A valley of breathtaking beauty lay ahead of them. There were patches of the greenest grass the girls had ever seen, and beautiful flowers of all kinds bloomed in them. Vibrant fruit-laden trees were scattered all around. A charming little village of colorful cottages stood in the center of the valley. But the thing the girls immediately drew their attention to, was a massive rainbow arch perched over everything. On the ends of the rainbow that were contacting the slopes, a strange rainbow-colored liquid formed from it and flowed down the slopes which formed a river that ran through the valley.

The girls were stunned beyond words. Even Buttercup, who was uncertain at first, was taken aback to how amazing this land was.

"Beautiful, isn't eet?" The breezie asked from behind them. When the girls turned around, they saw a natural archway similar to the one they had entered, but the chiseled drawings were of humans rather than ponies. The breezie was floating right next to it.

"Little breezie, it's so beautiful!" Bubbles exulted with the biggest smile on her face.

"I can't believe it!" Blossom said completely flabbergasted.

"I 'ear zat a lot." The breezie chuckled, "Would you actual-lee like to go een za valley?"

The girls all nodded excitedly at the same time as if they were all thinking the same thing.

"Splendid!" The breezie said, lightly clapping her hooves, "We need to go een anyway. I need to take you to ze pony zat sent me to look for 'elp, she'll tell you what's goeng on."

Bubbles' excitement at the prospect of meeting a real Pretty Puff Pony was overwhelming. She was biting her lip and clenching her fists trying to contain it.

"Come on, what are we waiting for!" she bubbled. She took her sisters by the arms and flew off into the valley, following the breezie.

They arrived in a pleasant little garden full of roses, gardenias, daisies, marigolds, and other lovely flowers. A nice white picket fence with flowers drawn on it surrounded the garden. The garden was accessed through a slender metal archway with symmetrical twists and curves in the metalwork. Flowering vines ascended the gate, transforming it into a much more elegant structure.

"Welcome to Glorious Gardens, one of ze pretteest gardens een zis land." The breezie explained, "Wait 'ere while I get ze madame."

The girls nodded, and the breezie flew through on of the gaps in the gate to get inside. The girls peered through the spaces between the bars, looking around the garden. They instantly turned their attention to a section of the garden where they heard some extremely nice humming. A cyan pony with cornflower blue mane was happily watering the flowers with a pink watering can. She was humming a lovely little tune and seemed to be lost in her own little world. On her right flank was a symbol of a blue bellflower. The girls' eyes kept growing as they took in this amazing sight. Bubbles was practically unable to hold back her gasps of delight. While not as passionate as Bubbles, her sisters were nonetheless enthralled by this real Pretty Puff Pony.

"There we go, nice and watered." she said, lightly stroking one of the roses. She placed her watering can down and sat down on a cast stone bench, satisfied with her work. She smiled pleasantly as she glanced up at the rainbow hanging above her.

"Madame Bellflower, I've returned!" The breezie called out. She immediately turned to the speaker and let out a delighted cry.

"Oh, Glitter Glow! You're back!" Bellflower exclaimed. Her voice was very mellifluous as if she sang every word she spoke. She galloped over to her and the breezie, whose name was just revealed, gave her a big hug.

"Oh, I missed you zo much." She said. But then she started to look around as if something was lost. "Where's Apple Aster?"

"He's picking apples in the orchard." Bellflower explained, "Oh, we must go see him right away! He'll be so happy to see you too."

On the other side of the flower garden, three rows of red delicious apple trees were being grown and harvested. Up on a ladder picking some apples was a teal pony with crimson red mane. On his left flank was a symbol of five apple slices that were arranged like a star.

"Honey, Glitter's back! Come look!" Bellflower called from below the ladder. He peered down and cried out in surprise.

"GLITTER!" he exclaimed, sliding down the ladder. Glitter wrapped her arms around him, and he cradled her in his hoof.

Just then, music began to play from an unknown source, and it sounded like a whole orchestra. The powerpuff girls searched the area for a source, but all they found were flowers and trees. A light seemed to beam from each pony at that moment, and they all took a big breath.

"Uh…what are they doing?" Buttercup whispered. Bubbles squealed in delight.

Bellflower sang,

"The sun is shining brightly,

And the blue birds are chirping,

And the rainbow in the sky,

Is lighting the way."

Then Apple Aster broke into verse,

"What a happy moment,

That we're all together,

So, the blues that were once there,

Have now gone away."

Then the music stopped, and the light stopped shining on them. Now Buttercup's astonishment had swiftly turned into annoyance. These ponies were beginning to resemble the cutesy-wootsy nonsense that they were advertised as. She sneered her ugliest grimace and averted her gaze from the ponies.

"Seriously though, it's been so long. I was starting to get worried about you." He sighed. He spoke with a slight southern accent. Once they finished hugging, Glitter Glow flew back up to their point of view.

"Sorry, time works diffairéntly een ze other land. I wish eet didn't 'ave to be zat way." Glitter apologized, "But I found zé heroes zat you 'ave been askéng for."

The two ponies gasped, and Bellflower even placed a hoof her chest.

"That's wonderful!" she chorused, "Where are they?"

Glitter pointed to the gate, and they immediately noticed the girls there, who were also staring at them in astonishment. "Oh…no." Buttercup cringed to herself.

"Why, come on in. Don't be shy, dearies." Bellflower urged, motioning them to come. Bubbles didn't hesitate for a second. She flew as fast as a lightning bolt to the ponies.

"PONIES!" she shouted at the top of her lungs. She got up to their faces with the biggest stars in her eyes. Her heart was all aflutter with joy. She was standing in front of a group of real-life Pretty Puff Ponies, whom she had always admired. It was almost too much joy for her to bear. The ponies, on the other hand, continued to smile at her and even tilted their heads slightly. But before she could actually say anything, her sisters hurriedly pulled her away from them so she wouldn't be so uncomfortably close. She fought hard to free herself from their grasp.

"Sorry about her, she's a real big fan of the Pretty Puff Ponies." Blossom explained to the ponies.

"Hehehe, it's alright." Bellflower reassured with a big smile, "That is how a lot of humans react to us."

Bubbles was eventually able to free herself and restore her composure. Following that, there was a brief awkward silence like nobody knew what to say to each other.

"So…" Blossom said, breaking the ice, "I'm Blossom and these are my sister, Bubbles and Buttercup. Together we are the Powerpuff Girls."

"You all have lovely names!" the cyan pony smiled, "I'm Bellflower, and this is my dear husband, Apple Aster."

"Howdy there." He said, doing a tip of the hat gesture to them.

"And I'm sure you've met our kind guardian breezie, Glitter Glow." She said, looking at the breezie on her shoulder, "She's like a part of the family to us."

"Ah yes, me and ze girls had pléntay of time to get propairly acquainted." Glitter said, fluttering in the air but under her breath she said, "maybe a little too well."

"It's so nice to meet you all! The garden that y'all are growing is so beautiful!" Bubbles complimented. The ponies were delighted to hear that and began to blush.

"Why thank you dearie!" Bellflower smiled.

"We do our best!" Apple Aster affirmed, with a face full of pride. Buttercup looked around confused.

"Sooo…what's the problem then?" Buttercup asked, "Everything looks fine to me."

Just then, the whole demeanor on the ponies changed in an instant. They went from joyful to solemn at an alarming amount of time.

"Everything is not fine." Bellflower lamented. The girls were taken aback.

"Well then, what's wrong." Blossom asked. Bellflower closed her eyes and sighed deeply. The girls could tell that this was a difficult subject for her.

"Oh, it is quite pitiful." She began, "You see, the pretty puff ponies are full of love, joy, and music. But lately, there had been a group of ponies full of hate, despair, and silence."

Apple Aster butted in, "They've been going around the valley spreading their meanness and disrupting so many other ponies."

"We can't do anything about it because it is against the way of the Pretty Puff Pony to fight. Which is why we need your help to stop them." Bellflower urged, looking straight at the Powerpuff Girls with such clarity in her eyes.
