Embry could see that Leah didn't want to leave her dad's side. So Embry slowly approached her and held out his hand for her to take. Her beautiful eyes met his grey ones and he was once again hers in the moment. He took control over the situation before bringing her inside to Seth and Quill. She slowly went upstairs and he would follow her shortly because he wasn't leaving this time.

He looked at Quill and Seth sitting on the couch. All the glass was cleaned up and they all just watched Leah go upstairs in silence.

"Could one of you drive me to Seattle? I just need a ride there and I can figure out a way back." Seth asked breaking the silence.

"Why do you need to go to Seattle?" Embry asked puzzled. Seth looked at Quill who seemed to know why so Embry looked at Quill for an answer.

"His imprint is there." Quill answered for Seth. Seth looked sheepish at Embry. Embry's eyes widened.

"Wait, I thought you were gay?" Embry stuttered shocked. Seth looked upset at that statement.

"I imprinted on this guy from Seattle when I was out with Leah a while ago. We have hung out but I haven't told him anything besides that I am gay." Seth answered. Embry could tell he was a bit hurt, mainly it wouldn't have bothered him but after what he went through with his parents he understood why Seth was more sensitive now.

"Seth you know I am happy for you. I can't wait to meet him. What is his name? Who else knows?" Embry smiled gently smacking Seth on the back. Quil smiled seeing Seth let out a sigh of relief.

"Milo. And just Leah, Quill and Jake. I think I'm going to introduce him to the family soon." Seth smiled blushing a bit. Embry hugged Seth into him. They had grown up as brothers and Seth was one of the reasons why Embry straightened out when the Clearwater family took him in.

"Well make sure I am here when you do." Embry laughed shaking out Seth's hair. Seth blushed and nodded once more. They were all interrupted by a small sob from upstairs. Seth looked torn because he needed to see his imprint to help him heal and yet his sister was crying upstairs over their dad. He would always choose Leah but it didn't take away the sting.

"I'll calm her down." Embry offered. Quill looked like he was about to object to that.

"Quill, I got her." Embry restated with a bit of alpha command. Quill huffed before walking outside with Seth to get Sue and Harry inside. When they got them inside and Quill took Embry's keys to drive Seth, Embry went upstairs. But when he got upstairs to her room she wasn't there. Instead she was in the shower in her bathroom and he could hear her sobbing. He slowly approached the door.

"Embry, please don't come in here." She called out catching his scent. He then heard he hold back sobs.

"Then you come out." He called in. He heard a small sigh before the water turned off. She came out soaked in a towel. He could have fucked her right then. She looked incredible in a towel soaking wet and naked. But it was her eyes that stopped him. He eyes were red and filled with sorrow. He held out his hand and waited for her to take it.

She stared into his grey eyes and in that moment she was his and she trusted him more than anybody. She didn't like to cry in front of other people so she usually used her bitchiness to prevent people from hurting her. However, it was her dad's condition that was making her cry. It was not some enemy she could yell at but this disease that would take him from her.

Embry handed her a pair of shorts and a t-shirt from her dresser. He let her change with his back towards her. She placed his hand slowly on his shoulder when she was done. When he turned around their eyes met and she felt a zap. Neither imprinted but something in the universe was pulling her to him.

Her right hand found the back of his neck and he froze to her touch. He waited for her to control the movement. She slowly stood on her toes and put her lips to his. She let them linger for a moment before pulling away to once more look into his grey eyes. Her heart raced looking into his grey eyes. God she loved his eyes. She couldn't admit it to herself but maybe deep down she knew.

"You should get some sleep Lee." Embry nodded towards her bed. It took everything in him not to keep kissing her. But she was wounded inside and he wouldn't take advantage of that.

"Stay with me?" She whispered leading him to her bed and he followed naturally.

"Leah, I don't think it's a good idea. Everything with the pack, you and me and …..Harry…" Embry trailed off. He didn't want to leave her but he didn't want to risk everyone finding out. Most importantly he wanted her to have a clear head with them especially since they hooked up the night before.

"Please. Seth is gone. My dad is still here and breathing. I know I'll have to face it but I can't do it alone. I need someone who understands what it's like. You do." She stuttered wiping her eyes.

"Leah, I know. I just don't know what's going on with you and me. I don't want to add us as a complication." Embry sighed opening up as he wiped her tears away.

"What is going on with us?" Leah chuckled but was also serious.

"I don't know Lee." Embry shrugged chuckling with her a bit. Their laughter trailed off before they got lost in each other's eyes again.

"Leah…" Embry started to say but she interrupted him.

"If you have to go or have to stop this again that's fine." Leah mumbled going to lay back down. She was assuming he was going to try to stop whatever was happening between them. She was surprised when he kissed her fiercely.

"Leah, I know I should but I can't. I can't not be with you. I don't know how you feel but I don't care what happens with Sam or anything else. I don't care if they find out. I just…" Embry began to trail off.

"Just what?" She inquired, her own heart swelling.

"I think I have crazy feelings for you beyond the sex. And I know I should not. I can't but I do. And I know you've been hurt before and I can't promise I won't imprint. Or even that you won't imprint. And I also know this is outside our two week agreement in California. This whole thing is wild because of the pack situation too. But i don't care anymore." Embry declared grabbing her hands in hers. Her heart stopped hearing him say all of that.

She began to freeze as his hands held hers. Did she love him? She had to admit she had felt something for him that she didn't exactly feel for Sam. She loved Sam but not in the way she was feeling for Embry. It was not a more or less thing but more of a difference. A healthier type of bond she felt for him. Did she want to get hurt again by an imprint? Would she risk hurting him if she imprinted?

She felt so much emotion pouring throughout her and so many questions ran threw her mind. He lifted her eyes to meet hers sensing he might have freaked her out. Her eyes met his and once again she was calm and all the worry left her.

"I want you to stay here." She whispered making him smile. He laid them down and tucked her into him.

"How long?" He laughed making her cheer up.

"Until Tomorrow." She teased as he playfully kissed her neck.

"Oh just tomorrow?" He smirked playfully landing kisses and bites into her neck making her laugh and squirm in his arms.

"Okay until two days after tomorrow?" Leah pleaded as she laughed in his touch.

"Not good enough…" He smiled easing up and pulling her into him. He slowly kissed her forehead. He felt his heart beating rapidly as he just admitted he had feelings with her and didn't want it to stop.
