Don't Underestimate Us- part 3- Safety:

Jackie woke up, her eyes fluttering open as they tried to adjust to the morning sun that was shining through the window. She made a few sounds as she turned, some of the events flooding back to her. She couldn't help biting her lip thinking about it. 'That was…something…' She didn't know what to call it but she knew one thing, she definitely liked it. Even if she couldn't remember some of the things, or was hazed out for quite a bit of it, she knew one thing, she certainly liked the sensations she had last night. 'But didn't I close those blinds and curtains last night…' She thought as she got up, noticing she was dressed. Even her robe was on. She raised an eyebrow to that. 'I…don't remember doing this…' She tried to think.

"You're up?" His voice got her attention, as she looked towards his dressers. She should've guessed. Though she was hoping to wake up with him, but maybe that was asking too much considering she might have pushed him quite a bit last night. She got off the bed feeling just fine, as she stretched a little.

"I am." She smiled. "And I see you are too." She walked past him, heading to his kitchen. He shook his head, his arms folded.

"Jackie…" He followed. He watched her get some things for them for breakfast.

"What?" She was acting like nothing happened and it bothered him. He went to grab her wrist, gently, to stop her from doing anything else, so she would pay attention.

"Jackie, look at me." She stared up at him, which the way she did, he had to swallow hard. It was almost like she didn't get what could've happened last night.

"Something wrong, because you seem fine to me." She commented. He let out a breath with that, letting her go.

"You can't do that again." He warned. She rolled her eyes, turning to finish what she was doing. He hated she wasn't taking this seriously.

"Why, personally I think it went well." She countered, as she was inwardly thinking about what it felt like to be bitten by him, the pleasurable sensation that was sent throughout her body. She bit the inside of cheek, grabbing his bowl, placing the oatmeal, when it was finished, in it then giving it to him.

"Jackie that's not the point." He wanted to argue, "You can't…" He was interrupted by her phone ringing from her bag, which he let out a small grunt as she went to go get it.

"Hello." She answered. He really hated that she wasn't taking him seriously. When she came back over, still on her cell, she was popping some fruit in her mouth. "No…" She responded. "It worked." He wanted to know who she was talking to. He thought he might as well eat in the meantime, though.

Jackie did a secret glance towards Gunther, biting her lip again. She could tell he was frustrated, but to her this was not only her win, but he needed to know she was fine and not so fragile or anything. Plus she rather enjoyed it, plus she rather enjoyed teasing him a bit at the moment. She heard a few more questions asked, making her stop looking at him. "Oh, I think…it's something you might… enjoy…" She replied, slowly, articulating the last word, her tone hinting at things. Gunther glanced at her with that. 'Who the hell is she talking to?' He questioned in his head. She felt his stares. She giggled at the other person's comment. Which Gunther wasn't so sure if he liked.

"Who are you talking to?" He asked, keeping his stare on her. She raised an eyebrow at him.

"Why, you getting jealous?" She wondered, a small sly smile on her lips.

"Not jealous, just curious." He corrected. "With some of things you're saying and stuff. Like you, I'm allowed to be curious right?" She giggled at that.

"You're going on speaker." She told the other person, taking it away from her ear and pressing the button.

"Hey Gunther." He heard Kendall's voice. He shut his eyes. 'Of course…' He thought. Jackie giggled a bit more.

"Give me two minutes to change, being that I'm the only one who needs to…" She noted to the fact Gunther was already dressed. "And we'll be right out Kends." She laughed.

"Got it." Kendall agreed as the two hung up with each other. Gunther had to breathe a bit, before asking this, while Jackie went to her bag to get a change of clothes.

"Mind telling me what exactly it is she'll enjoy?" He dared asked looking at her, as she had the change of clothes in her hands. She walked over.

"I'm pretty sure you can guess Gunther." She replied to him, and the look itself said volumes that made it almost hard for him to swallow. Almost.

"Jackie, you are playing a dangerous game. It's like playing with fire, you don't do it." He warned, trying to keep his composure. She pressed her lips as she walked towards his bathroom before stopping by the hall archway, the bathroom door a few feet away. He noticed. She glanced back.

"Personally Kends and I thought your guys' elements were lightning, not fire." She came back, a small smirk on her lips, before she went into the bathroom. He couldn't help almost losing it again, turning around and hitting the beam next to him. 'Jackie, damnit…' His mouth was dry. He tried to breathe, thinking about that comeback. 'Kick, you better be prepared, these two…I swear…' He warned Kick. 'I know….trust me I know…' Kick got the message loud and clear.

Jackie came back out and he thought he was going to go insane. She was in a short dark blue skirt that flowed, the garment going only to her mid-thighs. The top she had paired with it, a white short sleeved v- neck shirt that hung close to her figure. She grabbed her sandals, placing them on. 'Oh she's doing this on purpose…' He thought. "Coming Gunther?" Jackie asked, as she was at the door. He let out a breath.

"Really…" He quirked an eyebrow. 'She had to ask like that…' He got up, walking over. "Keep playing Jackie, it's not wise." He advised. She rolled her eyes as they left.

Kendall was waiting for them, near her place, looking at her phone occasionally. When she glanced over she saw Jackie and Gunther walking towards her.

"I see your plan really did work." Kendall couldn't help but laugh. Jackie shrugged, a small smirk on her lips.

"Told you." She responded. Gunther definitely not liking how they were acting about this, as the two giggled about it.

"And it seems you really are just fine." Kendall noted, looking at Gunther. "As is Jackie." She brought up, folding her arms. Gunther gave her a pointed look.

"She's lucky nothing bad happened." He commented. Jackie rolled her eyes, slightly shaking her head, which only Kendall noticed.

"Right…" Kendall replied.

"You both think this is funny and keep wanting to pull things." He started. "But just know, Kick's ready." He told Kendall. "And won't be as easy…" He glanced towards Kick's place. "Being that we know your girls' games now." Kendall and Jackie looked at each other with that, before Kendall had a small smile grace her lips.

"Good, then this will be easy for me." She remarked. Jackie giggling at that.

"Good luck." Jackie encouraged.

"I'll see you both." Kendall waved, before going towards Kick's place. Jackie let out a small sigh as a small breeze blew past her. She started walking, Gunther noticing after he was still trying to process things, as Kendall left. He followed after Jackie, quickly.

"You think I'm kidding, but I'm not." They were taking some back roads to some of the paths that were heading to the park. She did a side glance at him, but kept looking forward. He noticed her silence as they kept walking. "Jackie, damnit I'm serious." His tone was trying to show that with her. He didn't want to mess around. Not with this. Though the fact she was still silent, walking, wasn't sitting well with him. In a variety of ways. He wanted her to understand, wanted to make this clear. "I never want to be like that with you ever again. You can't ever do that, not ever again. Do you understand?" He was seriously trying to emphasize the fact.

"And why the hell not?" She finally turned, facing him, she was just as fiery and serious as she was when they had that argument the day before. He really didn't understand why she wasn't understanding, why she was being so combative about this.

"Because…" He was about to argue.

"Because why?" She gave him a hard stare, interrupting. "You have drank others girls' blood, so what the hell is the difference with me. And at least with me I'm helping you, so why?" She was demanding to know, getting frustrated. He gulped. 'This reason again...'

"Why do…why do you keep bringing up other girls?" He questioned. "Jackie you know…"

"I know…it's just…" She glanced away, breathing deeply. He stared at her confused and curious. He looked around, not wanting anyone else on the path to hear them, even though at the moment they were the only ones. He quickly grabbed her hand, leading her somewhere. "Where are we going?" She asked.

When they were off the path and hidden behind quite a few trees, some shrubs and bushes, he felt more comfortable, as he let go of her hand. He took a breath, glancing at her. "Why…why did you take us here?" She wondered.

"So others won't hear." Gunther replied. "Specifically any curious or just passing humans." He informed. "Remember I have to keep some secrecy here." She nodded slowly.

"Right…plus you're Gunther Magnuson…arguing with me, wouldn't look good…" She mumbled also thinking about it, glancing away. He somewhat heard that.

"Jackie if someone, anyone found out about us, I'd defend you to the ends of the earth." He told her. She glanced at him with that. "It has nothing to do about our relationship, as I would gladly defend it, if we got found out." He mentioned.

"Sorry… I didn't…I just…" She swallowed, looking down. "I don't understand you." She admitted. He had a curious look with that.

"What do you mean?" He inquired. She still didn't look at him, one of her hands on her arm. "Jackie?" Both of them a little calmer as his tone was softer with her now. She let out another breath.

"You have been with others girls, both human and vampire." She glanced up at him. "And those human girls I can assume…I can bet, you've done not only…a lot with them…" She found it hard to swallow again, as she was explaining this, but trying to make him see her point. "But have also had their blood." She continued. "For pleasure, your pleasure. Nothing else. You only had it for that or for a necessity like food and drink. It wasn't like last night, it wasn't to help you. It wasn't anything like that." He glanced away hearing this from her, as she was getting hurt and flustered, before he looked back. "And all I did, all I ever wanted to do was help." She stated. "And you just keep telling me no, keep telling me to not do it, to never do it again, like it was the worst thing ever…" She was trying to hold back her tears. "Do you know how much this hurts? How that hurts?"

"Jackie…" He felt a lump in his throat. "You have to know…those girls…" He tried to rationalize all of this. "The second we got together, I stopped." He brought up, which got her attention. "In fact, about a few months prior to us getting together, I stopped having blood." He informed her. "I thought it best for me especially the second I got with you, that I knew having blood was not going to happen." He said. "I had to rely on the tablets, which yes was incredibly difficult. But I had too." She just listened, looking at him. "I didn't want to hurt you, I didn't want…to do anything…it was just the best option." He admitted. "I knew if I had anyone else's blood, it would make me want yours, and I couldn't do that, not with you…. Plus with how I usually got the blood…" He pressed his lips. "I didn't want to do things like that. I didn't want to be in a state like that, that could harm you." He explained. "And I still don't." He spoke. "I never want to be in that kind of state with you ever. Not ever again." She glanced away hearing that, pressing her lips, shaking her head. "Jackie please understand this, I want to keep you safe." He was pleading.

"Yeah, by denying your girlfriend what she wants and hurting her more." She scoffed. This took him back.

"Wh…what?" He was surprised she said it like that.

"Gunther, can you at least ask me how I felt about last night, what I thought about it?" She emphasized the words "me" and "I" as she was still trying to keep it together. "You know, before you make it seem like it was the worst." She swallowed.

"Jackie…" He let out a breath. "It wasn't the worst, okay."

"Then why are you making it seem like it was?" She asked, still flustered, angered and frustrated.

"Because of how I was with you!" He reacted, needing to take a beat, and breathe. Both of them needing it, when he responded like that. It was quiet for a few moments, as she was surprised he reacted like that, the wind and some birds the only thing heard.

He let out another breath. "I hated the fact of what I could've done." He glanced away, before slightly looking back at her again. "If…If it wasn't for Kick…if he hadn't had stopped me…" He clenched his eyes. "I can't even think of how I would have hurt you…and I don't….I don't want to hurt you…I don't want you to hate me." She swallowed, understanding a bit more where his mind was drifting.

"Gunther…" Her voice was quiet, but loud enough, as she gripped her arm a little tighter. "I know….you think…you were…going to hurt me." She started, fumbling a bit on the words, as a blush spread over her cheeks. "But I…" She bit her lip, trying to find the right words. "I consented…you know…" She swallowed again. "To everything… that could have happen." His eyes widened when she said that, as he suddenly looked at her.

"Jackie…no you…" He was trying to catch his breath. "You didn't, you passed out." He told her.

"I know." She held herself, feeling sheepish about this. "But that…doesn't mean I didn't." She countered. "I mean that's, of course not how I imagined us…or rather my first…" She pressed her lips, still trying to figure out how to explain this. "But if it was with you…I wouldn't mind…even if it was like…you know, last night…"

Before she knew, he had her against the tree, he didn't kiss her; he just had his forehead against hers. One of his hands was on the trunk, the other on her waist, trapping her in, as his hand was above her head. Both of her hands were on his chest. "Gunther…" She whispered.

"You….you really need to stop." He spoke. "You…you didn't consent…you…" He was trying to keep his head again.

"I did." She told him. "You don't realize but, I enjoyed so much of last night…that I…" She informed.

"Do you even remember most of what happened last night?" He questioned, lifting up a little to look at her seriously. She swallowed.

"Not…not entirely." She admitted. "But…but I know I enjoyed it."

"And how…how do you…" He wanted to know.

"Because I was with you…and," She responded, biting her lip, needing to think and breathe. "You…you were making everything feel amazing…making me feel…a lot of things." She said. "And I liked it. I loved…I loved that I was with you." He couldn't help it. He kissed her, which she sank into.

He deepened the kiss, bringing her closer, though keeping her against the tree. His hand that was on her waist, moving down her hip to her thigh and underneath her skirt. She let out a gasp as he did that, his lips starting to descend to her neck then her ear, nipping and kissing at certain points on her skin. She was letting out breathy mewls. "Gu….Gunther…" She let his name slip past her lips.

"What to know what I did last night?" His tone sending chills throughout her body again, as she bit her lip, nodding slightly.

"We're….we're in…in public though…" She tried to say, as he continued to kiss her neck, going along her pulse, before going down the part of her chest that was exposed by her blouse. His hand moving up her inner thigh to her covered core again, mimicking the similar motions it did that last night. Her breathing increased as he was rubbing his fingers against her, and she was trying not to make any loud sounds. Her heart raced more, though, when they heard some voices in the distance. She thought Gunther might stop, but he just glanced around the tree, slowing his motions slightly.

"Shhh…" He whispered to her, as she gripped his shirt, feeling a more intense sensation then she did last night. "Don't want them to hear or find us." He added, though her breathing was still increasing. 'Is this… was it like this… because I actually am more aware…' She thought, still loving the feeling. He placed his lips on hers, helping to keep her sounds contained. She still sank into the kiss, as she gripped his shirt tighter because she felt a wave of a sensation hit her that made her body want to tighten up, her want to close her thighs, yet he was able to keep them open, as her head spun.

He chuckled, as he helped her ride out her orgasm, before needing to calm his own breath, his head resting on her shoulder briefly, while she clung to him closely, both breathing heavily. He needed to break away from her for a few seconds, to regain himself. She looked at him, as she used the tree to keep her balance, holding herself, watching as he combed his hands through his hair, trying to calm himself. She figured she should try to do the same. He glanced over at her, before letting out a breath.

"Okay Jackie," He spoke. "I need some limits here." He admitted. "I can't have your blood again." She was about to argue, but he held up his hand. "Let me finish please." She swallowed, just staring at him. "I can't have it, because I want your first to be special too." He smiled, which made her blush more. "And even though you consented…" He looked away. "I still…the thought of you passing out and me doing that…I don't like it." He said. "I want you aware. I want to be in control. And that can't happen if I drink your blood, let alone too much of it." Jackie just listened. "So please…for me, just give me that limit, as we continue to push these boundaries, okay?" She let out her breath.

"And, if you get hurt…like this again?" She inquired.

"Jackie…" Gunther was about to say something.

"If?" Jackie reminded. "If you needed me….if, Gunther…" She looked at him and he knew it would make him falter, the way she was pleading with him like that, plus how flush and how she currently looked thanks to him.

"Then…we'll talk about it Jackie…" He answered. She didn't much like that answer, but she knew that was the best she was going to get from him at the moment. "But that's not going to happen again." He told her. 'We'll make sure of it.' He thought. She slightly glanced down.

"Right…" She replied. "But everything is okay now, correct?" She asked.

"Yes," He nodded. "We can actually wait for our moms to heal us on the rest." He mentioned. She had a curious look.

"It…it didn't heal it all?" She wondered.

"Jackie, don't think about it." He didn't want her to even go there. "Your blood was able to get about 85 to 90 percent of the poison out, which is enough to make it until my mom comes back." He explained. "The wounds are gone, I'm not in pain, and very much okay, alright?" He looked at her. She nodded at that. "You did fine, so no more." He stared at her. "No more risky behavior, please?"

"Okay…" She looked away.

"Good, come on." He grabbed her hand again, causing her to look at him. "Let's go back to my place, something tells me besides Kick probably having an overload with whatever plan Kendall has, I have some school work that needs to get done." He glanced at her. "Which I'm sure you can help me with." She raised an eyebrow.

"Sure you're alright?" She questioned. "You never want to do school work, home work or anything of the sort, and neither does Kick." She mentioned.

"Has to get done, doesn't it?" They started walking back.

"That's true." Jackie agreed. 'But…but I know one thing, we'll do this again. Our risky behavior is definitely not over…' She thought as they walked back to his place.

(***** Previously a few chapters ago *****)

"Go?" Jackie asked in a whisper. Kendall waited a bit more.

"Let's go." She finally replied, knowing this was their only chance. "But remember tread lightly, being that Kick will definitely warn Gunther from my end if he senses something wrong with what we're doing and vice versa."

"Got it." Jackie agreed as she went to Gunther's, Kendall going inside Kick's place.

Kendall brought in Kick's meal, her mind focused on a few things. She grabbed his medicines he needed, as well as a bottle of water and his tablet bottle. 'How to approach this, without him already sending warnings to Gunther...' She thought as she gave him the items. She brought up the subject the best way she could, bringing up how Brianna was worried about something, though he avoided saying she over worries. All their friends do. Which she didn't buy. And as she changed his bandages that night, she couldn't help but ask, if that was true, seeing as Scarlet is so care-free like himself, then for her to worry, must mean something. Although, he spun it on her that she didn't need to worry about how Scarlet felt about him, which she wasn't even thinking about. She knew what he was doing though, he was completely and utterly avoiding the issue.

When the next day rolled around, she and Jackie were at lunch, she knew Jackie wanted to push things. Being that neither of them were getting anywhere. Jackie was willing to push it, push Gunther's limits. Kendall, though had a few sneakier methods in her mind. She was just waiting for a few things to fall in line. However, Jackie had a point, they didn't have time to play it safe, let alone time to tread now. They only had the weekend to get this done. They needed to play hard.

They both got back to the boys' places that night and Jackie wasn't playing around, Kendall knew that. As she was making dinner, she got the text. Jackie wanted to go hard. So Kendall had to prepare herself, not that she wasn't ready to ask some hard questions. 'Go for it.' She sent back to Jackie. She continued to make Kick his dinner, then his plate, knowing Gunther might have shared some information already. She walked into his room, causing him to glance up.

"Have your dinner." She smiled, bringing it over to him. She could already tell he was a bit wary. 'I guess Jackie works fast.' She assumed. She went to grab his tablet bottle, as she had a water bottle, giving him the items, then going over to the medicines.

"Thanks…" He still watched her and she felt it as she grabbed the stuff. She brought it over to the end of his bed, then went to get his empty water bottle, and remaining tablets. She placed them on his drawers, which he had a curious look at before he starting eating. She noticed.

"Something wrong?" She asked, as she sat at the end of his bed. "Do…do you not like it?"

"No…no it's fine." He replied, shaking his head a little.

"You sure?" She questioned. "Cause you have leftovers from last night or…"

"Kendall it's fine." Kick commented.

"It doesn't seem like it is." She reasoned. "I can easily give you something else." She told him.

"Kends, everything you make is delicious and amazing okay." He complimented. "I'm just…my mind just might be somewhere else right now." He assured. She raised an eyebrow to that.

"You haven't really tried everything I made, though…" She came back, her voice quiet, but loud enough for him to hear. She took a few steps, going back to where his tablets were, picking them up. Both the comment and action catching his attention.

"Kendall…" His voice already having a warning tone in it.

"I'm just saying, you haven't." She glanced back at him, putting the bottle down.

"And some of those "meals," I'm never going to try." Everything about him was serious, which she didn't like as she stared at him. She let out a huff.

"Even if it helped you?" She wanted to argue.

"Even if it helped me." He came back. "I'm not doing it." He told her, his stare completely serious and hard, his voice almost threatening, almost. She knew he was going to be difficult. This topic was going to be very touchy. "I'm not drinking your blood and there's nothing you can do to change my mind." He stated. "End of discussion." Kendall shook her head.

"You are so stubborn." She retorted. "Can't even see….think that we're trying to help."

"No, you can't see I'm trying to protect you." He countered. "And you better believe I am." He added. "I'm not going to hear any more about this Kendall." He said. "Cause it's not going to happen." She glanced away. 'That's what you think…' She let out a frustrated breath.

"Fine…." She went to his door. "Let me know when you're done and I'll come change your bandages." She couldn't help shutting his door a bit firmly, her frustration getting to her. She was in the kitchen just trying to calm down and breathe.

She knew this was not going to be easy, but she was not going to give up. That was for damn sure. As the night continued she changed his bandages, which he still was wary of her, thinking she might pull something. She pegged that on something Jackie did. All she could do was wait, being her tactics couldn't be something he would expect.

When she went home that night, Jackie called. She was upset. Gunther and her got really into it. Which both knew that might happen. She asked Kendall if she could take care of Gunther for her, being she needed some time to think, some space, after everything that was said. Kendall didn't mind and knew whatever was said must have really hurt, though she also knew Jackie would probably try again after some time to think. Kendall just hoped their methods would work, though she needed the items for her tactics first.

In the morning, she first went to Kick bringing him his breakfast before heading to Gunther's. She figured Gunther might be disappointed it was her and not Jackie. And the fact he was even trying to warn her about the risks they were taking with what they were wanting to do, it was interesting. Though, she figured it wasn't just Gunther speaking, being they both were stubborn about the whole thing. Although, getting the direct message from Kick, intrigued her. However, she wasn't going to give into him. He might want to try his own tactics to dissuade her from this, but she was prepared for whatever he might throw. Plus she was going to be just as stubborn as him, if not more so. They're competitive and Kendall still remembers some of her old antics from the old days, which she doesn't mind using if need be.

After being done with Gunther, she wanted to check something at her place. She went to check her mail, a small smile crossing her features as she went into her place with it. She was happy as she opened the small box, taking out the items. She placed the other mail on the counter, wanting to sort through it later, like she had been doing for quite a while now. 'Now, I can do things…' She looked at one of the items, reading its instructions thoroughly, then read the instructions of the other item. 'Which to do first?' She wondered, as she tapped her finger thinking. She glanced over at her clock. 'Guess I'll have to try one later.' She noted. 'Knowing Kick, he's probably waiting, plus it's almost time for lunch and I have to change his bandages.' She let out a breath, placing the stuff back in the box.

She went over to Kick's, taking out the previous night's leftovers to warm up for his lunch. She figured when she would go back over to Gunther's, she could give him that soup that Jackie made, letting him finish it. She could then make something for both of them, when it was time for dinner. She brought up Kick's plate, he didn't look too happy the fact she made him wait. He just gave her a bit of a hard look as she brought over the food.

"If you're going to try anything, it's not going to work." Kick warned. She rolled her eyes at that as she went to grab his medicines. "You need to stop."

"And you need to get better." She countered.

"I am determined and stubborn enough to make it until my mom gets back." He retorted. "If Brianna doesn't find anything, I'll be fine." Kick told her. "We'll be fine. I don't need your blood."

"So you getting worst, being in immense pain, letting the poison spread more, is fine?" Kendall quipped.

"Kendall…" Kick was about to say more.

"Is it?" She looked back at him, folding her arms after she placed the stuff on the end of his bed.

"I've had worst and I can deal with this." He responded. She kept her stare with him.

"Really?" She raised a curious eyebrow, still keeping her demeanor. "Mind sharing what those worst moments were?" She inquired. "Being that all I can think about are some of your stunts with some bad crashes." She thought about it. "But who knows, maybe there is some things that perhaps I don't know, when it comes to this vampire double life, you've had…" She mentioned. This took him back a bit, as he certainly wasn't expecting that from her. His mouth went a little dry, finding it hard to swallow.

"Kends…" He was going to try and say something, he wasn't quite sure what. However, the fact she was getting this curious about things this quickly, he really didn't like.

"What? Am I wrong?" She questioned, interrupting him. "You're the one who said you had worst." She pointed out. "Personally I can't think of anything in our time of knowing each other, all of your televised stuff, and everything, so obviously it had to be during this secret double life." She reasoned. "Both you and Gunther that is, that you both don't want to tell Jackie and I everything about." She glanced away with that.

"Kendall it's not like that and you know it." He snapped, sitting up a bit, trying to ignore the pain. Although he winced a little, trying to swallow back anymore of the pain.

"Do I?" She kept her stare with him.

"What's that supposed mean?" He asked her.

"We want to help you two." She commented. "And this Marcello thing has me wondering what other enemies you have that I don't know about. Maybe both of you." She was serious. "You said we didn't need to know all the details. But maybe we do, maybe I want to."

"You don't need to." Kick countered. "It's better…"

"For whose safety Kick?" Kendall interrupted again, knowing what he was going to say. "Look at you, look at Gunther." She quipped. "Even you said Jackie and I almost died, so really Kick, whose safety?" She repeated. "At least if we know what were up against when it comes with you guys it would be helpful." She stated. "We can help even, especially in instances like this."

"By what trying to make us go into an uncontrollable state?" Kick remarked. "Do you even know what your girls' blood would do to us?" He inquired. "What your blood will do to me? I am not taking that risk Kendall. Not ever." He articulated the last two words.

"I have been in your arms countless times Kick, bleeding." She brought up. "You have more control then you think you do. You're just not trusting yourself." She bit back.

"It has nothing to do with trust when I know something horrible can happen." He told her. "I'm not going to risk that with you Kendall, why is that so hard for you to understand?"

"Why is it so hard for you to understand that I don't mind risking so much for you?" She came back, which shocked him a little, as that made him go quiet, both needing to take a beat. She let out a breath. "It's…it's not like you'll…you'll kill me." She glanced back at him, her voice softening. "Would you?" He pressed his lips, glancing away with that, before looking back.

"I…I don't know what I would do." He admitted. "I don't want to risk anything, I don't….I don't know how I'll be with you." He informed. "I don't think I would, no." He mentioned. "But that doesn't mean I still wouldn't do something horrible and hurt you, which is the last thing I ever want to do to you Kendall." He stared hard at her. "I'm not going to be your father or Ronaldo." She got shocked by that, glancing away. She found it a bit hard to swallow with that.

"I…I was never going to compare you to them." She responded, her voice still soft, as she looked back at him. "This was going to be my choice. My doing. Giving you my blood…is my choice." She said. "So I never would have compared you." She went to walk away. "I didn't think you would compare yourself to them…or even say anything like that." He let out a breath.

"Kends…" He called, making her look at him. "I just….I just don't want to hurt you." He assured.

"Yet, all I want to do is help you." She replied. He let out another breath with that, knowing he wasn't able to suede her. "Let me know when you're done and I'll come get your plate and change your bandages." She said before walking out, going to the kitchen.

She did a few things before going back in and changing his bandages. She took his plate, going back to the kitchen and doing the dishes. When she went to Gunther's, she gave him the left over soup Jackie made for his lunch. After that she went back to her place, still unsure of what to do with her own tactics, as she looked at the items she got again. Her phone going off, interrupting her thoughts.

"Hello?" She answered.

"Kends, it's me." Jackie was on the other end.

"Hey, what's up?" Kendall was still looking at the items as she placed her cell on speaker. "You okay?"

"A lot better, actually." She replied.

"That's good." Kendall smiled hearing that.

"Um…I have a favor to ask." Jackie sounded a bit unsure to her, though something else hinted in her voice, Kendall couldn't quite peg it.

"Sure, what is it?" She responded. "I mean I'm already helping you so…"

"I know, thanks." Jackie appreciated that. "I'm…I'm going to try a softer method tonight."

"Softer method?" Kendall was curious about that. "So you want to take dinner?"

"No, that's the thing." Kendall could hear a bit more rustling on Jackie's end.

"Jackie, everything okay over there?" Kendall wondered.

"Sorry, I'm out with my mom." Jackie informed. "We're doing a few errands, and she just got a call to go on an emergency business trip." She mentioned. "So when we're done with this last shopping thing, we're heading home. But I had to make sure I was away from her to call you." She said.

"Why?" Kendall was curious.

"Because, the method I want to try…I have to wait until my mom is gone…and I mean completely away…" Jackie told her. Kendall finally understanding now what that meant, her cheeks heating up a little.

"Oh…" She did a small swallow, pressing her lips.

"Yeah… think…think you can still help me? Keep doing what you been doing, not tell Gunther, of course, and just you know, act like natural, or nothing is going to happen tonight?" She asked.

"Of course." Kendall nodded. "But….are you…like ready for…."

"It's Gunther…so I don't mind." Jackie reasoned. "It's definitely not going to be how I imagined it you know, but…it's okay." Kendall could imagine Jackie was majorly blushing right now, being that her voice was all sweet and endearing. "Plus…he needs to get better and… I love him so…yeah, it's okay." Kendall had a small laugh with that.

"Okay…well good luck." Kendall offered. "Maybe I can try and keep Kick occupied with one of my methods."

"Sounds good." Jackie giggled. "Thanks Kends." The two hanging up. Kendall picked up the bottle from the two items she had, re-reading the instructions.

"Guess I'll work with you first." She spoke, placing the thing in her bag before she left to go to Kick's again.

To be continued…

L: Okay…wow, just wow. First things first, must say I love that you have Jackie giving complete consent, as consent is great. It's amazing, needed, and in my opinion, sexy (when it comes to those scenes- we love consent!) So awesome. And that little scene itself is great between Jackie and Gunther, major props!

S: Thank you. And yes, agreed, consent is always, always amazing in hot scenes.

L: I really must have more as I'm just enjoying the development of both these couples, so please make more chapters as I need to read more. As now would be preferable to have them to read.

S: I'm working constantly.

L: Good, hope everyone else is liking. Please do as you guys do, when it comes to these things.

S: And we shall see you guys in the next update!

Both: Bye! Please keep informed and safe for yourselves and others! Also please stand against tyranny that countries face like Ukraine, Taiwan and others. Thank you.
