Gill flicked his wings, they were finally able to move again. He smiled at Swan, who gave him a large turkey to eat. Gill had swallowed it all up. He glanced at the horizon where the sea kingdom was. He spotted the sea. He wished he could be there, but he also wanted to say thanks to Swan.
Unluckily Swan was out hunting, and she wouldn't be back in half a day.
I wish I could just fly off. I wish I cold just see Coral again, even if that means I have to go back to seeing our dragonets die. I wish I could - Gill shook his head, he couldn't think about that, he needed to go back to the sea kingdom AFTER he had said farewells to Swan.
Gill looked at the horizon again, he lifted his wings slightly and took off into the air. He flew for a while, but then turned and dove back towards the village. He turned and spotted the battlefield. It was there when Gill had arrived. But oddly there were five dragonets on a cliff, surveying the battle grounds.
Then he nearly fell out of the sky in horror, one of them was the dragonet he had been fighting in the arena.
I wonder what she is doing here? Gill watched the SeaWing dragonet intently wishing he could fly over and say hello, but he knew she'd freak out and probably kill him for sure this time.
Gill swooped into the nearby bushes and watched as a green dragonet changed colors and turned brown. She and a MudWing swooped down towards the village.
Maybe I should tell the village of the dragonets? But the dangerous one isn't here, and these two aren't dangerous. Gill remained himself.
He followed them silently, discovered they were looking for Cattail. Gill had met Cattail before, and in his opinion she was aa dragon with foul temper and stupid aroma. But still he followed them towards Cattail's nest.
The MudWing dragonet asked about a blood red egg. Cattail just shrugged and shooed them away.
Gill watched as they started leaving, but then more dragonets joined them and they started chatting. Gill tried moving closer but suddenly Swan appeared behind him, "Burn is searching for the dragonets of destiny. If she sees you, she'll kill you. Go now!"
Gill turned to watch Swan, "are you sure?" Why is Burn trying to kill the dragonets of destiny in such a hurry?
"Stop speaking, go!" Swan pushed him gently, "go back to the Kingdom Of The Sea! Go home!"
Gill nodded in a hurry dashed off in the woods. When he had reached a distance from the village he spread his wings, swooping towards the Sea Kingdom.
Oh, I forgot to say bye. Gill wanted to head back to say bye out of politeness but he knew that he had no time for that, he needed to go home, he needed to go back to Coral.
