"I wonder what they eat on her planet," Dean said. "And what planet that might be."
"They probably have some species there that's similar to us that they use for food. Like we're the animals on their planet, and they hunt and kill us, or breed us on farms to milk and slaughter us," Seth said.
"Ew, I'm so going vegetarian now," Dean said. "Maybe we can take some of the treasures in here and become rich. I still want that painting I spotted. There's a big reward to whoever finds it."
They walked in through the front door and stared in disbelief. Most things had been destroyed.
"No, not the painting," Dean sighed. "I wanted that."
They continued to the living room where it appeared Marcia had made some sort of nest on the floor out of blankets, clothes and pillows.
"Where do we even start?" Dean asked.
"We start with this," Seth answered.
Seth pointed at the papers spread out on the table. Everything seemed to have something to do with Marcia.
"It appears she spent the last year finding everything she needed about herself. I knew she was smart and that she understands everything we say and do," Seth said.
"She was trying to find a way home," Dean said. "Fuck, this is so sad. She just wanted to find her ship and go home."
Seth sighed and picked up a picture of another being like her, only it was green.
"Her dead partner," Seth said.
"Why is he green?" Dean asked.
"How the fuck should I know? Maybe the males are green, or maybe they turn green when they die. I can't exactly go out there and ask her, can I?" Seth said harshly.
"Take a chill pill, Seth. I'm not the enemy. I was just asking," Dean asked.
"I know. I'm sorry," Seth said.
Seth picked up another stack of pictures. They went through them together. There were pictures of the crash, the ship, Marcia and her partner.
"So that's her ship. Where did they put it? It's inside a building on this photo," Dean said.
"Holy shit," Seth said. "That Hunter dude didn't destroy it."
"How do you know?" Dean asked.
Seth held up a picture of the ship with a smiling woman in front of it.
"That's Trish," Seth said. "Remember what she said last year? That she spent so long tracking down Batista to get Marcia. That ship should have been destroyed when she finally found him. Why is there a picture of her in front of it? I got a pretty good guess."
"It's still out there somewhere," Dean said.
"And we better fucking hope it still works," Seth said.
"So Batista lied to us," Dean said.
"It wouldn't be the first time someone lies in a fucked up situation like this," Seth said. "Now where the fuck does one go to hide a space ship? The answer has to be here somewhere."
They both went through the pictures and papers on the table. Dean suddenly held up a piece of paper.
"Seth," Dean said.
"Yeah?" Seth asked.
"He said his buddy was named Hunter, right?" Dean asked.
"Yes," Seth answered.
"Hunter Herst Helmsley," Dean said.
Dean showed Seth the paper he was holding with Hunter's name and address on it. Seth took out his phone and googled. He broke out in a wide grin and showed what he had found to Dean.
"It's a fucking farm," Seth laughed. "With a barn on it. A farm that isn't used for anything remotely farm-like. That barn is supposed to be empty. I got a pretty good guess what's inside it."
"Old McDonald had a farm," Dean smirked. "And on this farm there was a space ship."
"Let's go," Seth said.
"We can't. She sleeps for ten days. Make this place somewhat comfortable to us. Find somewhere we can sleep. Carry her inside and place her in the nest. 9 days from now, we leave this place with her," Dean said. "Car keys, please."
Seth handed Dean his car keys.
"Where are you going?" Seth asked.
"I'm gonna go buy groceries for ten days," Dean said. "And I'm gonna swing by the farm to take a look around to make sure the space ship is there. I'll be back as soon as I can."
"Get my dogs too," Seth said. "I know they won't like being back here but I can't leave them home alone."
