But before they could go any further—

Bang. Bang. Bang.

Loud, resounding thuds could be heard on the other side of his bedroom door.

"Sasuke. Open this door. Now!"

'Shit.'

.

.

.

Sasuke was absolutely livid as he quickly sped away from his family's home, his dark eyes glancing in the mirror and lingering on the small bag there before he shook his head to try and clear it. His gaze moved forwards once again as he watched the scenery speed by him through the brightly lit streams of his headlights. It was midnight, but he didn't give a fuck; he was done. His cellphone rang, his mother's name flashing across the screen for the fourth… fifth, sixth time; he couldn't really remember at this point and he felt a small pang of guilt fill the pit of his stomach, before the phone went silent once more, the screen going completely black.

'It's for the best. I don't need the aggravation. I won't do as he says. I won't leave her. I won't leave my Sakura. I'm so sorry, mother. It has nothing to do with you and I hope you know that. I think that deep down you understand me more than he ever has. I hope that someday, in the near future perhaps, we can move past all of this mess. I really, really do. But I love her and I'm NOT willing to lose her. Not now, not ever.'

His mind began to play back flash images of the previous hours' events and his hands tightened on the wheel as he took a curve just a little too sharply in the dark; his wheels squealing against the semi-damp pavement as he cursed angrily (at everything beneath the sun) under his breath.

How did this all happen? How did things get to this point? How did Sasuke end up in his car at midnight, with only a small bag of clothing in tow?

Well—

"Sasuke. Open this door. Now!"

He growled under his breath in annoyance, before helping Sakura slowly over to his bed… then once they were both fully-clothed and semi-decent, he reluctantly unlocked and then opened the bedroom door.

A fuming Fugaku stood on the other side, a deep frown on his thin lips as he scanned the room slowly, his black eyes lingering a little too long on Sakura for Sasuke's liking. He cleared his throat loudly in order to gather his father's full attention once more, before he spoke. "What do you want, father?" The older Uchiha bristled at this and crossed his arms over his chest. Sakura swallows nervously while she fidgets with the thin fabric of her skirt, her cheeks dusting a light shade of pink as she averts her eyes from him to the floor.

"I think that it's time for Sakura to go home now, son. It IS getting a little late."

Sasuke's eyes flashed, but when his mother appeared at the door as well, he decided to keep his mouth shut. He nodded once before turning to Sakura, silently indicating for her to follow him. "We were just leaving, actually. It's close to her curfew anyway."

His father grabbed his arm and leaned down as he passed and Sasuke's body tensed when he whispered in his ear. "I have something to discuss with you when you get back. Don't be long."

Sensing the growing tension, Sakura reached for Sasuke's hand and held it tightly in hers… squeezing it reassuringly as she plastered a smile on her lips. "Thank you for having me over tonight. Dinner was delicious, Mrs. Uchiha."

"Oh, Sakura dear, how many times do I have to tell you to call me Mikoto… or mom if you would rather." The pinkette blushed at this and tucked a stray hair behind her ear. She looked up at her fiancé's father then… her heart pounding wildly as he glared at her with only mild interest.

"It was nice seeing you again, Mr. Uchiha."

"You as well, Sakura." Though she was sure that he tried for a cordial sentiment, it didn't quite come across that way and she was glad when Sasuke dragged her along behind him and out the front door.

She tried to talk to him in the car, but he seemed otherwise preoccupied and when he dropped her off, he didn't even try to walk her to the door this time. Sakura felt a worrying anxiety fill her stomach and nauseous soon followed. She just hoped that he would be alright, Sakura thought as she silently watched him speed away and into the darkness of the night.

A few moments later…

"So, what did you want to talk about then, father? What couldn't you say in front of my fiancé that's so important," Sasuke asked as he casually leaned against the wall of his father's study, arms crossed over his chest.

Fugaku clenched his fist and glared at his youngest son. "I want you to drop the attitude first off, son. That is NO way to talk to your father. Secondly, I think we need to discuss your relationship with Sakura."

It was Sasuke's turn to glare. "What about it?" His mother stood to the side, worrying with her necklace as she bit her lip, thinking how alike the two were, which in her humble opinion, was part of the problem.

"Let me be frank with you, Sasuke."

"Please do."

A tense pause.

"I want you to break up with her, son. Sooner rather than later."

Sasuke laughed, but the sound was dark. He moved off of his spot on the wall and took a few steps towards the older man; anger evident in his black eyes. "I have already told you, that won't happen."

"Yes, it will. If you intend on staying in this family that is."

"What is that supposed to mean? Please elaborate."

His father stood, arms crossing again while his eyes and face were set in a determined scowl. His mother seemed as if she wanted to protest this, but thought better of it and kept her mouth firmly shut. "I'm going to say this once, you have a decision to make. Sakura or this family. Make sure you make a wise one."

Sasuke's heart pounded, his palms sweat, but he refused to back down. He wouldn't. He couldn't.

"I don't understand why you're doing this!?"

"She isn't a good fit for the Uchiha name, my son. She isn't worthy of carrying the weight of it upon her shoulders. She isn't worthy of you. Now, Mayumi on the other hand—"

"DON'T bring her into this! Mayumi and I are nothing and never will be. My heart belongs to Sakura. I will NOT stop being with her just because you demand it. That's absurd."

"So, is that your final decision," his father asked, dark eyes steady. "You chose her over us?" Sasuke's eyes moved to his mother, sorrow filling his heart as he gazed at the hurt in hers… but she already knew what he would decide. He would always choose to be with Sakura; always.

"It is," he said as he turned to his father. Meeting his eyes head on with a look of defiance and determination.

"Fine then. So be it. Get out of my house. Tonight. From this day forth, you are no longer an Uchiha."

"With fucking pleasure…," Sasuke growled as he walked away, slamming the office door behind him and refusing to look back.

He made good time, speeding helped, and soon he found himself pulling up to an old century home; the front porch light brightly shining against the small path leading out to the street beyond. As he put his car in park and reached around for his small (quickly thrown together) duffel bag, he just hoped that he was indeed making the right decision not only for himself, but for Sakura and their baby as well.

I'm here, he sent, to the person waiting inside for him. His phone beeped a second later.

The front door is unlocked. Come on in, Teme.

.

The Uzumaki residence ended up being a stark contrast to his own household; the love and warmth this family shared for one another was clearly evident in everything that they did, and it made Sasuke wish that his family could be like this… that his father could be like this.

"Thank you for breakfast, Mrs. Uzumaki. It was delicious," he said as he brought his now empty plate over to the sink for her to wash. She gave him a kind smile and a small pat on the shoulder.

"Sasuke honey, just call me Kushina. It was nothing really and remember, make yourself at home and stay as long as you need to. We love having you here."

"Thank you… I really appreciate you taking me in on such short notice."

"Don't mention it…," Minato stated as he came over to his wife to give her a gentle kiss on her cheek. "Alright you all, I'm off to work," he said as he grabbed his briefcase off of the counter, before musing his son's hair… then Sasuke's. "Don't get into too much trouble while I'm gone. Especially you, Naruto."

"Hey," the boy hollered, but his father had already walked out the door. "Whatever. Anyway, Sasuke and I are going to go up and hang out in my room, mom."

"Okay, boys. Have fun."

Naruto indicated with a nod for him to follow and Sasuke reluctantly did. Besides, he needed someone to talk to and even though he hated to admit it on an almost daily basis, Naruto was his best friend and an extremely good listener.

.

.

.

"… wow. It was that bad, huh."

"Yeah," Sasuke said with a huff before running his hands down his face and then through his hair. "So, what do I do now? I don't want to lose my family, especially my mother, but Sakura means everything to me. We're expecting a… well… I mean… we're engaged. I refuse to leave her for a loveless marriage. But my father is—"

"Your father is a fucking asshole," Naruto stated with such confidence that it caused Sasuke to snort before rolling his eyes. "What? It's true. But, deep down he loves you, teme. Which means eventually he will come around. I have little doubt."

"So, what do I do until then? Act like everything is okay?"

"No, because it's not okay." Naruto met his eyes then and Sasuke felt as if the blonde was trying to read into his soul; and maybe he bloody well was, for the two were practically like brothers after all. Not by blood of course, but through thick and thin they had always been there for one another and always would be. Sasuke swallowed and looked at his feet, a rare form of vulnerability for the youngest Uchiha.

"Help me."

"I wish I could. But something like this isn't an easy fix. Did your mom even say anything? When your dad—" Sasuke sighed and hung his head lower, his bangs falling to shield his face as he shook it. "That doesn't seem like her."

"I think that she didn't want to make it worse, not that she didn't want to say anything."

Naruto nodded then and crossed his legs before leaning back against the headboard of his bed. "I mean I get that, but even still…"

"I know. I don't blame her though. This had nothing to do with her… or Sakura. This is between my father and me."

"I guess my advice would be to give it some time. I'm sure he will come around. Auntie will talk to him about it and he will eventually change his mind. Until then though, you can stay here with us."

"I really apprecia—"

"You don't have to keep thanking us, you know. That's just what family does. They take care of one another, Sasuke."

He sighed again and smiled, though the gesture was still hidden from view from the other boy. "Yeah… they do."

"Now, enough with the sappy shit," Naruto said with a clap of his hands. "I want to hear about the game! How was it?"

Sasuke looked up to see the blonde eagerly anticipating his answer. He decided to tease him a little though and… with a small smirk… said, "Sakura and I didn't really watch the game. We were a little too busy for that."

"What!? How can you be too busy to watch th…"

Sasuke waited patiently and watched as Naruto switched from shock and confusion before landing on understanding and although he didn't think that it was humanly possible, Naruto's face turned as red as a tomato.

"OH GOD…," he wailed while running his hands down his face. NOT THERE TOO!"

.

.

.

With his cellphone opened to a new message, he began to type quickly while Naruto continued to talk his ear off.

Hey, beautiful. Think you can be ready to leave in ten minutes?

A full minute goes by before she responds.

Are you that eager to get away from Naruto? Lol

It's not funny, Sakura. It's been three whole hours and I am already at my fucking limit.

I can be ready. Mom and Dad are going to another doctor or something anyway, so I'm free for the evening. What did you have in mind?

It's a surprise. Dress casually though. I want you to be comfortable.

You know I hate surprises, Sasuke.

He smiled.

I think you'll like this one. I'll see you soon. I love you.

I love you too.

.

.

.

"So, you brought me here again, Sasuke," she teased with a gentle nudge to his shoulder as he placed the bucket of popcorn between them on the center console. "Hey do you remember the first time we came here, babe? What was it, like our fifth date or something?" Her fiancé contemplated this before shaking his head with a smirk.

"No, it was our third actually… and I remember it very well. Especially the part where you punched me for "touching you inappropriately"."

"Hey, in my defense… it seemed like you were going to!"

"I was reaching for your hand, Sak."

"Yes… (she paused) and it was by my ass." He rolled his eyes and threw a piece of popcorn at her cheek. Sakura giggled before returning fire. Then the movie started then and all was silent for a few moments, until—

"Sasuke, I'm cold."

"I have a blanket in the back, my love. Grab it or you could go and sit there if it's more comfortable."

A brief pause where his focus was on the movie while she bit her lips (deep in thought) before she prodded him with her fingertip and when he turned to her, she smiled almost shyly while batting her eyes at him. "Will you go back there with me, Sasuke?"

"Why," he asked, trying desperately to suppress his smirk.

She huffed and rolled her eyes while tugging on the sleeve of his shirt in earnest. "I want to cuddle with you. Please." Sasuke pretended to think about it, but eventually agreed and watched while Sakura shimmied her way to the back seat, her plump ass coming into contact with his shoulder while his eyes trailed slowly down the curvy contours with a dark hunger.

'Fuck.'

He followed after her eagerly, though not as gracefully as she had. But instead of cuddling as she had requested, he pulled her in for a deep kiss. Sakura gripped the front of his shirt tightly and moaned; her body molding against his while he slowly lowered her to her back across the seats.

She wrapped her arms and legs around him as he settled above her, but pulled away to take a deep breath. "W-wait, I…," she panted, his hand already moving to grip onto her inner thigh as she licked her lips. Her gaze met his and the smoldering look there, caused her walls to clench and her sex to drip. "T-the movie, the other p-people will s-see us."

Sasuke leaned down to nibble on her lip gently. "Sakura, I don't give a damn about the movie… and they can't see us because it's dark and my windows are tinted. If you really don't want to—"

"I didn't say that," she quickly broke him off before tugging at his hair to pull him closer, her lips locking with his as her tongue darted out experimentally to taste his mouth. When he parted his lips for her afterwards… the pinkette dove in with gusto, while her hips rocked upwards slightly against him, causing the Uchiha to grunt.

Sasuke worked their zippers and shimmied her out of her shorts before releasing his cock from its confines. He felt a huge sigh build up before he released it and settled fully between her thighs. He pulled away from the kiss, his dark eyes glazed over as he placed an arm beside her head. "I love you…," he whispered to her before bending down just enough to kiss her on the top of her nose.

Sakura giggled softly before wrapping herself around him again. "I love you too. Now, make love to me. Please."

He didn't say anything else, instead he used his body to answer her plea and before long, the Uchiha found himself fully-seated within her tight little cunt, his thin hips thrusting slowly into her while he began to kiss her once more. The car rocked only slightly with their back-and-forth motions, but otherwise it was fairly unnoticeable and undetectable to any passersby.

"Sakura, look at what you do to me. Why can I never get enough of you. Tell me… why." Her eyes were watery and her nails dug into his back as she swallowed. "You know, don't you." She nodded. "Then tell me."

"B-because y-you love… ahh… m-me."

"So clever," he whispered in her ear. Thrust, thrust, thrust. "So beautiful." Thrust, thrust, thrust. "So, fucking perfect, in every way. That's why I love you, Sakura Haruno." Thrust, thrust, thrust.

Her eyes rolled when he pressed his pelvic bone against her swollen button, her nails somehow digging even more and her breath caught in the back of her throat.

"S-Sasuke, I'm co— oh fuck!"

"S-Sakura," he grunted, his hand balling into a fist beside her head while his cock twitched inside of her. He rested on his elbows, his chest pressing against hers while his eyes became heavily lidded with desire. He could feel his balls constricting and groaned out a small curse before he picked up the pace, shoving his lover up and down on the backseat of his car as he slammed his cock into her tight sheath.

"That's it… come for me."

Thrust. Thrust. Thrust—

"S-Sas…Ahh!"

"Sakura, shit."

He could feel her walls fluttering around him, tightening if it was even possible, and he exploded; thick strings of white shooting deep within her womb, to combine with her own release, before the young man finally came to a stuttered stop, utterly spent.

He rested his weight on her while he caught his breath and felt her fingers running soothingly through his hair, her own hot breaths fanning against the side of his neck. He leaned up after a beat and stared down at her, noticing the slightly playful smile upon her lips. "What…," he asked as curiosity got the better of him.

She tugged him down for a slow kiss before responding. "I was just thinking… this is so different from the last date we had here. We still ended up missing the movie both times, though."

He smiled back at her before placing a kiss upon her nose. "You know, I think I like this one just a little bit more."

"Me too."
