The young player had logged out of the world's first virtual world after his gunpla had finished repairing in-game after the battle. After eating dinner with his family, he returned to his room and reviewed his battle with Klein against Kibaou on one of his computers. He paused it the moment the Danazine began malfunctioning.
'The Mass-Dive,' the player thought. 'It's powered by an illegal part placed on the gunpla from the outside world. When the Gunpla is scanned during login, the illegal code programmed into the Break Decal is read as well. When activated, the illegal code will exceed a Gunpla's performance values assigned by the game's system. It's still a new program so there may not be that many players who'll be using it yet.
'Problem is that I've seen the code for it myself once before and it's majorly flawed. The power it gives was too much for the gunpla model to handle and it causes glitches in the GBN system. So far nothing can be solved about the programming issue but in terms of gunpla divers might switch models to use in combat until they find a perfect fit. Or…' The player switched to another monitor and made and pulled up a display of his Exia with its statistics shown on the side. 'They could increase the original performance of the model to try stabilizing the power-up.'
He paused on that thought as he resumed the video. He paused it again at the point his Exia stopped using its Trans-Am power and reverted to its original colors. The model was scratched all over and some of the pieces were chipped. 'I took some serious damage even in Trans Am. Maybe I should make some improvements myself.
'But in the game, you only increase your avatars status. And the only one way to improve the model is here IRL.' He then looked up from the screens to look at the gunpla on his shelves. 'But I've only ever built straight assemblies. Where do I even start with customizing?'
Pondering about his gunpla could not last forever as the sleeping hour arrived. In the morning they did not even continue as his drowsiness allowed him to only focus on brushing his teeth, showering, and dressing up. His school uniform was a black long-sleeved shirt with yellow buttons and a matching pair of pants. He walked downstairs yawning as he held the handle of his satchel like a briefcase with the strap folded.
"Morning Kazuto," said a grown woman's voice. He looked to see in the kitchen a woman with black hair like his in a bun and a bright closed smile.
"Morning mom," said the player named Kazuto in the real world. He finished rubbing his eyes as he sat down at the table with a full plate of breakfast.
"How late were you up this time," asked a girl's voice across the table from him? He looked to see a cynical look on a girl about a year younger than him with short black hair. Her uniform was a gray sailor outfit with long sleeves, a yellow bow scarf, and a black with white stripe collar matching her short skirt.
"I made it to bed on time last night," Kazuto scowled. "Not everyone in middle school wakes up full of positive energy Sugu."
"Oh please," Sugu replied and took a bite of her breakfast and swallowed. "I bet you were up all night playing your new game."
"How was the debut by the way," their mother said.
"Tons of fun," Kazuto answered with a sudden smile. "So far hardly anything's changed since the beta."
"Great," his mother said. "Make any friends?"
"Actually yes," Kazuto answered chewing his food. "This new player came up and found out I was a beta tester and asked for some pointers. I taught him through the tutorial and on our way back to base we fought off an ambush of hunters."
"That…" Sugu began stunned. "That sounds cool."
"Now you know why I'm so drowsy sis," Kazuto smirked. She pouted, as her cheeks blushed puffed with food in her mouth.
After eating and walking down from the house they took the town bus and made it to school. Later in the day, Kazuto was in the middle of computer class, leaning his face on one hand as he typed on another.
"Kirigaya," said the teacher walking up to Kazuto's desk. "How many times do I have to tell you to type with both hands? You've most likely made…" he paused mid-sentence to look on his monitor. "The program is flawless so far." The end of that sentence finished with a growling tone that Kazuto could not help but smile at.
"As you were," the teacher straightened up and walked away. Kazuto continued to smile as he leaned back in his chair with his arm over the rail while continuing to type with his other hand. Observing his progress, the only three girls in the class from different parts of the class looked away from their computers.
'He's so brilliant,' the girls thought while sighing.
Soon after it was lunchtime, and as he ate his boxed lunch Kazuto scrolled through the Internet on his phone searching for ways to customize his gunpla. He found various methods and did not know which to follow.
'Come on quit actin' so dumb,' Kazuto thought as he at his lunch. 'You know how to customize your model like everybody else. All it takes is mixing and matching pieces from other models. And since I started buying and building models since the beta I have plenty of options. But my problem is I don't know where to start.
'And there's more to consider than performance. If I don't make my Exia look as cool or cooler than the original design I may not be taken seriously. And does painting it help anything besides design?'
After school, the siblings attend their after-school clubs, Kazuto at the computer club and Sugu in Kendo. Afterward, he went over to the schools' shelter house they used for the Kendo Clubs dojo. With excellent patience, he waited on his sister to come out.
"Hey," he greeted him once she exited, "ready to go?"
"Sure thing," Sugu answered. They began walking together when another student ran up to them.
"Kirigaya," he called out. They turned around, giving him his attention, confused on whom it could be. They saw the student with short black hair a black long-sleeved shirt wearing a brown trench coat over his uniform.
"Oh geez…" Sugu said annoyed as she recognized the student as he slowed down and stopped, slightly leaning over while catching his breath. "What do you want now Nagata?" He straightened up, readjusted his glasses, and spoke strong and direct.
"Kirigaya," Nagata began, "with our science test tomorrow, I was wondering if you needed help studying for it."
"How many times have I told you," Sugu sighed? "I have my older brother to help me study, he's the smartest student at this school."
"Well, I…" he cut his sentence short when he noticed the third party member. "Oh, are you her older brother?"
"Yep," he smiled. "I'm Kirigaya Kazuto, second year. And you are?"
"Oh umm…" he bowed. "I'm Nagata Shinichi, first year; I'm Suguha's… " She growled at the sound of her first name. "Uh, your sister's classmate in science class, it's nice to meet you."
"Likewise," Kazuto greeted. Suguha then elbowed him, signaling that she wants to go and leave. Kazuto smiled and was about to comply until an idea occurred with him. "Actually, uh… Shinichi," they were both surprised and confused that he used his first name, "maybe you can tutor her." Shinichi's eyes widened and Suguha's whole face freaked as she screamed 'what' while her arms flinched. "You see I have this personal project I'd like to focus on and it would help the both of us if you could help with her studies this ti…"
Kazuto did not manage to finish his explanation as his sister kicked him right in his shin. He winced at the pain while holding the injured limb and hopping on the good one.
"Personal project my foot," Suguha shouted! "You just want to waste time playing your Gundam game!"
"Well, I…" Kazuto tried to begin.
"I can't believe you," Suguha interrupted. "You'd prioritize playing a video game over helping your sister study! What kind of older brother would do something like that?"
"I'm sorry but it's more complicated than you think," Kazuto attempted to reason.
"Are you talking about Gundam Build Nexus," Shinichi asked? They were now focused again on him.
"Yeah," Kazuto answered.
"No way," Shinichi cried. "I thought I was the only one at this school!" The pain had left Kazuto as he smiled setting his foot down.
"You play it too Shinichi," Kazuto asked?
"I pre-ordered it the moment its release date was announced," Shinichi claimed. "As a gunpla builder, my dream has always been to pilot a mobile suit like the actual Gundam series! Especially a custom model I made!"
"Wait you make custom gunpla," Kazuto asked? Shinichi nodded his head still smiling. "That's perfect, I've been meaning to start customizing my model but I'm not sure how I should start. Maybe you can show me the basics before helping out Sugu if it's easier than your current science subject of course."
"Oh uh, sure, I can show you how to customize," Shinichi complied. "I can show you my custom model if you'd like." He then took off his backpack and searched inside.
"You bring your toys to school," Suguha asked unimpressed with his childish decision?
"Well as a member of the plamo club," Shinichi began explaining, "I am allowed to bring any modeling merchandise to school grounds as long as I do not bring them out during class. Here it is." He held in his hand a red and white model with a square body that had skinny arms and gray feet, and gray canons between its head. And on its shoulders were red and white armaments with long gray barrels. Its head was round and white, with a red eyebrow piece, two white antennae on the back of the scalp, and a green visor.
"I call it my Guncannon Patriot," Shinichi presented.
"Wow," Kazuto admired the model. "It looks like it'd be difficult to build, yet it also looks so easy."
'So which one is it,' Suguha thought confused and annoyed?
"Well whenever you customize a gunpla, the difficulty is mostly with what connects to the polycaps," Shinichi taught. "There are two different types of them." He then gently took one of his model's arms off. "See this little pole sticking out of the shoulder area? That's what connects the arm, so I had to find a shoulder piece that's fit for it."
He slid the arm back in then gently pulled the arm off the shoulder. "This shoulder piece is the same thing. It has that little pole sticking out underneath to fit in the hole's arm. There are other models where the polycaps are reversed. Not to mention there are the other polycaps that connect the limb to a little round tip at the end.
"So in short, what you want your gunpla to look like may change based on what pieces you need to work with."
"I see," Kazuto understood. "Well thanks, Shinichi, I'd say you've earned to be my little sisters' tutor." She then kicked him again in the same leg.
"Why do you still think you get to sell me out like that," Suguha shouted?
"Oh come on sis," Kazuto insisted. "What do you have against having a friend over?" She spoke no answer and simply turned her face red while Shinichi smiled awkwardly. And so Shinichi followed them home and he started tutoring Suguha on the kitchen table while Kazuto went straight upstairs to work on customizing his gunpla. He sat in his chair staring at his Exia on his desk.
'So I have to first figure out what pieces can go together,' Kazuto thought. He then looked at the other gunpla he had displayed on his shelves. 'So does that mean I'm going to have to take each model apart to find out what goes to what? Wait…' He jumped out of his chair and took out a small box from underneath his bed; in the box were folded instructions for all the gunpla he built.
'I can just find the polycaps on Exia's instructions and see if I can find a match on the others I guess customizing isn't that hard at all.' And after enough searching, Kazuto was able to replace Exia's arms using D-Hell Custom and he replaced the short sword with a matching long sword from a different version of his Exia, Exia Repair II. He attached the swords to the leg attachments from Exia Repair II.
"Alright," Kazuto said, "not a bad first custom if I do say so myself." He stopped admiring his work when he heard a knock on the door.
"Kazuto," Suguha called out from his room, "it's time for dinner!"
"Wait seriously," Kazuto asked surprised? He looked at the clock on his wall to see that time had passed to 6:15 pm. "Awe, no way…" Coming out of shock, Kazuto followed his sister downstairs and saw their guest was still present. "Oh hey, Shinichi, you joining us for dinner?"
"Uh yeah," Shinichi answered nervously. "Your mother invited me, I hope you don't mind."
"Not at all," Kazuto smiled, "we're happy to have you. You can consider it as thanks for tutoring my sister." Suguha growled and rolled her eyes as everyone readied their plates sat at the table and began eating.
"So Kazuto," Shinichi began conversing, "how far have you gotten with customizing your gunpla?"
"Well," Kazuto swallowed some food to answer, "so far I've only swapped some compatible arms and changed a weapon. I may have to stick with its base leggings until I can find something else that will fit."
"Well that's normal for a first custom," Shinichi explained. "My last bit of advice, sometimes if you're stuck on a model, or if you've gone as far as you can with it, try making another one and see how far you get with that."
"I see," Kazuto swallowed some food, "thanks for being such a big help Shinichi." Shinichi nodded as Kazuto's mother smiled from their conversation while Suguha growled and scowled while eating. "I guess all that's left to do now is to test its performance."
"Wait," Shinichi interjected. "You're not gonna play GBN with your model the way it is how are you? I know I haven't seen it yet but you'll want to wait until it's more presentable."
"No," Kazuto said, "I won't play online, just a mock battle to see how my Kitbash handles."
"You can play without using the Internet," asked his mother?
"Yeah," Kazuto answered, "it's called 'Simulation Mode,' it works like regular gameplay but you can't walk around as much as you can online. Neither can you chat with or challenge other players to a match. Instead, you pilot your gunpla in your choice of obstacle courses or battle against an NPC opponent. The main downside is that if you win it won't affect your online status. But it's a good way for new players to get a hang of the game or to test out your model like in my case."
"Yeah," Shinichi agreed, "that's actually what I first did with my Guncannon Patriot in GBN. I was rather nervous and ended up fighting through a panic, but after taking out my first targets I started to believe in myself. After I finished I was ready to face the real deal."
"Nice," Kazuto smirked, "and you even had enough confidence leftover to talk to my sister after school today." Shinichi smiled awkwardly and blushed, Suguha also blushed but with a stunned look on her face as some food escaped her open mouth and their mother blushed while he hid her small smile under her fingers.
"Well," Shinichi tried explaining himself. "Well, I uh… I mean…"
'What the heck Kazuto,' Suguha thought?
Shinichi Nagata eventually left and made his way home as the family cleaned up and went to their respective rooms. Kazuto held his custom Exia in his hands in deep focus.
'Alright,' Kazuto thought, 'let's see how well this works.' He placed his model on the scanner, dawned the nerve gear helmet, lay down on the bed, and turned everything on. Kazuto gave a gentle smile, closed his eyes, and prepared to be Kirito again.
"Link start," Kazuto commanded.
Kirito opened his eyes and looked around his surroundings, which seemed to be a simple hangar bay.
"So… this is offline mode," Kirito almost whined. "Well, I guess I can't say I'm disappointed, this isn't supposed to be the highlight of the game." But then he turned around to see his enlarged Exia with its recent appendage replacements. "Well, that does make traveling easier." He looked around again and found what he was looking for, an NPC standing still wearing a mechanic jumpsuit and hat.
Kirito walked up to it to make his request.
"Hey chief," the NPC called Kirito. "How can I help ya?" A menu opened in front of Kirito asking, 'Do You Want To Play A Simulation?' Kirito selected yes, then the menu changed giving him two more options.
"Let's try maneuverability," Kirito said. He selected 'Obstacle Coarse' and he had five challenges to choose from. Below the available choices was an extensive list of options with dimmed colors. "That's all I can do for now? Well, I did only have one battle since starting over again."
He selected the bottom available level since it was most likely the hardest. The menu changed one last time, asking him if he wanted to begin the mission, he selected 'YES' and he was suddenly sitting in his cockpit. Through his main monitor, he saw the bay door open and focused himself as he tightened on the controls.
"Custom Gundam Exia," he announced, "Kirito; Launching!" He had his gunpla speed out of the hangar and jump into flight. "Maybe I should also come up with a new name for this too." A ten-second timer appeared and Kirito examined his situation.
'Now,' Kirito thought, 'all I have to do is fly through all the rings and take down as many targets as I can. I don't have a blaster anymore so I can only hit it at close range. There's no time limit so I can set my record. Let's do this!'
The timer ended and the obstacles formed in front of him. The first ring to pass manifested and in front of it five different colored balloons Haro's that moved side to side. Custom Exia drew its swords from its sides and began slashing and popping them, once erasing all five Kirito flew through the first ring as he hummed in thought.
'Shoulder rotation speed is about the same,' Kirito thought. 'But these elbows don't seem to be stiff at all so that's at least one improvement.' As he sped and fought through the obstacle course he gave further thought into his arms. 'I wonder if there's a way to tune the shoulder speed IRL.' The next obstacles took form, a string of multiple rings that either stayed put, moved up and down, and others side to side that all lead down to the ground.
"Here we go," Kirito said. With his gunpla, he dashed, swerved, and dived to pass the next checkpoint. Kirito hummed in thought again on the way.
'The arms are a smidge lighter than the original pair,' Kirito thought, 'but that doesn't seem to raise the flying speed significantly enough. Maybe I'll have to find some parts with more engines. Maybe I can make a backpack attachment without losing my main generator.'
The Custom Exia finished diving down and swooped forward past the checkpoint. Far in the distance were the finish line and a green gunpla with a neck-less head on the ground with a sniper rifle and began firing.
'A Mock,' Kirito analyzed after dodging the first beam. 'An NPC gunpla for mock battles like this, it's not strong but appropriate for my new Kitbash model.' He bobbed and weaved past each beam while sheathing one sword. 'Here it comes!' His model pulled back its sword swung it through the enemy and dashed through the finish line as a 'complete' sign appeared above it.
The world flashed around the Custom Exia and it had ported back inside the docking warehouse. Kirito breathed heavily as a results screen appeared in front of him in his cockpit. He examined and studied each result; the time he passed the checkpoints and finished, the targets he took out, and the rings he ran through.
'Well these results aren't perfect,' Kirito thought, 'but I can build up to it as much as I can. And then…' Soon he logged out then did his homework and went to bed.
The next day after school, Suguha scowled at Kazuto in the yard with her hands on her hips as he smiled nervously at her.
"I can't believe you," Suguha raised her voice, but not too loudly to cause attention. "You're leaving your sister behind to walk home by herself so you can go shopping and you won't wait to take me with you?"
"It's not that big a deal," Kazuto defended himself. "I'm going to a hobby store and you wouldn't be interested in what they have to sell, it's all plastic models for one franchise. Besides you're old enough to take care of yourself for a simple walk home aren't you?"
"You're such a jerk," Suguha yelled. She took her bagged kendo sword jabbed her brother's foot with it and began walking away as she carried it on her shoulder again leaving him in pain. "Fine go ahead and play at your stupid toy store, I'm going to do something way more mature!"
"I'm sorry," Kazuto called.
Rain was near as Kazuto walked alone down the sidewalk while studying a picture of his gunpla in progress on his smartphone.
'I think I know what colors I want for it,' Kazuto thought pocketing his phone. 'But I wonder if I should give it a new name. Shinichi named his gunpla by simply adding 'Patriot' to Guncannon. Could I do that with Exia? If I do that's only answering half the question.'
Kazuto reached a bus stop and sat on the bench inside the shelter. Sitting on the other side of the bench was someone wearing a pure white poncho and went unnoticed by Kazuto.
"Let's see," Kazuto mumbled. "To start with I'm technically building it. So maybe I'll call it… Build Exia? No, that doesn't sound that cool. I want it to be amazing… Amazing Exia?
"It has a ring but it sounds rather pretentious. Maybe I'll call it Dark Exia? No, that's too obvious and not to mention generic. I am a solo player so… Solo Exia? Maybe, I'll come back to that one."
Kazuto took a moment to think quietly, unaware that the hooded character was paying attention to him.
"Well," Kazuto continued, "if I'm going to call it something original, would it be an actual name or some kind of word? Ugh… imagination is so complicated." The one in the poncho finally cracked and giggled at what she heard from him. In a panic, he blushed looking at the mysterious girl.
"I'm sorry," she smiled under her hood. "But I couldn't take anymore." Kazuto stared down blushing and kept his mouth shut. During that time of silence, Kazuto did not proceed with his thought process on his gunpla to prevent any outward thinking and embarrassment. The only sounds to come were thunder and infinite drops of water splashing onto the ground.
Soon enough, much to Kazuto's salvation, the bus was heard approaching through the rain.
"If I could make a suggestion," the girl said for his attention, "when naming it, consider what you want to do with it or what you want to do." Kazuto heard and listened as the bus neared and slowed down.
"Okay," Kazuto said standing up. The bus finally came to a halt and he began entering. "Thanks." Taking his seat, he found himself looking at the hooded girl still on the sheltered bench. Even as the vehicle was in motion he continued to observe until he could no longer keep his head turned. Kazuto then lounged in his seat in thought.
'Who was that girl,' Kazuto thought? 'Oh well.' The bus took him to the next routed stop and Kazuto made the rest of the way on foot to a hobby shop, The Gundam Base Tokyo. At the moment he held with his index and thumb a small tub of black paint. 'Should I do all black?'
He set the selected paint in his basket and continued looking at the displayed paint for sale. 'Or maybe…' He took out his phone to look at his work in progress. 'What else could stand out?' He then noticed the white V-shaped protrusions on its forehead.
'Most Gundams have those in yellow, maybe I'll do that.' He selected a small tub of flat yellow paint and added it to his basket while holding onto his phone. 'And one more color…' And that was when he saw the calling color. 'Silver… I could use this for the swords too.'
He pocketed his phone and added it to his basket again satisfied with his decisions. He turned around to walk towards check out but then realized something vital.
"I don't have paintbrushes at home," Kazuto said embarrassed. He decided to include in his purchases a single small thin brush. "This should be enough." But then he thought about what he said and looked at all that was in his basket, three tubs of paint and a single brush, from a store that sells the best-branded plastic models. "Maybe I'll at least browse for a while."
And so he did, through isles and isles, he gave glances to hundreds, if he had yet to reach the first thousand, of gunpla models. He looked through them with a bored face until he saw it. With eyes wide open and a short silent gasp, he gave a long before speaking.
"No way," Kazuto said picking up the box from the shelf. "The Avalanche Exia! They're always sold out of these when I come here!" Immediately he noticed his smile.
'I remember,' Kazuto recalled. 'In the first room, before we began beta testing the game, we were asked to pick out a model. I looked through them and picked out Exia. Gundam 00 was the only series I watched all the way through, and Exia was my absolute favorite from it. It was my first time building a model at all, they walked me through the instructions and it came out perfect.
'Each part I pieced together, made me more and more excited for the complete design. And when I finally dived into the game, my hard work paid off by a thousand. With each dive, each month felt like a year each, I never wanted it to end. But then…'
Kazuto then recalled a fight in the Beta test; his Exia collapsed on the ground and raised its head at a gunpla silhouette emitting an enormous purple aura that was destroying the ground below it.
'There was no reason for it,' Kazuto thought in the present. 'And now those break decals are being shared. There's no reason to go that far. I need to show those players… I need to explain that… wait; explain?' He added the Avalanche Exia box to his basket pulled out his phone and began a search.
'Explain… there's a synonym for that.' He widened his eyes when he found what he was looking for. 'That's it, that's what I want my gunpla to do and what to name it.' He pocketed his phone and proceeded to checkout with a confident smile. That smile remained throughout his trip home.
"I'm home," Kazuto announced taking off his shoes.
"Hey," his mother greeted, "how was…" But Kazuto ran up the stairs before she could finish asking. Confused at first, but then she smiled as she continued cooking with Suguha who scowled while chopping.
However, when he opened the door to his room and turned on the light he dropped his smile encountering a problem. His desk was covered with computer monitors, a keyboard, and a mouse. But he quickly changed his face from mild panic to strong focus. After some time passed Suguha began knocking on the door.
"Kazuto," she called. "Dinner's ready!" But there was no response and she easily scowled. "Hey, are you listening?" She opened the door to see him wearing earbuds with loud music coming from them. She continued scowling adding puffed cheeks turning red. But then she saw his bed and widened her eyes to see all his computer equipment had been unplugged and laid down upon it.
'No way,' Suguha thought. 'He actually…' She walked across the room to tap on his shoulder, Kazuto stopped what he was doing and took out an earbud turning around.
"Oh," Kazuto responded, "is it time for dinner?"
"Yeah," Suguha nodded as he stood up. "Kazuto did you…"
"Huh," Kazuto asked? But then he realized she was looking at his computer equipment on his bed. "Oh, yeah, I needed some space so I could lay out some leftover newspaper so I could paint my gunpla."
"I can't believe…" Suguha began quietly.
"I can finish later," Kazuto said walking around her and placing a hand on the doorknob. "Come on, the food's probably getting cold." She then saw the streaks of black and silver all over his fingers. She kept focus on the fingers until she became grim turning her head and closing her eyes.
"Well go wash your hands first," Suguha commanded. "Try to at least get some of that paint off!"
"Right," Kazuto nodded and smiled awkwardly as his sister stepped out and he turned off the light and closed the door behind him.
"And you're also washing the dishes when you're done," Suguha commanded again.
"Deal," Kazuto smiled rolling his eyes as he went to the bathroom while she went downstairs.
At the dinner table, Kazuto ate everything on his plate as quickly as he could.
"Kazuto," his mother said smiling, "try to taste your food too."
"Right," Kazuto said with a mouthful. Suguha ate more slowly thinking and staring at her brother. Even after they were done eating she took a view at him as he furiously washed the dishes, as she was halfway up the stairs.
'He's never been this excited for anything,' Suguha thought. She continued going up the stairs into her room. Time passed as she was working on her homework at her desk with a notebook and her computer. At one point, she set down her pencil to think of her brother again. 'Does he like gunpla battle that much?"
She looked to her wall knowing he was on the other side of it at his desk, picturing him working diligently, and gently placed her hand against the wall. 'Does he care about it more than…' Suddenly angered she clenched her hand and went back to her homework, but that did not last long. She wandered off looking up at the moon through her window. 'Maybe… maybe I should… try…'
A short time after that thought, she packed up her homework, went back to her computer accessed a website, and typed into its search engine, 'Gundam.'
In Kazuto's room, he used his desk lamp as his only source of light as he continued painting.
'I'll show them,' Kazuto thought, 'I'll show them all that there's so much more to gunpla battle. The break decal will never ruin GBN ever again. And I'll do it with this gunpla... No, with this Gundam.'
Morning arrived and it was his mothers' turn to knock on his door.
"Kazuto," she called, "it's time to get ready for school." Awaking in his desk chair he raised his head from his forearms on his desk and rubbed his eyes. "And I hope you did your homework at some point young man."
"Of course," Kazuto yawned and stretched. "I'm not that careless." He then looked to the completion of his work standing on a paint-riddled newspaper. He smiled faintly and proud then picked up his phone and took a picture of it. "You look perfect, Exia." He shook his head. "No, no that's not your name anymore, Gundam Elucidator."
