Chapter 7

.

Pamela got a letter, one she hoped to get, but feared she never would. She had to tell her boyfriend immediately.

.

Pam: It's from my birth mother. She answered the agency, and wants to meet with me, my birth father as well.

Jason: That's amazing. I guess it's a good sign that they answered so quickly.

Pam: Yeah, I feared she wouldn't want to see me, or that she wasn't ready yet.

Jason: Hopefully this is good. I just want you to prepare for the worst possibilities.

Pam: I did. It occurred to me that maybe she was raped, that's why she couldn't raise me. But if my biological father is coming, maybe they were just a couple of scared teenagers.

Jason: Maybe. What do your parents think?

Pam: I haven't told them yet. They know I tried to contact my birth mother, and I'm going to tell them about this meeting. They know I love them, but they support me doing whatever I have to do to find closure.

Jason: How about me or your parents come with you to the meeting? In case you need someone to hold your hand.

Pam: Okay, just you. If things go well, maybe I will introduce my two sets of parents.

Jason: That would be interesting.

Pam: Remember two years ago, when I saw the Halliwell sisters alive and well at their own funerals?

Jason: Yeah, and a couple of months later they turned up alive and well, said they faked their own deaths with help from the government.

Pam: Why was I able to see them at the wake, yet nobody else could?

Jason: "There are more things in Heaven and Earth than are dreamt of in your philosophy." I don't have all the answers, maybe your biological family includes the Halliwell tree.

Pam: I actually looked that up in the public records, none of them had a baby in 1989.

Jason: Prue was the oldest, maybe she had you in secret.

Pam: She died sis years ago.

Jason: And all three of her sisters faked their deaths two years ago.

Pam: Even if that's true, how did I see the other sisters? Magick?

Jason: Honestly, I wouldn't completely rule it out.
