Disclaimer: I don't own the MARVEL universe unfortunately. This is all just writing for fun.

A/N: Eeekkk! I'm so sorry I'm a day late! I know in Norse Mythology that Freya and Frigga are the same person BUT for the purpose of my story they aren't.

Unstoppable

Chapter 1

The Goddess of Fire

I walked into the Bifrost room to see my older brother, Thor, and our father, Odin, talking.

"Freya does not have enough control over her powers. She should not be coming to stop Loki," Thor practically yelled at our father. This made me instantly angry. I hated that Thor thought I couldn't handle myself.

"If that is truly what you believe Thor, she shall remain here," father said with a nod at Thor. I sped up trying to reach them before Thor left. This was absurd. Thor needed me.

"Thank you father. I shall return with Loki," Thor replied and disappeared in the rainbow flash of the Bifrost. I reached father and he smiled at me.

"This is unfair and you know it. I am perfectly capable of helping with Loki," I spat angrily. He never sided with Thor about these things because he knew I had full control of my powers.

"We shall give him 48 Midgardian hours before you go. I do not plan to keep you here Freya, do not worry," he answered me softly. I relaxed and nodded.

"Thank you father. I shall return when it is time." I started to walk towards Asgard when he replied.

"I expect no less daughter. I shall be waiting."

48 Midgard hours was no time at all on Asgard and therefore I was reentering the Bifrost room in little time.

"I am ready father. Please get me as close as possible. I wish to take as little time as needed and do not want to waste time searching," I said ready with my spear and sword.

"Be safe, my daughter," father said before opening the Bifrost and I was traveling to Midgard. As I arrived I looked around and realized I was in a city.

"I am coming brothers," I said with a grin before I began to walk. I noticed people giving me strange looks, most likely because of the way I was dressed. If only they knew I was here to help them. Suddenly a portal opened in the sky and I watched as Chitauri flew out of it. I growled in frustration knowing that Thor had allowed Loki to even make it that far in his plans. As I watched what looked like a man flew towards the Chitauri and battled with them before there were several explosions between the man and the Chitauri.

"What the hell was that?" I yelled out as I ran in the direction of the beam of blue light that seemed to be powering the portal. Loki was most likely there. As I was running down a street a few Chitauri run up to me. Before I can even react they're struck by lightning and Thor lands in front of me.

"Freya, what are you doing here?" He angrily asks.

"The same as you Thor. I am here to stop Loki," I said motioning towards the pillar of light. He looks behind him for a second before glaring at me again.

"You should not have come. I can handle this," he shook his head.

"Clearly," I laughed and tilted my head to look at him.

"Fine. Come with me." He held out his hand and I took it. Since he knew where we were going it was easier to not remind him I could also fly. We landed on a very tall building where I saw Loki standing over looking the city.

"Loki! Enough of this!" I yelled out to him. He turned and looked surprised.

"Freya?" he asked confused.

"You're acting like a spoiled brat Loki. Enough," I tried to reason with him but I was rolling my eyes the next second when Thor started to yell at him.

"Turn off the Tesseract or I'll destroy it."

"You can't. There is no stopping it. There is only, the war!" Loki yelled back.

"So be it," Thor growled back and I stood back as the two of the began to fight. It always amused me when they fought because it was all so childish. This was more serious but regardless, Loki's motives were childish. As much as I loved both of my brothers they both acted like spoiled brats most of the time. Thor was getting better though.

As I watched them I noticed the Midgardian aircraft fly up the side of the building. I saw two people inside and they were talking. A rather attractive man and a red headed woman. They turned the aircraft and began to shoot at Loki, who had just thrown Thor to the ground. Loki blasted one of the engines and it crashed down.

"Will you two idiots knock it off! The Midgardians are involved now! Remember, they think we're immortal, they'll end up killing you because of their ignorance," I yelled at them. Loki looked at me before he stabbed Thor with his scepter and kicked him off the side of the building.

"LOKI!" I screamed before running at him, hoping Thor had Mjölnir.

"I'm sorry Freya." He looked at me sadly before also stabbing me and throwing me to the ground. Thankfully he didn't try to push me off the building. Instead he jumped onto the back of a passing Chitauri craft and flew away.

"Freya!" Thor called out to me as he landed on the balcony and stumbled slightly because of his wound. I pulled myself up from the ground using my spear to help myself.

"I'm fine Thor. Well, I will be. We need to stop him."

"Let's go," Thor said while holding out his hand for me again. I took it and we flew off the building to land with a small group of Midgardians that had been fighting. I recognized the attractive man from the aircraft that crashed and I was relieved to see he was okay.

"Thor. Who is this?" The other man asked.

"This is my younger sister, Freya. She is the Goddess of Fire, among other things," Thor introduced me. I raised my eyebrow at him. Why among other things and not just tell them. I shrugged as the attractive man nodded at me.

"Nice to meet you," I said.

"Nice to meet you, Clint Barton," he said as he prepared arrows. The other man walked closer to us. He appeared to be the one in charge. He definitely had the demeaner of authority to him.

"I'm Steve Rogers. We need to stop Loki. Are you here to help?" He looked at me expectantly.

"Well I'm not here to help Loki. That's for sure," I shrugged at him. He gave out instructions and we all battled the Chitauri while also attempting to get back to the top of Stark Tower, as I know knew it, to shut down the Tesseract. Thankfully, the red headed woman, Natasha, was able to get up there and had somehow gotten ahold of Loki's scepter. She was walking to shut it down when the man they called Stark came flying into the city with a missile. He flew straight into the portal with it and we could all see the explosion as it collided with the Chitauri ship.

"Oh, thank Odin," I said as all the Chitauri began to crumble to the ground. Their life force apparently directly connected to their ship. We all turned our heads to watch for Stark to come back out of the portal so Natasha could close it. The only problem was he wasn't coming back out. We all looked at each other before Steve said.

"Close it," over some type of communication device he had in his ear. I looked back towards the portal as it began to close and I noticed Stark falling through it just in time.

"Wait! Look!" I pointed and everyone's head whipped back up to the sky. He was falling fast.

"He not slowing down," Thor said as he began to swing Mjölnir.

"You won't get to him on time," I said shaking my head. Suddenly the Hulk came out of no where and grabbed Stark right out of the air. He slammed into the building before falling the rest of the way. He managed to cushion Starks fall and we all ran towards them. The Hulk threw Stark off of himself and stood. As we reached them Thor rolled Stark onto his back and Steve ripped his face shield off. I stood anxiously as Steve checked for signs of life.

"Is he…?" I started to ask before Steve sat back on his heels. "Please say he's not dead."

"I think he might be. That was a far fall," Steve looked at us all with sadness in his eyes. The Hulk bellowed making me jump from the unexpectedness of it. At the same time Stark gasped and took in air.

"Oh!" I exclaimed in excitement.

"What the hell? What just happened?" Stark asked looking around.

"We won," Steve replied after letting out a small chuckle.

"Oh… alright… yay! Alright, good job guys. Let's just not come in tomorrow," Stark said as he figured out exactly what was going on.

"We're not finished yet," Thor said looking back at Stark Tower.

"Thor's right. We need to make sure Loki doesn't escape," I agreed looking at the tower as well.

"Who are you?" Stark asked and I looked down at him before replying.

"Freya, Goddess of Fire, among other things."
