Favors:
Another week, with a few extra days flew by as the group continued their surveillance missions. Kick and Gunther are worried with some of the things they're discovering as it only makes them want to protect the girls more. However, there is something else that is starting to become a pressing matter on their minds that they don't want the girls to know. And with the fact the London students are making them just as wary of these attacks, they can't help but make a drastic decision, keeping it from the others. They only told Mouth, telling him only a little as they brought him along.
"Kick, Gunther…" Mouth glanced at where they were walking up to from the car. "What are we doing?" He questioned, as he saw exactly where they were. They gave him a look. "Why are we here? Why did you tell me to not say anything, what's going on?"
"Mouth, just shut up." Kick told him, as he shot him a hard stare. Mouth instantly going quiet. "You will keep quiet, not say anything to anyone, not tell my sister." He pointed. "And stay here." He spoke. "Got it." He instructed. "We're going to go talk inside quickly, but it's the point we need you." Kick commented.
"For what?" Mouth inquired.
"We'll tell you later." Gunther came in. "For now just stay quiet, mind block the hell with this, and stay here." He added.
"And know we'll let you know the important stuff when things get more planned out." Kick mentioned. Mouth swallowed, but nodded. The boys walked up the long walk way before knocking on the door. They waited, as they heard a few voices inside. It opened.
"Oh shut it you little…" The person started to insult before they looked at the two boys. "Buttowski, Magnuson?" He had a curious look, then it turned smug. "To what do I owe this lovely visit on my game day?" He asked. "Sundays are my…" He started.
"Not now Gordie." Gunther interrupted. "Let us in." Gordie raised an eyebrow.
"Gordie this is serious." Kick stated. Gordie let out a breath, letting them pass, closing the door behind them.
"So what's so serious that you two have to come here?" Gordie wondered. "Ronaldo and I already warned you about the London students." Ronaldo came in seeing Kick and Gunther.
"Is Kendall okay?" He was worried.
"She's fine…" Kick responded, glancing at him. Ronaldo looked away with that. "But not for long."
"What do you mean?" Ronaldo asked.
"We're calling in some favors." Gunther spoke up, looking at Gordie.
"Favors?" Gordie quirked a brow.
"You owe us a lot, mainly me." Gunther reminded. Gordie rolled his eyes with that.
"What type of favors?" Ronaldo was curious.
"You want to protect Kendall?" Kick questioned. "Do something right and not be a coward for the first time ever?" He continued.
"Of course, but how am I…how am I supposed to do that?" Ronaldo stared.
"Let us worry about that." Kick commented. "You two, just help us."
"And what exactly are we helping you with Buttowski?" Gordie wanted to know.
"We want to protect the girls." Gunther told him. "And we also want to never hurt them." He spoke.
"Again, what does that have to with us? Why do you need our help?" Gordie asked.
"Three against three Gordie." Kick stared at him. Gordie's eyes widening when he said that. Even Ronaldo was shocked. "It's time things changed, and we're willing to change things." He stated. "We just need you to help."
"You realize what you're saying…" Ronaldo swallowed.
"Of course we do." Gunther answered like it was nothing. "But we need you on our side." He explained, looking at Gordie. "Plus we know you want to rebel as much as we do. And hate things like we do. Especially going back to a few certain events and periods in our past."
"That's why we want this favor." Kick commented.
"I admit I do." Gordie agreed, remembering those events. "But this…this severely and seriously goes…"
"So you're afraid?" Kick folded his arms.
"No." Gordie interrupted.
"Then what's holding you back?" Gunther inquired.
"Let me ask, does your sister know, any of the others know about this?" Gordie questioned. "Know what you're planning?"
"No." Kick and Gunther shook their heads.
"We're keeping it really on the down low. Dead in fact." Kick replied.
"They can't know." Gunther added.
"Why not?" Ronaldo asked.
"Because they already hate the fact with some of the decisions we've made." Kick remarked.
"Meaning?" Gordie wanted clarification.
"We don't want to change them. The girls." Gunther informed. "Hell we never even wanted to bring them into this world, with them knowing."
"Seriously?" Gordie couldn't help but laugh. Gunther glared, which got Gordie to be quiet a little but he still found it humorous.
"I knew you guys were keeping it a secret." Ronaldo remembered. "But you can't be serious. You realize what that means." He stared at them.
"We're pure bloods, things are different." Kick reminded. "We didn't want to bring them in." His tone was harsh.
"For a multitude of reasons." Gunther mentioned.
"You can't keep everything from them." Gordie folded his arms.
"He's right." Ronaldo agreed. "You have to know them. They're curious. Very curious." He spoke.
"Let us worry about that." Kick responded. Ronaldo and Gordie glanced at one another, before Ronaldo had a bit of a concerned look.
"We've been handling them thus far, we can continue to." Gunther added.
"You really don't want them to know anything…." Gordie figured.
"No." Kick interrupted. "We don't." Gordie was a bit amused, but shrugged it off.
"Don't you think that might back fire?" Ronaldo questioned.
"Again, let us handle this." Kick told them.
"For now, we just want to keep them safe." Gunther said. "And this is the only way to do it."
"Don't you think you'll need more than just Ronaldo and me to do that?" Gordie wondered.
"We'll work on that as we build up our plan." Kick answered. "We, right now, want to keep things completely quiet." He explained. "Almost silent."
"From your sister and the others, I assume." Gordie guessed. The boys nodded.
"As we formulate more, we'll get others in who we trust." Kick informed.
"Mouth is already in, just doesn't know the…specific details yet." Gunther spoke.
"I see." Gordie nodded. "Well, I'm in." Gordie shrugged. "Being that yes I do owe you favors, but I agree." He looked them in the eye. "I want things to change and am tired of the others." The boys had small chuckles with that.
"We figured as much." Kick reasoned.
"Kick…are you sure about this?" Ronaldo was still worried.
"Look you either are in or not." Kick stared at him. "I'm not looking for cowards." He brought up, which made Ronaldo swallow. Gunther and Gordie glancing at him, before Gordie did a small look at Kick.
"You didn't have to say it like that." He commented. Kick let out a small breath.
"Maybe not." Kick stated. "However, this is for their safety." He reminded. "So that nothing happens to them."
"Which if we recall, you do want that for Kendall don't you?" Gunther asked. "Plus to also not be a coward?" Ronaldo thought about that.
"I….I do…" He nodded.
"The choice is yours." Kick said. "But we're doing this for them."
"And it will protect them?" Ronaldo wanted assurance. "It will protect her?" Kick nodded. Ronaldo let out a breath. "Then I'm in." He agreed to it. "I'm sure my abilities can come in handy."
"Good." Kick responded.
"Alright you got us." Gordie looked at them. "Anything else you want to discuss?"
"No, but we'll quietly stay in touch." Gunther replied. The two just nodded at that.
"Also, we know you two know how, but keep your minds clear, and movements….shall I say untraceable." Kick advised.
"Let me guess from your sister and your friend?" Gordie assumed.
"Yeah, although they're pre-occupied at the moment with other things." Kick thought about it.
"The attacks." Ronaldo guessed.
"You know?" Kick glanced.
"Who doesn't?" Gordie answered. "You two better get it solved quickly before London comes in to try and solve it."
"We know." The boys answered.
"The point is, just stay under the radar." Kick told them.
"We got it." Gordie agreed. Kick and Gunther nodded at him as they headed to the door.
"Good." They spoke.
"Guess we'll see you when we see you then." Gordie shrugged as he walked with them to the door.
"Yeah." Gunther agreed.
"Later." Kick turned as the boys left, Gordie closing the door behind them. When they got back to where Mouth was they didn't explain much, but gave him enough details that Mouth understood. They then went to go do their mission, as if nothing had happened.
