For the next few days, Gill talked with the SkyWing and the guard, he wasn't that crazed anymore. With the spy, she would breathe flames that illuminated the cells. He would talk with her about the dragonets and Blister and they would discuss the war. She was a rather furious and ill- tempered, but was still a rather open dragon who wasn't mean towards Gill.

She had told Gill about Coral freaking out about finding him when Gill had slipped his identity to her. "You're really Gill? The Gill? King Gill?" She had whispered in awe, "I mean you're supposed to be very extra dead."

"Yeah I am," Gill had answered, his head raised in a kingly way, "listen, do you know about Coral having a daughter? An egg that might have actually hatched?"

The SkyWing had thought for a long time before answering, "yes, she has a dragonet, little fellow, really adorable. I've met her before. Coral ties her around with this harness, she's probably afraid of loosing her. Her name's Anemone, really small with big eyes and cute little webs."

Then the prisoner had started talking about the dragonet, so apparently she looked like dolphins with watery eyes and a pink-ish tinge. Gill felt proud now, Coral had a daughter. I have a daughter, he realized with a start.

However today, she was fast asleep and the sound of a slamming cell door awoke her. She stood up suddenly, her wings flaring, yellow eyes wide open with surprise and it's usual glint of fury.

Gill looked up from his cell as he spotted the guard stomp over to glare at Gill with narrowed eyes. He had a extra angry look on his face today, his entire body seem to shake with fury as he billowed down the hall towards Gill. He grabbed the key, stomped in next to Gill, giving him a sharp look.

The SeaWing could feel the guard's talons stomping around in the dark, he gave an angry huff. Then without warning, breathed a plume of flame onto one of the torches.

Gill looked up at the SkyWing prisoner in front of him, "what's going to happen to her?" He asked the guard who stared at him with a condescending look.

"I dunno." He snapped and continued fiddling with Gill's chains, finally one of them fell off with a heavy clank on the metal floor.

Gill stretched his free talon, feeling suddenly light as feather. Feeling as though he could drift from one edge of Pyrrhia to the other within seconds. "C'mon, tell me?" He pressed, the guard gave a snort of annoyance, rolling his eyes.

"I said I'm not sure!" He hissed, then whipped his tail around seething, then he stopped, "but yes, I'm pretty sure she's either going to stay down there for the rest of her life of until Burn dies. It could have been worse if she'd been found by Scarlet, straight to be executed in a public square of a crowded town."

Is that what Scarlet does to spies? Chain them up, impale them slowly in front of everybody, dismember them and rip them up in front of little dragonets. Gill shuddered at the thought of it, however, staying here for the rest of her life...that must be horrible. Or even until Burn dies, that's a long time. It could be for aa few more years.

Gill gave the SkyWing prisoner a sympathetic look, she smiled glumly, "at least I'm not going to get ripped open. Besides, I trust Ruby to judge me fairly."

Gill nodded, staring as the last few chains clanked off. The guard grabbed him around the neck, tugging him through the tunnels. "It was good meeting you!" Gill called back to the SkyWing, she replied by breathing a tuft of flame and waving her talon back at him as he disappeared through the tunnels.

When they reached the doors of the dungeon, the guard suddenly stopped, and reached over, so his mouth was nearly touching Gill's ears. "Listen SeaWing, whatever you do in Burn's stronghold, I don't want you to tell Burn that you had made friends with me or with her." He flicked his tail back in the direction of the SkyWing spy.

"Why?" Gill asked silently.

The guard hesitated, then whispered, "she isn't just a spy, she's a assassin spy who works for Blister. Nobody knows this except me and you, and if anybody in Burn's stronghold even hears about it, Burn will come charging through and execute both of us."

Gill raised his eyebrows, "why would she?"

"See, I helped her assassinate a few of Burn's generals for Blister, but Burn doesn't know that, but she does know we are partners. If she hears that you have talked with me, she will take away her alliance and kill all the SkyWings."

Gill nodded glumly again, "oh, okay. I promise I won't."

The guard sent him farewell as Gill was lead away by two other, burly guards. They took him towards the balcony, there, two more SkyWings and a SandWing waited. They glared at Gill with hateful eyes and hissed, "move it slug-legs."

The SandWing leaped into the sky, his dust colored wings spread wide. A guard Gill recognized as Harrier snapped a rope around his neck and growled under her breath, "move it."

Harrier pushed Gill forward, he spread his wings, catching his fall and fell in line with the SkyWings. Harrier tugged the rope and they swooped lower to the ground, catching air currents.

Looking back glumly, whatever was going to happen, he knew he would prefer staying in that dungeon. And I know that whatever Burn has prepared for me, is probably way worse than what Ruby has in mind.
