My mind is clouded in a thick haze. Memories that should be never forgotten slip though my fingers. Only very few things remain in my thick head. A deal with someone bored, orders that must be completed, and the need to protect all little sisters.
I haven't been able to find any little sisters for some time. Seems like I'm in a weirdly bright city. Seeing the moon is a good indicator that I'm not underwater right now. Stepping up the concrete incline shows a huge wall and many symbols I've never seen before.
Pain forces me back into the water down below. When I can finally think again the signs around me make sense. Most of them say to buy things or go eat here, etc. The ones on the wall are warning signs. Looking up shows a few large mounted guns pointing at me.
"Wait! I can give you some mone-" The shout of a little sister makes me thunder upwards and up the concrete stairs. My shoulder ends up breaking some concrete as I turn into a back alley.
Drill meets skull before I have time to fully look at everything. He looks more stunned than hurt for some reason. Not giving him time to respond, I start to punch my drill into his head. I don't know why his head isn't paste by the third hit. By the sixth hit I see a thin whip thing bounce off my helmet.
This isn't working fast enough. My other hand gets shoved into his mouth as I force my drill inside. My full weight gets put into my drilling push. This time his head does get crushed. Turning to the little sister, I walk up to her and reach out my hand.
After a minute of awkwardly standing there, I start to poke her on the head. It only took five pokes before she bats away my hand with a angry look. Grabbing her now closer hand, I start to look around for a saver area.
"Hey...Hey! If you're not going to eat me then let me go! I have school tomorrow and mom's probably worried sick." Hearing that I stop and wait for her. Hm, she loves these long pauses of doing nothing. Giving a diesel-like noise, I start to point in different directions. "Wha? Oh! I live this way!"
We make our way through a few more back alleys before she stops before an apartment complex. She reaches up to push a button. " Mom? Mom! Sorry I took so long to get back home I-" The door clicks up before I hear a voice." Get in here right now! I've told you time and again to get here well before sunset little lady!" She gives me a quick wave before shutting the door on me.
Huh, will she be save in there? The door seems sturdy enough. It's probably best if she's with her mother. Is this the first time I took a little sister somewhere safe? Most of the time they just leave through the vents.
My mood is soring in the clouds as I take a step away." I gotta say, I'm more confused than anything. Just... This is above both my pay grade and fucks to give. Come with me or get cut down." Let's see here now. He's clean, doesn't have any growths on him, and has a badge on him. Must be a guard that wants me to do something.
I give him a nod before walking with him. After a few feet another man in white starts to walk behind me. Finally something that's normal. Just gotta follow the flow and wait for orders. When was the last time I got orders? Years? Hmm...
"Well, he's way to big to fit though the Rc scanner. The guy is over seven feet tall after all." Oh, we're in a building now. I'm starting to get hungry after all that wondering. There's no fish around so were- Oh, what is this again? Donuts if I remember right. Why's everything so hard to remember?
With a pulse of energy I put away my drill and take off my helmet. The table groans as I set my helmet down and start to get my fill. Looks like I'm hungrier than I thought. After throwing away the now empty box, I put my helmet back on. Looking around I find the two guards I was following staring at me. They silently lead me into a waiting room.
Kouitsu Chigyou's Report and Notes -
Day one- This is truly something wonderful. After examining Ken I thought it'd be a while before I'd have some truly interesting to work on. The subject is so alien compared to both ghoul and human that it's nearly unreal. It has more in common with a damn slug than an ghoul.
Week one- Who made you? The subject has been completely docile so far. It's shown signs of heavy conditioning to make it follow orders without hesitation. The large nail giving the subject a phlebotomy maybe key. Physical examination shows it has an extreme healing factor up until a certain threshold. After reaching this point subject needs to eat a large amount of food. Test has shown that it refuses to eat human meat even when snuck in very small portions of other meats.
Week three- When threatened the subject's eyes turn from there default green to yellow glow. Then when attacked will turn red in hue. It's change in light hasn't been explained yet. An glowing blue liquid was found when examining deep cuts but could never be extracted. When healing factor was depleted no core organ could be found that host this unkown liquid.
Month one- Subject still follows orders without signs of free will. Many different bizarre abilities have been tested and categorized so far. The list shall be in it's own files because of size.
Month four- Even though the subject has an healing factor it still has scars. Could these be from before subject had the healing factor? Scans of blood show absolutely no RC cells. Such a thing had been thought impossible before now. In it's place are an uncountable amount of stem cells that have never been seen before. All test to replicate the new cells have ended in massive cancerous expansion.
Year one- Introduction of RC cells has shown no signs of rejection. Implanting of kakuhou shows no signs of rejection. Subject still doesn't need to ingest human meat so far. Multiple kakuhou have shown no sign of rejection so far. Four koukaku and one bikaku are currently in the subject. All human and ghoul volunteers have had stillborns with heavy signs of cancer.
Conclusion, further test should be done routinely. Subject should be stable enough for combat if place with supervision.
