The judge slammed his gavel.

"Okay so I think it's pretty clear what happened on Rokkenjima yesterday," said the judge. "Ryuji Gohda went to the house where he was mercilessly murdered by Battler Ushiromiya."

"Yes Your Honor that is PRECISELY what happened!" said the prosecutor who was dressed in black and white.

When the police arrived, Battler was taken in for the murder of Ryuji Gohda. The family tried to explain that Ryuji Gohda had murdered all of them until they were brought back to life and Battler killed him in self defense but that did not help his credibility.

"Battler's story is like a fairy tale. He deserves nothing less than the death penalty after wasting our time," said the prosecutor.

"Agreed," the judge agreed. "I pronounce Battler-"

"OBJECTION!" shouted the dashing green knight of the courtroom whose name is JOHN PHOENIX! "Your Honor, end this trial! YOU are guilty!"

"What in heaven's name how dare you!" roared the judge.

"Oh, I dare!" said John Phoenix. "Because, Judge, what the Ushiromiya Family told us was the absolute truth! This is evident from the blood splatter found all over the dining room, the guesthouse, the bedrooms, the study, the hallway, the living room and even the rocks outside. That is the most grizzly crime scene I have ever seen, and yet Ryuji Gohda's cause of death was a beating! He could not have bled enough to fill half a dozen rooms! We also used a metal detector to find Dr. Nanjo's body has thousands of little bullets inside him, and after extracting one of them, the ballistic markings matched the cannon found inside Ryuji Gohda's prosthetic arm! Last, and perhaps most obviously of all, Ryuji Gohda was an intruder! It's obvious the Ushiromiya's story holds water, and yet you threw it out anyway! There can only be one reason for this! Your Honor! Or, should I call you, Your Faker! You are an assassin hired by people who don't like the Ushiromiyas to kill Battler with the death penalty! And your client is right over there at the prosecution bench!"

"GYAH!" shouted Prosecutor Dylan Fitchar.

Dylan Fitchar ran away with the fake assassin judge and Udgey took his place after the bailiff found him locked in the storeroom.

"Ah thank you John Phoenix, I declare Battler Ushiromiya NOT GUILTY!"

After the trial Battler was released because he didn't deserve to go to jail.

"Thank you John Phoenix!" said Battler.

"It was no problem, Battler," said John Phoenix. "I'm always happy to help a smart and capable man like you!"

Battler smiled and went home where his family was all alive and happy.

The End!
