(part 3)

As Ady slept on... In a hazy dream-world all her own, The Doctor thought long and hard.

This female was a very long way from home. She may have had a fellow visitor... or more?

He knew he must quickly find any others... of Her kind... Before more lives were ruined.

And a new colony of Hydroxiyans was begun... on a new water planet... Earth!

As The Doctor was deep in thought, Rose was busy watching the TARDIS monitoring systems.

She was watching for the tell-tale signs of the female Hydroxiyan 'Life-signs', as provided

by the data that had been on hand, from the insanely huge library the TARDIS contained.

The Doctor had programmed a search into the numerous scanning devices on board.

If there was another Hydroxiyan anywhere on the Earth, they would be 'netted' soon.

Evening time. Just after Midnight... The sound of far-off ship horns. Fog coming into old

San Francisco... Near the Golden Gate... And the waters of the Bay. A homeless man

was trying to catch a fish with what little bait and the simple hand-made pole he had.

Not far away, 'Something' came out of the water... Unseen by him. It approached.

Before he turned, at the sound of squishy feet... She turned into a blonde.

A typical, 30-ish, California, Tanned at the Beach Blonde. A stunner, for sure!

"Why... Hello, there! How you doing... Mister? Catch anything... Yet?"
