Was it all a dream? No, it was real.

I watched as the invisible army attacked and how Van called forth Escaflone but it was before we were forced to flee that we saw them Aqua and Kazma were fighting alone.

They stood on top of the corpses of several Gymelef's but as we flew past them I could see that they were losing, as more and more of the enemy surrounded them.

The sounds of people cheering mixed with the music and fireworks that celebrated Van's return.

All around her are things that look similar to things from her world but at the same time they are completely different, there are large houses around her but they are made of something that looks like rock, but it's smooth.

Even ow the animal that's pulling the wagon she is riding on isn't being pulled by a horse but some kind of giant animal that has horns on its head and has six legs with hooved feet.

"Hey you're too stiff calm down and enjoy the show": Kazuma says to her and as Hitomi turns to look at him she can't help but feel irritated at him.

Both Kazuma and Aqua are laying down with their eyes closed.

"What do you mean calm down, don't you understand that we're," Hitomi says to Kazuma but she's forced to stop talking when Kazuma grabs her hand and pulls her down.

She lands on Kazuma's chest and for a brief moment, she doesn't know what happened or how to react.

"Loo, it's obvious that the celebration happening right now is because of him, so let the guy have his day."

"We can worry about everything else later because hell we don't even know how we got here in the first place," Kazuma said to her before he placed his hand on her forehead.

Hitomi couldn't believe just how carefree the two of them could be, even if Kazuma and Aqua were a pair of delinquents they should have been just as worried about the situation as she was.

So not wanting o to accept Kazuma's words she immediately sat back down and then she noticed that the were several people that looked like a mixture between animals and humans.

Hitomi blinked ones then she took a deep breath and laid back down, there have been too many surprises for her.

Van watched as Kazuma pulled another woman to his side, the man already had the blue aired girl laying next to him comfortably and looked as if she didn't have a care in the world.

Perhaps the two of them were innocent to understand the situation that they were in or maybe the two of them just didn't care.

Either way, it didn't matter to him after all as a prince he could have as many women as he wanted, but the girl was someone he had dragged here by accident and so he felt that she was his responsibility until he figured out how to get her home.

He watched as Hitomi tried to resist Kazuma's words as she sat back down, she briefly looked around at the happy faces of his people and immediately laid back down.

He didn't know why but for some reason he couldn't help but hold back a laugh, so he decided to just smile.

Finally, he stood in front of the castle and the wagon stopped moving, Van stood up and showed to the people the proof of his valor, the people cheered when they saw the heart of a dragon that he held in his hand.
