At the tavern, Latina was helping out by delivering food to the tables.

"Thanks for all of your help, Latina," said Rita as the young girl returned to the counter to talk with her and Kenneth.

"Rita still needs rest, so I'll help out more," said Latina with a smile.

"Just don't overwork yourself, you're still a kid," said Kenneth.

"Right," said Latina with an even bigger smile. The door then opened as Dale walked in.

"Dale!" said Latina while running over.

"Welcome back," she said as she gave him a hug.

"It's good to be back," said Dale as he picked Latina up to carry her back to the counter where he sat her down on one of the chairs.

"Looks like you are getting stronger, it only took you three days this time around to finish the mission," said Kenneth.

"They were closer to the city this time, only a day and a half out and we had a larger group in the subjugation team this time around," said Dale.

"It's great that you were able to defeat them so fast, but it's a little concerning that they were that close to the city," said a worried Rita. Latina meanwhile was looking at the three adults with a worried expression.

"Excuse me, can I get another bear?" asked a customer.

"Just a second," said Latina while getting down to get a mug. Later that night as Dale and Latina were getting ready for bed.

"Dale, are we going to leave here?" asked Latina who had stopped calming her hair in order to look over at Dale.

"What do you mean, Latina?" asked Dale who was a little surprised by her question.

"You said that some bad people were close to this town, and Kenneth and Rita looked scared when you were talking about it earlier," said Latina.

"My friends and I managed to deal with them, so there's no need to leave," said Dale as he hugged her to try and comfort the young Devil girl.

"Who were they, and why were they hurting people?" asked Latina.

"I knew I would have to tell you one day, but hoped it would be years from now," said Dale with a sigh.
