Surprising, huh?

Munakata Aneko came out of the Summoning Circle slightly disoriented, her eyes landing on her new Master. Aneko was wearing her Captain's uniform, saber hanging on her sword belt. She appeared to be in her early twenties, in what the Grail assumed was her prime. Her blue hair was short, and her bangs were held back by hair gel.

The Master was a girl in her later teenage years, with hair a bright orange red and her eyes tinted amber. Aneko moved to the side when the Summoning Circle brightened as another Servant was summoned.

To Aneko's surprise, a familiar face emerged from the summon. An identical face to hers, in fact, but in different clothing.

"Aoi!" the newly summoned Servant turned out to be Suoh Aneko, Munakata's complete opposite. The light from the Circle faded as Suoh ran and jumped onto Aneko, toppling the two over. "Man, I haven't seen you since the first War we were summoned at the same time!"

"Shove it, Red Berserker," Munakata hissed from underneath the red clad Berserker, "Get off of me you heathen!"

"I suppose you two know each other?" the Master started giggling, drawing the attention of the two servants.

"Yeah," the Red Berserker chirped, "Me and ol' King of Order go way back. We're the same person!"

She got off Munakata, who grumbled and picked herself up, dusting away imaginary dirt.

Said Berserker was wearing casual clothes, but the whole outfit was colored in various shades of red. She wore a crimson hoodie, strings mysteriously missing, the zipper going up half way, revealing a rose red shirt underneath. The woman was also wearing dark red short shorts, with a flame like symbol in a brighter hue stitched into the material, and she wore a matching pair of dark red thigh high socks, ending with even darker blood red low-heeled boots. She also wore fingerless gloves in that same crimson.

The Saber was also color coordinated, with a blue theme predominant through it all. Her dark blue trench coat reached her knees, and had a high collar, gold stitching crisscrossing her lower back. A white dress shirt peeked out of her half-buttoned coat, and a black sword belt was worn around her waist. For her pants, she wore slacks held up with a belt with a silver buckle, which was attached with her sword belt, accompanied with black combat boots that reached to her mid-calf with silver laces.

"Before my counterpart interrupted, my name is Munakata Aneko, King of Order and Saber of Blue," Munakata glared at Suoh.

"And I'm Suoh Aneko! The Red Berserker. I'm guessing you're our Master, hm? Wow, you're cute!" Standing in front of the Master, Suoh towered over the girl's short stature, "Ah, you remind me of little Anna-chan!"

"It's nice to meet you both, my name is Ritsuka Fujimaru. I'm the last Master of the Chaldea Security Organization," Ritsuka bowed her head politely, "I hope we can work together to save humanity."

"Humanity's in trouble once more? How troubling," remarked the Saber, "Hey, Berserker, up to save humanity yet again?"

"I'm always up for a fight. So, Master, do you wanna see my Noble Phantasm?" Suoh grinned, her eyes glowing crimson red.

"Not here, idiot," Munakata wacked Suoh with a hand, frowning, "You'll destroy this place."

"We could just send you two on a Singularity," Ritsuka offered, "Saber, I think knowing your Noble Phantasms would be helpful too."

"Cool! Come on, Master, let's go, let's go!" Suoh started hopping in place, her hands starting to flap in her excitement.

"Alright, let's go then," Ritsuka made her way to the door, her Servants following like a pair of ducklings.

Ritsuka brought them to "Singularity F" as an example of the future Singularities they'd encounter.

Eerie laughter came from Suoh, her eyes glinting red from the surrounding fires as she knocked a skeleton soldier through another.

A shadow Servant had appeared, cloaked in purple miasma, who had noticed the three interlopers from afar.

"I'll burn you!" Suoh grinned, and the heat increased. "No blood, no bone, no ash!" the Berserker yelled, a red aura emitting from her like flames. Destroyed asphalt started bubbling under her feet, a shining red Sword high above her head.

"Master, behind me!" Munakata dove in front of Ritsuka, a hand outstretched and a bright blue shield illuminating from it, "Her Noble Phantasm is really dangerous!"

"SWORD OF DAMOCLES!" Suoh screamed, and an inferno swirled around her, red eyes surrounded by her aura. With a swing of her arm, red aura followed, blazing a path towards a horde of skeletons and the shadow servant.

"No, Suoh, you're going in too early!" Munakata grunted, panic rising, "Sorry, Master!"

The blue Servant pushed Ritsuka back, her eyes meeting the orange of her Master's.

Blue aura arose, chilling the heated air. Ice formed from the Saber, and she went to unsheathe her saber.

"I fight for my cause is just," Munakata started chanting, "I love my blade not because it kills, but for its protection. I fight for the world's interests not my own. I survived despite numerous challenges and stand with the power of my will. I will not die. I have not lived."

The blue aura that emitted from the Saber became blinding, and Ritsuka could see why the Servant was called the Saber of Blue.

"I am a King, and I only bow to gods!"

Munakata could feel her power build up, the catch of the saber releasing as she pointed the tip of the blade towards the fiery sky.

A sword similar to Suoh's materialized above Munakata's head, albeit washed in blue, and what appeared to be circuits alight on the blade.

"SWORD OF DAMOCLES!"

Shards of ice crystallized, regardless of the heat of Suoh's Noble Phantasm and the flames of Singularity F, and with the point of the saber lurching forward, ice came up from the ground, piercing through the air. The ice narrowly missed the ally Berserker but hit the Shadow Servant head on, joining with the Berserker's red aura and creating a glowing purple.

"Wooooooo! Burn in Hell!" Suoh shouted, her face alit with glee.

"Berserker! Stop!" Saber growled once the power of her Noble Phantasm petered out, "You know what happens if you lose control!"

"Shut up, Munakata! "I" don't care about your sensibilities! The job's done all the same!" Suoh snarled, turning, and rounding around the Saber.

"Master, we should go," the Saber glanced at Suoh as the Berserker kept her distance, "Behave, Berserker."

"Tch," Suoh scoffed, and was interrupted from speaking more by the trio Rayshifting back to Chaldea.

"How was your first Rayshift?" Dr. Roman asked, noticing how the Servants were stiff towards each other.

"I thought it went alright," Ritsuka said easily, "Their Noble Phantasms are really powerful. What did you call them?"

"The Sword of Damocles," Munakata had both the Master's and doctor's attention, the two looking at her.

"This world we were summoned to is far too different from where we come from," the Saber clarifies.

"Really?" Roman asked, his head cocked to the side, "How different?"

"In our world, we had something called the Dresden Slate," Suoh butted in, "A relic that reeked of magic. Magical circuits aren't common in our world. And for the stronger ones…" the Berserker trailed off, before Munakata picked up.

"The Slate gives us the power of a King. Or to be more precise, to become a demi-servant. We were regular mages before the Slate chose us. The Munakata family was one of the more well-known families, and the Suohs were our rivals in magical output."

"Hold on, so you two are related?" asked Roman, who wasn't there for the summon.

"We're the same person," Suoh grunted, "Two Heroic Spirits from different timestreams. The only difference is who we are born to. My parents were Munakata Rei and Suoh Mikoto. And hers was Munakata Reishi and Suoh Mika. Anyway, I'm a Berserker, and Miss Blue over there is a Saber. I'm the better one at battle compared to her."

"Don't you belittle me!" Munakata hissed, a frown coming to her identical face and sending a nasty glare at her counterpart, "At least my Noble Phantasm doesn't get out of hand, Berserker, you nearly destroyed Singularity F! And it was already on fire!" She gripped at her saber hilt, as if she was going to draw in Chaldea.

"Ah, I see you guys had quite an adventure," Roman attempted to defuse the tension, sensing an eruption.

"I think this will work out," Ritsuka grinned, "You should probably meet the rest of the Servants around here, get to know this place."

"That would be acceptable," Munakata nodded, before her saber disappeared in golden sparkles, "Do we get sleeping quarters?"

"Of course, you do," the Master nodded, "If you want to meet the most Servants, your best bet would be the cafeteria. I heard Emiya's cooking today."

"Heh, doesn't he always?" Roman noted, before walking off.

In the cafeteria, Ritsuka was right, with at least a two dozen Servants talking and eating.

"Hey, everyone!" the orange haired girl called out, getting everyone's attention immediately, "We have some new servants!"

"FINALLY!" one of the Servants yelled, turning some heads. It was Teach, making some of the other Servants groan.

"Yo!" Suoh greeted, "Dude who yelled, you look really sketchy; if you try something I'll cut you!"

The Blue King sighed, facepalming, "Can you not threaten someone for once in your life?"

"Hah, they're Servants too, it's not like they won't go back to the Throne of Heroes," the Berserker brushed off her counterpart's sigh.

"Please don't," Ritsuka warned. The countless hours of getting Saint Quartz made her shudder.

"Okay, but damn, that's a lotta heroic spirits you have here, Master," Suoh looked over the vaguely familiar faces, "Woah, that's King Gilgamesh! I guess you're a good enough Master to hold me back."

"That's your only concern, Red Berserker? Hmph, though I do concede to your point. You must be a very capable Master indeed," Munakata remarked, a smile coming to her face.

"And who may you be, mongrel?" Archer Gilgamesh swaggered up to the new Servants.

"My name is Munakata Aneko, the Blue King of Order. Saber Class. I prefer to be called Aoi, since Suoh is here," the Saber introduced herself, bowing respectfully towards the golden King of Heroes.

"So, I'm Suoh Aneko! The Red Berserker, Red King of Chaos. I'm this lady's better looking self. Just call me Aka," the Berserker's eyes glinted a bright red, already highlighting her red irises.

"You just like seeing blood spilled," Munakata remarked to her red twin, "And I have to clean up your messes."

Suoh reached into her hoodie pocket, pulling out a pair of thin glasses, with a matching red frame, and put them on. The woman blinked as her vision became clearer, the lenses removed making her slightly blind.

"Those are only the messes you know," she cheekily winked at Munakata, "If only my lovely Berserker was here, we'd paint the whole town red."

"Mr. Hyde was hardly lovely," scoffed Munakata, "He kept ripping up civilians. Father had a hard time keeping the government unaware that it was a Servant and not a Strain." She rolled her eyes, spotting a familiar blonde-haired man in the distance.

Said man's green eyes turned red in a split second, before the Assassin turned Berserker darted out of his seat, knocking his chair off its legs.

"Master Aneko!" the man shouted, a knife appearing in his hand as he ran. Suoh instinctively caught his wrist, flipping the other Berserker before holding him in half an embrace. The blonde's lower half was planted on the floor, Suoh holding him up. The knife clattered to the floor, skidding as the Berserker kicked it.

"Edward! How good to see you!" the woman grinned widely, "If you try stabbing me one more time I'm going to cut your fingers off!"

She hoisted Edward up easily, his feet dangling for a second before Suoh set him down. "How've you been? Damn, I haven't seen you since we won the War!"

"Hey, why's Edward here? Where's Henry?" Munakata complained from the side, "Tch, my Assassin is nowhere to be seen."

"He called you 'Master Aneko'?" Ritsuka blinked, "I didn't know you were Masters."

"That was a long time ago. Aw, Edward, did ya miss me? You don't even smell like blood anymore," Suoh cooed, shifting to poke the Berserker's cheek, "Has our new Master been good to you two?"

"Oh, Master's been the best! She doesn't even get mad when we track blood into the hall!" Hyde grinned while side eyeing Munakata.

"No wonder I don't like you very much, Hyde. You gave half the cleaning staff a heart attack when they came around," Munakata pointedly glared back, "I know you're pushing Henry down in there, and I want to see him. I need to know he's okay too."

"Why does everyone want that little goody two shoes?" groaned Hyde, rolling his eyes.

"I'll let you stab me once if you do. We are still technically immortal Kings. You can't kill us, peasant," sneered Munakata, "Only a Dresden picked King can kill us."

"REALLY!?" Hyde nearly shrieked with a shark's grin, his red eyes alight with excitement, "Right now?"

"Unless the other Servants are comfortable eating while blood's being spilled, no," Munakata crossed her arms.

"Tch, fine, you can have that goody-goody," Hyde blinked, before his irises turned from red to green.

"Uh? Wha?!" The Berserker turned Assassin seemed surprised to be on the outside once more, nearly falling.

"Henry." Munakata surprised Jekyll by giving him a hug, his green eyes widening at the unexpected embrace.

"A-Aneko?"

"I was worried I'd never see you again," the King muttered, "I am so happy, Henry. After the War, back then…I'd given up on seeing you again." She drew back just as quickly, a slight smile playing on her lips.

"Gosh, Munakata, save the sweetness, I'm dying," Suoh complained, making the Saber turn with a frown.

"Shut up Suoh, you already had your moment. Go die in a fire."

The summoning circle lit up in the center of the room, Mash's Shield laid on the floor, face up.

Aoi had asked to observe the summoning, Ritsuka agreeing easily to her request.

Familiar blue light surrounds the shield, the Saint Quartz used in the ritual disappearing in a flash of shimmering blue.

Three bands of blue energy formed, stacked on top of each other evenly, before a spark of golden light overtakes the little balls of light that are rotating a few inches above the shield.

"Servant, Saber. Munakata Reishi…or if you are referring to my Saint Graph, Kamiizumi Nobutsuna. Are you my Master?" a deep, unpleasantly familiar voice came out the mouth of a dark-haired man's mouth.

"I am," Ritsuka nodded, not showing any signs of tension, "Nice to meet you, Munakata-san."

"Father." Aoi spoke for the first time since her Master started summoning.

Dark blue eyebrows raise in surprise, focusing on the other Saber when she stepped forward.

SMACK.

"How dare you." Aoi whispered, tears shimmering around red eyes, "How dare you made me kill you back then!" Her hands shot up to grip Reishi's trench coat collar, pulling the taller man down.

"Is that how you greet your old man, Aneko?" The man calmly smiled, "I must say, I'm disappointed."

"Aoi! Our Saint…Graph…" Aka materialized in the room, taken off guard by seeing her counterpart's father. A dark expression eclipsed over her face. "Oh. It's you."

"Master, I urge you to allow me to smite him." Aoi gritted out between clenched teeth.

"Wait, wait, no one is killing anybody!" Ritsuka isn't afraid to use a command seal, but readily holds out her hand, "Saber, what's gotten into you? Both of you."

"That Servant is my counterpart's human father," Aka twirled a knife in her hand, "If he's anything like my mom, he sacrificed himself before a Demon Pillar could take root in his mind." She closed one eye, the other flaring a bright red.

"He didn't even tell me why I had to kill him!" Aoi declared, staring into violet eyes, "I had to find out after the fact, after I got blood on my hands! The nerve, Munakata Reishi!"

Reishi only frowned, before speaking. "There was no other choice. Mika, bless her, would never go through with it. I couldn't do that to Anna either. You were the only one I know who would be strong enough to kill me, Aneko. There was no way I would let that being kill you and everyone else that I cared for. Believe me, King of Order, if there was another choice I could make, I would've taken it in a heartbeat."

The man's collar was released, and he stumbled back half a step. He watched as tears started to streak down his daughter's face, as her hands shook in anger. Or perhaps, was it sadness?

"I want to believe you. I wanted to talk to you. I wanted to know why you never told us. Not me, not mom, not Anna, none of our Clansmen. Why did you have to do it alone!?"

Aoi's voice cracked, before she raised a hand to slap him again, only to drop it. "You were a fool of a King. I might've been prepared to take up the mantle, but you forced me into it."

Her head jerked to the side, before dematerializing into her spiritron form.

"Was it something I said?" Reishi asked everyone yet no one, puzzled.

"Geeze, Kings really are removed from reality," Aka complained, "Aoi is just a bunch of daddy issues stacked up under a trench coat." Her knife disappeared, shooting a wary glance at the alternate ex-King's face.

"Uh, should I try summoning one more time?" Ritsuka asked, looking worried at outburst the usually stoic Aoi made.

"Go ahead, Master. Hopefully, if it's a servant, this doesn't happen," Aka grimaced, making a gesture.

Tossing more quartz, the circle lit up again before three rings of light showed up, revealing the next summon to be another servant.

"Ah, my Master's a brat. Don't betray me, will you? Or I'll kill you. Servant, Avenger. Suoh Mikoto."

Amber eyes opened sleepily, landing on Ritsuka's tentative form.

"Yo, pops. Avenger, huh? I'm kinda jealous," Aka admitted, drawing the newly summoned servant's attention.

"Mm? You were summoned too, Aneko?" Mikoto focused on the other Servant, "Feels like a family reunion. I hate those."

"You hate anything that doesn't involve killing monsters," Aka chided, "Anyway, my name's Aka here. Cliché, I know, but I have a counterpart running around, and I don't wanna be at the wrong end of her sword."

"Suoh Mikoto…hm?" Reishi quirked an eyebrow, recognizing the other Servant as a male counterpart of his wife.

"And you must be a Munakata," Mikoto drawled, digging into his pockets, "I recognize that look. Finally out of your cushy place in that ivory tower, Caster? Ready to walk among us mere mortals?"

"I am afraid you are wrong, Suoh. I am a Saber, not a Caster," Reishi smirked.

"Any idiot can pick up a sword and call themselves a Saber," Mikoto retorted, "Still writing rituals?"

"As if I ever stopped. This is my third summoning as a pseudo servant."

"Oh, my gods, will you two stop flirting!?" Aka gags, "Urgh! That makes me sick! Go away!" her form faded away as she went invisible.

"Both of our daughters are adverse to affection," Reishi said obliviously.

"Hey, why don't we spar, hm, Saber?" Mikoto raised an eyebrow, glancing at their Master, "Brat, you have a training room around here?"

"Yeah, we do," Ritsuka nodded, "I'll take you there."

"Splendid," Reishi smiled blandly, bowing his head.

"Get ready to get your ass beat, Munakata?"

"Try me, Suoh."

"Hah, I will!"
