Re:Form -Elior Stories

Warning: I'm an Anime only so most of the lore may be wrong or changed in this story(maybe ı would even forget lore given by anime too sometimes ıdk). So ı'm sorry for those. (But ı also started reading novels and looking at extra lore so you can see them here as well)

Also my computer died so not the same animation for now.

The Ones Left Behind:

It's been weeks since the fight between the witch and assassins happened in Irlam village. The village seems a lot calmer as the time goes on. Villagers seem to return to their usual schedule. Tradesmen, farmers, all seem to get back to what they are doing without the fear of the witch.

Even Frederica was finally able to go to the village without any issue. But there is still that distancing tone around her. She was able to see it everywhere. The glares, hate and fear. It maybe was not directed at her, but it was still seen by her. But there was one time that hurt her the most.

Another day at shopping she was able to overhear some kids who were playing around.

"Where is Petra?" A kid asked.

"I asked her mom but she said Petra still was not able to.", another one answered.

"Is she alright?", Another asked.

"She is scared that the witch is still around,'' another said.

"Is she!?", Another asked with fear.

"O-Of course not! Don't you remember? After a fight they ran away.", One of them said.

"Y-Yeah…", One of them said.

Frederica was able to hear fear in their voice. As they saw her, they slowly backed away and went to either bigger kids or their family.

This thought surrounded the whole village. That hate and fear towards the witch while praises for the assassins.

She tried to not mind that but after a while it became one of her most painful duties.

While others were gone her duties became larger as well. But she was fine with it. She was already working hard before, when her past colleague left. She just needed to work harder. Even at night time sometimes.

"I seee you are cleaning the floooors, Fredrica", Roswaal said.

"Yes, Lord Roswaal.", Frederica said while continuing her job.

"Hmm… Good job.", Roswaal said and left.

Roswaal seemed very quiet after Subaru and Emilia left. He was sometimes walking around the mansion but he seemed very silent. While he said he was going to "change the villagers' views around Emilia, for now he didn't show any sign of doing exactly that.

He walked and walked until he realized someone was out of her room.

"Beatrice…", Roswaal thought and walked.

Beatrice seemed to look outside while holding her book.

Roswaal walked to her.

"You have a reason to be here, I suppose?" Beatrice asked.

"It's juuuust… interesting to see you outside", Roswaal said.

Beatrice stood silent.

"Something has changed abooout you…", Roswaal pointed out.

Beatrice stood silent.

"I'm guessing it's Suuubaru who made that.", Roswaal said.

Beatrice still stood silent but her expression seemed to change.

"I see… Heee did do something fooor you", Roswaal said.

Beatrice continued looking outside.

"We just have a… promise…", Beatrice said.

"A promise you say…", Roswaal said.

He continued looking at Beatrice.

"Hmm… I suppose he has an interesting effect on you…", Roswaal said and touched Beatrice's shoulder.

"Huh?" Beatrice looked at Roswaal.

"Let's see what that effect wiiiill do.", Roswaal said as he slowly left.

As he slowly left Beatrice looked back outside.

Her thoughts were on Subaru. She felt something off about him. She felt something familiar.

She tried to think what that feeling could be.

Who Subaru could be.

She tried to think. Tried to think about what she remembers about Subaru. All the moments she can think of.

That black hair, those scary… No calming eyes, that weird suit he wears.

("Hi I'm Subaru!") She remembered things he said.

"Subaru…", She said without thinking.

("I KNOW YOU LOOK FOR A PERSON!")

("I know you…")

As the words repeated, she started to hold her book tighter and tighter.

("Hi Beako!")

("Please, give me a chance.")

His voice, even his voice.

("Wait for me…")

("Wait for me…")

("Wait for me…") This line repeated in her mind over and over again.

("I will give you a happy life again.")

"Again…"

There was more. She knew there was more.

"That person… He…"

("I will give you a happy life again.")

("Wait for me…")

("Please, give me a chance.")

("Hi Beako!")

("I know you…")

("I KNOW YOU LOOK FOR A PERSON!")

("Hi I'm Subaru!")

("Beatrice, please help me.")

Her eyes opened widely.

"He… He is not… He is not that person…"

("Please help me")

"But he…"

("I am Natsuki Subaru.")

"He…"

Her book dropped to the ground as the last words hit.

"Who… Who is he…",

She had no idea what they meant, she had no idea what those memories were. She had no idea who he was. But she felt something. She felt him.

She looked back on her book and kneel to grab it. As she kneel a drop of tear went down to the book.

As she realized she touched her face, feeling the tears.

She cleaned off her tears and stood up, looking back at her book. She was scared to think more, try to delve more about Subaru. She looked back outside one more time and saw the stars.

"There are a lot of stars…", Beatrice said, not knowing why her attention went to them.

And then she turned around and walked back to the library as she held her book tight.
