Greetings pups, this is more or less a filler chapter until I can figure out which direction to move the story in. Luz doesn't like pants when she's drunk.

Amity was happy that Luz was finally accepted and loved. A tendril of longing gripping her heart. Her parents weren't the best by any means. Her father not even bothering to defend his own children from their horrible mother.

Edric and Emira had long since moved off to college eager to get away from the abusive household. The punk couldn't find it in herself to blame them, she would leave within a blink of an eye if she could.

She held her girlfriend tighter, pouring all of her love into that one hug. Of course she would have more opportunities to hug the latina but she was a Blight and a Blight never settles for anything less than perfect.

Eventually, the friends had let go of each other and were content with lodging around on the couch talking about anything and everything. Skara had swiped a box of pizza and set it down on the table infront of them, taking her role of hostess very seriously. She gave a small nod towards Luz before disappearing into the crowd again.

Amity snuggled into Luz's side and breathed in. The smell of the human's cologne wrapping around her like a warm embrace. The rough material of a dark green jacket comforted her more than any of the expensive, imported blankets she had at home.

She took a gulp from the bottle she had stashed before handing it to Luz. From there the group had resorted back to the laid back drinking mood the party had settled into. Even Willow was taking small sips here and there.

Boscha had been dragged off by Skara who said the pink witch had had enough for one night and needed to sleep.

Amity felt Luz slump against her and giggle. The punk smirked seeing Luz drunk. She was such a lightweight.

"Are you okay?" She asked amusement seeping into her tone.

Luz turned to stare into gold eyes and laughed. "I'm great!"

Amity's nose crinkled at the strong smell of alcohol. Luz started to wiggle her way onto the punk's lap. The brunette making the green haired witch look tiny.

"Hey beautiful want to hang out sometime?." Luz slurred. Before drunkenly hugging the witch's head to her chest.

Amity blushed. She could hear her girlfriend's heartbeat, reluctantly she pulled her face away from a soft shirt and chuckled. "Yeah, sorry hot stuff I have a girlfriend already."

Luz paused and stared hard for a good minute before her eyes started to shine with tears. "What?"

Amity rolled her eyes and giggled. "Yeah you're drunk babe, time to go home."

The punk slowly stood up, Luz sliding off her body and onto the floor. Giggling like a madman the whole time, her tears suddenly forgotten. Willow laughed, her own cheeks covered in a red hue. "I'll take care of Gus, You handle Luz."

Willow and Amity were the soberest but not by much. They gathered their friends that resembled wet noodles. Amity waved goodbye to Skara from under the taller Latina giving the bard a good laugh at the size difference.

The group made it to the front of the house but staggered when they saw the steps of the porch. Willow and Amity shared a look before shrugging and deciding to just go for it.

Amity grunted under the weight of Luz, the human's legs just dragging uselessly behind her, thudding against the stairs. Willow simply tossed Gus over her shoulder but had a hard time walking down the stairs. She swayed dangerously on the last step before gravity urged her forward into a upright standing position.

Amity huffed feeling Luz's hands try to creep their way up her shirt. She didn't mind but she was trying to focus damn it. Regret filled her chest when she realized just how far away she parked. The punk growled softly before adjusting her grip on her girlfriend preparing for the trek.

After what felt like hours-which was about fifteen minutes- they made it to the sleek car. Willow bumped against the door before opening it and dumping Gus in the back seat before getting in the passenger seat and closing the door. She slumped against the seat and leaned her head back, determined to get some sleep.

Amity's hands kept sliding off the doorhandle. Using a maneuver that she didn't even know was possible from her fingers she somehow got the door open.

"I have to pee." Luz mumbled into her ear before the weight on Amity's shoulders disappeared entirely. The punk tried to steady herself, her ears perked hearing twigs snapping near the edge of the woods.

Memory of when the witch first found out about Luz resurfaced in the witch's mind and she grumbled quietly while she waited for Luz to finish. Lucky, she really did just need to find a tree.

Once Luz was finished and struggled to fix her zipper did Amity swoop in to carry/ drag her girlfriend to the car. Luz mumbling incoherently the whole way. They finally reached the car and the punk all but threw Luz inside the car. The witch did a quick check to make sure everyone was there before turning on the engine and pulling out of the driveway.

After dropping off Willow and Gus and making sure they made it inside safely. The green haired witch made her way over to the Owl House. Luz was stretched across the back seat, her legs folded at an odd angle due to her height. She snored loudly with her face pressed against the seat, drool slowly making its way onto her purple striped shirt.

Amity mentally jumped for joy when she saw the house come into view, she could only take Luz's snoring for so long before she dumped the human off somewhere on the side of the road.

Pulling into the drive way Amity turned off the car and got out. Folding the seat forward she tried to get a hold of Luz's legs to drag her out but the human was a wet noodle at this point.

She blew a strand of green hair out of her face before crawling into the back seat and started shaking the snoring girl. "Luz get up, we're home."

Luz grumbled and swatted at the hands on her shoulders. "No pretty angel five more minutes!"

Amity rolled her eyes and roughly grabbed the drunk girl by her jacket. "Luz get up, we're home."

It was no use, the latina was asleep again snoring without a care in the world. Finally fed up the witch let go of her girlfriend and made a spell circle. The bright pink glow illuminated the inside of the car, a pale outline wrapped around Luz's body before she started to float.

Amity mumbled to herself about how she could love such a dork. She maneuvered Luz out of the car and towards the front door.

Hissing when she saw Hooty. "Open up bird tube."

Hooty but shook his head. He screamed in surprise when the door flung open revealing a tired looking Eda.

Eda snorted when she seen Luz floating in mid air and snoring. "Some party huh?"

Amity shyly nodded. Still slightly embarrassed when the two were caught last time. "I was going to put her to sleep. She's such a light weight."

Eda yawned and motioned for her to come in. "Yeah go head. You probably don't want to head back to home so you can sleep here." She trudged up the stairs and winked. "Remember the door rule little Blight."

Not expecting and answer the owl lady slipped into her room and slammed the door. Amity blushed a deep red. She gently slapped her cheeks trying to get rid of it but decided it was a losing battle.

The punk carried Luz up the stairs, ending the spell once the hard part was over. She pushed open the bedroom door with her shoulder, her hands keeping a firm grip on her girlfriend.

"Luz wake up, you're in your room." Amity shuffled inside slowly careful not to bang the drunk around to much.

Luz grumbled and rubbed her eyes. She blinked owlishly before she yawned. "Hey it's my room. I want to change."

Luz stood in a wide stance and started taking off her jacket and throwing it in the corner. Not caring a blushing Amity was watching from behind.

The punk gulped, still not used to seeing her new girlfriend undressing infront of her. She giggled slightly when Luz got stuck in her shirt. The witch reached out helped the clothing off, taking the beanie with it.

Trying to keep her thoughts pure, Amity folded the shirt and placed it on the floor. She dug in the giant trunk and pulled out a different shirt. The punk helped Luz into the clean shirt and gave her a small kiss before turning and trying to find her some comfortable pants or shorts.

Her ears twitched when she heard the familiar sound of a zipper being undone. Shrugging it off she kept looking for shorts. Finally, the pair of shorts in hand she turned around to face Luz but gasped softly.

Luz had decided pants were a big nope, so she stood there in her boxers staring at her sleep cocoon. Amity tried to keep her eyes on the top half of Luz and showed her the shorts she found. "Luz, put these on."

Luz shook her head. "No pants."

"Babe, these are shorts. They're literally the same as your boxers."

"No pants!" To further prove her point, Luz bonelessly dropped onto her sleeping bag and crossed her arms.

Amity tossed her head back and groaned. "Fine, I'll wear them."

Amity quickly stripped down to her undergarments and put on Luz's shorts. She bent over searching for a shirt and smiled when she found one. She ran her fingers over the soft fabric. After putting it on the punk was slightly annoyed at how big the shirt was. The witch couldn't figure out how Luz could be so long all the way around.

Shrugging it off she lifted the collar to her nose and gave a small sniff. Sighing in content she moved to kneel on the sleeping bag, helping Luz under the flap before crawling in herself.

Finally situated, the girls hugged one another as they dozed off.
