Huey was a Quiet boy. He didn't have much friends, not because he couldn't make any. Well, actually he couldn't, nobody understood his personality or could handle him. And besides, he didn't want friends anyway

He had this one friend name Ceaser though, they were close. He could talk to him about anything and they would have a conversation about it you know?

Everyday after school he would always go and just read, with his little lamp.

He loved to do that.

He walked in his room, dropped his stuff down, and sat on his bed so he could read a book. Riley did the same but sat on the floor, and whipped out his game controller and headphones.

Grandad was in the kitchen making dinner, while Riley would usually go in his room and play video games, with his friends loud as ever. It really pissed Huey and his concentration off.

"Riley, could you shut up?" Huey asked, irritated.

"Nah nigga, you can take your gay ass on somewhere else I'm doing shit, you ain't." He responded.

Huey rolled his eyes and left the room.

Grandad never allowed them to use the guest room at all, so he had nowhere to go, he couldn't go in the living room because his grandfather had music on the Tv listening to music as he cooked.

Instead, Huey did what he always did; put on his Coat and brought a couple of things for him he might need.

He would walk out the door and his grandad wouldn't say anything to him. Probably because he was in the kitchen, usually when he's in the living room he notices Huey waking out.

He could go missing and nobody would notice it.

Huey walked over to one of the most peaceful places he knows.

It was the Pond.

It wasn't that far away it was near the park, it was very peaceful, there was big puddle of water and plants and flowers. The county would pay for this, and make it look nice and well together. Everything was beautiful. There were barely and kids or parents who came to the park during the week, so Huey was mostly by himself which he liked.

He put his hood on, and walked over to the little bench area to sit down and read.

His stomach began to rumble, he hadn't eaten any food today, so he ate the granola bar he packed with him to snack on, the he continued to read his book.

Huey would sometimes even put his feet in the cold water to relax.

He finally had some peace and quiet that he was enjoying, and he relished that. Although, he did hear some singing coming not so far away.

It was very beautiful singing too, very angelic.

He also saw lots of animals all running to the same area, but he couldn't exactly see where. Maybe it was behind him?

He put his shoes on to go track the sound.

People did love go come to the park with their airpods or headphones and work out, maybe that's what was going on, but he never heard anyone sing like that before in person, besides like celebrities or opera singers.

Huey listened as hard as he could, he just decided to follow the animals that he saw. As he did that he was lead to a bunch of animals crowed together, and that's where the singing came from.

Huey squinted his eyes, there was a very bright light. He couldn't quite explain it or put it into words, but it was this big sparkly gleaming light.

He then saw a girl with long pretty hair, who was singing to the animals and feeding them.

Huey was amazed, he didn't get to look much longer or get much of a description of her because when she saw him, she left?

She just disappeared, then the light disappeared, and the animals scattered off.

And it wasn't just any animals, it was deer, peacocks, swans, ducks, chickens, flamingos, monkeys, and birds. Rare animals you just don't see walking around everyday.

He looked around, in disbelief of what he just saw, trying to go back into reality but she was just gone.

Just like that.

He found something on the ground though, it was a book, it was gold and shiny.

He didn't read what it said though, he was gonna go home and uncover it.

When Huey got home he didn't tell anyone what he saw because he knew his grandfather and brother would think he crazy, so he didn't even bother.

Everyone was asleep, both his family were heavy sleepers, so he didn't have to worry about waking anyone up.

He sat down on his bed and put a lamp over the book to see what it said.

"The Magical guide for Nature Beings" Huey read out,

"Then he looked at the print at the bottom that was in bold text "Fairy addition"

Huey tilted his head confused.

Was that girl a fairy?

He brushed it off, Maybe he was just one of those weird girls who think they are.

Huey threw it on the ground and gotten in his covers to sleep.

But one thing he didn't notice was that the book was lifelike.

The book in the ground started shaking, and making noise on the ground, so he gotten up confused.

"What the hell?" He asked, as the book was rattling as if something was in it.

He walked outside and put his shoes on. He took the book so he didn't make anymore noise and actually wake them up.

He sat down on his doorsteps and opened the book up, to his surprise the same magical light he saw earlier was appearing out of the book?

He dropped it, and something flew out of it, like a fly?

Huey tried to swat it, but he gotten a little sting from the fly like thing.

Huey flinched a bit and held his hand to go check on it, he looked away for 2 seconds and saw something so... Unbelievable?

It was a fairy she had gotten bigger. with a wand in her hand and brown long hair. The fairy had on a leaf dress that was green, and had freckles. She was in the sky with her sems crossed face red.

Huey rubbed his back in confusion.

"Who are you and what have you done with Jazmine?" The fairy lady asked.

"I have no idea, who that is Ma'am." Huey said.

"Am I at a Humans house?" She asked.

"I guess so." Huey strugged.

"Come with me, " Said the lady.

"Woah, where am I going?"

"Stop asking questions I'm already irritated."

Huey shut up and let the women do whatever she had to do, he was kind of scared he would be killed but that was the opposite.

A circle of glisten surrounding the two, the small fairy was casting some spell by letting out a chant.

Within seconds another fairy appeared.

Huey's mouth was open in utter shock.

It was the girl from the park earlier, but now he gotten a better look at her.

She had very long curly ginger color hair, a tiara, and a green flower dress but it had pink flowers at the bottom of it, with white flats and a almost white pink color of wings that we're glittery.

She looked at the ground a bit shy.

"Jazmime, this boy stole your book!" Said the fairy.

She took a look at the boy, he looked irritated, and somewhat tired, she already wanted to leave so she would do him one.

"Miss Tulip, may I handle this.. In private?" She asked, kindly.

She sighed, and nodded making a portal, leaving the area to give them privacy.

Huey picked up the book, and gave it to her, not keeping his eye off her he was so stunned.

"Thank you," She said sweetly.

"I-I wasn't trying to steal it I swear!" Huey said defensive.

Jazmine smiled and put her hand on his cheek, Huey was a bit confused.

"Are you real?" Huey asked, looking into her emerald green eyes still stunned.

Jazmine chuckled, yes. "And I believe you." She said, removing her hand from his cheek.

She wanted to see if he was lying, she can tell if humans are lying.

Jazmine was about to walk off but he grabbed her hand, still confused on everything.

"Tell me more about you?" He asked.

"I would love to, but I'm really not supposed to be here. Or even talk to humans, I not even have much time right now." Jazmine said rubbing her arm.

She went on to fly off, but Huey yelled.

"Wait!"

She turned around to hear what he had to say.

"Can you meet me at the place tomorrow? You know the park?" Huey asked.

She didn't respond she just flew away.
