...

Now that's what I call a nice, well written beginning. My other's stories are babies in comparison to this thing.

...

There's has been a nice reception to this so far, more than one hundren views in one day alone. And my gmail notification box made me very happy, so many people are liking this, and the only thing I can say to you is thank you so much.

...

Also, now that I am reading the pages itself, there are some grammar errors, but so far no one said that. I think that's a good sing for this thing, but I want to fix those anyway.

So you may get some updates that are just fixing words that look very weird in their place.

...

Anyway, I shut myself out now, now comes one of the most interesting part of the story.

JSDF and Falmart meet the A.C.U.s and is the U.E.F A.C.U!

I can't wait for that!

The Duel of Two Giants

Falmart, Year 2015 Earth Calendar, Alnus Hill Base, 20 minutes after making contact with unknown anomaly.

After the discovery of the "Big Blue Robot", Alnus HQ has ordered to all its soldiers and units to stay high alert. Kōichirō Hazama, the commander officer of the JSDF forces in the 'Special region', didn't receive the reports before because everyone first thought it was just some kind of error in their equipment.

After the 'awakening' of the robot, however, soldiers began to report him everything it has done so far. From the discovery of the 'burned site', later called 'landing site' to the moment it was 'absorbing' its damaged parts.

Hazama is a middle-aged man in his late years. He has short brown hair and a short mustache of the same color and thick eyebrows. He is usually seen wearing an army uniform. As a commander, Hazama has a very serious personality, making him highly respected as a great leader by the people of Japan.

The moment when he has been informed about the situation, the first thing he could only say was.

"Is this some kind of joke from Lieutenant Itami?"

Which was immediately responded with a 'No sir' from the messenger.

Hazama hurriedly arrived to the Alnus Hill Intelligence Center in a jeep, where everything was being documented and real-time videos of the drone watching the 'Blue Mech' were being recorded at a safe distance. The air inside was heavy with sounds of men and women in never-ending discussions, debates and most dominant of all, questions about the robot thing.

Some soldiers speculated it's a native golem that looked like a machine, sounded a machine, and used magic like a machine. Of course, that's not what this is, they only reached to that conclusion because of the world they are in is dominated with magic and fantasy things. To suddenly a giant robot coming out of nowhere in this world, sounds like a very weird mix of Fantasy and Sci-fi novels.

Others said that it's some kind of unknown faction in this world, where they preferred technology over fantasy creatures. In comparison to the last one, the theory makes even less sense, a faction like that would have completely destroyed their little base with an army of giant robots. Those cannons in the arms of the 'Mech' looked very capable of create untold amounts of destruction.

And that's what is making everyone so worried and confused, a part of the 'Big Robot in a Fantasy World' of the situation. The most alarming thing is that it looked designed and created for a war, one of huge proportions too. They could only guess what exactly what can that thing fire, so far it only used the 'recycle beam' as some soldiers have dubbed.

Hazama entered the building and instantly knew that they were going nowhere like this. They needed some order, and fast.

"Attention!" He said in a strict manner, that did its work and everyone started to quiet down.

"We are dealing with an unknown element here, like with the imperial invasion in Ginza. I want to know everything it has done and everything it will or might do next A.S.A.P" Hazama instructed to everyone in the building.

After that. Hazama and other officials have been busy giving new orders, the drone teams and combat pilots were ordered to search the others spikes of energy and find out how many of these things were. So far, there haven 2 others 'burning sites' but their robots were completely destroyed, their pieces in flames scattered all over the land. This led to the idea that these didn't have the same luck that the first robot had, making it even more important.

One was very close to one of the villages they have ordered one of their recons team to go, the other was 20km close to the location of a city the interrogated imperials soldiers called Italica. They could only hope that the citizens of both places to not have seen or felt these, and think that it was their fault and take arms to defend themselves. So far their relationships with locals was very bad, also the shockwave would have flattened everything in one of their cities.

Once it was clear that the coast was clear, Hazama authorized the use of helicopters teams to recollect whatever they could carry to the base. These things need to be analyzed and studied A.S.A.P, they need to understand what they are dealing with. If the worst case scenario happen, and the machines start attacking both The Empire and JSDF, the wreckages of the destroyed ones will be what may give them a chase to fight back.

Of course, no one in their right mind would want that to happen, but they have to be cautious, careful and prepare for the worst while also hoping for the best.

They received reports of the recon teams about their mission progress, but were quickly ordered to change objectives and go to the closest 'burned site'. There was a lot of confusion in the teams because none told them nothing about this, they asked for answers and command only said that. "There was change of plans." The First, Second and Fourth Recon Teams were redirect to their new coordinates, told to be expecting. "A big burned area and investigate what's in it."

The Third, Fifth and Sixth Recons Teams were left with their original mission but left uninformed about recent events, there's no need to make them worried about this right now, they still needed that information. If they told them now, it will only distract them, much to the uncomforting general Hazama. He hated holding back information to his good friend Itami, but it's necessary.

The 'Big Blue Robot' has been moving around in the 'burned site' using it's 'recycling beam' on the fallen burned trees and rocks bigger than a car. The process had left many perplexed and amazed by its technology, it's almost like it was tearing apart the very material fabric of the trees and rocks. Investigators were sent into the building and were wondering how exactly does it works, they tried but failed to reach a conclusive answer.

The drones that were recording in video could also catch some sparks and black sickening smoke going out of the thing. It is then a one of the investigators said that maybe it was using it recycling beam to repair itself of the damage it has. That response satisfied and worried even more the JSDF, if it could use the very mass of a rock to repair itself, then it means that it's was used to be in this damaged state. Further reinforcing the idea that it's a war machine made for extended use and battle in any terrain imaginable.

The intelligence agents were quick in identifying the robot and searching for matches in the O.N.U registry, trying to look for something that might give away the origin of the machine. Unfortunately, there no matches to no one of the nations in the O.N.U and even the nations that were out of it. There was nothing of those countries that could be identified in the robot, the closest they could get was the blue color and nothing else.

Knowing that almost every single one country in earth had blue in their flag, it makes the process slower and showed off more the out worldly nature of the robot.

But after it has 'consumed' every single one of the trees and rock in its area, it began walking away and looking to the drones and planes around it. The teams piloting the drones and pilots are now in high alert and ready to fly away in case the robot attack them.

But it never came, and just it looked to them with they could only assume was confusion or curiosity, which was a lot coming from an expressionless robot.

After a moment has passed, it began walking away again. Each step left a cloud of dirt and marks in the ground, leaving a trail of giant mechanical footsteps in its wake.

"Follow that thing! We need to keep track of its activities!" The general of the drone team ordered to his technicians. Quickly, they controlled their drones in kept a safe distance of 1km away from it.

"Where it is going now?" One of the pilots watching the robot leave asked to himself, but then noticed something.

He asked to his wing partner through the radio. "What's in the trajectory of the robot Kazumi?" He asked her, who responded with a quick look to the terrain and noticing the same thing as him.

"It's going to a village!" She responded to him, worry filling her voice.

She then contacted to her superior. "Sir, the robot is going to the forest and there's a village in there!"

The official responded with, "Don't do nothing stupid pilot, we don't want to be in that thing bad side." leaving a sour taste in the mouths of the pilots. They could see the logic behind that, they didn't want to test if that thing can shoot planes with those cannons, but still. If feels wrong leaving the villagers alone against that thing, even though considering that it might attack the village was unlikely, the damn thing will only give them the scare of their lives.

But, orders are orders, so they keep their distance and watched the robot walk to the village undisturbed.

With all their attention on the robot, no one could see a red-blur headed to the village from the opposite direction looking for an easy meal.

Unknown World, Year 3846.10 Earth Calendar, 20 minutes before JSDF Contact.

If someone could ask what the Quantum Realm is like, the answer would change depending on who you ask. The average U.E.F citizen might say it's like a reality of raw uncontrolled energy that under the right amount of control can be your trusted transport between the stars, an Cybran would say it's the most basic and complicated state of the universe and the human brain is not made for seeing that, an Aeon will say that it's the native realm of their worshiped aliens, and the Seraphim would say that it's the first and original state of the universe and they lived in it for most part of their existence.

But one thing undisputed by all, is that the Quantum Realm is like the waves of an Ocean World. Always moving and ever-changing in a normal day, with a similar shade of blue, but in the smallest of scales and the most energy consuming method for Faster-Than-Light in the known universe.

Depending of the mass and distance to travel of an object, more energy is needed. Just like the experiment of a single milligram of iron need the energy of 25 fission reactors to the surface of the moon, an object the size of an A.C.U needs ridiculous amounts of energy to move around the galaxy.

So much in fact, that the generators of the Gates were mountain-sized monoliths of energy used every day by both the military and civilians of all human factions and now alien military too. And the payoff was near-instantaneous travel to other planets and celestial bodies, making that the farther a target planet, the more energy and time is used to reach it.

That's how the U.E.F and the old Earth Empire loosed many battles before even their reinforment even arrived in faraway battles, Cybrans used hit and run tactics from nearby planets and destroyed the enemy before someone even noticed something happen, The Aeon used quick timed full-blown assaults and The Seraphim usually crushed everything in their way to victory.

If the Quantum Gate lacked the necessary energy to transport an A.C.U, normally it would shut off and wait for a new energy source. But there are reports in all human factions of Gate Jumps where there wasn't enough energy, but still allowed the jump.

The results were normally horrible for the doomed Commander, with his or hers A.C.U's pieces spread in many planets burning with the pilot or even never seen again after entering the Gate. Other times, there were few fortunate souls to escape such grim fate, thanks to a lot of luck or an outside element.

Now, U.E.F Commander Miller Jackson felt like he was in the Quantum Realm for days or weeks without end. Which is very odd because time was very relative inside the Quantum Realm making the Gate Jumps normally last between some seconds, or many minutes or hours in the longest travels.

Never did his jumps last this long before, it is almost maddening and he saw his sanity literally slip away from his head several times now in the form of a blue ball. He was sure he is going to die if things kept up like times for more time, the human being was being sent to his absolute limits.

Then, suddenly, he felt like he was kicked in the gut by a Titan when he entered to the Material Realm. The pain and agony he is feeling right now had no comparison to the other pains in past battles, it was almost if his soul was being forcefully tore away from his body.

It lasted for a brief moment, but the pain almost knocked him out unconscious, it was just too much for him. And as quickly came it, it was gone.

He coughed a lot and tried to breathe some air his A.C.U is supposedly ventilating for him, but he only got a thick black smoke and more pain in his now burning lungs. He finally opened his eyes to see why he got so much smoke in here, only to gasp in horror that the red alarms in front of him said that his A.C.U was almost to the brink to a nuclear death.

Quickly, he manually commanded his A.C.U to vent away the smoke from his cabin to other areas. With the smoke gone, he could see now that his cabin was trashed, the lighting was sparking from everywhere and the heat was almost suffocating.

He tried to calm down and noticed that he can't use the Battle Map, maybe his A.C.U is just to damage to get a good view of the terrain or something was jamming his radar. That only leaved to resort to his eyes to get a look to where he landed, with a groan of pain, he moved his arm to activate the A.C.U visual monitors and a familiar sound started.

He watched as his A.C.U 'opened its eyes' and images were now filling his view of the terrain around him, but to his frustration, he only saw burned dirt in his face. That meant his A.C.U is lying on its 'chest' and needed to get up on its feet, with it came yet another pained groan as he moved his arms to make the necessaries maneuvers to get it up.

It was a long, painful and stressful process, with his arms protesting against it, but he ignored the pain and continued with it. He heard the sound of his A.C.U mechanical arms moving to perform a maneuver he just invented called "Come on, get up!" as he activated the servos.

The arms responded but failed in their task, thanks to the fact they were never designed to something like this in the first place, and the corresponding crash made the world shake in his eyes. He let out another pained groan and tried again hoping and wishing he could succeed this time.

They moved again and to his relief he got to get a hold in the ground, he then used the A.C.U's power generator to impulse the arms and lift his A.C.U off the ground. It looked like his A.C.U was doing a pained push-up, a rare and maybe hilarious sight to some, but to him it's a fight for life or a nuclear death.

"So far, so good." Jackson commented to himself as he started to plan the next maneuver, and to his satisfaction the knee of his A.C.U landed in the place he wanted. And with a final push of the mechanical arms, he is now back on his feet, making dirt and ground fly away by the force of his A.C.U power. He felt pieces fall from its arms and back, meaning they were too damaged by the Jump and the A.C.U decided they are useless now, disconnecting the parts one by one.

He didn't care for his upgrades right now, what he cared is passing this situation right now.

After a sudden increase in gravity inside the A.C.U by the momentum of the maneuver, the Command Unit now is standing in its full damaged glory and its pilot can now see the planet he landed in.

His pupils had to adjust to the sudden assault of natural solar light after being in for God-knows-how-long inside the Quantum Realm, he lowered the brightness of light entering inside his A.C.U. After a while his eyes adjusted to the light and left the brightness to a preferable setting.

The sight before him has only left him almost speechless.

"Woah..." Jackson could only say to the sight.

He saw the damage the Gate Jump to his surroundings, burning and flattening everything in a radius of around 100 meters, beyond that he saw probably the most beautiful grass field he has seen in his life. It was like starring at the galaxy's most beautiful emerald with the occasional black shadow of clouds floating above, and a forest not too far from his position.

He saw his fair share of beauty in the galaxy between each battle he was in, the event horizon of a black hole, the endless forest of a jungle world, the collision of two planets and many more. But there's just something about this in comparison simple sight that takes his breath, even like a nostalgic feel to it but he couldn't find why, but he just know he has been a world like this.

Nether less, he needed to repair his A.C.U now before something worse happened, he activated the reclamation protocol onto the fallen upgrades in hopes they might give some mass and energy. First was the upgrade of the left arm, then the right and finally the back, each one given a boost of mass and energy but not what he expected to get. It was surprisingly small, even the part of the back had little mass and energy, which was very weird since the upgrade need a lot of mass and energy, to give so little now...

And now he also noticed that his A.C.U was not producing mass, only energy, which meant something was wrong with its mass production. Also the reserves of both resources were hanging at a very low levels, 153 units of mass and 269 units of energy, but with the energy generator working he wouldn't have to worry about it the last one. Dread now came on full force to Jackson, if he can't get a stable source of mass, he will be as good as done if he couldn't find a place for a mass extractor.

He then started to absorb the burned trees and rocks around him to see if he can get more mass with them, the mass they give is was not many, the reserves now have reached to 200 units of mass. This worried even more Jackson, even though the A.C.U could repair itself from the worst of damages, it still need someplace safe to do it.

He would have to explore this land in search of a mass deposit or something similar to it, then start to create a base from there. With now a plan in his head, Jackson started to go away from the burned area and started to walk into his best chance in finding some mass, each step from the damaged A.C.U making him have a shiver down his spine.

He can't fight an army of Seraphim or Order units like this and he really hoped that the natives of this planet, if there are any to begin with, decided to help him a bit with know where are the mass deposits and what planet he is right now.

Then he heard something, the Sound Systems of the A.C.U came back online and started to detect something away, 1 km away by his machine estimation. It sounded like a jet engine not unlike the one used by the U.E.F but there was something different about it, it felt like a more redundant and older version from the traditional engine used for more than 2 millenniums by his people.

He turned his A.C.U to the source of the sound wanting to know what was making it, and to his confusion and shock, there is an unknown air unit flying in the distance and the A.C.U's database failed to identify the unit. It looked like the T1 Hummingbird recon plane but 3 meters longer and with guns, what kind of guns he could only guess, it's also completely white expect a red circle on the side of it.

He has never seen in his entire life a design like that, but what is now more important is that he was detected by an unknown force or commander in this planet. And if they were with the Seraphim he will be soon a nice radiated hole in the ground.

He tried to activate the Quantum Communication System but only got a very angry red alert and his computer saying.

"Communication System damaged, repairs needed immediately."

"Well, so much for a friendly first contact." He responded sarcastically to her monotone and mechanical tone, a bit of uneasiness in his voice.

The only option he got now is try to find more mass for a Land Factory and then create mechanical engineers to truly repair the vital systems, and the forest looked like his best bet in finding a mass deposit since all the material he needed in there. If he didn't find a mass deposit, the forest will make sure for a nice initial mass source.

With that in mind, he returned to his quest for more mass and repairs.

Unfortunately for him, it was not going to be easy mission.

Falmart, Year 687 Empire Calendar, Elven Village.

Tuka Luna Marceau, daughter of the Village's Chief, is now happy at how the day is turning out. Hunters came back with the news that her father and others have found and hunted a herd of deers for today's dinner, and the cultivations were giving some of the best fruits and vegetables since long time. The village had a very good mood too, that's what one feels when they live in the forest for so long.

They feel and understand the forest like no other race in the world can, and they are grateful by that.

And maybe it's also the fact that many in the village were more than a 100 years old, herself included with 165 years, but they still look very beautiful and healthy even by human standards. Not that they are not beautiful compared to other elves, no no, it's just that they are just content with their bodies like they are now.

As the human phrase said. "With the age comes knowledge."

But enough of that, she thought to herself, now it's time for preparing the dinner. She's now in walking to her home, waving back and forth to all her friends and familiars, who waved back returned to their daily routines.

Childs are playing, birds are singing and trees are flowing with the wind.

"Tuka!" She heard a familiar voice say, turning around to see who it is, she saw his father coming from the main gate of the village, a joyful smile in his face. She returned the smile and started to run with her arms spread for a hug from her father, who she know had a very rough time hunting the deer down.

Soon enough, she collided with him and almost crashed both of them into the ground with a surprising amount of force, but her father is very strong and skilled and just shrugged it of like nothing happened.

"Oh father, welcome back home!" She said with so much positivity and affection in her voice that he felt his heart was becoming warmer.

"Hehe, yeah I missed you too daughter." He said while patting her head playfully, she always liked when he did that. Now moving away from the embrace, Tuka wanted to know the details of how well did his hunting go with so much curiosity she started to drown him with questions.

Question after question flied to him but he responded all of them, from how did he plan the ambush to all the way of how did he hunted multiple deers. Wonder and amazement appearing more in his daughter eyes with each answer he give her, filling him with even more pride at his amazing daughter.

"Now, now," He stopped her sudden interrogation with a tired sigh. "I think those are enough answers for today my little elf." She understood the meaning behind his words and she stopped her questions and guided her tired father to their home. On the way more hunters came from the main gate and similar scenes repeated, fathers reuniting with their wife, sons and daughters who finished their training united with their families and told how it went.

Everyone was having a very good time.

Life is good for them and nothing could change that.

Or so she thought.

Suddenly, the ground began to shake, it started subtle not even noticeable for the human ear but their elongated ears could hear the sound of scaly wings and giant footsteps in the distance. Way bigger and louder than the footsteps from an ogre or an Imperial Army and the wings of a wyvern rider. Quickly, the hunters and warriors of the village drawed their bows, arrows and swords ready fend off what ever had interrupted their peace.

The children hidden inside the housed with their mothers or fathers while their warrior relative drew their weapons and stand in guard to defend their homes and families.

And soon the answer of what is happening came in one of the most frightening of forms, in the distance they could see the shape of something massive coming to their way. They couldn't get a proper scale of it but they knew that it is way bigger than the trees around it, and had a dominant color blue like the water in a lake.

The other sound came from the sky and in a very quick pace to their village, practically from two fronts, two huge beings are coming to their village with the feel of disaster high in the air around them.

Neither of the elves could tell who was going to win the race to their village, be the giant in the sky or the giant in the land.

But the answers came in the form of a massive Red Dragon, landing in the middle of their village and crushing all the unfortunate souls that couldn't get away in time. Tuka watched in horror as the Dragon fired its fire breath to those that fired their bows against it, some of the arrows landing in soft parts between the wings and eyes, but it was like they bounced harmlessly from them. She saw her father grab his own bow and started to fire against it, but his tired body making his shot land in the hard scales of the red beast.

Annoyed by his arrows, the dragon fired a blast to their position but failed to hit them thanks to the quick reaction of her father. He grabbed her by the arm and began to run away from the battle, no, slaughter of her village.

Houses burned, kids cried, and families died in cruel fire from the Red Dragon.

It crushed her heart.

But just as she thought that it was the end of her clan, there was a blue flash coming from beyond the trees and landed in the dragon, its pained roar seemed to silence everything around it. She looked the spot that light landed and to her shock, it looked like it burned everything and leaved a very nasty scorched burn.

"What was that?!" She asked to no one exactly, but her father responded anyway with. "I don't know..."

Turning around to see what caused the dragon such thing, she and her father gasped to the sight of what they guessed was a huge blue golem. In one its arms, smoke rolled out from the shape of a cannon, guessing that whatever it fired was what damaged the Red Dragon. They could also see black smoke and sparks of light coming from various parts of it, there were also burned areas around it suggesting that maybe it had fight the dragon before and followed it here to finish it off.

Tuka and her father had shiver run down their spine when they thought the destruction their battle might cause, but father had a plan to make sure her daughter survived it.

He grabbed her again but this time to carry her to a place safe away from the giants and the battle, he began to run again to find the place he knew she will survive the battle.

"Father where are we going?!" She asked with fear and worry thick in her voice.

Her father turned his head to her. "Don't worry, everything will be okay, I have a plan." He said with reassuring tone that caused her to calm down a bit, but still she was worried for him. They passed the raging fires, burning houses and many burned corpses of all she once knew as friends and family, now just fuel for the fire.

"I don't wanna die father..." She said, now at the edge of bursting into tears, but her father was quick into preventing that.

"And you will not die Tuka, just remember to be strong and you will become in the strongest of all the elves in Falmart." He said in the sweetest voice he could make to calm her down, but deep down he knew that what he is going to do will not make her happy.

Now near the village's water well, he looked behind him and saw that the giants were now preparing to begin their battle, one he just knew he will not survive but his daughter will.

The Red Dragon looked dwarfed by the damaged golem but everyone knew that dragons like it are between the strongest creatures in Falmart, just behind by the apostles of the Gods and Goddesses, but they still can destroy entire armies. The light the golem fired might only angered it more and fight with new vigor against it new rival.

He didn't know if the golem would win, sizes not always meant victory, and the damage it already has only fueled his doubts. But there's just some kind of air around it that just said, "I am here to defeat you." but maybe it was his tired mind making illusions to make himself better, but he will never know the answer to those questions.

And only now is he noticed that the golem was looking at him and Tuka with its blue eyes, in that moment, he just knew that it meant no harm for this world and will defend anyone with a pure metallic heart.

But he was interrupted from his thought when the Red Dragon finally roared and fired with its breath to the golem. The golem was surprisingly quick for its size and used its arms to protect itself from the fire, after the fire passed away, its arms were now blacker than blue but looked mostly unharmed. Then it shot another of its magic lights but the dragon dodged them with beat of it wings and flying up in the sky.

Now to start his plan, he turned to the water well and began run once again into it. A grim look crossed his face now as he came closer and closer to it, and Tuka noticed with worry.

"What are you going to do father?" She asked with fear and tears in her eyes.

"Remember, that I will always be with you Tuka." He said and dropped his daughter into the well, Tuka saw for the last time at the smiling face of her father as she felled into the darkness.

In the last moments of the fall she could hear the Red Dragon fire it's breath at the same time the golem fired its magic light and saw how her father disappeared from her sight.

That would be the last things she would remember from her world before she crashed into the cold water below and drowned into the darkness of unconsciousness.

...

I am very evil, MUAW MUAW MUAW MUAW.

...

But you already know what will happend to Tuka after this, do you now?

...

Well I will start to respond some of the reviews of the last chapters, lest see what you guys think so far!

nightsy: Amen my brother, U.E.F Fatboys are the best in my opinion.

For'Sleep: We will see, we will see... But one thing is for sure, nothing will be the same for everyone.

Guest: Well, that's was the origin of this story to be honest. I was happy playing a skimirsh with the Cybran agaist the Aeon in normal and the inspiration suddenly apeared in my mind. Also the fact this franchise DIDN'T reach its full potencial makes me very sad, a shame, but here we are anyway.

JaphetSkie: Normally, yes, but this is not a normal situation, I am right?..

N1cok: Well, I hope this chapter answered your question on the matter. I know what you are talking about, but I like to give the reader a introduction to both universes to make him/her understand what is going on in here. To make them understand if they are not familiar with the universes in the crossover. I am sorry if I confused everyone more trying to make it understandable.

...

Well that's everything so far, I hope you like this chapter. I may take a while for me to update since I have work to do and a family to satisfy.

...

The King Saul... Is Going OUT!

(First Update: I added a few more months to the travel of the Commanders to Falmart, mostly because the travel time bewteen universes would have been a very long time.)
