Later that day

The match had ended quite quickly. The Griffindors put up a fight, but it was clear the Slytherins had been training for months. There was a huge celebration in the common room, everyone praising Lucius and the other members of the team. It only annoyed Severus, who would normally be reading or studying and who didn't have very many friends. He sat in the corner and watched the celebration, half-asleep. After a while, Severus felt an arm wrap around his shoulder. "Hey there, Sev." Lucius muttered, slurring his words, the smell of hard alcohol on his breath. "Lucius." Severus responded frustratedly, not bothering to make eye contact. "Why so cold, Severus? I thought we were friends.. You're being quite rude." Lucius said, still smirking. "You really shouldn't get so drunk." Severus said, turning to face him. "Come on, Severus, don't be boring. I'm 18, about to graduate, and just won one of the most crucial matches of the season. Don't I deserve it?" Lucius laughs. "You're slurring your words. Maybe you should go drink some water or something." Snape suggests. "Come on. You're ruining the fun by being so uptight, you know." Lucius says, almost sounding flirty. "I thought I knew you, Severus. Can't you at least try to partake in the festivities instead of sitting back here, looking so alone?" Lucius suggests, sounding concerned. Severus looks dead into Lucius's grey eyes. "You know you're my only friend. If I am even your friend. You're so popular, I probably don't mean a lot to you. But.." Severus can't force himself to speak anymore. He looks down at the ground. "You're right. I don't consider you a friend. You're so much more." Lucius says quietly. "W-what?" Snape says, disbelief shown all over his expression. Lucius leans in closer to him. "Don't look so surprised, I know you feel the same way. To be completely honest, I really want to kiss you." Lucius mutters. Severus looks into his shiny, stormcloud-like eyes. "I-well-uh-" Severus stutters. "Come here." Lucius says, and without any warning, pulls Severus in and presses their lips together. Snape knows he should back away, but he can't bring himself to. He tastes the strong alcohol on Lucius's breath, but kisses him back, chasing it. And suddenly, they both hear a voice next to them. "Yo, captain-" they open their eyes and quickly move apart, but it was too late. She had seen it. Bellatrix Black. And knowing her, she was likely to tell everyone. "So, you two are just back here snogging? Quiet, introverted Snape and quiddich captain, prefect, popular boy Lucius?" She laughs. "You know he's drunk, right?" "I... I didn't really want to, he just pulled me in.." Severus defends. "You didn't want me to?" Lucius asks. "No, that's not what I meant! I-I liked it. I just.." Severus stutters. "Didn't ask for it? It happens to the best of us, buddy. knowing Lucius, I would expect him to ask for consent, but I assume his brain is fucked up right now. Give him a few hours, and see if he's still so keen to snog you." Bellatrix says, teasingly. And with that, she walks away, going right to her sisters to gossip about what she's just seen. "Don't worry about them." Lucius advises. He leans in for another kiss. Severus considers it for a second, but leans into him, locking their lips. Lucius begins to feel Severus's body, petting his thighs. "Let's take this up to my room." He whispers. "Wh-what? Seriously?" Severus stutters. "Are you trying to have sex with me?" He asks. "I thought that was obvious, love." Lucius responds. "You're drunk. It wouldn't be right. I can't take advantage of you like this." Snape says, sounding concerned. "Come on, I'm not that intoxicated. If I was sober, do you think I would still want to do this?" Lucius asks. "I-I don't know." Severus stutters. "I can assure you that I would. Come on, Sev." He stands up. Severus stands with him. "Lets have us some privacy."
