"Cowabunga!" LJ cheered.

"That's so 90's..." Bart rolled his eyes slightly as they took off to the streets of Springfield.

"What can I say? It was a pretty awesome era," LJ replied. "So, where are we headed to first?"

"Let's see what we got." Bart nodded as he skateboarded along while LJ hoverboarded.

Both boys looked around before passing by Springfield Elementary School.

"Next," Bart rolled his eyes at that. "Around down here though is Moe's Tavern... Dad's favorite hangout and my personal favorite place to prank phone call." he then pointed out the incoming bar.

"You punks are allowed in, but if you're under 21, the drinks are root beer, but for all of youse over 21, it's just plain beer." The grouchy and old bartender said from the door as they passed by.

"Nice guy." LJ commented dryly as they passed by the bar, as well as a music shop and a television store.

They passed a few citizens along the way as well, including Helen Lovejoy who had bags from shopping, Apu's wife Manjula and their eight children who were octuplets, Comic Book Guy, Disco Stu, The Crazy Cat Lady, Rich Texan, and even Chief Wiggum, and Hans Moleman appeared to be trying to coming out of a manhole cover as they rode by.

"This is the route I usually take after school when I gotta write on the chalkboard." Bart told LJ as they continued along the town.

"Ah, okay." LJ nodded as they skated over a manhole cover.

"Hey, Bart!" called a blue-haired, bespectacled boy with a large nose. "I think I might be able to come to your birthday party this weekend!"

"Oh, cool, Milhouse." replied Bart as he and LJ ground to a halt.

"It's gonna be great, I just know it!" Milhouse said before he looked over at LJ. "Say... Who's this? You make a new best friend?"

"Lisa's pen pal's brother," Bart replied. "He's pretty cool so far. LJ, that's Milhouse. I dunno if Lees talks about him in her letters, but he hangs around me all the time." he then explained to the other boy.

"Ah... Milhouse," LJ nodded. "One of the letters Zo got mentioned a kid with glasses constantly pining over Lisa."

"That's me!" Milhouse exclaimed proudly. "...But it wasn't always that way."

"Hey, dingus!" said a lanky kid with a skull shirt and a purple beanie as he came up and grabbed Milhouse by his underwear. "Wedgie alert!"

"Augh! No! Come on!" Milhouse cried out.

"A bully, huh?" LJ glared.

"Yeah, that's Jimbo," Bart replied. "He's been in elementary school for a looong time."

"Yeah, I can see why," LJ remarked dryly. "Okay, overbite, put 'im down real gentle-like and scoot. I'm sure there's a brick wall you haven't decorated with graffiti."

Bart stepped back slightly.

"Oh, yeah?" Jimbo scoffed as he grabbed a hold of Milhouse suddenly.

"Uh, Jimbo, can you not pull as hard this time?" Milhouse spoke up nervously. "I nearly had to go to the hospital last time you did this-"

"Shut it, dingus!" Jimbo glared at the blue-haired boy. "Unless you wanna end up on the flagpole like we did to Martin Prince earlier."

"I'm gonna tell you again, just one more time," LJ explained to Jimbo. "Put Milhouse down, and quit giving him a hard time."

"Yeah? What're you gonna do about it unless you wanna be next?" Jimbo scoffed as he grabbed Milhouse rather eagerly. "You don't scare me, Shrimpy."

"I'll do better than tell you." LJ responded as he did some stretches before giving Jimbo a flick in the nose and knocking him right on his butt.

"Argh!" Jimbo grunted and yelped once he landed.

Milhouse then quickly rushed to hide behind Bart for protection.

"Oh, that's it, kid! I dunno how you did that so quick and easy, but you are NOT gonna do it again." Jimbo glared once he got back up and soon began to look like he was seriously about to strangle LJ.

"Really now? Well, let's just see about that!" LJ retorted as he began doing some stretches like he was warming up.

"Come 'ere, you!" Jimbo snarled as he suddenly lunged right out at LJ.

Bart and Milhouse soon rushed out of the way before they could get hurt as Jimbo began to snatch LJ.

"Hope you kissed your mommy and daddy goodbye one last time cuz you're not gonna do it in Hell!" Jimbo snarled at LJ as he grabbed the smaller boy.

"Leap-frog!" LJ shouted as he reached behind Jimbo's back and yanked his underwear over his head. "EE-YOINK!"

"YAAAUGH!" Jimbo cried out.

Bart and Milhouse both winced as that looked pretty painful.

"That's probably the most crippling wedgie I've ever seen." Bart remarked.

"I've had those before and I was in the hospital for two months," Milhouse added. "That looks worse than Nelson's."

LJ climbed out of Jimbo's grasp and brushed himself off. "Now, get lost, kid, you bother me." he scoffed coolly.

Jimbo groaned and soon limped away as he looked very much in pain and even felt humiliated.

"Wow! Kid, that was awesome!" Milhouse said to LJ out of amazement. "Do you have superpowers or something? You could be better than Bartman!"

"Whoa! Hey... Let's not get crazy now." Bart spoke up to his best friend about that last part.

"Look, I'm just trying to lend a hand, man," LJ told Milhouse. "Sticking up for the little guys is my thing."

"That was still pretty awesome!" Milhouse replied. "Bart does that for me all the time."

Bart soon smirked, looking rather smug.

"At least... He used to..." Milhouse then added before Bart's smile quickly disappeared.

"Whaddya mean?" LJ asked. "Let's walk and talk about it, if that's cool."

"Ah, don't worry about it. Milhouse is just talkin' crazy." Bart said, covering the blue-haired boy's mouth.

Milhouse muffled and pouted before glaring at Bart slightly.

"Besides, we got a tour to do, right? Right," Bart then continued. "Now Milhouse, do you have anything else interesting to add before we move along?"

"Uh... Well..." Milhouse muffled before he put Bart's hand down a little. "I heard that Itchy & Scratchy have a new movie coming out along with a graphic novel tie-in at The Android's Dungeon and that Green Day is gonna be doing a concert in town later." he then revealed.

"That sounds great," Bart nodded before looking at LJ. "C'mon, LJ. Let's load you up on some comics."

"Okay! I do like comics!" LJ declared as he tied on a bandana around his neck. "Let's blast through, with Sonic Speed!"

"Now you're talkin'!" Bart cheered as he took off on his skateboard. "Let's rock, my man!"

Milhouse frowned a little as Bart ignored him a little. LJ glanced at Milhouse and gave him a nod before they left for The Android's Dungeon and Baseball Card Shop. The three boys soon walked inside and began to explore.

"Now you can truly have a great experience like Radioactive Man." Bart told LJ.

Comic Book Guy glanced over from behind his counter. "Oh, a newbie, huh?" he then asked LJ. "Well, I've got all the greats from Ant-Boy all the way down to Princess Zanda. Perhaps you'd like an underrated and misunderstood hero like Hancock who is the world's greatest superweapon though he is a drunk jerk to the people he saves played by The Shark Tale fish that slapped Marty the Zebra?" he then offered, showing various comic book covers, even one that had a crossover between the two Dreamworks' movies: Madagascar and Shark Tale.

"I'm alright with Sonic the Hedgehog, Bucky O'Hare, Shazam, or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles." replied LJ.

"You have pretty unique tastes, I'll respect that." Comic Book Guy remarked.

"I don't think I've heard of Bucky O'Hare." Milhouse said to LJ while Bart decided to get his usual comic books.

"Oh, his series didn't last too long," LJ explained. "Not to mention, the cartoon only lasted a season due to Hasbro not stocking up on enough of the toys for stores. Long story."

"Oh..." Milhouse blinked. "Like Littlest Pet Shop?"

"Ahem?" Bart cleared his throat firmly with narrowed eyes.

"Not like I watched that show or anything, Bart..." Milhouse grinned nervously. "That's for girls and wusses."

"Uh-huh," Bart rolled his eyes. "Milhouse, you're probably gonna turn 11 someday, but maybe one day you'll join me up there."

"I will! Really!" Milhouse cried out. "You can trust me, Bart!"

"Let's see about that, shall we?" Bart warned.

"We will! Really!" Milhouse begged. "We're best friends forever and you know it! Who else is there for me with my parents' game of charades they call marriage?!"

"That... Really sounds like a lot of issues," LJ commented. "But, I digress."

"Hmph..." Bart rolled his eyes as he took a look at the Itchy & Scratchy graphic novel that was there, flipping a couple of pages back and forth to make it look like the cat and mouse duo were smashing each other in the mallet just like in the cartoon series. "Just not the same as on Krusty the Clown."

"Don't worry, Bart. We still have the movie." Milhouse gently reminded his friend.

"Hopefully it's better than that one with Michael Jackson and Dustin Hoffman." Bart replied.

"Celebrity cameos?" LJ asked.

"Yeah. Lisa says they didn't use their real names, but you could tell it was them," Bart nodded. "I couldn't see that movie right away cuz I was grounded around then."

"Ah, gotcha," LJ responded as he looked through the comic book. "Well... I feel like these Itchy and Scratchy characters are more suited for short films rather than full-length features. I mean, the whole 'mouse terrorizing cat' deal can only go for a few minutes before it starts to bore people. What I'm saying is, don't mess with a good thing."

"You almost sound like Dad." Bart commented.

"Yeah?" asked LJ. "...Are you sure?"

"Eh, he's not crazy about TV shows getting movies most of the time when we can just watch the show at home for free and not going out and paying to see a movie about it," Bart explained. "He's kinda funny like that."

"I guess that makes sense," LJ shrugged. "I mean, I'd be down for a TV show getting a movie adaptation as long as it does something bigger or more interesting than the TV series itself usually does. Y'know, give them a reason... Like, maybe for this Itchy and Scratchy film, the situation could be that a bigger threat comes along that puts all of their cartoon civilization at risk, forcing Itchy and Scratchy to realize that bigger things matter besides their rivalry and have to work together to save themselves and their world."

"Feels like you're reading into this a little too much." Bart snarked slightly.

"I think LJ makes a pretty good point," Milhouse soon said only for Bart to give him a look. "...Though he could be reading too much into it, ya know." he then decided to say so Bart would still be his friend.

"I'm just saying, if I was gonna go see a movie based on a TV show, I'd wanna get my money's worth from the experience," LJ said as he paid for the comics and some action figures.

Comic Book Guy accepted LJ's money and soon got the comics and action figures ready.

"Eh... What do I know? I'm not a movie maker." Bart shrugged in response.

"Might I compliment you on your perception of wasted perfectly good plots and better ideas than what most filmmakers nowadays come up with despite years of experience?" Comic Book Guy asked LJ. "Worst. Potential. Ever."

"Thanks, sir." LJ responded as he collected his wares before the trio left the store.

Comic Book Guy nodded as Bart and Milhouse continued to do what they were doing for a while longer.

"You want any snacks, dude?" Bart asked LJ as he stepped out. "I know a good supplier for Butterfingers."

"Hmm... Okay," LJ replied. "Sounds good t'me."

"Sweet. I think you and I are gonna get along just fine, though I get along with everybody." Bart smirked as he tried to sound boastful.

Milhouse just rolled his eyes at his friend's arrogant behavior, but didn't say much against it as they continued onwards.

"Come on, buddy. I got more cool places to show ya." Bart told LJ.

"Then lead the way, muchacho." LJ told him as they took off on the rest of their Tour of Springfield.

Bart nodded as he soon continued to show LJ around.

Milhouse began to follow, though he looked deep in thought. "...Bart's my best friend and I'm his, but does he really care about me or is he just using me? ...Sometimes I think about this and what it would be like if we weren't friends..." he then said to himself.

"Hey, Milhouse! You comin' or what?!" Bart called out as he rode off with LJ.

"I'm coming, Bart!" Milhouse soon called back and answered his own question as he took off after the other two boys. "One of these days... I'll prove myself to really be Bart's friend... Maybe... Hopefully..." he said to himself as he kept up after Bart and LJ, but only time could tell how long it would last.

"Okay then, Bart," LJ said as he did a mid-air spin on his jetboard. "Where we headed to next?"

"And maybe we could get something to eat?" Milhouse suggested. "All this running around town is making me hungry."

"Let's see what we got here," Bart said as he looked around. "Well, there's Zesty's Pizza, Krusty Burger, The Community Center, The Frying Dutchman..." he then began to point out places to eat for LJ and Milhouse, though mostly LJ.

"Hmm... Pizza sounds good," LJ responded. "Especially right now."

"Then let's get some pizza and then maybe we can show you a good time like The Itchy & Scratchy movie later tonight." Bart chuckled and put his arm around LJ in excitement.

"Me too, right, Bart?" Milhouse said as he popped up between the other two boys hopefully.

"Uh, yeah. Sure. You too, Milhouse." Bart replied to the blue-haired boy.

"Alrighty then!" LJ nodded as they headed to Zesty's Pizza and Subs.

"I come here sometimes," said Bart when they arrived at the place. "It's nothing out of this world, but it's at least better than Luigi's."

"Luigi's?" LJ asked.

"Yeah, it's this place run by this guy who basically talks like an Italian stereotype," Bart shrugged. "He's kinda rude to his customers, and his food bites."

"Got it, don't go to Luigi's." LJ nodded as they went into the eatery.

"Good." Bart nodded at LJ.

Milhouse watched as Bart and LJ began to bond as they went inside the pizza shop.

"Welcome to Zesty's Pizza and Subs!" A squeaky-voiced teenager greeted. "Can I interest you in our cheese only calzones?"

"I'll take five slices of cheese pizza, please," LJ responded.

"Coming right up!" The teenager wheezed.

"Pepperoni, easy on the sauce." Bart added.

"I should probably take it easy and watch my cholesterol." Milhouse said thoughtfully.

Bart rolled his eyes slightly. "You on a vegan diet or something?" he then asked.

"Well, no, but Mom wants me to be careful these days." Milhouse explained wearily.

"Nothing wrong with that." LJ responded with a shrug before he put a 10 dollar bill on the counter.

The teenager nodded as he accepted LJ's money and soon went to put out their pizza orders.

"This is gonna be awesome," Bart told LJ. "It'll be the best pizza of your life."

"We'll see about that," LJ responded. "I've had some pret-ty good pizza."

"Again, be glad it's not Luigi's." Bart replied.

"So you've said." LJ nodded as they soon went to sit down and wait.

"So LJ, do you live far from here? You must have some pretty good stories... Unless you don't feel like talking..." Milhouse said nervously. "I'm trying to be more outgoing nowadays."

"Hey, I got stories to spare," LJ responded. "And yeah, I live in this town called Greendale. Nice little burg for sure."

"Greendale, huh?" Milhouse commented. "Isn't that that weird place where weird mysteries happen with monsters and such?"

"I think that's Riverdale, Milhouse." Bart told his friend.

"Oh, right. I knew that." Milhouse said then.

"Sure ya did." Bart smirked a little.

"Well, that kinda stuff happens in both towns," LJ explained. "But yeah... One time, we went to San Fransokyo and met Big Hero 7! Trust me, they are AWESOME!"

"Big Hero 7?" Bart asked curiously.

"Oh, I think I've heard of those guys," Milhouse added. "Don't they hang around that giant marshmallow robot?"

"Baymax, yes," nodded LJ. "Dude knows his healthcare, and his combat."

"I wish I had a giant robot friend..." Milhouse pouted. "Also like that kid with The Iron Giant."

"Maybe someday, but probably not." Bart shrugged.

"Hm..." Milhouse frowned thoughtfully.

A girl appeared to be passing by the pizza place as the boys were about to eat as she thought she saw something familiar. "Milhouse...?" she then wondered quietly, but then decided not to disturb the boys.

"Cheers, fellas," Bart soon said as he lifted up his soda cup. "To a brand new adventure and making new friends."

"Cheers." LJ nodded as he raised his soda cup full of root beer.

"Cheers." Milhouse added as he lifted up his cup of water.

Soon, LJ, Milhouse, and Bart clinked their cups and glasses together before taking a great big drink and began to get ready to eat. Outside the window was a girl with long wavy light brown hair and braces on her teeth, wearing a white blouse, a sea green dress, white socks, and sea green Mary Janes. Milhouse blinked because he thought he felt someone watching him as he turned around before shrugging as no one was there. The girl outside the window had ducked down on the window before looking back inside at Milhouse one last time and soon walked off, not seen by any of the boys as they ate their pizza together.

"You okay, MH?" LJ asked after a few bites. "You seemed kinda spaced out for a second there."

"I... I dunno," Milhouse replied. "For a second, I felt like someone was watching me."

"That is quite curious." LJ commented as he ate some more.

"It was probably Nelson," Bart guessed with a shrug. "He has a habit of showing up whenever you don't want him to."

"I hope not..." Milhouse pouted as they soon continued to eat their pizza.

The brown-haired girl peeked out the window a bit again as she continued to wander through Springfield on her own.

"Well, what'd I tell ya, LJ?" Bart asked his new friend. "Is this good pizza or is this good pizza?"

"It IS good pizza!" nodded LJ after he swallowed his next bite. "You called it, man."

"What can I say? I know good pizza." Bart chuckled.

Soon after, the pizza was polished off and the boys headed back to the house. The brown-haired girl watched Milhouse leave with Bart and LJ as she kept hiding rather mysteriously.

Back at The Simpsons household, David and Maggie appeared to be playing on the floor together as a show called The Happy Little Elves was on TV.

"Looks like if we plan accordingly, we can make the earliest showing if we leave with the kids at the door right away in time for that Green Day concert to all those who wanna go," Cherry said as she began to look at a newspaper for listings for The Itchy & Scratchy movie. "Plus there are showings for a documentary on Kamp Krusty, a biographical movie for some dude named Troy McClure, and Invasion of the Spotlight Stealers with aliens called Kang and Kodos."

"Alright, sounds pretty good to me," nodded Lionel. "The sooner we leave, the more of the concert we can get in."

"So we should probably make sure the kids come here and we'll get ready in about five minutes and then we can hit the road," Cherry then suggested. "This should be interesting and a bit of a new adventure. This already feels, unlike anything I've been through before up until this point of my life."

"It does, doesn't it?" Lionel asked. "Hopefully it's a bit more interesting as a result."

"Maybe after our outing with The Simpsons family," Cherry nodded. "Should at least be interesting."

Bart and LJ soon came through the front door.

"Go ahead and use the bathroom and get your money, kids," Cherry soon said to them. "We're going to the movies."

"Now if people would only make a movie about us." Bart smirked smugly.

"Who knows? A movie about the Simpsons could be interesting, at least," LJ responded coolly. "Also, we're back from our Tour de Springfield; it was fun."

"I'm glad you had fun," Cherry nodded. "Now go get your money and anything else you need together so we can go to the movie."

"Sure, Mom." LJ nodded as he went to get ready.

Lisa and Zofia soon came downstairs together.

"You and Bart doing okay?" Zofia asked her brother as she was already bonding well with Lisa.

"Yeah, he's alright," nodded LJ. "But I can't help but notice a bit of a disconnect between him and one of his friends, this kid named Milhouse."

"Lisa's mentioned Milhouse a bit in her letters," Zofia remarked. "I wouldn't worry about him though... But I do find it odd how he has a crush on Bart's younger sister... But hey... Crushes happen," she then shrugged. "Some people can be soulmates with a woman being six years older than the man and there's no shame in that."

Cherry and Lionel then suddenly passed by each other by the stairs while getting ready as though to visually allude to something that Zofia just said.

"I'm glad you had fun with Bart though." Zofia then said to LJ.

"Yeah, he was alright," LJ nodded. "So how was it hanging around with Lisa?"

"Very nice so far," Zofia smiled warmly. "We're exchanging books. She's showing me Angelica Button and I'm showing her Amphibia: The Tales of Anne Boonchuy," she then pouted about her favorite graphic novel series. "I'm just sad that the third book coming out soon will be the last..."

"Well, you know they couldn't keep it going forever," LJ responded. "And this was the plan. But who knows? Maybe the last book will leave things open for a continuation somewhere down the line."

"Yeah, that's true," Zofia nodded. "Still, I'm having a good time with Lisa."

"Good to know, Sis," LJ smiled. "It's good to see you making new friends."

"Likewise, Brother." Zofia smiled back.

Soon, the kids continued getting ready and soon, two families made it over to the movie theater to see the new Itchy & Scratchy movie which appeared to take place in outer space. As the spacecraft landed on the moon, Scratchy disembarked and set foot on the rocky terrain. Itchy stood proudly with a flagpole as the cat approached.

"We come in peace for cats and mice everywhere," Scratchy said confidently... Before Itchy uprooted the flagpole and began to violently stab him with it, before he began beating him over the head with it. The last hit broke the cat's space helmet, the pressure causing his eye to inflate.

"HA-HAHAHAHAHAA!" Itchy cackled before he went back to the spacecraft, and headed back to Earth.

The kids in the audience of course laughed at the slapstick caused by Itchy against Scratchy while some adults looked horrified and disturbed.

On the front page of "The Washington Post" said, "Mouse Hero Returns, Did Everything To Save Cat". Itchy was honored and even given a parade in his honor.

"Hey, how you doing? Good to see you. Thanks for coming out." Itchy smiled at his fellow rodent admirers.

Soon, Itchy became president after running against Hilary Clinton and soon lived at The Whitehouse, happily eating cheese in victory until he hear a voice calling to him.

"Itchy... Itchy..."

Itchy soon turned around and looked at the moon with binoculars and before seeing Scratchy stranded on the moon and held up a sign that said "I'm telling". This caused Itchy to panic with bug eyes and soon tried to think of what to do to save himself as his children were at play, he had meetings, and soon, he suddenly had an idea. He targeted nuclear missiles and covered his eyes as he pushed the button to make it look like an "accident", sending them straight to the moon. Scratchy screamed at the sight of the missiles as his mouth was open wide enough to take them all and caused him to bloat up quickly before one final missile arrived and a shoe came out of it to kick the cat, causing him to explode and be grotesquely dismembered.

"Boring!" Homer complained as he stood up from his seat.

"Dad, we can't see the movie." Lisa complained.

"I can't believe we're paying to see something we get on TV for free," Homer glared in annoyance. "If you ask me, everybody in this theater is a giant sucker. Especially YOU!" he then added, pointing right in front of him.

"Uh... You invited us to come here, Homer." Cherry spoke up dryly and cynically as she sat with Lionel and her own kids.

"Oh," Homer shrugged. "What a giant rip-off! I spent money on something I could've seen at home!"

Cherry and Lionel blinked, glanced at each other, then began to watch the rest of the movie. Bart and Lisa laughed at the cartoony cat and mouse slapstick while Zofia began to look a little uncomfortable.

"Come on, Zofia! It's funny!" Lisa smiled at the other girl.

"Hmm..." Zofia paused thoughtfully. "I'm not sure if Itchy & Scratchy is for me."

"Aw, come on! Don't be one of those adults on the internet who complain about cartoons being mean-spirited or torturing characters for no reason!" Bart scoffed and rolled his eyes. "Get a life, people on the internet. It's just a cartoon."

"Right..." Zofia said softly as she looked unsure about that.

"Dude, I'm not that into it either." LJ responded.

"Meh... Everybody's a critic." Bart rolled his eyes.

"It stinks!" A man from the audience shouted out.

"Especially that guy." Bart then added.

"...Frag it, man," LJ rolled his eyes as he got up and left the theater.

"Spoilsports." Bart shrugged.

Zofia soon decided to leave too before she walked over to Homer and Marge. "Thank you for inviting us out to the movie, Mr. and Mrs. Simpson." she then said.

"You're welcome, dear," Marge smiled warmly. "Maybe we'll see you at the concert?"

"Maybe," Zofia said, feeling a little unsure before she then shrugged. "I just think I should keep a close eye on my brother."

"If that's what you feel is best." Marge responded as Zofia left the theater.

Outside, LJ was fuming to himself until he saw Zofia coming. "Hey, Zozo," he said as he went to her. "Are you okay?"

"Oh, I'm fine... Are you okay?" Zofia replied. "I know Bart's kind of a hothead and a bit difficult... But surely you'll be okay, right?" she then asked as she checked on him.

"When he basically started busting on how you felt, something about that just made me mad." LJ responded.

"Yeah... I'm a little mad too..." Zofia sighed and frowned. "It's a bit sad that most people don't see cartoons or media as art like I do and sometimes you too. I think Mother said the same thing happened to her when she was younger until she met Father."

"Besides, I got a feeling that it was just more of the same with Itchy and Scratchy: cat minding business, mouse feels sadistic, mouse eviscerates cat, rinse and repeat," LJ responded. "Basically Herman and Katnip, but with blood and gore."

"Good thing Tom and Jerry worked out their differences with Uncle Atticus's dog Patch," Zofia commented before she patted LJ's shoulder a little. "It's good to see someone else sees that though and understands... Sometimes I'm worried I'm too mature and sophisticated for my own good."

"Hey, somebody has to be mature and sophisticated," replied LJ. "It balances the rest of us out... Still, it doesn't hurt to find a balance between being a kid for ya, y'know? Don't wanna grow up too fast."

"You're right... Be mature in good situations, but don't let it make you a snob... That's what Mother says." Zofia nodded in response.

"Works for me," nodded LJ. "So don't let anybody get in your head or make you feel bad about yourself."

"I'll try not to," Zofia replied. "I just wonder if this is why I barely have any friends."

"If people don't wanna be your friends, then it's their loss," responded LJ. "Besides, you're pretty cool yourself."

"Aww... Thank you..." Zofia beamed. "That makes me feel good... Especially since... Well... I tend to act like I'm better than you sometimes because I think I'm so mature." she then pouted.

"I admit it gets annoying sometimes, but as long as you try and ease up on it, then I don't really mind," LJ responded. "And besides, your real friends are out there somewhere. All part of knowing where to look!"

At that moment, the movie let out and the moviegoers exited the theater.

"You're right..." Zofia nodded before looking over.

The Simpsons family and their parents soon joined LJ and Zofia.

"Hey... How was the rest of the movie?" Zofia asked.

"Still not as good as the one with Dustin Hoffman and Michael Jackson." Lisa commented.

"I still need to look into that last one cuz I don't even believe that it happened," Cherry remarked to herself before she looked over. "You kids okay though?"

"Yeah, we're alright," LJ responded calmly. "How about you guys?"

"Wasn't the same without you two, but I'm very proud of you for comforting each other." Cherry replied.

"Thank you, Mother." Zofia beamed at her mother's approval.

"It's more than I can say about most brothers and sisters." Cherry then murmured with a glance toward Bart and Lisa.

"Quit it!" Lisa yelled at Bart, who was prodding the air around her.

"Quit what? I'm not touching you!" Bart retorted smugly. "I'm just touching the air~!"

"I see your point." Lionel nodded.

Cherry sighed and rolled her eyes. "Anyway... Let's go check out this concert," she soon said. "Let's hope this cheers you kids up a little."

LJ and Zofia shared looks before they shrugged, wondering what sort of experience the concert would bring them.

Later that night, they soon went to Springfield Lake where Green day was playing a certain song that sounded like a theme song to a cartoon show. Mrs. Krabappel sat on Principal Skinner's shoulders before ripping open her jacket to show a T-Shirt that read "Not My Boyfriend" with an arrow pointing down.

"Excuse me. My heinie is dipping." Comic Book Guy said as the crowd carried him.

The crowd groaned in disgust and soon dropped him down to the ground.

"This music doesn't beat classical, but it's all right." Zofia commented.

"It's definitely no Bleeding Gums Murphy." Lisa nodded.

"DA-DA-DA, DADA-DA-DA, DA-NANANA..." sang Billie Joe Armstrong before holding the microphone to the crowd.

"DA-NANANANA, DADADADA!" The crowd shouted.

"Alright, thanks for coming," said Billie Joe Armstrong. "We've been playing for 3½ hours! So we'd like just a minute of your time to talk about...the environment!"

Of course, the people of Springfield didn't like that one bit. In fact, they hated it so much that they began booing, hissing, and throwing things!

"Dingus!" Otto called out.

"Oh, you suck!" Carl added. "Shut up and play!"

"Preachy!" Barney yelled as he yelled a beer bottle.

"We're not being preachy." Mike Dirnt defended.

"But the pollution in your lake, it's dissolving our barge!" Tré Cool added as he looked down at the lake as it began to poke a hole in as acidic water leaked through and began to melt through their barge.

However, the crowd continued to boo and complain to the band.

"I thought they touched on a vital issue." Lisa remarked.

"I thought so too." Zofia agreed.

"I beg to differ." Moe told the girls before tossing a rock in the air.

The rock then went flying, zipped through Tré Cool's drum, then hit him in between his legs, causing him to let out a screechy gasp.

Soon, the water got to be too much and it now looked like the band was going to drown in the disgusting and toxic lake.

"Is it always like this?" Zofia asked.

"It's worse than I remember," Lisa frowned out of worry. "We have to do something and I trust you to help since you're the first person around here, even if you're only visiting, to understand me."

"Gentlemen, it's been an honor playing with you." said Billie Joe Armstrong as he and his bandmates took out violins and started playing them.
