Bio
THE BELIEVER
"I gotta believe!" It's the mantra that PaRappa live by. A free spirited rapping dog from PaRappa Town (yes, really) who uses music as a solution to all of life's problems. Whether that's getting to the bathroom on time, passing his driving test or saving PaRappa Town from a guy who wanted to turn every food there into noodles. PaRappa isn't afraid to ask for help but he remains capable of facing up to problems himself. He always puts on a brave face, never letting the enormity of a situation wear him down such as when he played a video game with the knowledge that if he lost, he would only be able to eat noodles. While some may think PaRappa lacks the capacity for violence, he knows karate thanks to Chop-Chop Master Onion as well as being able to use his skateboard and musical equipment as weapons. No matter how unlikely victory may seem for him, PaRappa never stops believing.
Intro
It was a normal day in PaRappa Town again. PaRappa was heading to meet up with his friends so they could hang out for the day. He found them gathered on the sidewalk. "Whoa! There's the gang. And Sunny Funny is with them..." He walked up to them, kicking up his skateboard and taking Boxy in his hand. "Hey guys, you wanna go to the movies?" They looked up from whatever it was they were huddled around. "The movies? No, check out this new comic book!" PJ Berri showed PaRappa his comic book, which all three of them had been looking at before PaRappa showed up. It was the latest Joe Chin comic. "Wow! Joe Chin is such a great hero!" Katy Kat praised Joe's depicted fighting skills. "Look at how he handles all those bad guys!" PJ concurred. PaRappa couldn't have disagreed more. "I guess being in your own comic book would be cool...if you're into that sort of thing." Sunny suggested. That changed PaRappa's perspective. "My own comic book, huh?" He wondered to himself. "But how would I get my own comic book like Joe Chin?" He wondered as he skated off. Then he realized exactly how he would do it. "Yeah! I gotta believe!"
Rival Scene
PaRappa skated through the crystal arena, keeping an eye out for any bad guys he could beat up. He'd had plenty of opportunities before and to be fair he'd taken them, but they were mostly chaotic affairs. There was something about a one on one fight that was way cooler. He would get his wish only a minute later. While deep in thought, PaRappa accidentally rolled over a weird creature with massive eyes. It whimpered like a puppy and retreated away from him, looking at him like he had three heads. "Whoops, sorry about that." PaRappa kicked up his skateboard. A small paper maché person came over to the creature and hugged it, before looking over to PaRappa and scowling. Atoi clearly believed that PaRappa had deliberately hurt her friend. She put up her fists, ready to fight the dog that was twice her size. "Well, here's my chance to be like Joe Chin I guess..." PaRappa said to himself, not sounding too convincing. "Yeah, of course it is!" He tried building himself up. "I gotta believe!"
Outro
PaRappa rode back into town on his skateboard. He noticed his friends gathered around a window, looking at something. "The gang!" He said to himself. "I thought I'd never see them again!" He rolled up to them. "Hey guys, what's up?" They all seemed surprised to see him. "PaRappa! You're back!" PJ Berri exclaimed. "We've all been wondering where you went." Katy added. "It's good to see you all too." PaRappa noticed the poster on the window that they were all looking at. "Hey, isn't that Joe Chin on that poster?" He asked. "Yeah. He's gone missing." Sunny Funny answered. "It seems as though he wanted to be invited to some contest, but he wasn't. Now he's gone missing." PJ explained. "A contest, eh?" PaRappa wondered. That must have been it. It gave him some satisfaction to know that Joe Chin couldn't even get into the contest that he had won. "No one knows where is now." Katy confirmed. For now though, it wasn't worth thinking about. "Let's go to Club Fun!" PaRappa suggested. They all seemed happy with that suggestion. "Sounds fun!" Sunny agreed. "Are you going to be performing, PaRappa?" He nodded as he began to glow blue. "Yeah, and I can't wait to show off my new style!"

Author's Note
Never played PaRappa's games but I feel like I get the same out of them by watching long plays. That's not the slight it sounds like, just the kind of games that PaRappa has. I considered changing PaRappa's moveset a little because of how much the skateboard is used, but to be fair Superbot did a damn good job. He did have one scene in PaRappa 2 where he uses cake to attack but tbh it was a bit lame.
