Meeting of the Ladies

In Yamadome High School...

As if nothing happened last night, Sakura went on with life.

By day, she's a normal high schooler who's known to be a sweet girl reflecting her looks...whose very existence makes males in her year level have lewd fantasies of her due to her figure. Most emphasized in P.E Classes where girls wear those white shirts with names on it and a pair of bloomers.

She's has a d-cup that's very full and perky and close-set. A small, trim waist with flared hips and shapely legs with small ankles and feet. Rosy-white skin so smooth and poreless.

But it wasn't just the boys with lewd fantasies of her.

Closet lesbians too...even teachers.

She's painfully aware of this thanks to her magic.

And a childhood like hers, makes her vulnerable to sexual advances thus avoids them when she can because when she's caught, she can't help but fight against herself because of her own body betraying her by turning her on and she has immense self-hatred for it.

There were times her male teachers would call her after school...in private.

She modifies their memories when it wasn't for her as a student she's there for when called. She doesn't want sex anymore, and would rather forcefully quell her body with magic. In fact, she found a way to make it permanent so she can violently retaliate like other girls can with great success.

Any request to have sex, they forget with a snap of her fingers and leave them alone. Too many propositions, she makes them get into an accident that will make them skip school for days for kids, and for adult males? Months. She even got one teacher fired due to many absences.

Or when she goes to the beach by herself in summer to unwind, she gets mistaken for one 'of age' by tourists, wanting to give take her for a whirl only for her voice to give her away that they'd rather avoid getting arrested in a foreign country, apologizing AND fleeing.

If only the tourists know the truth, that she has a higher opinion of foreign males, and a low, low...no, NON-EXISTENT opinion of her country's men.

She was...respected.

That she resolved to marry foreign upon graduating high school and take uni overseas for that respect she wanted. To them, she's no sex toy at their whim but a girl her age!

Well, she'd go foreign anyway, she would go to Clock Tower for Magic Studies anyhow after high school.

Other than being a beauty, she was accomplished.

Academics, Gymnastics that she was her school's star, and she's the Student Council President.

Her school life was perfect, but she has no friends. Her personal life is NOT perfect at all.

Her hobby if not fighting Witches, nor rescuing needy magical girls who can't get a seed in time, is reading manga, and fantasizing her life was happy like in comic books. Envying the people in the series she reads.

Thanks to her wish, her Soul Gem never taints no matter how much negatives she has in her heart. She has a cheat code that she gives away her collection like she would candy to save girls, or if not having any, she heals them herself.

She was known among Tokyo's Magical Girls for it.

She was also the longest-living magical girl in Tokyo as far as they know.

However, the windows to her apartment opened as she felt wind and slight smell of smoke from vehicles outside come in. She looked behind to see Aoko, a girl dressed like a nun, and a fancily-dressed woman straight out of old history.

'Oh, it's you and two others.' said Sakura. 'Is this about a week ago?'

'Yeah.' said Aoko. 'We had to get this lady's schedule cleared.' she said, glancing at the kimono-clad woman with glasses.

NOBODY in the Association is blind. They'd rather modify themselves than have a handicap.

That left one thing. Mystic Eyes.

'Adashino Hishiri of Policies Department.' said Hishiri with a smile as Sakura knew this is serious business. 'I heard about your case from Fifth. Is there a way to see Kyubey?' she asked her.

'Only young girls with wishes can, unfortunately. Girls as young as seven up to middle school age.' said Sakura. 'Girls whose wish isn't strong enough in their hearts can't see Kyubey. And they only care for such girls to rope in into this job to continue the cycle.' she said, conjuring tea and snacks by magically taking things out from the kitchen and arranging in the living room how she wants it arranged on the table, as well as restoring the glass in her window. 'The only other times he does come out, is concealing fights should Witches leave their barrier and fight openly. They conceal the fighting by creating a copy of that area for us to fight in, creating their own barrier. Thus humanity is not the wiser. The last is when a magical girl has a used-up Grief Seed for him to take.'

'Make that arrangement, Tohsaka-san.' that's not a request. That was understood well.

'Well, if you can see him depends on you when I have a full Grief Seed on hand.' said Sakura. 'Well, the darn things have no schedule but alas, when in school we create illusion copies to skip out when there's a witch.' she said, conjuring mirrors via water condensation, showing many places. 'There are fifty girls in Tokyo who are Magical Girls. They know full well I'm around as their life anchor for just three more years until they mature enough not to screw up and die, and wisely use their resources. They are enjoying their wealth while they still can because I made it clear I'm leaving Japan when I graduate high school. I have been in Tokyo since I was twelve years old...that means, they have until I'm 18 to get better at their jobs.'

'Their wishes are either well-meaning but wrongly-worded, they weren't honest with their true wishes, cruelly-selfish wishes or something silly minds came up with, unaware Kyubey is playing for keeps.' she continued. 'That last one happens to little kids around grade school who have yet to understand...and screw themselves over.'

She showed an image of a young girl. 'This girl is Takano Aiko. She was eight when she met Kyubey.' she told them. 'I was thirteen back then and I passed by her school on the way home from grocery shopping. I overheard her wish that her parents will not divorce because they fight too much. Kyubey granted the wish that they didn't divorce, but the real problem wasn't solved. She lives in a broken home of nothing but fighting and broke in despair...and became a witch not even a day past her wish-making. And I was nearby and the one who killed her witch, killing her too.'

'So he takes words literally.' Ciel frowned.

'Yes. And grants them in the worst way possible, twisting the wishes. Incubators are masters of logic. They manipulated many girls from past to present. They made the magical girl trade seem fun, until the catch catches up to them. And there's no saving you if you become a Witch. There's no way to revert you to human. You must be terminated to prolong the lives of other magical girls. Thus to a girl who can see him, they must be careful to make damnation worth the while. And be careful what you say or wish for. Wishing in a way he can't twist the wish. His magic is beyond True Magic. He can do much much more.'

'But frankly, us humans don't need to fear Entropy...that's millions of years from now and we're long dead by then.' Sakura scoffed with a handwave. 'But for incubators, its a disaster they'll live through so they're more invested with this business.'

Soon, in one of the mirrors, a witch came out.

'Opps, a job. Wanna watch?' Sakura offered as she took out her soul gem out of her hands. 'Aozaki-san got the front seat last week...it's your turn now, Ciel-san, Adashino-san.' and they all witnessed her transformation into a magical girl.

A form-fitting white leotard with a dark brown leather neck cuff and there's her soul gem at the middle, with leather add-on sleeves ending in gloves. There's criss-cross leather belts supporting an apron skirt that only covered the back linking to leather thigh-high boots with bright yellow embroidered piping. She has a yellow mosaic-glass headpiece on the left side of her head like a cap.

Then they teleported to the location of the witch.

Its name was Cassandra. Strange letters only Sakura can read appeared before it. It looked like a veiled screaming skeleton clad in a toga.

'It looks different than last one.' Aoko noted as the Witch trapped them in its barrier, reflecting betrayal and what led to it in a strange caricature and familiars began to spawn.

'Witches always look different. They reflect what drove the Magical Girl to despair.' Sakura informed her. 'Their names reflect thus. This witch's name is Cassandra. make of that what you will.'

'I guess she was trying to tell the truth but nobody believed her till its too late...like the real greek version.' Adashino remarked thoughtfully, quickly analyzing the barrier's appearance. They stayed out of the way for Sakura to fight it with her conjured sword in an environment that was very telling. They figured that the witch's barrier can be based off a lot of things, such as where the girl became a Witch, what their Soul Gem or Grief Seed motifs are or were, what they liked, and/or what their wish was. But Cassandra's feelings were the motif.

And Sakura fights like a Servant, making for a competent magical girl, defeating the witch in ten minutes using her sword skills, acrobatics and energy attacks. She then obtained a grief seed, and Sakura conjured a number of mirrors to determine who needs any. They went straight for the magical girl in question who was getting frantic and scared as her soul gem is almost fully-black, and Sakura quickly stuck a Grief Seed to it. The scared girl saw the hand that had said seed and looked at her.

'You're that rumored rescue girl...' she stammered out. 'Thank you!' she cried gratefully as her soul gem was peach-colored now.

'Remember, I'm in Tokyo until I graduate high school OK?' Sakura reminded her. 'I can't exactly turn down a scholarship. For orphans like me, anything that's free is a sweet deal. So while I'm here, hone your fighting abilities and learn how to save up resources, alright? Only use a Grief Seed when your gem is nearly black. Until then, save up your lifelines. On a note I'm a freshman high schooler so everyone has two years and seven months with me if they got no Grief Seeds in Tokyo.' and she gave the girl five empty Grief Seeds in her possession. 'Our negative emotions make our gems murky until Game Over and we become witches. So no matter what happens, stay strong and positive.'

'Y-yeah...sniff...' the girl sniffled. 'I-it's just that...I was made a fool of...my friends aren't really my friends at all...I overheard them in the changing room after club.' she shook hard in distress, prompting Sakura to keep filling the seed she used. 'Just because I'm rich, they hung around me...I was really a gullible idiot...I was homeschooled all my life until I was in junior high...my wish was for my parents to take it easier on me because I can't leave home...I wanted to go out like everyone can...'

'There are many people like that, kid.' said Aoko, understanding that the sheltered rich girl suffered a betrayal. She seems a really sweet, but naive girl due to being sheltered by well-meaning parents, but in turn it made her vulnerable in the worst way possible. 'That's why you must determine who are your true friends. True friends make you feel like you belong. They pull you up and make you happy while supporting each other. The guys you have are parasites who make use of you until they got what they want and drop you. Parasites never get anywhere in life by themselves so they leech on others till their victims are dried-up husks. So you should ditch them and find better friends.'

'I also recommend a school transfer. You can do many things with magic.' Sakura told the girl. 'We're not limited to our weapons when fighting witches like in our magical girl forms. When just as ourselves, we can use our Soul Gems like magic wands to cast the magic we want to cast, anything goes though there are limits because we definitely are not gods. We can't control life and death nor anyone's free will. Goodness knows use magic as just myself to get things done...you can easily transfer schools that way to have a new start...and no matter what, do not show that you're rich, so you might find true friends in your new school. Make your parasites forget about you first though.'

'Yeah...it'll take me a while to get over this.' the girl mused, still puffy-eyed. 'Being openly-rich if you want friends is bad...huh.'

'Pretty much. '

'Money is the easiest way to know who are bad friends.' Aoko snorted. 'Human greed should not be underestimated.' thanking them, the girl ran off.

'This seed is full now. Her heartbreak is really bad because its her first ever friends of all things.' Sakura mused, holding up the seed. And sure enough, Kyubey appeared. The oval marking on his back opened like a trapdoor to a black hole of sorts, and Sakura dropped the seed in it.

'Gokurosama~'

'Kyubey, these guys want to talk to you.' Sakura told Kyubey and Kyubey looked at the adult women before him.

'Your relatives?' he asked as he showed himself to the adult women when originally, they can't see him.

'Legal Guardians. Just being adults.' said Sakura casually as Aoko grabbed Kyubey like she would a kitten. 'Well, I have to go do my work now so I'll leave you ladies to it, shall I? Still a few more girls to aid.'

'Go ahead.' said Adashino with a smile akin to an excited scientist wanting to dissect a frog as she looked at Kyubey, a being from outer space with incredible powers...the prospect is exciting! 'The inquisition will begin.'

'...huh?' was all Kyubey can say as three women looked at him.

And so...

Sakura was back home, continuing to read her manga in peace.

She only asked questions regarding life as a magical girl and consequences. She didn't care for the universe. She's long dead by then anyway. Perfectly safe!

At around late night?

'Well, that was enlightening.' said Ciel as Kyubey was gone and they began walking away. 'Aliens from outer space called Incubators. Actual habitable planets our technology has yet to find and discover, their kind visited and offered. Yet its all the same. Young girls are contracted and the cycle goes on and on. Their magic is also different from Magecraft due to its nature. Its magic outside Earth so its more powerful with a greater cost.'

'Well, in a way Sakura's right, none of our concern as we die in a hundred years anyway, Entropy's not our problem. Only the Incubators are invested in it since they're immortal thus is gonna face that shit by themselves.' Aoko snorted. 'But still, emotional energy of young girls produce such energy huh?'

'Yes. Well, back when we're kids, we do had occasional tantrums and lashing outs...but to think its used in such a way is intriguing.' said Adashino thoughtfully. 'But its a futile effort. As if a few million girls can make up for how vast the universe is, vast beyond our imagination. We're less than specks.' she said with a derisive snort. 'Scientists saw many universes so far. Some just born, some young, some old. Death is inevitable though it's millions of years from now.'

'Well, kids soon learned being a magical girl isn't like those in anime.' said Aoko. 'Being a magical girl for real, is harder than it looks and either you die for real or you're in for a fate worse than death. And their lives are way shorter as a result. Who knows how far Sakura can go if she's not murdered as she has permanent immunity from Witchification by being smart with her wish at the expense of her actual true wishes. She prioritized living long over temporary pleasures.'

'Well, we have an interesting thing to report back home now.' said Adashino with a sigh. 'Well, Sakura will remain here until her time to enter Clock Tower as she has no fears of becoming a Witch. She is the only one who can heal girls who lack Grief Seeds, but alas, her life can't be tied to them forever.'

They went back to their hotel to discuss the situation further, before coming up with a report to satisfy the higher-ups. That something new happened to their world and actually has been happening for ages when the age of man began judging by the timeline Sakura asked and they would NEVER know, if not for The Fifth stumbling into it by sheer luck.

But Aoko decided to stick around while the other two flew off, because she wants to see this through.

'...so that's why I'm shacking with you for the time being!' Aoko decided to the deadpan-looking Sakura cheerfully.

'...you're taking the couch. This is a 1SLDK Apartment you know.'

'Ehhhh?!'
