Hiccup easily incapacitating one of Berk's biggest threats and doing it so easily. It caused pride to swell up in his chest before laughter rumbled from within and bellowed out. "Ha! Hahahaha! That's my boy!" Stoick gleefully said.
Hiccup however frowned. Didn't his dad realise that wasn't actually him? But a different version? Hiccup looked down in frustration and sadness. Looks like the only time his father would ever praise him was when it wasn't actually him.
It was just like with dragon training, his father now viewed Hiccup as a promising dragon slayer, eager to spill a Nadder's guts and mount his first Gronckle head on a spear when that wasn't who Hiccup was.
"Odin, it was rough. I almost gave up on you…" Those were the words his father said to his face. He had almost given up on him until Hiccup started to act like something he wasn't.
"GET HIM!" Alvin ordered as he quickly shuffled off to the side, cradling his injured appendage. His thugs surround Henry and one by one, they each try to attack Henry.
"Hurt him! I think he's broken my bloody hand!" Alvin withered by a fence gate and waited to see Haddock be turned into a bloodied mess by his men.
But with every attempt at hitting Henry, the cuffed billionaire counters their attacks. Until one thug got kneed in the stomach. Henry throws his arm around the thug's head so that the cuff's small chain link was wrapped behind his head.
Henry then pulled the thug's head down to his knee and slammed the knee into his face, the force sent the criminal's head back and broke the cuffs in two, freeing Henry and taking a thug out of the fight simultaneously.
"He broke free! How'd he do that?"
"Thor's hairy armpit, look at him go!"
"He's ferocious!"
Gobber nudged his friend's arm. "Reminds me of that time you and Valka took on those Berserkers together."
Stoick smiled in remembrance and the dance she and he shared after they fought off the invaders. Stoick watched on and started to see his Valka in Hiccup's place. He was so much like her, in looks and even when fighting. "Hmm. She may not have been a dragon killer but she was a fighter."
With both his hands free, Henry had full freedom to move and fight properly. He was brutal in his strikes, easily countering any Thug's strikes and incapacitating his foes. His moves were smooth and fluid like water, his punches hard like steel and his form unwavering despite being outnumbered.
In less than two minutes, Henry was now surrounded by blacked out thugs, each sporting bruised and bloodied faces or dislocated body parts.
Now that he didn't have to deal with any more attackers, Henry was able to assess the situation. He needed his suit and gear but he wouldn't be able to contact anyone whilst in this alley way, nor could he do it in front of Alvin.
Speaking of the mob boss, Henry stepped up to the injured criminal and delivered a strong uppercut to the man, the force knocked the crook of his feet and knocked him out.
'I can't contact Heathcliff from down here, I need to get higher.' Henry thought.
"Heathcliff?" Fred gasped before cheering out loud. "Woo, my man!" Fred honestly loved the family butler. It would be nice to see him helping Triple H.
"Oh yeah. I keep forgetting you have a butler." Gogo said.
"I keep trying to forget what Fred's room looked like." Wasabi shuddered and wiped his eyes in an attempt to wipe away the sight of that portrait of Fred being disgustingly muscular.
Henry looked for a way up to the roofs. Spotting a few ladders and ventilations pipes, Henry uses them to climb a top of the building. With less interference, Henry tries to communicate Heathcliff.
He speaks into his wrist watch "Heathcliff, have you got my location?" He asked and was pleased to hear his trusted friend respond.
"Only just, sir. There's more interference than usual." Heathcliff's voice rang from the watch.
Henry looked to the building across from him, it was the ACE Chemicals building. With its tall stature, it would be an easier landmark to find and deliver a care package. "I need an immediate drop on the roof of the Ace Chemicals building. I'm on my way there now."
"Of course, sir."
And with that, Henry runs across the roof top and leaps over the gap to the ACE Chemicals building, grabbing hold of a ledge as to not fall to his death.
Henry began to climb the taller building while Heathcliff spoke to him. "I watched your performance. And if getting arrested was a part of the plan, I can say that goes in the top ten foolish plans you've ever had." Heathcliff heckled.
"Not exactly my plan, rather, Viggo Grimborn's plan." Henry corrected.
"And how did that go?"
Henry shimmied across a tilted sign that led him to a nearby ladder. "Not good. He knows that Henry Haddock is Night Fury. He also told me that something called Protocol Ten would make him famous. I can't leave Arkham City until I find out what it is."
Henry reached the upper level of the building, only one more ladder till he reached the top until he hears the roar of an engine above.
The shrill, piercing noise sounded all too familiar to the Vikings. "NIGHT FURY!"
"GET DOWN!" Nearly all the Vikings ducked or hid behind their seats for cover until the long silence with a lack of explosion made them peak and see either amusement or confusion on the faces of their guests.
The Berkians grumbled in embarrassment as the theatre glowed red from their faces, the snickering coming from others only adding fuel to the fire.
Ryan Macintosh snorted haughtily. "Big brave Vikings." He taunted.
"Uh, any reason fur such a reaction, Stoick?" Fergus asked his fellow leader.
"Apologies. It's just that out of all the dragons we face, the Night Fury is the most destructive and dangerous. In the Book of Dragons even Bork the Bold has written that the only way to deal with such a demon is to hide and pray it doesn't find you. It strikes in the cover of darkness and makes the same noise as you just heard."
Astrid then realised, out of everyone from Berk, Hiccup was the only one who hadn't ducked for cover or even looked afraid. He just sat their casually and even had an amused face. The shield maiden narrowed her eyes at this. Back then he would flinch from a Terrible Terror and now he didn't even bat an eye to the screech of one of the deadliest dragons in the archipelago.
Even if he wasn't cheating in dragon training, he should have still been afraid. Even chief Stoick reacted to it. Astrid was only getting more questions and no answers and it was driving her mad.
"Did it arrive, sir?" Heathcliff asked. And just as he did, an 8 foot tall pod was dropped from the Night Glider and it landed on the roof of the building, scaring some nearby birds and denting the surface of the rooftop.
Henry smirked at the sight and timing of the ever faithful butler. "Right on time." He then climbed the last ladder and moved to the pod. On the belly of the pod was a symbol of the Night Fury. Henry placed his hand on the pod and activated the hand recognition pad. Once it scanned his hand and confirmed his identity, the pod opened up to reveal a full body, black protective suit.
"What in the name of Odin?"
"Wha's the lad doin'?"
"What kinda armour is that?"
The suit was comprised of a helmet that covered the entire head, pauldrons, chest plating, a scaled cod piece, torso guards, gauntlet and gloves, scaled leggings and knee guards, and boots. Around the waist was a red belt with various pockets, tools and gadgets. The chest had the same Night Fury symbol design, a symbol that struck fear into the hearts of criminals.
The audience then saw Henry suiting up, fitting his boots on, sliding on his gloves and gauntlets, fastening his utility belt and finally placing his helmet onto his head and closed the mask, completely covering his face with only two, black glass covered eye holes on the helmet.
Henry Haddock, infamous Billionaire, playboy, philanthropist had transformed into the dark and vengeful crusader of the night: The Night Fury.
"A demon!" Mildew cried out. "The boy dresses as a demon and causes mayhem!"
Madman rolled his eyes at the repetitive nature of Mildew. "Wrong again, idiot."
The portal then shifted back to the original time it had begun in, back to Night Fury standing on the ACE Chemicals building and overlooking the criminal detainment city as the full moon hung over head.
Night Fury then pressed two fingers against the side of his helm where his ear was and spoke. "Heathcliff, I took an encryption key from a TYGER guard. I'm going to hack into their communications." The dark vigilante explained before taking a knee and pulled out a device, the cryptographic sequencer, and inserted the key into the sequencer. Using the device, Night Fury was able to find the radio frequency commonly used by TYGER. As he hacks in, he manages to catch a conversation between a patrolling TYGER helicopter and Viggo Grimborn.
"All units, this is AIR TYGER 4. We have confirmation that Prisoner 4011 is in the courthouse. I repeat, Cat Thief is in the Courthouse." The TYGER guard spoke over the radio. The military grade helicopter hovering over the Arkham City court house, shining its spot light on said building.
"Is she in danger?"Viggo Grimborn questioned.
"Affirmative. Target is being held by Antag. We believe he intends to kill her. How should we proceed?"
Viggo chuckled. "Stand down. Let Two-Face have his fun."
"Understood."
That was all Night Fury got before the comm line turned off. "That doesn't sound good."
"No it does not. Mr. Antag's predilection for all thing binary may not bode well for Miss Cazi." Heathcliff agreed.
Hiccup perked up at the name that sounded like his friend Camicazi from the Bog-Burglar tribe.
"If there's one person in Arkham City who knows what's really going on, it's her." Night Fury ended the communication as he surveyed the area.
Night Fury then took a running start and dashed toward the edge of the ACE Chemicals building and leapt off the roof.
Everyone gave exclamations of fear at the act.
"Bloody fool! What is 'e doing?!" Gobber shouted out.
"Hiccup!" Stoick cried out as he saw his son doing something so foolish.
Instead of falling to his death from the fatal height however, two wings unfolded from his back, allowing the hero to glide in the air and above the street that led to his destination.
Everyone's jaws dropped, besides those from the future. Hiccup was flying. Hiccup was flying!
"What in Odin's name?!"
"He's flying!" Macintosh gasped in shock.
"Well, more like falling with style." Hiro joked, the visitors of the past not knowing what he said was a reference.
"I… I can't believe it." Hiccup stared at the image in envious awe. "I thought about making something that would allow us to fly, taking away the dragons' advantage but I didn't think anything I made would be effective." Hiccup said.
Hiro caught his words. "Wait, you thought of making something like that? Are you an inventor?" Hiro asked the skinny Berkian.
Hiccup was hesitant to reveal his innovative nature, having being scolded by his father and mocked by his peers for so long about it, but seeing Hero's eyes spark helped Hiccup make his decision.
"Uh, y-yeah." Hiccup shyly admitted. "I-if I had my drawings and blue prints, I'd show you b-but I don't have them on me."
Just then a flash showed from above and a book dropped into Hiccup's hands. The teen opened the book to see… "Hey, it's my ideas." Hiccup looked to Madman who gave a thumbs up.
Hiccup took the book and went over to Hiro so that the younger boy could see his works. Hiro let his eyes roam over the pages, finding the works fascinating despite the primitive nature. "Whoa, these are awesome!" The young genius praised
Just outside the court house, Night Fury saw a couple of Two Face's thugs waiting outside, most likely acting as guards. They wouldn't be a problem.
When he got close enough, Night Fury glided into one of the thugs, kicking him to the ground and landed before the group.
"It's him!" but that was all they could say before Night Fury sprang into action. The dark hero spun around to kick a near assailant before round house kicking another criminal in the face. He turned just in time to block one man trying to hit him with a pipe and elbowed him in the face.
Two attackers tried to strike simultaneously but Night Fury ducked down and send a powerful punch to each of their chests, sending them flying back and clutching their chests in pain.
Another criminal swung a bat at Night Fury's head but the vigilante reached for his leg and pulled the limb so that the attacker lost his footing. Once on the ground, Fury twisted the thug's ankle until it gave a sickening snap.
The crack of the bone made many of the watchers clutch their legs, as if their own limps had been broken.
The amputees gripped their stumps, a surge of phantom pain going through the appendage, the feeling of their own bones being broken in two, be it from a hammer or the jaws of a dragon.
"AH!" the cry of pain made the other thugs still in fear and Fury took the opening, he reached for his belt and threw three specially made shuriken that flew straight into three unlucky thugs' faces, knocking them out in one.
"This is gonna hurt, freak!" a war cry from behind told Night Fury where the unseen thug was and moved his head out of the path of the thug's fist. Night Fury grabbed the arm and threw him over his shoulder and onto the floor before punching the thug in the face, breaking his nose and making blood spurt out wildly.
Night Fury then spun around and punched the last criminal in the stomach, knocking the air out of him and making the criminal puke whatever food he had in there.
With all threats taken care of, Night Fury entered the court house and made his way upstairs and into a hallway with windows overlooking the main court room. From there he could see the large collection of thugs that were eager to join Two-Face's faction.
The leader himself was standing on a raised platform, a vat of acid beside him with deadly vapours rising in the air. His back turned from the audience and flipping a coin repeatedly. The viewers could see the suit the man was wearing looked rather odd, one side looked clean, proper and white in colour, the other side looked burnt and a charcoal black.
"Who is that?"
"Why does he look half cocked?"
"He must be the leader of these scumbags." Stoick narrowed his eyes.
The portal then showed the right side to the criminal boss's face. Those from Berk recognised who the man was, it was Oswald the agreeable, but in this world he was known as Oswald Antag.
"Oswald?" Stoick stared at his friend and fellow chief.
"Who is Oswald?" Queen Iduna asked the Berkian leader.
"He is the Chief of the Berserker tribe. The Berserker tribe has the reputation of being the fiercest Vikings and being one of the largest tribes in the Archipelago. His title was once Oswald the Antagonistic, after settling for peace with us Hooligans he became Oswald the Agreeable and we have been at peace with them for years." Stoick told them.
"The Only way to get by this place is to get ourselves some respect." He said to no one in particular, his voice calm and authoritative before his personality took a sharp 180.
Now looking at his right side, the viewers couldn't see much as it was shrouded in shadows.
"Fear. That's how we get respect. Show them all how we do things." Now his voice was more menacing and scratchy.
"What just happened?"
"Yeah, he sounded deranged there."
Once again, the cleaner side was shown. "We should be fair though. This is a place of justice, after all."
"Screw justice!" the menacing side growled and clutched the coin tightly in his fist. "Kill her and they'll all fear us." He reasoned.
Oswald finally turned around to face the crowd and everyone could see his face. Or rather, faces.
Like his suit, the right side was the face of a healthy and handsome man, a man that believed in justice and that those who broke the law should be punished and wanted to make the city a better place.
But the left side of his face was the exact opposite. Heavily damaged from fire, everyone could see the muscles that covered his skull and cheekbone and see the inside of his mouth, his cheek completely gone, his teeth, molars and tendons visible and his left eye was all ball and socket now, no skin for the eyelid. This was a face that lacked mercy and compassion, only ugly rage.
"What in Thor's name?!"
"By the Gods!"
"Holy crap!"
"Disgusting!"
Stoick turned to his host and demanded. "What happened to him?" he didn't like to see his friend in such a state.
"In this world, Oswald Antag was a man who believed in the justice system and wanted to clean the city of Berk and put away the criminal scum that littered the streets and was Henry's, or rather Night Fury's, strongest allies until one mob boss, Carmine Falcone threw acid in Oswald's face and hideously scarred the man. Unfortunately, the acid damaged not only him physically but mentally and psychologically. His mind split in two, thus the name: Two-Face. One personality still that of the former Oswald, calm and just. The other being that of a criminal mastermind.
Think of it just like The Berserker chief's titles, Oswald the Agreeable and Oswald the Antagonistic." Madman explained.
"Bring out the defendant!" he ordered.
The curtain beside him was pulled away, revealing Cat Theif, also known as Cami Cazi, suspended upside-down over the vat of acid.
The burglar's rather scandalous, considering the time periods of some of the guests, outfit caught the eyes of many men and them both blush and look away out of respect or embarrassment whilst others leered lustfully. Some men got a smack for their trouble by women near them, either because of the blatant ogling or because the woman that smacked the man happened to be their partner.
Hiccup himself was one of the males who flushed intensely at the sight of his friend. Back when the Hooligans and the Bog-Burglars would meet up to renew the peace treaty and discuss business, Camicazi would hang out with Hiccup and didn't care about his runt like appearance. She was his first real friend and one that could talk, wasn't scaly and who's head wouldn't be seen as a prize to be mounted on a wall.
When the two were younger, Hiccup wouldn't see Cami as a girl, just a friend who didn't care about his less than Viking stature. However as the two began the wonderful and exciting journey that was puberty, Hiccup noticed how Cami acted a bit more… handsy and flirtatious towards him.
And it was certainly confusing for the poor boy, he had never experienced, or ever expected to experience something like this and while his hormone driven body certainly noticed Cami's growth to womanhood, it felt weird because he still saw her as a close friend. He had mixed feelings about the situation and would usually find ways or excuses to get out of said situations.
"Well." Gobber began, being one of the viewers who weren't affected by the hourglass figure (for obvious reasons) "The lass definitely takes after her mother." He commented.
"Gobber!" Hiccup nearly shrieked at his mentor but paled when he noticed the teasing glint in his eyes, he knew he had messed up.
"Wha'? I meant how she looks a lot like Bertha. Why? What did you think I meant?" Gobber smirked at his apprentice.
Hiccup spluttered as he tried to explain himself but Gobber had already turned away with a belly aching laugh.
Astrid looked at the Bog-Burglar's bodacious chest on the portal and looked at her own before crossing her arms with an envious frown. She was happy with her own chest's size, it helped with her fighting and made it easier to perform her moves.
But in Berk, women who had larger bosoms were usually… heavier set, so seeing the sizeable breasts on a woman with such a thin figure was just plain unfair.
With Hiccup being sat next to Hiro as they shared his book of inventions, Jack had to lean over towards Hiccup and ask. "So… what DID you assume the blonde guy meant? Oh, wait, let me guess. So her mom's name is Bertha, and with Viking's tendency to have weird titles, was her mom's name Big-boobied Bertha?" Jack joked, getting a slap on the head by Merida and Rapunzel, the latter blushing at the blatant name.
The sound of a throat being cleared made the trio pause and slowly turn to the blushing Viking.
"No way, that's her actual name?!" Jack laughed. "How did I get that spot on? Seriously, I was joking, that was a shot in the dark!" Jack nearly fell out of his seat as he chortled uncontrollably.
The suit was a skin tight leather and Kevlar cat suit that covered her entire body except her face and the cleavage she showed. On her head was a tight fitted helmet that had a pair of built on cat ears and a set of spy goggles with red lenses and she wore a black choker around her neck that had a cat pendant on the centre.
Her face also had some makeup added to it, increasing her already beautiful face, with a set of ruby red lips and dark eye shadow.
Despite her rather bleak situation, Cami showed no signs of fear. "You certainly know how to keep a girl hanging, Os'. Hey, have you had some work done?" She teased, earning a back hand to the face by the mob boss.
Hiccup's embarrassment was quickly replaced with anger at the sight of his friend being hit. "Hey!" he clenched his fist in anger.
"That's for stealing from us. No one steals from us!" Two-Face snarled.
"Huh, looks like she is a skilled thief in this world as well." Hiccup noted.
"Wait, she's also some cat burglar in our world?" Merida questioned.
"Oh yeah, never seen a more skilled pickpocketer." Hiccup then snickered into his hand and saw the confused looks on the others faces. "Once, she actually managed to steal my dad's underwear." Hiccup told them.
"Eh, big whoop. My wee devils fur brothers have done sumthin' similar." Merida said, unimpressed.
Hiccup's snickering turned into laughter now. "While- hahahaha. While my dad was still- Hahahah! While he was still wearing them." Hiccup then fell off his seat and held his sides as he broke into hysterics at the shocked looks on the others faces.
Merida then joined Hiccup in his amusement. "Okay, I'll admit, that is good."
Cat Thief collected herself before putting on the charm. "I'm sorry I've been a bad kitty." She said with a seductive voice that would make most men weak in the knees. "Untie me and I'll make it up to you." She promised, though if you weren't lost in a haze of lust, you would hear the threat behind her honeyed words.
Oswald took out his lucky coin and showed it to the cat burglar. "Let's see if the coin thinks you're telling the truth." Two-Face then flicked the coin in the air, showing its double headed design but one side was clean whilst the other was burnt, much like himself. Oswald caught the piece of currency and revealed that it had landed on its good side.
"I'm guessing that's the good side." Elsa said.
Hiccup breathed a sigh of relief, knowing his friend wouldn't be immediately killed.
Oswald then looked to the masses and spoke announced. "This court is now in session."
The crowd broke out in wild cheers, eager for blood and a show, but as the cheering grows louder and continues, Two-Face himself grows tired of the ruckus. "Order in the court!" He demanded but the cheering didn't stop.
"Order! Order!" an ear piercing BANG! Echoes through the court room, Two-Face had pulled out a pistol and fired it into the air to gain their attention.
"He's got a gun!" one said, frightened. Everyone ceased their cries at the acknowledgement of the deadly tool
"That's more like it. Welcome, people of Arkham City. It's good to see so many new faces in the crowd… Fresh faces for the gang." Two-Face spoke, his voice echoing through the speaker of the glass box he stood inside. Throughout his greeting he switched personalities on a dime.
Unbeknownst to the gathered criminals, Night Fury watched above the balcony. A close up of his helmet showed the lenses of the eyeholes glowing a faint blue.
A POV through the mask showed the court room but everything was tinted blue, a faint line pulsed through the room and showed everything in a clearer vision.
"Whoa, that's cool." Fred said in awe.
"I think having something like that would be helpful in our gear." Wasabi said.
Hiro looked up from the sketch book and at the portal. "Huh, yeah I think something like that is possible, maybe use echo location, like bats or submarines."
Night Fury looked at the people below and in this 'Detective Vision' he was able to see their forms like an X-ray, showing their skeletons which were highlighted a bright blue. A heads-up-display showed that there were 49 hostiles in the room. 47 of them were categorised as 'unarmed' whilst 2 where 'armed'. Those that had weapons were highlighted orange instead of blue, making them stand out like a sore thumb.
And should he focus on one individual, he could see their heart rate and stress levels. The majority of the group were all calm whilst Cami had a spiked heart rate, most likely from the adrenaline and being hung over a vat of acid.
"Today, we present each of you with an exciting new opportunity. Two opportunities. To join with us, to create a new force in Arkham… and take this place for ourselves!" Two-Face proposed, making his new pawns hail excitedly.
"When the clown dies, we will own this town! We will RULE this town! Or you can just leave now. And we will hunt you down and kill you all!" Two-Face promised, using fear to force them into submission.
As this went on, Night Fury scanned the room, searching for the second armed hostile. He looked above and saw an inmate with a gun standing on the roof of the balcony.
Night Fury then climbed the access ladder and through the hatch and quietly snuck up behind the gunman.
'Taking out the thug with the gun is the key. Without him, the rest of the room won't be a problem.' Night Fury mentally planned and kicked the back of the Thug's knee before putting him in a sleeper hold, covering his mouth to avoid alerting the room and depriving the man of oxygen until he lost consciousness.
With the gunman down, Night Fury then crouched along a tight rope that hung over the gathered criminals. All the while, Oswald continued to address the masses.
"…Fate delivered a gift to us tonight. A gift that will show everybody that we mean business. And you, ladies and gentlemen of the jury, will be part of it. Help us decide if we should kill the bitch who tried to steal from us. Or let her go to do it again! Like hell we will. There are two sides to every story. Let's hear hers before passing judgment. Nah! Let's just kill her and be done with it. So what will it be, distinguished members of the jury? Is the bitch guilty? Or should we let her go steal from someone else?" Two-Face questioned, getting various shouts to either kill the woman or let them have some 'fun' with her.
"Objection! Isn't that a leading question, Oswald?" Cami asked with a raised brow.
Two-Face didn't take kindly to the interruption. "Silence in my court!" He spat.
Cat Thief simply rolled her eyes at the attempted power play. "Let me go, boys. I've got places to go, people to see."
"More like, things to steal. Maybe I should just cut both your hands off... Or maybe we should wait for the verdict? Yeah, yeah. Whatever you say. I'm hoping for a hung jury anyway."
Night Fury knew that Cami would continue to mock the crazed attorney until it led to her untimely demise and decided to intervene.
Night Fury dropped from the rope and unto some unfortunate bastard. His terrifying presence and fearsome reputation causing the cowardly crooks to run in terror, leaving only a measly 7 thugs left to fight Night Fury.
"Cowards!" the warriors shouted at the fleeing criminals.
"He's one guy, there were forty seven of you losers. You could have taken him." Snotlout couldn't imagine anyone running away from Hiccup of all people.
Madman shook his hand in an iffy manner. "Welllllll. Night Fury is known for being an amazing hand to hand fighter, having taken on large numbers on his own many times before. It wouldn't be a complete surprise if he managed to take them all down."
"Our friend Night Fury has arrived. Grab him and cut him in two!" Two-Face ordered.
Night Fury caught one Thug's punch and squeezed until it brought him to his knees whilst punching away a second attacker.
Once the first thug had dropped to his knees, Night Fury sent his own knee to his face, cracking his nose. With the same leg he used to knee the first thug, Night Fury coiled it to himself before kicking out to his side, planting his boot into a third crook's chest.
He then parried a wild punch from another criminal and pulled the attacker closer before driving his palm into the thugs elbow, bending it the wrong way and sending a devastating left hook after.
Night Fury continued to fight the attackers, expertly dodging and countering their strikes and responding with his own that all landed on their mark. With all but one thug down, Night Fury finished him off by blocking his punch and delivering a fierce uppercut to his jaw.
"Objection!" was all Night Fury heard before a second gunshot went off and hit him right in the chest, knocking him down.
"Hiccup!" Stoick and Gobber lurched forward, as if to reach for the alternate Hiccup. Stoick glared vengefully at Oswald and if their own Oswald came to them, Stoick would be too lost in his anger to stop himself tearing the Berserker apart.
"I don't care if it means war, if he ever hurts my son, I'll run my sword through his head." Stoick growled.
Valka clenched her staff until small splinters were seen under the iron grip, afraid for her son.
The portal shows Two-Face holding the gun as he blows the smoke from the barrel of his gun. "Overruled!" Two-Face then kicked open the door of his glass box and strode over to Cami, his gun pressed to her temple. "Heads or tails, kitty cat?" He questioned.
"Which one lets me out of here alive?" Cami asked in turn. Two-Face's answer to her question was to flip his coin and catch it on its descent, the burnt side landing face up in his hand.
"Not this one." The psychopath smiled in sick glee. "Time to die!"
"Cami!" Hiccup cried out, not caring for his alternate self but rather for his friend.
"I vote for a stay of execution." Cami said and revealed that, whilst everyone had focused on Night Fury, she had used her claws to cut through the rope until it was weak enough to snap at the pull of her arms.
With her arms free, Cami slashes Oswald across his face, making him fall to the ground and wither in pain with his hands on his face to ease the pain. Oswald pulls his hands away and now his face is out for display, with four claw marks scratched across his face, the undamaged part of his face to be accurate, not so undamaged now.
"Bet that stings." Fishlegs hissed.
"Cool, that'll leave a wicked scar." Tuffnut said.
"Yeah, beside the scar he has on the left side of his face." Ruffnut agreed.
Two-Face began to breathe heavily as his eyes burned with rage at the bitch who further ruined his face.
Cami looked down at her would be killer and smirked. "No gun, Os'? Shame. This is gonna hurt." The thief assured as she unveiled her claws, the light making them glimmer brightly.
Just then, unexpectedly, Two-Face pulls out a second gun from behind and aimed it right for Cami's face. "Two guns, bitch!"
Cami gasps at the sight of the hidden gun and flinches away, expecting to hear the boom of the gun and feel the pain of the bullet cutting through her, if she was lucky enough to not be shot in the head.
But no such pain came as Oswald is suddenly pulled up into the air. The portal reveals that it was Night Fury who used his grapple gun to hoist Two-Face up and restrains the killer with the rope.
Everyone breathed a sigh of relief at the masked hero saving Cami.
Stoick himself felt happy to see his son hadn't been killed or even seriously harmed by the gun.
Cat Thief stood up and smiled in relief before a sly smirk graced her features. "And I thought it was cats who had nine lives."
Night Fury then dropped him over the same vat of acid that Cami had been suspended over not 1 minute ago. Karma's a bitch, isn't it?
Cami then walked over to the hanging Two-Face and leaned closer to his face. "How's it hangin', Os'?" She smirked before kicking him in the stomach, making the man cough in pain and curl up in an attempt to ease the pain.
Cami then reached behind Two-Face and pulled out his PDA. "Come to kitty." Cami purred and placed the device inside her suit for safe keeping. Cami turned to her saviour and said. "Anyone ever tell you that you're full of surprises?"
"I figured you could use my help, Cami." Night Fury explained his reason for being here.
"You're right. I think I chipped a nail back there." The burglar checked her nails dramatically.
"Funny." Night Fury deadpanned.
Cami dropped down from the platform and began to walk aimlessly across the room, hips swaying as Night Fury tracked her movement, though his eyes never wandered.
"Well, at least he's a gentleman." Elinor praised.
"So what do you need, Mr. Detective?" Cami knew there was another reason the goody two shoes had sought her out, besides saving her.
"Protocol 10. What do you know, Cami?" Night Fury questioned.
"Never heard of it." Cami confessed with a careless shrug. That didn't sit well for the hero.
"That's not what I wanted to hear. What about Grimborn?" Night Fury growled, showing his irritation.
Cami thought for a moment as she searched through her memories for anything regarding Viggo Grimborn. "I don't trust him. He's been missing for years and then is suddenly put in charge of running Arkham City. Rumour has it he's been working with Joker, planning something very special just for you. Maybe that's "Protocol 10?"" she guessed.
Night Fury didn't like the idea of Viggo working with someone as dangerous as the Joker, especially if the scientist knew his real identity.
A view through a scope is shown, the user of the scope being outside the courthouse and spying through the large window, the crosshairs aimed straight at Cami.
An ill sounded voice croaked out. "Twinkle, twinkle, little Fury. Here's a corpse for you to bury!"
Back in the court room, Night Fury noticed a laser pointed right at Cami's head as she continued to speak, unaware of the danger. "The ex-District Attorney here said something about-." But Cami was cut off by Night Fury as he pulls her away from the window pressed her up against the wall, just in time for the bullet to fly through the window and into the floor instead of her brain. "What the hell?!" she demanded but the sound of the bullet breaking through glass and stone told her what just happened.
"Odin! That was close."
"See you soon, nighty. Hahahah-!" chack! Cough! The same sickly voice said, breaking into a hacking fit.
Cami smiled at the thrill of near death. "This place is dangerous. I like it." She then smirked seductively at Night Fury and caressed the side of his helmet where his jaw would be. "Maybe my hero deserves a reward~?"
Night Fury wasn't swayed, having grown used to her hot blooded nature and his years of training helped him keep his focus. "That was Joker. You're not safe here. No one is." He then released Cat Thief who only calmly walked away.
Snotlout laughed. "Ha, knew Useless was a loser. He doesn't even have the guts to kiss a girl." He mocked.
Gogo frowned at the obnoxious bully. "Or maybe he knows which head to listen to during a dangerous situation, unlike you."
"Yeah, question, how many girls have you kissed exactly?" Jack questioned.
Both Gogo and Jack's words made Snotlout blush in humiliation and glare in anger at the two.
"Nine lives, remember?" she teased.
Night Fury then looked to where the bullet pierced the floor, activating his Detective Vision again. He focused on the bullet hole on the floor as his HUD processed the evidence, scanning for the type of bullet used and its calibre. Finding a match through the data, he saw the type of bullet used, more commonly used for sniper rifles, a 12.7 x 108mm cartridge, a heavy machine gun and anti-material rifle cartridge. 'The bullet hit the floor here, now where did it enter the room?'
Night Fury then scanned the window from where the bullet entered through, analysing the shattered hole through the glass. Once it was scanned, an orange line showed the path of the bullet from the window to the floor.
'The trajectory the bullet travelled will lead me to the shooter.' The trajectory lead to a church tower that was only a few blocks away, a perfect sniping position.
Now he knew where to go next.
Madman saw some the audience were still confused and decided to indulge them. "The Hiccup Haddock of this world lives a double life, a hero for the innocent and protector against those that wish to bring chaos and harm. He is Night Fury."
"But why? Why is he gallivanting around dressed as one of those demons?" Stoick questioned.
Madman's posture seemed to deflate along with the positive tone he usually spoke in. "That's where our tale turns tragic." He then snapped his fingers and the image in the portal changed in a swirl.
A young Henry, only 8 years old, was seen sitting in a comfy red seat, much like the seats the viewers were sat in, beside his parents, Stoick and Valka Haddock.
Stoick's eyes widened at the sight of his beloved wife. "Oh, Valka." He whispered softly.
Hiccup moved closer to the portal and near his father, looking at the man and hesitantly asked. "Is… is that…?"
Stoick looked at his son and nodded. "Aye, Hiccup. That's your mother." Hiccup said nothing else, only looking at the beautiful woman, wanting to memorise her face, for he never got the chance. In a rare show of fatherly love, the chief gently held Hiccup closer to him, with the boy easily accepting the affection, the pain they shared bringing them closer. 'Oh, Valka, it should have been me. At least then, you would know better how to raise Hiccup. I'm already a shite father.' The vast man thought to himself and he was sure Hiccup though the same, that he'd want his mother instead of him.
What the chief didn't know was what Hiccup was thinking. 'I guess I now understand why dad can't stand the sight of me. Losing the love of his life and getting stuck with me. It's no wonder he blames me.' Hiccup believed.
Valka snuck a glance at the pair and wanted desperately to join them, to show them that she was alive, and to hold them but stopped herself. 'They're better off without me, my way of life will only get them kill, like it nearly did when I was taken.' She thought to herself.
The family of three were watching a live performance of an act but as little Henry watched he grew more and more uncomfortable, some of the performers dressed in black costumes that made them look like monsters of the dark.
Henry fidgeted in his seat as his fears grew until he finally turned to his mother. "Can we go?" he asked nervously.
Valka looked at Henry in confusion, but understood when she saw how uncomfortable her son looked. "Please." Henry pleaded. Valka silently nodded in understanding, getting Stoick's attention and the trio left.
The Haddock family left the theatre from the back door. "What's wrong?" Stoick questioned his wife.
Valka played it off, "Sorry, love. I just needed some fresh air, operas do that to me at times." She then sneakily winked at Henry. "Right, Henry?"
Henry gave a small and grateful smile but still felt off after the showing. The trio then walked down the back alley but were cut off by an unkempt man as he suddenly pulled a gun on them.
"Wallets! And jewellery!" the mugger demanded.
Stoick put himself between the mugger and his wife & son, shielding them from the gunman. "It's alright, take it easy." Stoick said calmly and slowly pulled out his wallet, ready to surrender it to the thug in order to keep his family safe.
The man snatched the wallet before eyeing Valka's fancy and expensive necklace. "I said jewellery too!" he snarled and pointed the gun at Valka's head.
"Don't you dare threaten her!" Stoick suddenly raged, making everyone flinch at the volume and pure rage.
Stoick went to shield his wife but the criminal took his actions as a sign of aggression and fired his gun, letting out ear shattering BANG!
"Stoick!" Valka went to catch her fatally wounded spouse.
"Dad!" Hiccup cried out at the sight of his father getting shot. It wasn't possible, he was Stoick the Vast. He'd get up and beat the Hel' out of the thug, any second now.
'Stoick!' Valka managed to stop herself from saying out loud.
But the thug, high on fear and adrenaline, pointed his gun on her and fired off a second round, killing the mother instantly.
"Valka!" Stoick cried out. Gobber and Spitelout quickly got to either side of Stoick to restrain him. "YOU BASTARD! I'LL RIP YOUR FUCKING HEAD OFF!" He thrashed around like a wild dragon, desperate to reach the gunman who killed his wife, his brother and the blacksmith even had trouble holding him down.
The Berkians felt sorrow for the chief and the loss of the kind hearted woman, yes her ideas of peace with the dragons was foolish and delusional, but she didn't deserve to die. Some of the Vikings even glared at Madman for making their leader have to once again see his wife die.
"I'm sorry." Stoick stopped instantly at his son's words. He slowly looked over to see Hiccup staring at the screen with tear filled eyes. "It's my fault. I'm sorry. I'm sorry." Hiccup cried softly.
Stoick shook off the other Vikings and knelt beside Hiccup, drawing the boy into a hug. "Don't you dare blame yourself, Hiccup. You had nothing to do with this, it was that bastard that killed her. It wasn't your fault." Stoick firmly said to his son.
Hiccup didn't say a word, only accepting the embrace and wept into his father's beard. Neither Haddock cared about the others around them.
After a few minutes, Hiccup and Stoick were both finally calm enough to continue watching.
"NO!" Henry cried out. He dropped to his knees in anguish and stared the murderer of his parents in the eye, tears soaking his eyes.
The gunman looked at the child before running away with his stolen items, leaving Henry alone beside his dead parents. A single light pole shined over the now orphaned boy as he knelt between the bodies of his parents, the light casting a large shadow that morphed into the silhouette of Night Fury.
That was the night Henry Haddock died and Night Fury was born.
"From that moment on, Henry Haddock devoted his life to fighting the scum of Berk." Madman announced.
The scene then changed to a grown up Henry in a cave as he and Heathcliff studied over the designs for his Night Fury suit.
"We ordered the pieces for the chest armour from Singapore and quite separately, ordered the parts for the helmet from China. The same for each part of the armour, a different section from different locations." Heathcliff explained.
"And we put it all together here by ourselves." Henry finished.
"Precisely. It will have to be a large order to avoid suspicion." The butler informed.
"How much?" Henry was good for the money, but it didn't hurt to ask.
"Ten thousand if we wish for it to appear legit."
Henry looked up at the butler with raised brows before saying. "Well at least we'll have spares." He accepted.
Henry was then seen spray painting the assembled suit a dark black, in order to blend in to the night.
The scene then changed to Henry looking at a black cloth the size of a dinner table. Henry then put on live wire on the flexible material and as the current surged through the fabric, the cloth became rigid.
Henry turned to a set of blueprints titled 'WING SUIT' that showed the outline of a man wearing something on his back, where the cloth would be fitted and the image next to it showed a set of wings being extended out.
It then switched to Henry hunched over a work bench, carving out his shurikens, the deadly weapons shaped like the Night Fury symbol. Heathcliff came into view, holding out a tray of food for his master, the aged butler looked to the side and saw the armour Master Henry had designed and created.
"Master Henry, I must ask, why have you gone for a figure of darkness, one that strikes fear, instead of aspiring hope?" Heathcliff asked. "Surely that would create a better public image, one that people could rally behind."
Many couldn't help but wonder that themselves. Usually in the stories about heroes, they were brave and fearless warriors that stood for truth and justice, people that thrived in the light and cast that light into the shadows of evil to draw out the evils of the world.
Henry paused in his work and inspected the throwing weapon. "The dark is where the criminal scum hide in. They hide and wait for anyone unfortunate enough to get too close before they drag them in the shadows and either take what they can or keep them in the dark forever." Henry spoke, his memories going back to that same dark alleyway where it all started.
"When I was young, I was afraid of the dark." Henry confessed before throwing the shuriken at a wall, the sharp tool digging into the wall.
"It's time my enemies fear the dark as well. So that they are forced into the light and for the whole world to see them." Henry said.
With that, the portal finished and Madman addressed the viewers. "I understand that may have been a bit more than some could handle for some of you. We will take break and you can all get some much needed shut eye. Follow me please and I shall show you to your rooms."

A/N: Hello readers, I wanted to thank you all for reading this story so far, there are many "Watching the movie" fics about these movie series I gathered and only so few "Reality reaction" stories based around these franchises. Since I love HTTYD and ROFBTD along with adding Big Hero 6 and Frozen into the mix I thought these would get some pretty good reactions and possible pairings.
But fair warning, Jelsa (Jack X Elsa) will NOT be a pairing. I don't hate the ship and I can see the appeal, I just find it boring at times and have a different and more preferred ship in mind. Please no hate for this opinion nor any flame wars about shippings.
I understand that this story won't be as popular as my other reaction fics seeing as it is on a lesser known and/or popular franchise but still, I got more views and favs and follows than I imagined so thank you so much for reading this. If you like the story and want to see more, please follow and fav, it lets me know that you like the works and that it's not just a burning dumpster fire being ignored.
For legal reasons, I do not own Batman or any DC media of any kind. The true owners are Warner Brothers. This is a non-profit, fan based story. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing.
Regarding the piece of entertainment used, the Batman Arkham series was a favourite game of mine, especially Arkham City and after seeing Hiccup in his dragon scale armour and his flight suit, I couldn't resist.
Honestly picking the characters who will fit the roles best was such head scratcher here but I feel that I did a good job. And since Mark Hamill voiced both Joker and Alvin the treacherous, I honestly considered making Alvin take the role but Alvin's character doesn't fit into Jokers. So I figured he can take Penguin's role.
I bet many of you can guess who I chose to act as Joker if I ever do another chapter based off batman.
See you later, peace.
