Title: Mistaken
Serena x Darien
Rated: M
Romance/Drama
Summary: the girls are worried about Serena's relationship with Darien. They don't think he's passionate enough for their friend and princess. What happens when they find out just how wrong they are?

Serena floated in the air, naked except for the thick white wings on her back, high above the ground as she watched Galaxia disappear on her new journey to restore the Star Seeds she stole to their rightful owners.

She closed her eyes with a heavy sigh and let the sun's rays shine down on her. Now that her enemy was gone there was nothing to keep her from her loneliness, and the crushing grief that all her friends and the man she loved were gone.

Crystal like tears began to trickle out from the corners of her closed eyelids as the magnitude of what she was facing began to dawn on her.

What am I going to do? If Darien was here I could go on. It would be hard, but with him I could do anything. I...I don't know what to do. I don't know! She agonized silently, so lost in her emotions that she didn't care that the Sailor Starlight's were still down on the ground watching her.

She opened her eyes and blinked in confusion as transparent slightly glowing figures began to appear around her. As they solidified her confusion morphed in to surprise as she realized her friends, her eight Scouts, were appearing right before her eyes.

Serena twisted where she floated as her eyes landed on each one of them as they smiled back at her.

"Chibi Chibi." She suddenly heard in a small quiet yet cheerful tone, and she spun around as if she was standing on solid ground and gasped as her eyes widened in shock.

There right before her eyes, within the circle of her returned friends, two transparent slightly glowing figures appeared and quickly grew solid. Floating there smiling at her with that small familiar smile was Darien, her Prince, her King, as she had secretly called him within the confines of her mind since they had learned of their future. In his arm, like she weighed nothing, was the small smiling figure of Chibi Chibi.

He held his free arm open and she wasted no time moving toward him practically slamming into his armor covered chest since he was dressed in his complete royal uniform. She leaned her face against his chest as she hugged him and whimpered, tears trailing down her face, as she felt his arm wrap around her back keeping her close.

"Don't cry Princess. I'm here now." Darien said quietly.

Serena squeezed her arms around him as she heard his words, but she couldn't stop crying. She had missed him so much, and it had nearly destroyed her when she learned why she hadn't heard from him after he left. The only reason she had kept going was because she had been in the middle of dealing with Galaxia. She told herself that he would have wanted her to finish what she started, and so she did.

She felt movement and cracked her eyes open as she turned her head slightly to see Chibi Chibi lift out of Darien's arm and begin to rise into the air.

"Thank you." Chibi Chibi said in a small sweet voice as she looked down at Serena before she rose higher and higher and eventually disappeared into the sky just as Galaxia had.

Serena closed her eyes and pressed her face back against Darien's armor and focused on the fact that he was there with her.

Darien stroked her back and was abruptly reminded that his princess was naked. He lifted a hand and unhooked one side of his cape before unhooking the other side, and swung the long fabric around and covered her body. He watched as her wings automatically folded as the cape rested against them.

His eyes narrowed in satisfaction. She may be too emotional to care or just not care in general, but he certainly cared that she was naked for all to see. He didn't care that they were surrounded by her friends, and that they were all female. Her naked body was only for his eyes, and his eyes alone. Not to mention despite the situation he was very aware of the four people on the ground staring up at them.

He gently wrapped his arms around her, careful of her wings, and willed them to move toward the ground. He needed to get her out of there. She was in no condition to deal with anything, and he honestly just wanted her to himself right now.

"Do me a favor love and put those beautiful wings away, so I can put some clothes on you." He said into her ear as they feet touched the ground.

She didn't respond verbally. She simply continued to hold on to him, and he watched as the odd looking protrusions visible on his cape disappeared. He nodded slightly and focused on his golden crystal, and wanting them to be dressed in casual clothing and shoes. Within moments they were surrounded by a bright golden glow, and when it disappeared they stood in comfortable clothes that wouldn't make them stand out.

Darien looked up as the Sailor Scouts touched down on the ground around them, and spared a glance at the four other females he had noted earlier that looked like sailor scouts but none he had ever seen.

"I'm going to take her back to my place. She'll contact you when she's ready." He said calmly as his Princess continued to hold him tight and cry. He still had his apartment since he had intended on living there when he came back, and had arranged for the rent to be paid while he was away.

The young women nodded and he once again focused on his crystal and willed it to take them to a spacious alley near his apartment building. They disappeared in a bright golden flash and appeared in the alleyway he had in mind. He shifted Serena to his side and slowly began to walk with her, guiding her out of the alley and down the sidewalk.

There was no one else on the block and only a few cars passing by since it was early morning. That was what he was hoping for. He wanted them away from everyone and not have to deal with talking friends and curious looks from passerby's. That was one of the reasons why he had used his crystal.

The other was because of what happened to him. He had realized that he hadn't really tapped into the power of his golden crystal since he got it, and it was that lack of familiarity that made it so easy for Galaxia to get the drop on him. The attack had been completely unexpected and he hadn't been used to using his power.

That was something he planned to change immediately. He had remembered back in the Silver Millennium that he hadn't even had to think to use his power. It had always been there flowing through him and ready to use without a thought, and he needed to get back to that exact familiarity so what happened to him wouldn't ever happen again.

As they walked down the sidewalk he looked down to his Princess as she held him with her eyes closed. She hadn't spoken a single word since he appeared. All she had done was cling to him and walk, clearly trusting him to guide her. Not that he could blame her. He had no idea how much time had passed since he had last seen her, but it must have clearly been too long from her reaction alone.

His own reaction to the sight of her had been contained. His emotions and feelings were for her and no one else regardless of the situation. And he was feeling a great deal. A great deal of sorrow and anger and longing.

Once they reached his apartment building he opened the glass door and guided Serena inside and across the lobby toward the elevators. He pressed the up button and the doors opened right away, so they stepped inside and he pressed the button for his floor.

The elevator slowed to a stop and when the doors opened Darien lead Serena off and they slowly walked down the carpeted hallway until they stopped in front of his apartment door. He pulled out his keys from his subspace pocket, where he had placed them after he left his apartment the day he got on that plane, and unlocked the door.

He ushered her inside and tossed his keys on the side table before he silently lead her through the apartment and into his bedroom. He gently broke her hold on him and pulled the covers back before he released his power, leaving her completely naked and him in the clothes he had been wearing the day he took his flight.

"In you go love. I don't want you getting sick." He said as he gestured toward the bed. "I'll join you in a few moments." He reassured her when she hesitated.

As she climbed into the bed he began to strip down until he was in nothing but his boxers. He then carefully climbed over her and joined her under the covers where he took her into his arms and held her close as she nuzzled his chest.

Serena clung to her prince her arms wrapped around his back as she focused on the feel of his warm firm chest against her face. She had missed him so much. She had known he would be gone, had given her blessing and encouragement for him to go, but there had been no word from him for months.

She had been so upset for so long, and in a constant state of worry. She had kept it all to herself until she finally revealed that she had not heard from him since he got on the plane. Even then she had kept the majority of her feelings to herself, and tried to focus on her friends and the Phages they were dealing with.

But now he was here. He had been returned to her whole, healthy, and safe. She didn't know when she was going to let him out of her sight again. It definitely wasn't going to be anytime soon, which is another reason why she was glad he seemed to be just as interested in staying close to her.

She may not have said a word yet but she had heard everything he said, and was glad he arranged for the two of them to be alone. They needed this time. They needed more than this time, but they could figure that out later. Right now she just wanted to focus on his presence and the fact that he was here.

He's here. He's really here. This is real, but I'm so scared he'll disappear. She thought as she tightened her hold on him, and felt him rub her back then take her hair down and loosen it. She needed to be reassured that he wasn't going anywhere, but she didn't know how that could be achieved beyond what he was already doing.

Serena pressed a kiss to his chest as she scooted closer and pressed herself against his body. She enjoyed the feel of his warm body against hers, and wanted to be as close to him as possible. She lifted her head and scooted up and brought her lips to his in a soft kiss.

Darien gently returned the kiss as he stroked his hand up and down her back doing his best to comfort her. Though as he pulled back and pressed his lips to hers again he admitted that he needed the comfort as well. It didn't help that the last time they had kissed was when he gave her her engagement ring. He had expected it to be a long time before he got to feel her lips again, but he had not expected that that chance could be taken away nearly for good.

And it angered him to know that it would have been for good had it not been for his Princess' good nature working on her enemy. It was essentially a stroke of luck that he was alive; that he was able to enjoy the feel of his Princess' soft lips and the feel of her warm body against his.

He slowly slid his hand up her back and threaded his fingers in her hair at the base of her neck and deepened their kiss ever so slightly. He was uninterested in being firm and dominant with her since she was clearly too emotionally fragile for it, and beyond that he was enjoying their slow gentle kisses. It gave him the opportunity to savor the action and remind him that they were together.

Serena sighed lightly as they kissed once again. It had been so long since the last time she had felt his lips against hers; so many months. And only hours ago she had thought she would never feel them again. He had been forever gone; dead. It was a miracle that he was here with her.

Don't think about it. She told herself as she slid her hands up and down his back and slid a leg along his.

She focused on the feel of being pressed against him. It felt nice. He was so warm and solid, and of course she hadn't forgotten that she was completely naked. It was an experience to feel his skin against hers, but she was not reacting like she thought she would. Embarrassed and shy. Instead she just felt content to be so close to him.

And I want more. She thought softly as she slid a hand down along his side and over his hip before she tugged slightly at his boxers.

Darien pulled back from their kiss and looked into his Princess' eyes. Her subtle action was very clear in conveying what she wanted of him, but he needed to be absolutely sure he was reading her right. Her cerulean eyes were soft without an ounce of hesitation in their depths.

Serena returned his gaze steadily. She knew what she had silently asked for, and knew that he understood as well. He was only making sure, and she couldn't blame him. After all, it would be their first time being intimate in this life.

Neither of them had planned on being intimate at this point in their relationship. He was nineteen going on twenty, and she was only sixteen yet still closer to fifteen then she was to seventeen. She had been shy and insecure about what he would think about her body, and knew that Darien had planned to wait until she had at least finished high school before they took this step.

However, the unexpected happens. Things change. Death changes things. Especially when the one you love was gone for months without any contact, and you learn that they had been dead all that time; and would have remained dead had circumstances been different.

And she wanted this; wanted him, needed him. She was no longer concerned about what he would think of her body. He had already seen all she had to offer earlier, and she was lying pressed against him in nothing but her skin. He had yet to voice any objections or complaints, and she was certain he never would.

Darien's eyes soften in acceptance before he leaned in and brought his lips to hers in a deep yet slow passionate kiss; conveying without words his desire for her. He then pulled back and pulled away from her completely before he shifted under the covers as he removed his boxers. Once off he pulled them out and tossed them to the floor and moved back toward his Princess.

He brought his lips back to hers yet again, and rolled with her until she was on her back as he rested on top of her and between her legs. She broke the kiss with a soft gasp and he watched and felt her arch up against him, sliding a leg against his that caused him to shiver, before she relaxed.

Serena opened her eyes and moved her arms between them, and brought her hands up to gently cup his face as she looked up into his ocean blue eyes. They had never touched so intimately before, and already she found herself enjoying the feel of his weight on top of her. The feel of him between her legs was definitely a new sensation, but not at all unwelcome. She was curious to feel more, so she smiled lightly and pulled his face down and kissed him.

They shared slow sensual kisses since they felt no need to hurry. As far as they were concerned they had nowhere to be and nothing to do, but beyond that the slow pace was heightening their desire.

Long minutes passed as they kissed before Darien began to move his hips, slowly rubbing himself against his girl and building their passion. He broke their latest kiss and kissed along her cheek and down to her neck as he stroked a hand slowly up and down her side. He felt her gradually move an arm around his neck and run her fingers through his hair in an obvious gentle need to keep him where he was.

He parted his lips and stroked his tongue slightly along her neck. Her light sigh encouraged him so he parted his lips wider and began to suckle her skin as he continued to move his hips in an effort to stroke her desire.

Serena hummed lightly and arched her body as she lifted her hips against his. Desire and arousal were gradually beginning to trickle through her body at the feel of his hips moving against hers. The sensation of his rapidly hardening length rubbing against her was unlike anything she could've imagined.

She would be lying if she said she had never imagined what it would be like to be with her Prince in this way. She had wondered how it would happen, what it would feel like, and even what exactly they would do. It was very clear, despite their silence, that this would be a slow, gently, and sensual experience.

Perhaps next time there will be more intensity. She considered vaguely. For now this is what I need; this is enough. She thought as she moved her free arm to circle his shoulders and slid her hand along his upper back.

Darien released the patch of skin he had been suckling and glanced at it to see a round red spot. He silently hummed in satisfaction before he kissed the area then moved his lips back to hers. The kiss, like all the previous ones, was slow and he slipped his tongue into her mouth and danced with hers as their hips moved back and forth together; rubbing and sliding against each other as their desire built higher and higher.

Wanting to feel more of her he slid his hand from where it had been roaming up and down her side, up her stomach and covered her breast. She moaned lightly into his mouth and arched her back pressing her round flesh further into his hand. He squeezed gently marveling at how soft and squishy it was, and groaned at the desire that instantly shot through his body as he manipulated the soft orb.

He broke the kiss and took a breath before he pressed a quick kiss to her lips before he began to kiss his way down her chest moving down her body, taking the covers with him, before he wrapped his lips around her free breast.

Serena sighed in bliss as Darien's mouth and hand worked magic on her body spreading pleasure through her. She ran her fingers through his hair with one hand and covered his hand on her breast with the other. It felt so good and she felt no need to contain the moan that escaped her when he switched his mouth to her other breast, making sure to cover the one he left with his hand.

She arched her back as his fingers squeezed her flesh and his tongue swirled around her nipple. She vaguely wondered how long he had wanted to perform these actions, but lost the thought as she felt his mouth trying to take in more of her. As she focused on the pleasure of his touch she moved her leg along his and gently slid her foot along the back of his leg.

Darien shivered at the action, desire shooting through his body, and decided he needed more. He could lavish attention on her chest another time. He eased back up to cover her as he brought his lips to hers in a kiss and pressed his hips to hers and rubbed himself against her. He felt her arms wrap around his shoulders and neck as he continued to squeeze her breast in a gentle rhythm.

After a few more squeezes he slid his hand from her breast down over her stomach and thigh before he reached between them and grabbed himself. He positioned himself at her entrance and slowly eased himself inside her, pushing forward until he was completely settled inside her.

He didn't come across a barrier, and he wasn't all that surprised. Studying in the medical field as he was, he thought his Princess likely lost it sometime during all the rough fighting she had been involved in since she had become Sailor Moon. After all, he wasn't always there to catch her when she got tossed around or fell.

Darien absolutely knew that's all it likely was, because he knew she was a virgin. Beyond the fact that he had no doubts of her whatsoever, her reactions and movements expressed that this was all a first for her.

And it was a first for him as well. Being inside her felt exquisite; the tight moist feeling filled his mind with desire, so he was barely able to think of anything else. But even with that pleasurable distraction he knew to remain still so she could adjust to him.

Serena broke their kiss as she held her Prince to her. She was surprised his entry didn't hurt since she had expected it to, but instead she felt uncomfortably full, like she was stuffed, and it was distracting her from the pleasure she had been feeling moments before.

To fix that she moved her hips to try and ease that stuffed feeling and bring back the pleasure. Darien groaned deeply next to her ear, and she moved a hand to his cheek and turned his face toward her and pressed her lips to his. Their tongues were instantly back together, dancing a slow dance, which thankfully got him moving his hips again.

It took a few moments for the uncomfortable feeling to fade, and she hummed in pleasure as a shiver raced along her body as pleasure shot through her sharply with his gentle thrust. She slid her hand from his face back to grasp his hair gently in her fist as her free hand moved along his upper back.

The feeling of him moving within her was a new sensation, but it was a very welcoming and pleasurable one. The combination of their shared kiss and the simple feel of his warm weight on top of her only added to the arousal that was fueling her desire, and she couldn't wait for it to blossom more.

Darien brought his hand up and once again wrapped his fingers around her breast. She arched slightly against him, pushing her flesh further into his hand, and he gently squeezed as he moved his hips unhindered by the blankets slightly covering them.

He thrust in a slightly slow yet steady pace, easing his length back and forth, as their lips parted and returned like magnets. He moved his hand from her breast to stroke over her side and hip, and suddenly broke their kiss with a light groan as he felt her leg slide against his.

He pressed his face against her neck and gripped her hip as he pressed kisses along the stretch of skin. The sound of her light panting breaths spurred him to move his hips faster, but only a bit since he didn't want to change the pace of their love making.

Serena sighed breathily at the pleasure flowing through her and stroked her hand along her prince's upper back and ran her fingers through his hair. She pressed her thighs against him, squeezing him slightly, in part because of the pleasure racing through her and partially to hold him to her.

Suddenly she felt him rest his forehead against hers and she slowly opened her eyes to find her view full of ocean blue orbs.

They gazed into each other's eyes, holding nothing back, and could see everything. Beneath the passion, desire, and arousal was all the emotions that had led them to this moment. Sadness, longing, anger, and pain. The knowledge that they could have been parted for another lifetime.

They had separated by choice, but it was only supposed to be temporary and they would keep in touch. For Serena, even though she had been unaware, it had turned out to be permanent, and for Darien he had been dead. He had died with the full knowledge of what was happening to him and that he was unwillingly leaving her.

They held each other tighter, clinging to each other, as it really sank in that he had died and if not for chance he would have remained dead and she would have been alone. How long would it have taken them to find each other yet again? Would they have?!

For a few brief moments their minds imagined that grim possibility. Of living another life, both separately, not knowing the other existed and yet always feeling like they were alone, as if they were missing something and unable to figure out what.

Serena whimpered at the thought and closed her eyes. Darien eyes copied the motion as he brought his lips to hers. During these long moments of shared thought his hips had not stopped moving, and now he was intent and driving their pleasure higher and sweeping these negative thoughts from their mind. He was determined to remind his Princess that he was alive, they were together, and if he had his way they would never again be separated.

He didn't know if it was instinct or a latent memory of their past love making coming through, but instead of increasing his speed he continued to move his hips slowly yet hardened his thrusts. Even through their kiss she cried out softly in pleasure, and he felt her slide her leg up to rest lightly across his lower back.

Her move didn't at all impede his movements. It actually changed the feel of her womanhood around him, and surprisingly allowed him to move deeper inside her. If anything the feel of her leg helped to heighten his desire.

Serena moaned with her Prince's every thrust. She had been enjoying the pleasure all this time, but the thoughts of their months of separation and his death, and of what life would have been like if they couldn't find each other in the next life had distracted her mind. Now, however, her Prince was increasing her pleasure and it was not only filling her body but her mind as well. She couldn't think of sad depressing thoughts because pleasure was taking over.

His length moved back and forth within her. Back and forth, back and forth. Over and over and over again. Moans followed the waves of pleasure that washed over her as his hips moved back slowly and practically slammed forward as their hips came together again.

She broke the kiss, needing to breathe, as she grew hotter and her pleasure built. She felt her love shift until his face was once again pressed against her neck, his warm breaths puffing across her skin as his hand moved to grip behind her knee. She tightened her hold and clung to him as she arched her back, wanting to be closer then she already was as her pleasure grew higher and higher.

Darien pressed the occasional kiss to his princess' neck as he continued his slow and hard thrusts. The feel of her chest, her soft breasts, pressing against him and the feel of her heated snug moist center beginning to tighten around him pulled a moan from him as he felt the obvious beginnings of his release.

He squeezed his eyes closed tight as he struggled to keep his pace slow. He did not want their love making to end sooner than it would just because his body was urging to go faster. To thrust fast and hard, to pound into the snugness surrounding him to increase his pleasure by gaining his release as soon as he could make it happen.

A deep moan slipped up his throat at his own thoughts. He pushed those away and focused on going slow. Despite his body's wants he knew that their slow pace was fueling the current pleasure and he wanted to keep it that way.

Suddenly everything changed. Her snug center began to tighten rhythmically around him just as she gasped and cried out haltingly, as if she couldn't quite catch her breath to release a stronger sound.

Now that she was experiencing her release he desperately wanted to thrust faster but he forced himself not to, and simply continued his slow hard thrusts until his own release caught up to him. He moaned against her neck and began to thrust faster through his release, tightening his hold on her so she didn't move away from him even an inch as his thrusts jolted her trembling body.

The couple panted, his hips slowing, as their releases tapered off. He continued to thrust slowly, an idle movement, to drag out every bit of pleasure he could for them. As Serena trembled Darien's hands loosened their hold and stroked along her body; helping to calm her and yet heightening the last vestiges of pleasure.

Darien finally slowed his hips to a halt as he sat up slightly and looked at his Princess. Serena opened her eyes as she let her arms and legs relax their hold on him, and looked up to him feeling pleased and relaxed.

She smiled and he smiled in return before he leaned down and kissed her. It was a slow deep kiss and when he felt a tingle of pleasure move through his body he stopped and broke the kiss. He didn't want to get them started again just then.

He reluctantly eased out of her, some part of him wishing to stay where he was, but knowing he shouldn't at that time since it was their first time being intimate. Instead he settled next to her and pulled her into his arms, and pulled the covers up over them.

They relaxed and he stroked her back, neither of them saying a word, as they slowly drifted off to sleep.

The first thought that entered Darien's mind as he woke up was that he felt warm, so very warm, and content. More content then he had felt in years, and that was saying something since he always felt that away around his Princess.

In fact, he had felt different levels of contentment since he had met her, and it had only grown more as time passed. Right now was different. He felt so good and relaxed, and he hadn't even opened his eyes yet.

Why? He wondered, but then he suddenly remembered. Coming back from the dead, his princess floating in the air, taking her back to his apartment, and the passion they had shared.

Darien snapped his eyes open and looked down to see a head of golden hair resting on his chest, an arm slung across his stomach, and felt a slender leg resting against his under the covers. He smiled and rested his hand on top of the arm across his stomach, and gently ran his fingers through her hair since he didn't want to wake her.

He looked over at the time and saw that it was just after twelve in the afternoon. They had clearly slept the morning away after their activities, but he didn't mind since he thought his princess needed the rest considering all she had been through.

As his fingers continued to run through her hair he couldn't help remembering the love they had shared just hours ago. It had been amazing, and had felt incredible; made even more so by the fact that he had remembered their first time together in the Silver Millennium. He could recall every detail; from the point in their relationship it had taken place, where they had been at the time, and even that it had been completely spontaneous.

Darien lay there remembering both their first times together for over half an hour before his Princess showed signs of waking up.

Serena sighed deeply trying to fall back asleep even as her mind began to clear of the sleepiness hanging over it. She shifted slightly and felt sore in a place that had never been sore before; and that was saying something since she had become a scout she had felt sore all over her body.

So why? She wondered, but then she registered the firm warmth beneath her and the fingers moving in her hair. Darien. She thought softly as it all came rushing back to her.

The fight with Galaxia, learning Darien had been killed for his Star Seed after his flight took off, all of her Scouts dying in the fight, healing Galaxia and freeing her from Chaos, her Scouts returning, Darien returning to her, going to his apartment, and the love they shared.

She opened her eyes and blinked as she looked up to see her Prince looking back at her.

Darien looked at his Princess and saw many emotions in her eyes; many of them were positive but he also spotted fear.

"I'm here Princess." He said as he moved his hand from where it rested on her arm to caress her face. "I'm really here." He added and felt her arm squeeze him in a hug as she nodded.

"How are you feeling?" He asked in concern, and watched her stretch.

"I'm a bit sore, but that's not unexpected." Serena said softly, and watched as his hand took on a golden glow. Instantly she felt a warmth travel from her cheek through her body, and just like that her ache was gone.

"Better?" He asked as he released his power.

"Yes. Thank you." She replied.

"Anytime my love." He said and watched her eyes light up at the endearment. "So, tell me what happened after I got on that flight. What's been going on up until now?" He asked as he moved his hand to rest back on her arm stretched across his stomach.

"Well, the attacks started almost immediately after you left." Serena said with a sigh. "You know how the enemy always is. A leader, subordinates, and then monsters to do their dirty work until they're ready to get involved. This time we had Sailor Galaxia as the leader, the Sailor Animamates as subordinates, and Phages as the monsters."

"We fought them with the help of the Sailor Starlight's who showed up seemingly at the same time as the enemy. Aside from that a three person boyband became all the rage and they started to attend our school. Seiya, Taiki, and Yaten. We learned months later that they were the Sailor Starlight's in disguise, and came to the Earth because they were searching for their princess." She continued.

She went on to explain some of the fights they had, how most of the girls had crushes on the band members, and her friendship with Seiya.

"It was pretty much business as usual, the same thing we had dealt with with the last five enemies, but this time you weren't here." Serena said with a sigh and felt his arm tighten around her.

"I hadn't heard anything from you and didn't tell anyone. As the days and weeks passed I grew more and more concerned and sad. I didn't know why you hadn't contacted me. I didn't know what to think. The only thing I could think to do to feel even a little better was call your phone and listen to your voice on the answering machine. I spent a lot of time doing that; even going so far as to stop at pay-phones and call if I was out and feeling particularly down." She said quietly.

"When I wasn't doing that I was trying to focus on my friends, and I managed to make friends with Seiya, Taiki, and Yaten, but I was much closer to Seiya then Taiki and Yaten. He or rather she kept me so entertained when we hung out that I was able to forget my pain for a while." She explained.

She went on to explain a little more of the fighting they had done, and the trouble she'd had keeping Seiya as a friend after they learned she was a Starlight.

"What is it? What happened?" Darien asked quietly, running his fingers through her hair, after she sighed gustily and went quiet.

"The girls; Amy, Raye, Mina, and Lita thought I was turning my affections toward Seiya, because of all the time we spent together and especially when I revealed that I hadn't heard from you in months." Serena explained quietly.

"Their thoughts were likely spurred on because Seiya actually does have feelings for me, but they didn't trust me and that hurt; it added to the overwhelming feelings I was already feeling." She said. "At least Amara and Michelle's only problem was the fact that Seiya is a foreign scout, and not that they thought I was falling for her in your place. Trista and Hotaru stayed out of it, and kept their silence."

Darien frowned, not at all liking that his Princess' primary guardian scouts hadn't trusted her. This wasn't the first time someone had come along and fallen for her, but it was the first time he hadn't been around to be a clear presence as the significant other in her life.

His absence was still no excuse for them to believe she would be unfaithful. After all, it sounded like they hadn't thought of that until after she revealed she hadn't heard from him. They hadn't had a problem before she revealed that fact.

"I wonder if this Seiya girl's feelings would have developed if I was here." He said thoughtfully.

"I don't know since I didn't realize she had feelings for me until recently since my mind was so distracted with what could be going on with you; I only saw friendship until that point." Serena said.

"I think she probably would have still developed feelings for you had I been around, but I'm not sure she would have actually spoken to you about them." He decided after a few long moments of thought, and she sighed.

"I enjoyed her friendship, even fought fiercely to keep it, but I don't think Seiya should have spoken about her feelings." Serena said. "Mostly because I think of what that would have been like if I didn't have you. If my heart was free to develop and return those feelings."

"She's a foreign scout, with a princess of her own to protect. Seiya revealed her feelings knowing full well she wouldn't be staying on the Earth, and knowing her loyalty belonged to her own princess. It would have led to nothing but heart break." She added, frowning slightly in disappointment. She couldn't help wondering how someone she thought of as a friend could do that.

She remembered Seiya asking her if she wasn't enough. She claimed to have feelings for her, and she knew the girl had also been going against her own fellow scouts to be around her, but she had known full well she wouldn't be staying on the Earth. What if she had actually given up on her feelings for Darien as unlikely as that was? Her feelings would've grown, and in the end Seiya would have left. Leaving her alone.

"True." Darien agreed quietly. "Even though that scenario was unlikely to have happened the reality must've still lead to this girl's own heartbreak." He added. There was no doubt that that was the case, because there was no question in his mind as to his Princess' loyalty to him.

Serena nodded and continued to describe their fighting against Galaxia and her subordinates, how it all came to a head and the girls began to die off, and how she learned that he had been killed for his star seed and had been dead all those months.

Darien stroked her gently as she sniffled, trying to hold back her tears. He recalled the...incident. Fighting alone, unprepared for the sudden and unexpected attack, and knowing he was going to die and leave his Princess behind. He had been sad and furious, but not afraid since death held no fear for him.

He certainly didn't appreciate the fact that he had died, now that he was back and here with his Princess in his arms, but if he was glad about anything it was that she hadn't known about it; only because it meant she didn't have the opportunity to try and join him like she had in the past.

"I'm glad you made it through safely, and I'm glad you were able to fight and keep going in the face of my silent absence." He said quietly.

"Thanks." She replied softly, and then sighed. "So what happens next; now that the fighting is over? What do we do now that you're back?"

"Well, I imagine sometime soon you'll want to say your farewells to those Starlight's, and then after that you'll continue going to school." Darien said as he looked into her beautiful eyes, and watched her nod. "I still want to be a doctor, but I'm unwilling to separate from you again." He added and she sighed in relief.

"I don't want to be separated from you either, but what about the school you wanted to go to?" Serena asked with a frown, and he hummed thoughtfully.

"Would you like to come with me?" He asked curiously. "If you do then I can wait until you finish school."

"Yes. Yes I want to come." She answered eagerly. She was happy that he wanted her to come, and really didn't want to be separated from her.

"Okay. That's what we'll do then." He said firmly. "Until then I think I'll be a nurse. That will keep me in the medical field, put my knowledge to use, give me experience, and allow me to make money so we'll be able to find a place big enough for us in the States."

"I'm glad what happened to you hasn't changed your dream." Serena said. "I know I've never said this in so many words, but I think you'll make an excellent doctor all around. A lot of people decide to be doctors for varying reasons, but they don't consider the full import of the decision until they've reached their goal and it's staring them in the face."

"They don't take into account the magnitude of the responsibility they have; of literally having people's lives in their hands. I think you're ready for that responsibility with all the things you've faced in life so far." She said.

"Thank you love. That means a lot that you would say that." Darien said, and she smiled then sighed.

"I think I'm going to focus harder in my English class, so I'll be able to speak, read, and write the language by the time we're ready to go." Serena said. She knew he already knew how to read, write, and speak English, but he wouldn't be able to stay with her all the time. After all, the point of going was so he could go to school.

"Maybe I'll even continue my schooling over there; though I have no idea what I'd study." She added thoughtfully.

"That's a good idea. You would need something to do while I'm in school." He said encouragingly. "Do you want to tell your friends about our plan?"

"No. I don't want to listen to them trying to talk me out of going with you or for them to try and make plans to join us." She answered firmly. "I think we should wait until we're ready to leave before we tell them."

"Then we'll wait." He agreed.

Three years later

Lita, Amy, Raye, and Mina settled in the living room in Lita's apartment after they had parted ways from Serena and Darien. They had all spent the day hanging out, walking around the mall, and then hanging out in one of the largest local parks.

They had had a good time catching up with each other, but Lita was concerned. She had been subtly observing her princess and Darien all day, and she didn't like what she saw. Serena was her usual cheerful happy self, but Darien had been mostly quiet and looked like he hadn't wanted to be there.

Beyond that she also noticed something that she had been seeing over the years. Serena was always touching him in some way; holding his hand, hugging his arm, touching his thigh or knee when they were sitting, and yet Darien only held her hand and occasionally touched her back.

She had been watching this behavior for the last few years, practically all the time she had known the couple, and decided she needed to share her concern and see if the others felt the same way.

"I wanted to talk to you all about something I've been noticing with concern for a while now. It's about Serena and Darien." She said, gaining everyone's attention.

"Well, let's hear it then." Mina said.

"Well I...you all know how cheerful and energetic Serena is, but Darien's not like that all. He's so dispassionate." Lita said. "Not to mention he barely touches her or initiates contact. You know. They only hold hands when Serena deliberately grabs his hand. I just wanted to tell you to see if you all had noticed the same thing or if I was imagining it or looking too deeply."

"Ah. I've noticed the same thing." Raye said as she nodded slowly. "I didn't want to say anything in case it was just me."

"I've noticed as well. I even think it got worse after Galaxia was defeated." Amy said as she looked to the others. "I would've thought he would show more after that considering what happened, but he didn't and the more time that passes with no change the more I wonder how solid their relationship is and if Serena's truly happy."

Mina sat silently frowning as she listened; not at all liking where this conversation was going.

"I'm glad I'm not the only one who's seen these things." Lita said gratefully. "But I'm worried. Darien is just so...so...stoic. Whenever he's around he's always calm and quiet. He'll only crack an occasional smile, and they're usually small ones at that."

"Yes." Raye said in agreement. "We've all seen him come to her rescue out in the field as Tuxedo Mask even though it's been a few years since he's needed to. That's something in his favor, but even then it wasn't passionate. It was like he was going through the motions."

"And he's been like this since we've known him. I still can't see how you liked him so much with how stoic he is; even with years of being his acquaintance I can't see it." Amy said as she looked to Raye.

"I don't know either." Raye replied with a shrug, though she secretly still liked him. She had made sure to let no hint of it show. After all, he had just grown more attractive to her despite his seemingly silent personality.

"Serena seems happy, but is she really?" Lita said with a frown. "She needs affection and he doesn't seem to be giving her any. How are they supposed to go on and get married and create Crystal Tokyo? And how in the world will they ever have Rini?!"

"Perhaps we should talk to Serena." Amy suggested as she looked to the others. "I want Serena to really and truly be happy and not pretending, which I'm starting to think might be the case. I just can't see how she can truly be happy with Darien's behavior."

"I think this is completely unnecessary." Mina finally said. "Their relationship is none of our business. I don't think Serena's pretending at all, and maybe Darien is just uncomfortable showing affection in front of people. Either way we should stay out of it."

"But we need to make sure she's okay and actually happy." Lita protested. "Isn't it our duty as her primary guardians to make sure? Do we really want to watch her continue on with a guy that's so stoic and dispassionate when we know she needs someone who will shower her with affection?"

"Yeah! We need to talk sense into her and get her to end things with Darien before it's too late." Raye said. "Even if she is happy we've seen his behavior with her. Eventually she's going to want more, and she's going to be hurt when he doesn't give it to her."

"We are her primary guardians; that's true, but that's to make sure she is physically safe. Not to interfere in her personal life." Mina countered. "We don't know what goes on between them or how their relationship works, and we don't need to know. What goes on in her relationship is not our business!"

"She's going to end up telling us anyway, so we might as well go to her first." Raye tried to reason with her.

"I agree." Amy said. "And I think it is our business if it has the potential to affect her personality, which in turn will affect how she uses the silver crystal."

"Yeah, and we should see it as our duty to help her in any way we can." Lita said. "I don't want to go another year seeing her seemingly putting in all of her effort and getting nothing in return."

Mina shook her head and stood up; having made a decision as she listened to them.

"Do what you want. I want no part of it." She said before she began to walk toward the door, but then paused. "Just be aware that Serena is your Princess and future Queen, and there could be consequences if she doesn't like what you're trying to do." She added before she opened the door and left the apartment.

As she walked she pulled out the communicator she hadn't had to use in years. She had a Princess, and Prince for that matter, to talk to.

Darien, Serena, and Mina met up at Darien's apartment after receiving Mina's call, and settled in his living room. The couple had been concerned when Serena's communicator sounded, immediately thinking there was a new enemy, but were quickly reassured that that wasn't the case.

Mina then told them that it was still very important that she speak to them immediately, and they were understandably worried by that. So now they sat listening in disbelief as she related the conversation she had been a part of and what Lita, Raye, and Amy had decided to do.

As she finished speaking Mina watched the couple and it was clear they were not at all pleased. She closed her eyes briefly and shook her head at the behavior of her closest friends. Do they even remember the past? She wondered as the silence continued. She certainly remembered and was recalling more and more every day.

Serenity and Endymion's relationship was a major part of that. She and the girls had disapproved of the relationship as soon as they discovered it, and had tried to talk some sense into Serenity to get her to see that her relationship with Endymion was wrong. It hadn't worked and they realized it was because Serenity and Endymion had been in a relationship for quite some time before they discovered the couple.

Even after that they continued to try and dissuade her, repeatedly telling her that relationships between the Moon and Earth were forbidden, but that had no effect on her. Mina had eventually realized it was because the couple had truly grown close and had fallen in love. It wasn't a temporary fling. What they had was long lasting.

She had encouraged her fellow scouts to stop after that and leave Serenity alone and simply provide protection when the couple was together; especially after learning Serenity's mother had known about the relationship all along. If the Queen had no problem then why should they?

However, that was then and this was now. She had learned her lesson, but the others obviously hadn't. They clearly either didn't remember their past yet or hadn't learned the lesson from the past about trying to interfere in their Princess' relationship. They needed to stay out of her business. Period. She had meant what she said to them. They were to make sure she was physically safe; not interfere in her personal life.

Serena closed her eyes in disappointment, that was steadily growing to anger, at what she had learned. She could not believe her friends, the girls she had known the longest, would try to separate her and Darien; would try to separate her from her Prince.

How can they think I'm pretending to be happy? Just because Darien isn't all over me in front of them doesn't mean he doesn't show me all the love and affection I can ask for. More in fact. She thought as she slowly opened her eyes. And what the hell gives them the right to think they can interfere in my relationship?! What goes on between me and Darien is our business, and they should know better than to try and interfere!

Darien was furious that those girls would try to interfere in their relationship; trying, plotting, to actually separate them. His relationship with Serena was none of their business! For them to actually think just because he wasn't showing displays of affection in front of them that their relationship wasn't solid and that he couldn't give her what she needed was outrageous.

I've always been able to give my Princess what she needs! He thought furiously, though the emotion only flashed through his eyes instead of his entire face. Whether it be to keep her from being lonely, provide her a safe haven, give her love, shower her in affection, give her encouragement, be a ready and willing listener, assure her safety, and a hell of a lot more!

Learning what those three girls were thinking and planning made Darien pleased that he had made the decision to keep his distance from them. His main reason was that he simply didn't get along well with those girls, and in all the time he had known them none of them seemed interested in getting to know him beyond being Tuxedo Mask, Prince Endymion, and the significant other to their Princess.

And of the three of them he was still wary about letting Raye know anything personal about him, because he and his Princess were aware, though they never said anything, that she still had feelings for him.

Darien got along well with his Princess' Outer Scouts. Even Hotaru, though she was the youngest of them all. He figured her experiences growing up and her specialty as Sailor Saturn made her more mature beyond her years. He also got along well with Mina because she actually took the time to get to know him beyond being her Princess' fiancé. And because of that fact he allowed her to see beyond the nearly blank canvas he showed the world.

He spent more time with those five women then he did with Amy, Lita, and Raye, and because of that he had noticed a pattern of behavior in his Princess.

When around Mina and her Outer Scouts she was calm and at ease, growing more mature and at a rapid pace, but when she was around her other three Primary Scouts she was immature, uncertain of herself, and uneasy. He didn't think she was even aware of it. They clearly made her doubt herself on many levels, and he didn't like it at all.

That rather disturbing fact, and now this, makes me think something needs to be done about those girls. They are stepping out their bounds, and gradually becoming useless to my Princess. He thought as he moved his arm around his fiancée and rubbed her arm.

"I would like to say they're simply showing that they care, but what they are thinking is in no way caring." Serena said. "How can they make such assumptions without even speaking to me?"

"Very easily apparently." Darien said darkly.

"Yes." She agreed. "They apparently plan on speaking to me, but not really to get the facts from me. They have already made their decision and simply plan on talking me into ending our relationship."

"I'm sorry to bring bad news." Mina said quietly.

"No. Don't be sorry." Darien said firmly. "I'm glad you brought this to us. It would have been easy to remain silent, but you decided to be a true friend and inform us of this. We very much appreciate it; we especially appreciate not having to be surprised by it when they decide to have this conversation." He added and Serena nodded in agreement.

"How disrespectful!" She cried out suddenly, unable to contain herself. "How can they think I'm pretending to be happy?! You would think after that dark time with Galaxia they would have some idea of the difference!"

"Clearly this isn't about whether or not they think you're pretending. This is about their views of me, the assumptions they've made as a result, and trying to take away your choices." Darien said. "They think they know what you want and need better than you do, and are justifying their future actions by saying they have the right as your guardian scouts. Michelle, Trista, Hotaru, Amara, and of course Mina would never dream of doing such a thing!"

"This is yet another instance of them not trusting me." Serena said with disappointed frown.

Mina frowned herself at her Princess' words. She wondered what the other instance or instances were, but honestly wasn't sure she wanted to know since she might very well be included. Though she couldn't for the life of her recall not trusting her Princess. Still, she knew that didn't necessarily mean she had trusted her in whatever instance she was thinking of.

"Yes. You're going to have to do something about them. This can't keep happening." Darien said. "I could honestly care less what they think about me, but not trusting you is whole different matter altogether."

"You're right. I would like to talk to them as soon as possible, but I don't want them to know you told us." Serena said as she looked to Mina. "Since you told them you wanted no part in what they have planned they won't come to you with anything else, so I'll just wait for them to come to me with this conversation they have planned."

"Good idea love." Darien said, and Mina nodded in agreement.

"If they do come to me with anything else I'll let you both know as soon as possible." Mina said.

Serena and Darien nodded though they hoped nothing else worth reporting would happen.

=xMx=

Late one evening mere days after their talk with Mina, near eleven-thirty, one half of large double glass doors opened and Serena stepped out into the cool night air. Darien followed, having held the door open, and took her hand and placed it on his arm and began to lead her in the direction of his parked car like the gentleman he was.

It was date night and the couple had just left a restaurant that had a dance lounge a few floors above it. Formal attire was mandatory to even enter the restaurant so the pair was dressed to impress.

Serena had her hair styled in her usual manner; her twin streams of hair long now to the point of trailing along the ground. She was dressed in a sexy fitted navy blue V-strap chiffon long evening dress. It had a slit on the right side up to the middle of her thigh, and a scattering of tiny silver crystals along the top. On her feet were delicate looking silver high heel shoes.

Darien was dressed in black dress pants with a matching suit jacket, a silk black button up dress shirt, and a metallic silver tie. Completing his look was a pair of shiny black dress shoes.

Their date night had consisted of dinner and dancing, so once they finished eating and the check had been paid they left the restaurant area and headed up to the dance lounge by taking an elevator only reachable through the restaurant. The lounge had low lighting and was part bar, part dance floor, and part seating area. There was no problem with them being there, where alcohol was sold, since Darien was twenty-two and Serena was nineteen.

They only had one cocktail each with the least amount of alcohol in it considering neither one of them was interested in getting drunk. Once they finished off their drinks they spent the rest of the time dancing. The music in the lounge ranged from slow songs, to tango music, to relaxing and upbeat jazz melodies.

The couple had a good time and now they were interested in finishing the night in private, so they were set to go back to Darien's place. Once they reached the car it was a comfortable quiet drive to the high rise apartment building with each of them lost in their own thoughts. Thoughts that they were both sure were very similar considering their actions that night.

All of their dancing had tended toward the sensual and downright sexy, and as a result they were both highly aroused and anxious to get back to the privacy of his apartment.

When they finally reached his building they rode the elevator up to his floor and made their way to his apartment door and inside. Once the door was closed they freed themselves of their shoes and moved further into the apartment, ignoring the light switch, content to rely on the light coming in through the balcony since the curtains were wide open.

Before they got very far Darien stepped up behind Serena and wrapped his arms around her waist and pressed his lips to the side of her neck.

"Hmm..." Serena hummed as she turned in his arms and brought her hands up to rest on his shoulders. "Show me what you can do my King." She challenged, using the title she had begun to address him by when they were alone.

"Very well." Darien said, his eyes flashing gold as he accepted her challenge, and leaned down and brought his lips to hers.

As they kissed he slowly guided her back and toward the couch. As he slid his hand along her back he found the zipper to her dress and took the time to ease the zipper down to open and loosen her fitted dress.

They stopped walking and their lips parted as Serena slipped her fingers and hands inside his suit jacket at his shoulders and pushed it off. She held it as he pulled his arms free then looked around, seeing that they had stopped next to the end of the couch, and draped it on the side chair.

She glanced up at him before she turned and walked between the couch and coffee table and stopped in front of the second side chair and began to slip out of her dress.

As he loosened his tie and pulled it off he watched his loves fingers slip under the straps of her dress and pull them off her shoulders. The dress slithered down her body like water and he imagined his hands following the same path as he tossed his tie to join his jacket on the chair.

She stepped out of the small pool of fabric and his eyes darkened as she bent over, her round bottom facing him, and picked up the dress. As he unbuttoned his shirt he watched her drape her dress over the chair so it partly hung over the back, and turn toward him as he pulled his shirt off.

She stepped toward him, wearing nothing but a pair of panties, but paused and instead sat on the couch and watched him. He licked his dry lips and tossed his shirt on the chair and began to unbutton his pants. He was incredibly turned on by the fact that his woman was sitting in nothing but her underwear intently watching him strip.

He freed his legs from his pants and added it to the pile on the chair before he pulled his socks off and left them on the floor. He took a few steps forward and sat next to her on the couch and brought his hand up to the back of her neck as he kissed her passionately.

Serena leaned into the kiss and smoothed her hand along her fiancé's chest loving the firmness and strength she could feel there. Seeing him strip down in front of her had only heightened the arousal that was already coursing through, and the way he had looked at her the entire time had only added to that.

Now with her hand trailing along his chest she wanted to feel more of that, so she shifted onto her knees before she straddled his lap and pressed herself against him. His hands instantly began to stroke up and down her sides and back as she rested her arms loosely around his neck.

She slid her tongue against his and around his mouth as she began to rock her hips against his. Back and forth she moved as she rubbed against him, only pausing to occasionally grind against him, to emphasize the feel of his steadily growing hardness. She moaned as his hands came around and covered her breasts caressing and squeezing as their tongues danced together.

After a few long moments of this Serena broke their kiss and pulled away from his hands and lap and stood up. She smiled and reached down and stroked him through his boxer briefs, feeling his hardness, before she curled her fingers around the waistband and began to pull. He lifted his hips helpfully and the underwear moved down his thighs, and she eased them down and off his legs.

As she tossed them off to the side on the floor she watched him wrap his fingers around himself and stroke up and down. She tilted her head slightly as she watched the action then she slipped her panties off and flicked them off her foot to join his underwear on the floor.

Darien watched as Serena placed her knees at his sides' one at a time, and he put a hand on her hip and helped guide her down as she took his length into her body. She settled onto his lap and he placed his free hand on her other hip as she cupped his face in her hands and kissed him.

He moaned at the feel of her clenching around him, and lifted his hips to thrust up into her heated center. The movement, regardless of how slight it was, only increased his arousal, and made him long for more.

He gripped her hips and pulled, wanting her to get moving, and hummed into her mouth as she began to rock against him. He slid his hands up to once again cover her breasts, as she moved her hands to grip his shoulders, and gently squeezed the fleshy orbs. He loved the feel of her breasts. Touching them aroused him to no end, and it was even more satisfying that it aroused her as well.

Serena moaned and covered one of his hands on her breast and squeezed wanting to feel his hands gripping her. She actually wanted to feel more than that. She wanted to feel his hands all over, gripping, squeezing, and clinging to her. She wanted to feel his desire, passion, and love for her like it was physical thing.

It was mostly why she had challenged him, and she intended to get exactly what she wanted tonight.

With that in mind she broke the kiss and moved her hand from his shoulder and covered his hand on her breast, and slowly lifted her hips and brought them back down. She bit her lip and closed her eyes as she moved, her pace increasing, her hips bouncing as her pleasure climbed higher and higher.

She squeezed his hands and in return he squeezed her breasts ringing a moan from her throat as she began to pant in excitement.

Darien watched with hooded eyes as his love began to fall into her first release. She looked beautiful, passionate, and free. All she needed was her wings, and she would look like a passionate angel.

He lifted his hips as she moved her hips down to help heighten her pleasure, and listened as she cried out stiltedly and gasped. Her body trembled and shivered in her pleasure; the only thing holding her upright was his hands on her chest.

It was a pleasure simply watching her, but he didn't like that he wasn't playing a bigger role. She had done the majority of the work, and he vowed she wouldn't with the next round. She had challenged him to show her what he could do, and he intended to do just that and give her the time of her life.

Serena panted as her hips slowed to a stop. She placed a hand on his shoulder, trying to help keep herself upright, and continued to hold his hand to her breast with her other hand. She loved the feel of the pleasure coursing through her, the feel of him inside her, and she desperately wanted the pleasure to continue but she couldn't keep moving.

She gasped as Darien simultaneously held her to him and stood up. She blinked in surprise and confusion as he slipped out of her, and without a word arranged her so she was kneeling where he had been sitting on the couch facing the back cushions.

As she leaned against the cushion she watched him spread her knees, and understood as she began to see pass her lingering pleasure. Her love was taking control, and she was eager to see where he would take their love making.

He kneeled on one knee behind her, between her legs, on the couch and proceeded to slip back inside her with a single steady stroke. She couldn't help moaning as the position changed the feel of him inside her in a way that was hard for her to describe, but left her wanting more.

Darien slipped one arm around her stomach and gripped the back of the couch next to her hand as he pressed himself against her back. He pulled his hips back and thrust forward and listened to a lusty moan float from her lips.

He could definitely relate. The feel of being inside her, of her moist inner muscles surrounding him, and the new position was a pleasure unto itself. With him moving within her it took it to a whole other level that already had him beginning to pant.

He nuzzled the side of her face with his nose before he pressed his face against her neck only moving his hips since she was pressing her upper body back against his chest. His hand slid up almost as if it had a mind of its own and covered her breast before his fingers squeezed the flesh.

A breathy moan slipped passed her lips and he felt her head rest back against his shoulder as if it suddenly weighed too much. He planted kisses up and down the length of her neck wanting to add to her pleasure as his own rose higher and higher aided by the erotic sound of their skin slapping together.

Serena was in heaven. The steady pleasure she was feeling coursing through her was nearly all she could think of. At that moment it was all she wanted; all she needed. Darien was so good at satisfying her needs even when she didn't know what she needed. But this time she asked, she had challenged him, and her King was delivering perfectly.

She hummed and swiped her tongue across her drying lips as she began to grip the cushion beneath her hands. Her body was beginning to tremble as her pleasure increased, spreading from her core in waves. She just need more, only a little more, and bliss would be hers.

"More." She breathed out as she turned her face toward her lover.

In response her lips were captured in an intense kiss, a hot tongue quickly slipping pass her lips and into her mouth to dance with hers. Strong hips shifted behind her before moving faster and thrusting harder.

Serena whimpered into his mouth as her body trembled harder in her pleasure. Then she felt his hand slide from her breast down her stomach and between her parted legs until his fingers found her pleasure button. He stroked and rubbed it, moving his finger against it in a rough rapid pace that was just what she needed to send her over the edge.

Darien breathed hard as his Princess, no his Queen, abruptly broke away from their kiss with a stilted scream. Her back arched and her head once again rested on his shoulder even as she pressed her hips back against his own.

He groaned deeply at the feel of her inner walls rhythmically squeezing and pulsing around his length. It was exquisite pleasure and he gritted his teeth to keep his own release at bay. He wasn't ready to let go and succumb; not just yet. He wanted his Queen to experience more pleasure first.

As she quieted and her body began to relax he slowed his fingers and hips to a stop and simply kissed along the length of her neck and shoulder as she panted for air and shivered in the aftershocks of her pleasure.

He waited until his own body had calmed to the point where he wasn't in danger of being overcome by his own release before he wrapped his arm around her waist and lifted her as he turned them around. He let himself fall into a seated position and joined his voice to hers in a moan at the feel of slamming into her from the action.

Serena placed her hands on his knees to steady herself as she now found herself straddling his lap. She shifted her hips and began to rock back and forth against him taking him in and easing him out of her core with her every move. She sighed and closed her eyes as her pleasure slowly began to come back.

She lifted one of her hands up and reached back to swipe her streams of hair off to the side so they weren't sliding across her back, and took the opportunity to shift her feet so her toes were on the floor to give her better stability.

As she did so she felt Darien's hands rest on her hips, and with that added stability she began to lift her hips, easing herself up and down on his length. She moaned as the steady motion and angle created a delicious friction and caused her pleasure to rise higher and spread through her body like ripples in water.

Soon she found herself bouncing on his lap, slamming his length inside her with each downward motion. She cried out slightly at the sharp pleasure that streaked through her as his length hit a sensitive spot deep inside her. She panted as she tried to move faster, but the pleasure she was feeling was making it impossible for her to reach the pace her body was desperate for.

Darien groaned in pleasure at his loves bouncing motion. Every time the tip of his length hit deep inside her pleasure shot through him like lightning. He never wanted it to stop, but he wasn't so lost in the pleasure that he didn't realize what his woman needed.

He sat up from his slightly slouched position and wrapped his arms around her before he eased them back until she was laying with her back against him and her head on his shoulder. He covered her breasts with his hands and caressed and squeezed them as he bucked his hips in a steady pace and moved within her with hard thrusts.

She moaned out a continuous stream of erotic sounding encouragement that let him know she was feeling every ounce of pleasure he was trying to make her feel. He was even pleased that she seemed unable at the moment to figure out where to put her arms and hands so much was the pleasure she was feeling.

Eventually she settled on wrapping one arm around his head to grasp his hair in her fingers, and covered one of his hands on her breast and squeezed with him. The pressure around his hand let him know she wanted him to squeeze harder, so he did even as he registered from the way her body was moving against him that she was beyond the point of thought. She was simply working toward more pleasure.

He certainly wasn't going to deny her.

Serena panted and squeezed Darien's hand so he would squeeze her breast harder. The added pleasure that shot through her when he did was exactly what she wanted. She wanted pleasure, constant pleasure, and to feel his hands moving all over her.

Much to her satisfaction it seemed her King had heard her thoughts. His hands squeezed her breasts before they began to move up and down stroking over her throat and stomach before one hand traveled lower and slipped between her legs. A loud moan escaped her as he began to rub her pleasure button, somehow syncing the action with his thrusting hips in a way that increased her pleasure dramatically.

She cried out suddenly as the pleasure became too much and crashed through her. His hips began to move faster, his thrusts coming harder, but she was barely aware; her mind so focused on the pleasure flowing through her. The actions causing the pleasure no longer mattered; only the pleasure itself.

Moments later Darien groaned loudly and his hips jerked erratically as his own released washed over him. He squeezed her breast and pressed his fingers against her pleasure button to help prolong her pleasure and his own. He ground his hips against hers as he thrust a last time to get out the last of his pleasure before his body relaxed.

Serena sighed deeply and lay back against Darien feeling completely boneless in her pleasure high. She felt so good and relaxed especially with her loves arms holding her securely but she wanted more. She wanted to feel more of the pleasure. Even now there was pleasure circling her core at the mere feel of his length inside her.

But not here. I'm ready to go to bed. She thought with a sigh before she sat up and then stood up.

"Let's get more comfortable." She said softly as she held out her hand to him.

Darien grasped the hand offered to him and stood up, and followed Serena around the couch as she led him toward the hallway and the bedroom. He watched her streams of hair trailing along the floor, and followed them up her long legs to her round bottom and along the contours of her back. The sight alone had his body heating up as desire flooded through him.

His eyes dropped to her swaying hips and his eyelids lowered as he decided he needed her.

He stopped and wrapped his free arm around her, bringing her to a stop as well, and kissed her neck as he pressed against her. She tilted her neck and he took advantage suckling a spot in the center of the stretched column. He took their clasped hands and wrapped their arms across her stomach as his free hand slid down and cupped her womanhood firmly.

The secret Princess and future Queen moaned at the feel of her King's strong hand against her, and bucked her hips lightly as his fingers began to stroke and rub her. Her fingers stroked along his stretched arm encouragingly, and rested on his hand as his fingers moved against her somehow adding to the desire flowing through her.

His fingers stroked her continuously, rubbing firmly yet slowly, building her pleasure higher and higher. His hot tongue flicked and moved against her neck as he suckled the skin, leaving no doubt in her mind that there would be a mark left from his efforts.

Suddenly his hands and arms released her only to turn her around. The next thing she knew her back was pressed against the closest wall and her lips were locked in a hard passionate kiss. She moaned into his mouth as his hands slid up and down her sides, and over and around her chest as he squeezed and caressed her breasts.

As she was distracted drowning in the pleasure of his mouth and hands she was unaware of one of his hands leaving her until she felt one of her legs lift up to his waist. Before she could do more than register the action she could feel his length pushing inside her.

Darien gripped the back of his loves leg just above her knee as he felt her arms snake around his shoulders and neck. He rocked his hips at a steady pace, thrusting hard, as his hand squeezed her breast and his lips moved with hers.

She broke the kiss and turned her head away, panting for air, and he took the opportunity to plant kisses along the neglected side of her neck before he latched his lips around a smooth section. He listened to her moan as he ground his hips against hers, and moaned himself at the feel of her clenching around him in response.

He released her neck and pressed his face against the spot as he breathed harshly as his pleasure began to spike. He moved his hand down away from her soft breast and wrapped his arm around her lower back, keeping her steady against him as he thrust his hips faster.

Serena moaned for what felt like the hundredth time as pleasure flowed through her. The only thing holding her up at this point were her arms around his neck, his arm around her back, and the firm grip of his hand on her leg. She wanted to arch her back against him but he was already holding her close, so close that there was hardly any room for her to move in any way.

But she didn't want to move. She was pressed against him, being held by him, and really the only closeness she cared for was the connection of their hips.

She blinked her eyes in the dark of the hallway and simply focused on her breathing, panting for air, the heat and pleasure flowing through her body like waves. She never wanted it to stop, and she vaguely realized she had been thinking that a lot since they got started, but then she always thought that way whenever he gave her pleasure. His pleasure was addictive, and definitely an addiction she never wanted to get rid of.

Darien paused to shift his feet into a more steady position and began thrusting once again in long slow hard strokes. He groaned as he listened to her cry out with his every thrust, and every time he hit the end of her his pleasure spiked and surged through his body threatening to send him falling into his release.

He wanted that. He wanted that for the both of them so he continued his movements. The slow yet deliberate hard thrusts increasing their pleasure more and more. He paused his thrusts briefly and ground against hers, listening as she moaned and rubbed her breasts against his chest before he continued.

He shifted his face along hers until he found her lips and kissed her hard before he thrust harder inside her core. She moaned into his mouth and tightened her grip around his neck as her body jerked, sliding slightly up the wall with each thrust.

Finally, much to his satisfaction, she broke the kiss and screamed out, her core tightening around him and pulling him into his own release. He cried out slightly as he pressed her against the wall with his body, his hips jerking and thrusting wildly to keep his pleasure going for as long as possible.

Serena panted and quietly moaned, her body shivering as the pleasure began to fade. She could feel her inner walls still clenching around his length as her body gradually calmed down. That act alone along with the feel of him still inside her threatened to bring her pleasure back.

She didn't know whether to be thankful or not when he released her leg and pulled out of her. A moment later she decided to be thankful as he swept her up off her weak legs and carried her the rest of the way to the bedroom.

Once there he placed her back on her feet at the side of the bed and she watched him pull the thin comforter back. It was thin enough to prevent them from getting hot and yet was enough to provide some slight cover, which she was thankful for as she climbed in. For some reason being in his bedroom, in his bed, made her feel slightly shy about being naked regardless that no one would see her.

Strange considering I was fine being naked in the living room and the hallway. She thought softly as she watched him climb under the comforter next to her.

"Take your hair down." Darien said quietly, and watched as she did exactly that. The buns loosening before they tumbled down and her hair spread across her back.

He hummed in satisfaction before he leaned over and eased her back onto the bed before he kissed her and covered her body with his. Their tongues danced and played with each other, slowly stoking their desire yet giving their bodies time to recover from their last intimate bout.

He felt her hands smooth over his shoulders before stroking along his upper back, and her legs slid leisurely against his like silk. He loved the feel of her touch. Loved it every time she touched him no matter the situation. He could always feel how much she cared about him, and that was very important to him considering how much he loved her.

He broke their kiss and kissed along her cheek down to her neck and lavished the smooth column with attention. He wanted her to feel how much he cared for her as well. It didn't matter that she already knew. What mattered was that she felt it right now in that moment.

Serena sighed at the kisses being scattered along her neck and the strong warm hands sliding up and down her sides. As much as she was enjoying the feel of his actions they let her know that he intended to take things slow again. While she didn't mind that, part of her was impatient. She wanted to feel the pleasure as soon as she possibly could.

However, she knew that she needed to be patient. The slow build would raise her desire and begin to bring back the pleasure so she could drown in it. Until then she would enjoy what he was doing and pay attention to his every kiss and caress for the nonverbal declaration of love that they were.

One of his warm hands moved up her side and over to cover her breast. She hummed at the feel of his gentle yet firm caresses and the subtle pleasure forming every time his fingers squeezed. She turned her head away from him and stretched her neck to give him more room to plant his kisses along her skin.

He did for a few moments before he latched on and began to gently suckle the skin just above the juncture of her neck and shoulder. The sensation along with his busy hands had her arching her body, pressing up against his firm chest, wanting to express her pleasure and be close to him.

The feel of Serena's body pressing up against him was very appreciated. The soft contours of her body felt just as good as they did in his hands. Better yet was her arching made her hips shift slightly, which reminded Darien that he was resting against her womanhood. That reminder alone made him very aware of his body responding in desire.

He pressed his hips forward sliding his hardening length against her heated womanhood as his lips and tongue worked on her neck. He could feel the pleasure beginning to flow through his body and he couldn't wait for it to become a flood. He absolutely loved it. He loved the pleasure and he loved feeling his Queen touching and clinging to him.

We definitely need more date nights like this. Or better yet, she needs to just move in with me. He thought idly as he squeezed her breast. She's definitely old enough, and it would mean we wouldn't have to schedule date nights just to express our physical love for each other. Not to mention it would help when we leave for school in the States.

As he moved his lips back to hers he decided he would mention it in the morning, but for now he was going to focus back on what he was doing. Bringing them pleasure.

Serena moaned at the feel of his hips pressing against hers, of his length rubbing against her, as she ran her fingers through his hair. The pleasure was really starting to come back now. Heat was building inside her as her desire grew and she couldn't help shifting in a silent request for more.

Thankfully he understood and moments later she was feeling him slide back inside her. She moaned at the instant pleasure and wrapped her legs loosely around his waist as he began to rock his hips against hers. This time he wasn't thrusting hard. There was only gentle slowness to match the gentle caresses he was bestowing on her breast.

The steady friction felt amazing as he moved within her, sliding back and forth as she held on to him. He shifted his position releasing her breast only to grasp the other one as his free hand slid down her side before moving off her to the bed. She wanted his hand to come back to her, but she understood that he needed to steady himself.

That doesn't mean I have to settle for that. She thought as she slid her legs away and rested them back at his sides on the bed before she moved her hands and pushed against him.

Darien broke their kiss and breathed heavily as he rolled onto his back, taking his love with him as she clearly wanted him to do. He looked up at her and watched as she shifted and adjusted her arms around his head before she brought her lips back to his. Moments later her hips began to move as she rolled them like a wave against his lifting herself up and down on his length to his great pleasure.

Their lips parted and connected repeatedly before their tongues began to dance together again. He groaned as the action almost mimicked the movements of their hips as he began to lift his hips into her rolling motion. He slid his hands over her hips and up and down her back and hugged her to him, feeling her breasts press snuggly against his chest, as she pulled her lips away.

He panted and moaned as she moved her lips to his neck, suckling the skin like he had done to her multiple times that night. He slid one of his hands down her back and covered one of the cheeks of her round bottom before squeezing. She moaned loudly and he opened his eyes as she began to sit up.

That was when he noticed the glow on her forehead. He blinked as he realized her crescent moon was on display, and in fact her whole body was glowing very softly. The sight of her power beginning to show stroked his desire for her higher and higher, and the view only helped to drive it further along.

She sat straddling his hips, her breasts in clear view, as she began to rock her hips against him faster. He groaned and moved his hands up to cup her breasts and squeeze them, his own power surfacing as his pleasure heightened. He closed his eyes as the glow of their power grew brighter and lifted his hips, grinding against her, before he felt her hands cover his as if to keep them attached to her breasts.

Amy, Raye, and Lita were all transformed into Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, and Sailor Jupiter and were running along rooftops and leaping from building to building as they made their way toward their destination.

A few hours ago they had made their way to Serena's house, determined to have the talk they had planned to have with her, and found that she wasn't home when they got there. Her mother had informed them that she had gone out on a date with Darien and they didn't expect her back until the next day.

They thanked her and left, feeling surprised and a little foolish. For some reason it hadn't occurred to them that she wouldn't be home or that she would have plans. None of them had even thought to call her to at least give her a heads up that they were on their way. If they had done that, at least, they would've known she wasn't home before they had come.

They had gone to Lita's apartment and tried to figure out what to do. They understood that Serena had plans for that night, but they didn't want to put off having their conversation. The longer they waited the harder it would be to have.

They wished they could just contact her on the communicator, but that would be going too far. Those were for times when there was Scout business to deal with; not to arrange a casual conversation.

Since they couldn't do that they considered going to Darien's place to talk to her. Surely she could spare some time to talk to them? Darien wouldn't mind giving them some privacy, and considering their suspicions the young women didn't think they would be interrupting anything good. The pair was probably just having a night in watching TV. They couldn't picture him doing anything romantic, so what else could they be doing?

Still, they wanted to make sure this time before they went anywhere, so Amy took out her minicomputer and searched for Serena's energy signature. To their surprise she wasn't at Darien's apartment. She was with him, since his energy signature was also present, but they appeared to be in the downtown area. Amy even narrowed it down further to a restaurant.

With this information they decided to just wait for them to get back to his place. Obviously they had just gone out to eat and would be going back there since her mother said she didn't expect her back home that night. They could easily go when the couple arrived back and catch them before they went to bed. That would give them the privacy they needed to talk since Darien could just go to bed.

So here they were racing through the city toward Darien's apartment building. Amy's computer had let them know that the couple had reached his apartment, so they had left and began to make their way there. They arrived across the street from the building a few minutes after midnight.

They were confident that the couple wasn't asleep yet despite the hour since they had arrived themselves not too long ago.

"So are we going in or what?" Lita said as she eyed the building, looking up toward the top of the building where Darien's apartment was.

"Yes. We didn't come all this way for nothing." Raye said as she glanced to Lita.

"But are we going in through the front door or are we going to go through the balcony?" Amy asked with a frown. "After all, what if they have gone to sleep? We wouldn't want to wake them." She added.

"Well, waking them would be rude, so why don't we check through the balcony windows?" Raye suggested. "If they're not awake we can leave, and if they are awake we can knock on the window."

Amy and Lita agreed with that, seeing nothing wrong with it, and the trio stealthily began to make their way across the street and up the building balcony by balcony. Eventually they made it to the right balcony and landed on the balcony to Darien's living room.

They looked through the window doors since the curtains were wide open, and saw that all was dark and no one was there.

"Let's check the bedroom balcony before we go." Lita said before she and Raye began to move toward the other end of the balcony.

Amy was about to follow but paused and took a closer look inside. She saw clothes draped on the chairs and on the floor, and her eyes widened as her mind quickly came to a conclusion. It was a conclusion that she thought was impossible, but logic dictated that there could be no other reason.

"Wait!" She called, but her friends were already leaping to the balcony across from her.

She hurried after them, carefully leaping over to join them, and steadied herself in a crouch before she stood and stepped toward them as they gazed through the window doors. She opened her mouth to tell them what she had seen, but stopped with a gasp as her eyes were drawn toward a light inside the room.

There on the bed, clearly visible since the curtains were wide open, were Serena and Darien. Both were glowing brightly with their powers; both their eyes and their bodies. Darien a rich gold and Serena a pure white. Even the royal crescent moon insignia was visible on Serena's forehead.

What made them glow with the light of their power was also easily, graphically, visible. Serena, their Princess, who they thought was secretly unhappy in her relationship, was naked straddling Darien's equally naked body and rocking against him. Her hands were on his chest, clearly as a means to steady herself, and his hands were gripping her hips.

As they watched, unable to tear their eyes away, she shifted to stretch her legs behind him as he sat up then shifted again until it looked like she was squatting on him. They held each other, clinging together and kissing, as Serena continued to rock her hips against him. Then she broke their kiss and suddenly gripped his shoulders and leaned back, thrusting herself on him, and their eyes widened as Darien shifted his hands on her back and leaned forward and closed his mouth around her breast!

Serena brought the arm closest to them back to lean against the bed as she shifted her other one to cling to his neck, and it was clear to their watching eyes that her actions were to help steady her as she moved her hips more furiously against him.

The three women couldn't believe their eyes. Their friend, and Princess, was having sex with Darien. Not just regular sex as far as they could tell, but wild and passionate sex. As they watched Darien threaded his fingers into the hair at the back of her head, and Serena's unoccupied breast was bouncing in the vigor of their movements. Her head was thrown back and her lips were parted in pleasure.

All three women were shocked, but they also all had different reactions. Amy blushed brilliantly at what she was seeing and shame that she couldn't seem to pull her eyes away. She was also extremely surprised and shocked. She hadn't known that Serena and Darien had begun being intimate. It was clear from what she was seeing that this couldn't possibly be a first time experience. It was also clear evidence that she was wrong, very wrong, about what she thought was going on in their relationship.

Lita was beyond surprised. Here she was having been worrying all these years about the relationship her friend and Princess was in, and it turned out she couldn't have been more wrong. Serena was clearly getting a great deal of affection, and it was obvious Darien wasn't as dispassionate as she thought he was. Clearly they would have no problem having Rini!

Raye blushed for a variety of reasons. She was embarrassed that she was witnessing something that was supposed to be private, she was slightly ashamed that she had been wrong about Darien not being able to give Serena what she needed, and she was jealous that Serena was experiencing something from Darien that she would never get.

She'd allowed herself the vague thought that she might be able to finally have a chance with him if they succeeded in getting Serena to see reason and breakup with him, but that was obviously not going to happen.

The voyeurs watched as Darien shifted after a long few moments moving onto his knees, the action looking effortless, before he placed Serena onto her back and covered her body as he covered her mouth with his. His hand slid up and covered her breast and squeezed as he moved his hips in a steady rhythm.

Serena's arm was still stretched out but her hand was now grasping at the comforter beneath them. Her legs were bent slightly and her other hand was firmly grasping his hair. To their eyes it was clear, very clear, that she was not at all pretending to be happy, and was getting all the affection she needed.

Darien broke their kiss and moved his lips down to her neck, planting kisses the whole way, and Serena sighed in pleasure as she turned her head away toward the balcony. She wanted this to go on and on; wanted the blissful pleasure her King was making her feel go on until she literally couldn't take it anymore.

Maybe I can make that happen. He certainly doesn't seem like he's ready to stop anytime soon. She thought quietly as she arched her back, prompting him to squeeze her breast again.

She opened her eyes, ready to bring his lips back to hers, but gasped sharply in shock and surprise as her eyes took in the figures standing out on the balcony.

"What the hell?!" Serena said, her mind warring between embarrassment and outrage.

"What? What's wrong?" Darien said as he lifted his upper body slightly and looked down at her. He saw that she wasn't looking at him so he looked over to where she was looking, and his eyes widened before they darkened yet simultaneously glowed with his power as rage washed over him.

Because there on his bedroom balcony, standing there like they were window shopping, were Sailor Jupiter, Sailor Mercury, and Sailor Mars.

The couple watched as the girls eyes widened at being caught before they scrambled around slightly as they began to jump off the balcony to get away so they obviously wouldn't have to face them. Darien practically growled as he began to pull away from his woman, but paused as her hold on him tightened.

"No." Serena said as she turned his face back toward her. "Don't stop. We can deal with them later. I'm not about to let them ruin our night!"

Darien narrowed his eyes and clenched his fists in the cover at her sides. He was so furious that he could barely think straight after that outrageous invasion of their privacy. But then he blinked as Serena leaned up and kissed his lips lightly before relaxing back on the bed.

"I'm all for angry sex." She admitted softly yet determinedly. "We haven't tried that yet." She added as she raised an eyebrow.

Darien hummed before he glanced back to the balcony. It was now very much empty, but he wasn't going to take any chances. He waved his hand toward it and watched as the curtains instantly slid closed. Then focused back on his love and kissed her hard.

She was right. They had never had angry sex before. They had been angry before, but never in a position to have sex at the same time. The whole night they had been passionate and wild but not rough, and that was about to change; at least for Darien.

He moved his hips hard and furious, displaying his fury in his actions. Part of him didn't want to be rough, didn't want to chance hurting her, but the other part reminded him she had asked for this and was in fact holding on to him in a tight grip with her legs, arms, and hands.

Serena for her part was loving the roughness. Everything had become so much more intense; from his movements to the pleasure he was making her feel. She broke the kiss and cried out in pleasure. Her back arched as much as it could with him covering her as she squeezed her legs around him.

Her body jerked with his hard thrusts, and the only thing keeping her in place was his weight on top of her and his strong hands gripping her shoulders. He'd moved his mouth to her neck and she'd found even his harsh breath against her skin was heightening her pleasure.

His body began to rock against her with his thrusts, the motion helping to trigger something inside her that made her completely lose it. A pleasure filled scream escaped her throat, and surprised her with its sudden appearance. Her body tensed but she clung to her King wanting the pleasure to go on and on even as her scream began to taper off from lack of air.

The only thing she could think of in those blissful moments was that this was not the end. The night was still young, and she wanted more, much more of the pleasure her King was giving her.

=xMx=

Darien blinked his eyes open slowly and the first thing he saw was Serena's hair in his face. He didn't mind though. He was perfectly happy waking up to her every chance he got. In fact, he felt himself pressed against her as he had been when they finally fell asleep. His arms were still wrapped around her, and he felt his fingers twitch as he realized he was holding one of her breasts in his hand.

They were covered up to their waists with his blankets, but he didn't feel cold and he doubted she did either. Beyond that, their nudity reminded him of their actions last, which in turn reminded him that their privacy had been seriously violated. He was still furious, though quietly in the morning silence, at the violation; especially since he was a very private person.

He didn't care that he was a Prince in the past, that he identified as one at present, or that he would somehow become a King in the future. He understood that royals were public figures, but his privacy was not something he had ever tolerated being invaded. Not in the past, and certainly not in his twenty-two years in this life.

Darien had been through a lot in his life. Losing his parents and becoming an orphan as a child, being brainwashed by the Negaverse and made to attack and hurt people, attack and hurt his Princess, and he'd even died twice from two different enemies.

However, this invasion of privacy was the worse occurrence by far. Worse because it was done by people his Princess trusted her life with, by people she thought were her friends, and by people he had been comfortable leaving the safety of the woman he loved to.

Now that some time had passed and he could think about it clearly it was logical to reason that they hadn't set out to spy on them. It was likely they were coming to talk to or confront Serena about her relationship with him as Mina had warned them. They highly likely hadn't expected to see them being so intimate.

It's not as if we've advertised that our relationship has long since become physical. Not that we needed to. It's certainly not any of their business. He thought with a frown.

Despite that fact it still didn't give them a right to violate their privacy the way they had. Just judging by the look on their faces it was clear that they had been there long before they were caught.

Enjoying the show. He thought angrily before he was pulled out of his thoughts by a warm soft hand covering his on her stomach.

"When did you wake up?" He asked quietly.

"A few minutes ago." She answered softly, and listened to him hum. "Thinking about what happened last night?" She asked.

"Thinking about the only bad part of what happened." He agreed and clarified.

"What were they thinking?!" Serena said with quiet fury.

"I don't know." Darien replied with a heavy sigh. "I think they might have been planning on talking to you about our relationship, and saw more than they bargained for."

"And couldn't stop looking!" She added angrily. She was not only still very angry about that, but embarrassed as well. She hated that they had seen them naked in such a private moment, and more than that she hated that Raye had seen even a little of Darien's naked body considering her continued affection for him.

"Yes. That's the part I was just thinking about." He said with a frown. "You know I didn't plan to get an apartment this high up, but in the past few years I've been glad since I thought it was added privacy to keep people from being able to see inside." He added.

"And here they blow that reassurance right out of the water, and by using their abilities as scouts no less." She finished for him.

"Yes." He agreed; happy that she understood his thoughts.

"Ugh! What were they thinking?! Why couldn't they have waited for daylight? Or even knock on the door? Or call to see if I was even available?" She asked in frustration.

"Likely because they didn't want to give you a choice in the matter. They planned to spring it on you and get you to see things their way whether you liked it or not." Darien said.

"Yes, because they've already made up their mind about what they think I need and want." Serena agreed unhappily, and he hummed in agreement.

"Something has to be done. We can't simply let this go." He said intensely, his entire being still furious at the invasion to their privacy.

"Yes. Something has to be done. Something has to change." She agreed, and was quiet for a few moments. "Perhaps I need to get new guardians. Ones I can trust; ones that know how to stay out of my personal business." She added seriously.

Lita, Amy, and Raye seemed to be doing that more and more over the last couple of years; trying to be all in her personal business. They always had something to say about her school work, and how much she ate, and even what she should do after they graduated from high school. They'd likely complain about how she fought if there was an enemy, and she was positive they hadn't complained with the last one because they were distracted by the Starlight's.

And I remember the past very well. I may have put aside the fact that they tried to talk me into leaving my relationship with Endymion, but I never forgot nor did I forget their insistence before they finally stopped. She thought with a frown.

It was obviously happening again; though the reason had changed. Where in the past it had been a case of a forbidden relationship, this time it was their belief that she wasn't happy and her Prince, her King, wasn't what she needed.

This reason is even worse than the last, and I will not put up with it. I deserve better; Darien and I deserve better! She thought firmly.

"Do you think we should let the others know what happened?" She wondered. "Although I really don't want them to know."

"I don't either, but they do need to know what happened. Especially if you're going to get new scouts. They don't need to know the details, only that our privacy has been seriously invaded and it's the last straw." Darien said, and she nodded.

"I'll contact them each individually so Amy, Raye, and Lita don't know, and we'll have a meeting." Serena said.
