Embry's Point of View

The more Leah kept talking with Seth, the worse it got. My eyes met Quil's with the understanding we had to get her out of here before she said something in front of the whole pack about myself and her.

"Okay so Leah and Seth time to go home!" Quil jumped up reaching to get them up. Thank God for Quil always being on the same mindset as me. Jake and I also stood up trying to rally them but Seth stumbled pushing me into Leah. We paused looking only at each other.

My heart beat stopped, even intoxicated she had this power over me. I had chemistry with her in California but ever since we began training together we became too familiar with each other. We became friends for sure but now I couldn't help but wonder if Quil was right? Was I falling for her?

"Your eyes are pretty." Leah slurred out referring to my grey eyes. My mom's eyes were grey, they were the only quality I had in common with her. Apparently everything else favored my mystery dad. I could vaguely hear everyone's gasps in the distance.

She then shamelessly trailed her eyes down my body earning a growl from Sam. Any other time I would have growled back but I was hers at that point. Her hands slowly reached my shoulders and moved slowly down my chest. I took a deep breath, my whole body radiated heat from her touch. Her hands stopped right at the band of my shorts and I froze. I could only focus on her touch, smell, and her eyes.

"Embry." A familiar voice snapped which broke me from her trance. I took a breath and nodded at Quil assuring him I had it under control. It was on me to stop this not her in this state. I forced myself to roughly rip her hand away from me.

"That's enough Clearwater." I growled at her before roughly dragging her to her car along with Jake, Quil, and Seth. I tried to act rough but in the car she leaned against me. My eyes met Quil's and I knew he was thinking I was too deep. I nodded at him acknowledging the thought.

Quil pulled up to the Clearwater house and we got them inside. Sue jumped up from the couch frantically. I waved at Harry and he nodded his head at me.

"They are just a bit drunk." I smiled at Sue as Quil and Jake led Seth upstairs.

"Leah's fault! Tequila!" Seth moaned earning a disappointing look from Sue. Harry just laughed earning another disappointing look from Sue.

"Baby, he will survive. The kid fights cold ones for fuck's sake." Harry chuckled. I heard Seth mumble something upstairs in a way of responding.

"He is seventeen not twenty one!" Sue growled in which Leah winced to the volume level.

"Well tomorrow feel free to yell." Jake laughed coming back downstairs with Quil.

"Jake could you stay tonight to make sure he is okay?" Sue begged with big puppy eyes.

"Of course. Let me call my dad to let him know." Jake smiled. I slowly set Leah down beside her dad. She leaned her head against his shoulder.

"Next time choose something other than tequila, baby." Harry smiled making Leah smile.

"Not my first time battling tequila." Leah slurred as Harry smirked at me.

"Oh Lee, you have not battled a werewolf hangover." I grinned. She wasn't paying attention to what I was saying. Her eyes were glued to my body making me squirm.

"Okay Leah, that's enough undressing the poor kid with your eyes." Harry laughed which made me chuckle but turn bright red. Leah tried to justify herself but it came up as pure gibberish.

"Could you guys help an old man get into bed? It's hard for Sue to do." Harry sighed making eye contact with Sue. Sue's eyes turned sad and Harry tried smiling at her. Quil and I jumped up to help him.

"Thank you." He said before we closed the door.

"Hey man, I am going to go do damage control at the bonfire." Quil shrugged before turning to leave. I clapped his hand.

"Don't let it get too deep." He said softly before leaving. My heart sank but I was pulled out of my head by the sound of Leah puking. I quickly grabbed a trashcan and pulled her hair back.

"Sue, I got her. Go to bed." I smiled. She smiled but insisted she stay there.

"Mom, go be with dad. I am okay so is Seth." Leah groaned from the bottom of the trashcan. Sue reluctantly left to go be with Harry. I then slowly moved Leah to her room and got her out of her clothes and into new ones.

"You could have taken me to dinner first." She muttered before once again vomiting. I winced having been where she had been. I sat her up in her bed with her back against the headboard and me the same way next to her. The only difference was she had her head in a small trashcan. Next door I could hear Jake laugh as Seth moaned throwing up.

"Doing good Jake?" I yelled earning groans from Leah and Seth. Jake hollered back.

"For once Leah has nothing bitchy to say." Jake hollered making me laugh.

"Embry?" Leah groaned grabbing my hand.

"Yeah Leah?" I asked letting her squeeze my hand as she puked. In the middle of her puking she finally said…

"Tell…Jacob… to go shove it up… his ass… stupid… baby… leech lover." I laughed so hard. From the depths of hell, she still was able to rip him another asshole.

"You hear that alpha?" I laughed with Jake.

"Yeah copy, copy. You sure she is worth adding to my pack?" Jake snorted. She squeezed my hand and even though she was puking, I was there for her.

"Yeah she's worth it." I smiled to no one. I just smiled and couldn't stop.
