"How about we go to a bakery and try Franzbrötchen?" Natalie suggests as they walk through the streets of the town. "What is a Franzbrötchen?" Matt asks as he has never heard it before. "Oh, they are quite tasty! It is a small, sweet pastry baked with butter and cinnamon, similar to a cinnamon roll." Lance then explains with enthusiasm. "I did not know you already tried Franzbrötchen, did you get them yesterday?" Natalie asks Lance interested. "Nah, it's just that in my hometown they also made Franzbrötchen." Lance explains being genuinely surprised and happy that Natalie shows interest in him like that.

"Huh, I wonder whether Franzbrötchen moved towns, maybe bakers came from one town to another, and they brought their local specialty with them, and it slowly became a local specialty of their own town as well… Maybe there is something in the library about Franzbrötchen!" Natalie then says extremely interested in that part of history. "Yeah… that could be it, I never thought that much about Franzbrötchen I just accepted them as a part of my hometown. I guess in that sense, it does not really matter were the Franzbrötchen come from since they are part of my hometown anyhow." Lance then answers as he thinks about Franzbrötchen

"It is very fascinating how imported culture can become integral culture, isn't it…" Natalie says as she smiles thinking about the topic in more broad terms. "It is… Now… I wonder whether Franzbrötchen taste different around here." Lance then states as he notices a bakery. They then all go into the bakery. "Hello! We would like to buy 4 Franzbrötchen!" Natalie then tells the dark orange eyed women working behind the counter. "Sure, that would be 40 coins!" The women tells her, Natalie is still a bit surprised considering how expensive the pizza really was in contrast. Natalie gives the women 40 coins, and the women hands her the four Franzbrötchen.

"Thank you!" Natalie thanks the women before they all head out and sit on a nearby bench and then Natalie gives each of them a Franzbrötchen. They then all begin to eat the cinnamon treat and they all enjoy it. "Meow!" NoLegs says happily after he finishes eating the Franzbrötchen first. "That was really good!" Matt adds after he finishes his Franzbrötchen. "They taste very similar and just as good as I remembered" Lance says after he finishes his Franzbrötchen. "It tasted great, but I think I prefer other cinnamon-based treats…" Natalie says after she finishes her Franzbrötchen, being the least happy of all of them.

Lance is disappointed as he sees that Natalie is the least happy of them. "No worries, Lance, not everyone can like everything" Matt tries to cheer Lance up. "You are right, I guess I was just happy that for once me and Natalie were on the same page, even if it was on a trivial topic, it was nice while it lasted…" Lance then explains to Matt. Natalie looks over at Lance and she seems somewhat surprised by the genuine sound in Lance's voice. "Hey, you have been doing better recently! As long as your focus your sexual needs in other girls and accept we never be anything romantic, I am sure that if you try to be my friend. It could work out! Well, I am sure you have plenty of time to think about that since me and Matt will go into the dungeon now!" Natalie then tries to tell Lance with an optimistic tone.

"Thank you…" Lance then says as he thinks a bit. "…I have an idea! That girl I met yesterday could make a great new party member! She is a masochist and therefor enjoys getting hit, she would make a great tank and she would ensure I have a hot girl to stare at that isn't you at all times!" Lance then adds on and tells Natalie excited. "Meow!" NoLegs says also liking the idea. "That sounds like a great fix to our group problems!" Matt says excited at the prospect. "Hmm… It would definitely be worth a try…" Natalie says also open to the idea.

"Great! Then… I will try to organize that while you two go into that dungeon of yours!" Lance then says determined to make this work. "That is great! Goodbye and good luck!" Natalie says before she begins to get on her way with Matt. "Good luck!" Matt tells NoLegs and Lance as he goes along with Natalie. Natalie and Matt head out of the east gate that leads outside of the town. "How do we get to the dungeon?" Matt asks Natalie. "We need to take a raft down the Endless Canyon to the Dungeon… it is said to be a place that tests the couple's patience that they need to endure a long travel through some confusing place where they need to together move the raft to have a chance to succeed!" Natalie then explains to Matt.

"That sounds quite interesting… And where is the Endless Canyon?" Matt asks Natalie. "It is to the east and the raft can be found if we go through some old rebuild wooden ruins." Natalie explains to Matt. "And where are these ruins?" Matt then asks Natalie somewhat annoyed. "I will guide you there!" Natalie tells Matt to avoid trying to do a super detailed explanation. They are walking through a rocky area, there many mountains and canyons in this area, it is said this area formed from a meteor shower a very long time ago.

"Ah!" Natalie then suddenly screams out as a little skeletal hand sticking out of the ground grabs her leg. Matt immediately reacts using his sword to slash the skeletal hand's arm in two halves. Natalie sighs in relief as Matt goes down on his knees to remove the hand from her body. "Thank you, Matt!" Natalie thanks Matt as she looks at her legs to see if there are any wounds from the hand. "No problem" Matt simply replies. "Hmm, I wonder if any other monsters are nearby, these hands rarely attack alone…" Natalie asks Matt somewhat worried as she looks around.

"Yeah maybe, but if there were, they would have already attacked. Sometimes monsters are just dumb." Matt says not really worried at all. "I guess you are right…" Natalie says before they both continue to go. "There is the path we need to take!" Natalie says as she points towards a narrow side path. They both then head into it, because of the sheer height of the walls to the left and right of the path it gets somewhat dark. So dark that Natalie uses a light spell to make her staff like a torch able to light the path.

They walk across many small stones and boulders; they are very careful since there could be danger hiding behind or inside of them and their worries were proven correctly as one of the stones breaks in half to reveal a black blob visible between the two halves and a pair white little eyes. It jumps and launches itself at Natalie result in her falling to the floor, feeling very heavy. Matt reacts quickly by slashing his sword against to ground summon a massive blade of ice beneath the monster, quickly killing it.

"Thank you, can you please help me up. I think that thing made me heavier…" Natalie says worried as she has problems getting up. "Of course!" Matt says before helping Natalie up so she can stand on her two feet, but she still has the posture of someone carrying a lot of weight. "I really hope we don't encounter any more enemies soon, like this earthquakes or other earth attacks would be lethal!" Natalie says worried as they continue to move on, Matt being much more careful than before, taking out some other enemies hiding inside the rock before they could strike, even if some strikes went against rocks that were just rocks, Natalie still appreciates that it is extra safe.

That way they soon find an incredibly old looking wooden entrance at the end of the path, Matt, and Natalie both enter to find a little wooden tunnel that has walls with distinct green, cyan lights that give the halls a green flare. Natalie stops using her light spell so she can fully embrace the atmosphere. "Can you tell me why the lights are green here?" Matt asks Natalie since she has read about the place. "No, I think it just is like that to look atmospheric, the color green is part of the ancient species architecture style" Natalie explains to matt.

"Who build these ancient structures? It does not look like kitten ruins…" Matt says as he has some interest. "A species we frankly don't know much about since they were very secretive, but there are somewhat humanoid and tall and that they were around before even the ancient cats and humans." Natalie explains to Matt. "So, we are going to explore a love dungeon by an ancient species?" Matt then asks as he thinks of all the strange things that could be faced. "No, it was built later on, the ancient humans just repurposed the ancient river system they found." Natalie then explains to Matt.
