"Wait, you're leaving?" Yelena looked at Carol with a frown.

"Yes? I kind of have a job to get back too…" Carol felt like she was about to say the wrong thing suddenly.

"But…" Yelena frowned a little deeper.

"What's happening here?" Wanda whispered to Kate and Natasha.

"Lenny found her person." Natasha commented and Kate nodded.

"She's realised they're both strong silent types and have clearly had their CarolYelena moment when they got breakfast the other day." Kate agreed. They, at least Natasha and Kate, still had no idea what had transpired when the blondes had disappeared the morning after the wedding.

"You're not bothered that she was all jealous over your little crush but is now acting way worse than you ever did?" Natasha looked at Kate.

"Nah. It's cute. She doesn't like people. It's good that she likes your girlfriend." Kate rolled her eyes she was extremely secure in her marriage. There was never a doubt there.

"Girlfriend?" Wanda and Nat spoke at the same time.

"That's what she is right? I mean she's been here all week, in your bed? I've only walked in on either or both of you making out with her like 9 times…" Kate watched them amused.

"But girlfriend?" Nat commented a little confused.

"Maybe we should have talked about that." Wanda was frowning a little. They hadn't noticed Yelena and Carol turning towards them clearly done with their own conversation and listening to theirs. Kate noticed and had a little smirk on her face.

"Don't stress your pretty little heads. I wasn't asking for labels and I've really enjoyed getting to know you both better but I'm not exactly prime girlfriend material given that I'm off world more than I'm on it." Carol offered with a smile.

"Ok but maybe that is something we should have talked about cause Kate's kind of got a point." Nat was frowning a little. Yelena moved over to Kate and the taller woman wrapped her arms around the little assassin.

"She does?" Carol asks, confusion written all over her face.

"Well… yeah. You've been with us since you got back to earth and… well it's been fantastic. And I don't just mean the really exhausting sex. But having you here with us." Wanda explains with a slight blush when Kate couldn't help a laugh at the sex comment.

"She's right. We've all enjoyed having you here. So, maybe we don't have time to talk about it now. But… if you come back and think you might want to… spend more time with us. Labels or not, you're part of the family now." Natasha gave that little half smile that always seemed more genuine than her full smile.

"When I come back we can talk about it properly. For now let's just not sour the last week. Come say bye to me." Carol pouted adorably.

Natasha and Wanda both gladly moved over and wrapped themselves around Carol, each pressing a kiss to a cheek making Carols smile all the brighter. Yelena and Kate were smiling as well because really they had all become fond of Carol and even if nothing romantic came of the three of them Carol was definitely still considered family.

Especially Yelena had become really fond of her really quickly. It had dawned on her really when Carol first made the comment about redheads that her jealousy was unfounded entirely. Yet the more time she spent with Carol the more she realised she did like her and it was mutual. Kate hadn't been wrong. Carol was Yelena's person in the same way that Wanda was Kate's, just without the cuddling because Yelena was not that sort of person and Carol wasn't really either.

"Be safe." Wanda ordered of the blonde powerhouse.

"Yes mum." Carol chuckles amused but really she was touched that they cared so much.

"Seriously Danvers. You might bump into something stronger than you and I'd hate to have to commandeer the Benetar just to come and find you and kick your ass for getting hurt." Natasha huffed at the same time Wanda did.

"I know you'd do it too. Don't worry I know how to pick my battles. I'll see you all soon." Carol smiles stepping away from them all in the little garden space.

"Bye." Yelena and Kate spoke at the same time and Nat and Wanda just smiled a little sadly. Carol turned and the next moment she was a glowing streak in the sky, disappearing through the atmosphere back into space.

The two couples then walked back inside both of them sad for different reasons. Kate smiled gently at the others before taking Yelena's hand in hers. Yelena looked at her wife and smiled more brightly as Kate lead her to the bedroom. They still had to pack.

"What are we going to do with them all gone for at least the next three weeks?" Wanda asks with a slight pout. Kate and Yelena were off on their honeymoon the next day.

"We are going to have to entertain ourselves for a change." Natasha sounded like she didn't like the idea.

"I recommend the farm!" Kate called from the bedroom, the door was undone and she was able to hear them still.

"We could get Cassie and take her with us. She and Lila seemed to really hit it off." Wanda offered and Natasha grinned brightly.

"That's a great idea!"
