Never Again Ch. 3

Sitting in her dining room, Audrey looked over her brand-new kitchen, it was perfect, a light gray cabinet, almost white quartz countertop, for some color, deep blue tiles as the backsplash. Taking a look around the open space, she couldn't be any happier with how everything turned out, the floors were a nice dark wood, that spanned every room of the house, minus the bathrooms, the walls were a nice cream color, keeping it neutral she wanted to add her pops of color with her décor, curtains, and things, which she felt blended nicely. Deep royal purple, that was the color palette that was through her living space. It wasn't a traditional color, but she wanted to have something that reflected herself, not something boring or sterile.

A knock at the door, refocused her mindset, looking down she was wearing a pair of jeans and t-shirt, wasn't sexy or fancy, but she didn't need to dress up just yet. Checking the peephole, smiling to see Gemma on the other side, opening the door, "Good Morning, Gemma," stepping aside, "please come on in."

Walking through, Gemma looked at the home, it was done beautifully, feminine, but not overly so. "This place looks amazing. You did good." Taking another moment to look at everything, between the pictures on the wall, to the throw on the couch, it was clear that Audrey took pride in her life and home, good, another check off her list.

Observing the girl, Gemma could see that she was looking for answers, "So, baby, what do you need to know?" smiling down at the girl.

Indicating for her to sit, "Coffee?" she asked, figured it would be rude not to offer her anything, but seeing her decline, she sat down near her at the table.

"Kozik asked me out on a date last night, he seems nice enough," unable to stop from biting her lip, "I don't know the first thing about dating someone that's part of a club," looking at the older woman, "I was hoping you can give me realistic expectations, so I don't go in thinking this, but it turns out to be that."

Sitting back, she observed the girl, Smart, asking questions, she wished that Jax would find someone that would take the time to figure out how this works before trying to be apart of it. "Well, for now it's just a regular date baby, nothing more than that." Letting out a sigh, she knew it wasn't going to take long for Kozik to put a claim on her in front of the club, "But what happens after, he's going to want to claim you, in front of his brothers," smirking at her eyes, "meaning, that they aren't going to mess with you, and the club whores on property will give you shit."

Nodding, "What if I don't want to be claimed, what if I don't enjoy our date, and never want to see him again?" worried that there was no way out until he said so. She was in one controlling relationship, there would be no way in hell that she would put up with another.

Chuckling at her, "It's just for his brothers, if you don't want him, you can walk, no harm, but you jump to another brother, you'll probably be treated like a croweater," wanting to make sure that she was aware, only certain circumstances would allow that without repercussions, "and you're far from some kind of whore."

Blushing at her bluntness, "No, I am not a whore." Looking at her, "Can you explain what being claimed is vs being an old lady?" She knew that it was way too soon for all that, but if by some chance this date turned into something more, she wanted to have an idea of what she was getting into.

Pulling out a joint, "Do you mind?" asking before she lit it.

Standing up, she grabbed an ashtray, "Weed is fine, but your cigs, outside please." Putting it down in front of Gemma, sitting back down, she waited for the Queen speak again.

Blowing out the smoke, she eyed the girl, "Simple, claimed is just a way of saying this is my girl, don't touch her, being an old lady, is like marriage, you get a tattoo of their crow with their name. Each couple has their own rules about what happens on the road, and shit like that," giving her a knowing smile, "you want to be his old lady?" she asked, genuinely curious.

Giving her a small smile, she took the joint, taking a small hit, "Not sure, but I don't like not knowing, figured it could be a date, or it could possibly turn into more, you don't know, but I didn't want it to turn into more until I had a better concept of what more meant."

Laughing at her, "You're a smart girl. I can appreciate it." Letting out a sigh, "It's not an easy life, and to be with men like this, you need to know, and sometimes it's the knowing that can mess with you." That was all Gemma was going to say on the matter, until whatever happened with Kozik, she wasn't inside yet, she had to earn her place at the table.

"I won't ask for anything that I'm not ready to know." Hoping that would satisfy Gemma.

"That's good baby." Looking around she could see the backyard, "I'm going to have cig," standing up, she grabbed the ashtray, walking out the sliding doors, smiling at yard that she was standing in, it was beautiful, it had a nice firepit with seating around it, in the far corner was a small garden, "you did good baby."

Praise from Gemma was rare, enjoying the moment, she sat next to her, bullshitting about various things, but by 4pm, Gemma realized that she spent most of her day at the house. Between lunch, and some beers, the ladies bonded. Giving her a swift kiss on her cheeks, "You're a good girl baby. I hope shithead can link this up, I'd love to have you around the clubhouse."

Waving at Gemma as she drove off, Audrey locked her door, and made a beeline to the bathroom, it was time to start preparing, she didn't want to rush around last minute. Taking her time to wash her hair, she let the conditioner sit, wanting her hair to feel smooth. While it set, she used her body salt and scrubbed her skin, followed by her razor, and another pass with the body scrub.

As she finished, she wrapped the towel around her hair and body, stepping out, she made her way over to the vanity, putting smoothing products to keep her hair nice, smelling nice. Looking in the mirror, she made a decision to put her hair in a braid, in case he showed up on his bike.

After getting her hair, and make-up on, she headed towards her closet, grabbing a pair of nice black jeans, and a fitted top tank top with dark royal blue flowers at the bottom. Reaching into her panties, she grabbed the matching panties and bra set, not that she was planning on him seeing it, but if she wanted to, she felt sexy.

By the time she was finished, she heard a knock at the door, grabbing her little purse that crossed her body, and her keys, she peered into the peephole, smiling seeing him on the other side, opening the door, "Hey."

Kozik would be lying if he tried to say he wasn't a bit nervous, but as her door opened, he was stunned, she was always gorgeous, but from the boots to her hair, she was perfection, "You look amazing." He spilled out.

Blushing at him, "Thank you." Taking him in, she could see that he put on a pair of dark wash jeans, and a nice dark blue shirt, of course with his SONs vest, "You look nice too."

Extending his elbow, "Ready pretty girl?" he asked, leading towards his bike. Standing in front of it, he swung himself over, handing her a helmet, waiting for her lock her arms around his waist. "Hold on baby girl."

As he took off, Audrey couldn't help but smile, while it was still a little nerve wracking, she knew that he wasn't going to do anything to hurt his bike, she just happened to be on it, she didn't really care what his reasons were, as long as he drove relatively safe, she'd live.

Going through the turns, she could feel his abs contract, it shouldn't surprise her that he was built, just by his arms, she should have guessed, she'd be lying if she wasn't a little excited, but she was sure that most woman were, until they weren't. Not wanting to think about that, Audrey closed her eyes, and let the night breeze wash over her skin.

He watched her laugh, it was enough to send his blood to a boil, but it was a funny story, he almost felt bad for Half-sac.

Covering her mouth, "He brought a deer head into the club house. I hope he's cute, because he has to have something if he's not smart."

Placing his hand on hers, "I don't know, don't judge men like that pretty girl." Enjoying watching the blush creep up her face, "So, tell me something about yourself, that no one here knows about you." Locking his eyes with hers.

Tilting her head, "Oh, that's easy, I've been away for 10 years, no one knows anything about me." Taking a sip of her water, "During college, I would participate in the fundie run." Smiling at the memory of her doing it every year until graduation.

"Fundie run?" Not really understanding what that was.

Smiling at his confused face, "Wearing nothing more than a cute pair of panties, and a bra with sneakers, the student body would run across the campus."

His eyes looked over her, trying to imagine her running in panties. He couldn't help the image that passed through his mind.

Snorting, "Are you trying to picture it?" she teased. Reaching for her phone, she pulled up some of the pictures, "Here," showing it to him, "Just like running in bikini." Smirking at his face. "I also did the polar plunge." Moving the pictures to that day.

Looking at the image in front of him, she was dressed up like a sexy polar bear, but she was wet, "Did you jump in the lake behind you?" asking, his eyes finding hers.

Putting her phone back in her purse, "Yes. I froze my ass off. But it was for charity." Seeing his face, "So, there you know stuff about me, no one here in Charming knows, minus my sister, because she's, my sister."

Laughing at her, "Well, you seem like a nice quiet girl, but underneath you're a wild child, huh?"

Taking a sip of her beer, "Very much. While I love books, and being quiet, when I need to, I can get loud with the best of them."

"I figured, coming on to the lot to take a swing at Jax, that took some serious balls."

Shrugging her shoulders, "What wouldn't you do for one of your brothers?" Giving him a small smile, pointing to his vest, "Just because I don't have a fancy leather jacket, doesn't mean I don't protect my family."

Smiling at her, "Kutte."

"What?" she asked, unsure what he was saying.

Grabbing the kutte, "This pretty girl, is called a Kutte." Seeing her nod, "And you're right, just because people don't have one, doesn't mean they can't handle their shit." Downing his beer, "Did you miss, when you swung at Jax?" curious to know the story from her side.

Shaking her head, "Nope, he was leaning against the boxing ring, I pulled up, jumped out, grabbed my bat, and swung, I was bringing down on his head, but a giant, that had "nomad" on his Kutte," seeing him smile at the correct word usage, "he caught the bat, and proceeded to pick me up. I kicked him in the chest, he dropped me, and somewhere in all that Clay came out, with Mr. Winston and Opie. Opie held me in a bear hug, and well, Jax was surprised that I was going to do it, but he recognized me, and I think he put two and two together," smiling at the memory of him apologizing to her, "he told me he was sorry for hurting her, and I told him, if he ever looked at her again, I'd come back." Blushing at his face, "I'm just very lucky that he was more understanding than most, and Clay was in a good mood that day."

She could see his face; it was somewhere between impressed or she's insane. "Wasn't my brightest moment taking a shot at the Prince of Charming, but he hurt my sister. Biker or not, you don't get to mess with my family." Taking a deep breath, "But, I'm a lot more aware of how dangerous that was."

He couldn't help but nod, "I'd really appreciate that, don't need to have a heart attack." Taking out the money for the bill, he stood, and walked her out the door, "Want to go to the clubhouse, there's always a party, could be fun?" Hoping she would say yes, he wanted to her to get use to being around the club.

Standing next to his bike, "What are the rules? I mean I'm not your old lady, so if another chick is like wanting to fuck you, do I allow it, do I step in, don't want to over-step here." Holding the helmet.

His eyes went wide with surprise, "You step in. How'd you know?" Curious, when she was younger, did she go to the parties?

Seeing his face, "No, never been to a party, I hung out with Gemma earlier, she gave me a crash course in female biker etiquette, but what she was saying was relationship shit, this is a date, so, didn't know what applied, or not."

"Get on the bike, pretty girl. And you are more than welcome to slap a bitch if she get's too cozy," hoping that she would.

Wrapping her arms around his waist, "I might just do that, but I'm not fucking you tonight, I deserve a few dates before you try to snake your way into my panties."

Barking out a laugh, he gently touched her hands, and took off towards the club house, he was going to claim her in front of the club tonight, and let the bar whores know, that he was coming off the market, he just hoped that the bitches didn't scare her away, they could be petty and catty.

Seeing the lot, butterflies started tickling her stomach, but this was the first test, while she enjoyed her date with Kozik, and she would definitely go on another, if she couldn't cut it in his world, it would never work. Not that she was thinking that it would be a relationship, but Audrey was anything but not prepared for multiple outcomes, it's probably what made her good at her job, as an IT Specialist, cutting through the bullshit, running multiple lines of code at a time.

Kozik swung off, extending his hand to her, he knew that by holding her hand, he was letting people know that she was with him. Smiling when she put her hand in his, pulling her close to his body, he made his way over to the guys, and of course Gemma, and Lyla, he was still surprised about that one, not that Lyla was a bad girl or anything, but he wasn't sure if he could date someone that was getting fucked by others as part of their job.

Letting him drape his arms over her shoulders, she smiled at the group of men that were watching their approach, seeing that everyone she's met was here, including a few others, but it was her eyes locking on the big one, seeing recognition in her eyes, "Oh, um I swear I'm allowed to be here." Momentarily scared.

Quinn looked at Jax, and Clay, seeing that they nodded, "No more bats, right?" he teased. Seeing how Kozik pulled her closer, he figured that his brother was putting a claim on the girl.

Shaking her head, "No, no bats today." Seeing that everyone was watching them, "I'm sorry I kicked you."

Laughing loudly, Quinn stood up, "You know what pint size, I'm gonna forgive you, it was pretty badass." Extending his arms in a gesture of a hug.

Looking up at Kozik, seeing if this broke some code, but she could see him smile, stepping into the man's arms, he engulfed her, "I have my moments." Feeling him let go, "However, I've gotten a little better at reading the room, since then." Moving back towards Kozik, she felt him wrap his arm around her.

Sitting down on the chair, he pulled her into his lap, keeping his hand on her waist, having the Prospect get them a few beers, he enjoyed his girl on his lap, and chatting with the guys, but it didn't go unnoticed that Jax, was watching. Pulling her towards him, he kissed her neck slightly, feeling her freeze a bit, he knew that it wasn't expected. Catching her eyes, he whispered to her, "I need to put my claim, or the others will think your fair game, unless that's what you want."

Shaking her head, "No, I'm good with one biker, thanks." Leaning down she kissed his lips, gently. "But I'm going to talk with Gemma now. You talking about bikes, is not stimulating my brain." Getting up, she heard him laugh.

Making her way to the table where Gemma was sitting with a bleach blonde, "Hey, do you ladies mind if I sit, they are talking about knuckleheads and shit, I checked out."

Lyla smiled and moved over, "I'm Lyla, I'm dating Opie," giving her a big smile, "you and Kozik?"

Sitting down, taking a hit off the joint, "Seems so. After dinner, he wanted me to come to the clubhouse," looking at Gemma, "I think he wants to know how I'll do."

Downing her beer, "Yeah, they all think they are so slick. Dumbasses."

The woman couldn't help but laugh at that, they chatted for God knows how long, but like all good things, whores always have to ruin the night.
Standing up to grab another beer, Audrey was stopped by a very strung-out looking bitch, "Excuse me." Making an attempt to walk around the bitch but was pushed back for her troubles.

"You aren't his old lady, bitch." Shoving her a bit again.

Letting out a sigh, her eyes found Gemma, and what she got back was very clear, beat her ass. Not even bother to have a conversation, Audrey balled up her fist and brought across her jaw, dropping her down, as the woman hit her knees, she brought her boot heel up and cracked her face into the pavement. Holding her down by her boot heel, she leaned down a bit, speaking into her terrified eyes, "I may not be his old lady, but I'm not the bitch you want to fuck with." With another swift kick, she stood and stepped over the woman, turning towards Gemma, and Lyla, "Another beer?"

Gemma stood up and walked over the woman now curled up on the floor, wrapping her arms around her, kissing her temple, "Good job baby." Her eyes finding the men watching the whole scene, "Seems like you impressed the boys."

Her eyes finding Kozik's, giving him a wink. "That's not hard, have tits, you're the one that I have to impress." Looking behind her she could see that one of the other bitches were peeling her friend off the pavement, "Is that something I'll deal with a lot of if I stick around?" she asked as they headed towards the inside bar.

Walking passed the men, "Yup, but once you curb stomp enough, they stop, for the most part. Right now, you're new, they are challenging you." Reaching into the cooler, they leaned against the ring.

Letting out a sigh, "That's annoying. But" taking a big sip, "at least I'll have an outlet for my violent tendencies." She teased.

Kozik's pants were tight, it was good to see that she could hold her own with the croweaters, his eyes watched her and Gemma as they walked and leaned against the ring, it was Clay that brought him back to the present.

"You claiming her?" he asked, as lit his cigar.

Without missing a beat, "Hell yeah. That's my girl." His eyes finding a very annoyed Happy, and Jax. Standing up, he made his way over the woman, staring at her, "Let's go home." Grabbing her hands, he smiled as she laughed, and yelled goodbye towards Gemma as he pulled her thought the lot.

It didn't take long for them to get to her place, jumping off his bike, "Let me guess, your brothers are expecting you to pound my brains into the bed?" she teased.

Giving her a smile, "Yeah, something like that."

Shaking her head, "You can crash here, but let me be clear, you get too handsy, I'm beating your face." With that she led him into her house.
He couldn't help but laugh, watching her grab some clothes to sleep in, and catching a pair of basketball shorts.

After she cleaned off her face, she put her gym shorts and tank top on, and found him waiting to use the restroom, "I put out a spare toothbrush." Walking around him, she settled into the bed, it didn't take long for him to come out, she watched him put his jeans, shirt, and kutte nicely on the dresser.

Sliding in the bed next to her, "I'm going to hold you, so get over that." Pulling her close to his chest, wrapping his arm around her, smiling, he was in bed with his girl, this was something that he was going to get use to.

Tossing her arm over his chest, "Night Kozik."

Kissing her forehead, "Night pretty girl."
