Chapter 1
Hello everyone, and welcome to my new story titled Adventures at UA High. Yeah, a new My Hero Academia fanfic story that will have my OC replace one student in class 1-A. Let's just say she will be replacing a certain pervert a lot of fans both like and hate. With that said, let's get on with the chapter. And despite what the title says, it's not at the school for most of the story.
We start off in Class 1-A of U.A. after the Entrance Exams, where we see a lot of interesting students, but we're focused on one particular student. She was a very tall teenager, standing at a height of 8'5 and was very muscular. She had above average body measurements, but they looked bigger because of her height. She also had chin length raven hair and blue eyes.
She was also wearing the standard UA female uniform that consisted of a white button up shirt, red tie, grey jacket with green accents, green skirt, knee high socks and brown shoes. What sets her uniform from most of the others is that the jacket and shirt were sleeveless, showing off her muscular arms, and she wore sport shorts under her skirt, just in case of very short perverts or perverts with shrinking Quirks were to peek at under her skirt. This young, but very tall woman is Annya Nakamura.
Annya's Quirk is Juggernaut. She is very strong, and when she gets moving, it's near impossible to stop her.
She was listening to a boy with glasses talking to another boy with messy blonde hair, as the one with glasses was telling him to take his feet off the desk, which the blonde was apparently making threats to him. The one with glasses was called Tenya Iida, while the boy with messy blonde hair was Katsuki Bakugou.
Annya also noticed that she wasn't the only abnormal looking one, as her height usually gives her away. She noticed a girl that was invisible, a blonde boy with a tail, and even a girl with pink skin and hair and yellow horn-like protrusions coming from her head. Heck, there was even a student with multiple, webbed arms that he didn't have sleeves on them.
"I see you made it into U.A. too, Ann." Came a nasally, feminine voice to the tall girl. Annya looked over to see a short girl of 4'11, though she was hunched over a bit, had long, dark green hair that it was actually tied in a bow towards the bottom and had black iris' in her eyes. She wore the school uniform too.
"Tsu, it's awesome you made it in to UA too!" Annya said excitedly to the girl, who was now name Tsuyu Asui.
"The robots were tough, though they had nothing on the agility I have. Ribbit. I'm guessing you plowed right through them with your Quirk?" Tsu asked her tall friend.
"Yeah, once I get going, it's kinda hard to stop me." Annya said, with a sheepish smile on her face. Just then, they heard Iida say 'It's him.' as they both looked towards the door with the rest of the class to see a boy with kinda messy green hair.
Iida had walked up to the boy to introduce himself, but was interrupted by the boy introducing himself as Izuku Midoriya.
"Isn't that the guy who I heard had messed up his legs and arm in the Entrance Exam?" Tsu asked.
"Yeah, I think it is. Guess he has no control over his Quirk." Annya said.
Just then, a girl with brown hair that was in a bob style except for the two long strands in the front walked in and started talking with Midoriya.
"Wait, isn't she the one I heard about saving that Midoriya kid after he took down the huge robot?" Annya asked.
"Yeah, turns out she uses gravity powers, at least that's what I heard. Ribbit." Tsu said.
That's when everyone heard from out of the room, "If you're just here to make friends, then you can pack up your stuff now." That's when everyone looked outside the door to see a man with long black hair, baggy eyes and stubble for facial hair in a yellow sleeping bag.
"Welcome to U.A.'s hero course." The man said, unzipping the bag a bit to finish some squeezable yogurt. He then got up and unzipped the rest of the sleeping bag.
"It took 8 seconds before you all shut up, that's not gonna work. Time is precious. Rational students would understand that." He said, getting out of his sleeping bag. He then starts to introduce himself.
"Hello, I'm Shota Aizawa, your teacher." The man, now known as Aizawa, introduced. He then added. "Right, let's get started. Put these on and head outside." He said, pulling out a blue track suit with white and red lines making the words UA, and a white and red lines going down the sides of the arms.
We then head outside, where all of Class 1-A shouts. "WHAT?! A QUIRK ASSESSMENT TEST!?"
"But orientation, we're gonna miss it!" Ochako said.
"If you want to make the big leagues, you can't waist it on ceremonies." Aizawa said, as Class 1-A moaned about. "Here at UA, we're not tethered to traditions. That means I get to run my class however I see fit."
"You've been taking standardized tests most of your lives, but you never got to use your Quirks in physical exams before." Aizawa said, holding up a phone with different physical tests on it. "The country is still trying to pretend we're created equal by not letting those with the most power excel. It's not rational. One day, the Ministry of Education will learn."
"Bakugou, you managed to get the most points on the Entrance Exam, though Nakamura came to a pretty close second, just a point behind Bakugou. What was your farthest distance thrown with a softball when you both were in Junior High?" Aizawa asked.
"67 meters, I think." Bakugou said.
"I think mine was 80 meters, and that's only when I threw it softly." Annya said.
"Right. Try doing it with your Quirks." Aizawa said. We then see Bakugo enter the 'Distance Throwing' area. "Anything goes, just stay in the circle. Go on, you're wasting our time." He told Bakugou.
"All right, you asked for it." Bakugou said, as he stretched. 'I'll add a little heat to my pitch and drop their jaws.' Bakugou thought, as he threw the ball, using his Explosion Quirk.
"That's a pretty powerful Quirk he's got." Annya whispered to herself in awe.
"All of you need to know your maximum capabilities. It's the most rational way of figuring out your potential as a Pro Hero." Aizawa said, as he showed Bakugou had threw the ball 705.2 meters, which impressed the other students.
"Whoa, 705 meters? Are you kidding me?" Asked Kaminari.
"I wanna go, that looks like fun!" Mina exclaimed.
"This is what I'm talking about, using our Quirks as much as we want." Sero said.
"So, this looks fun, huh?" Aizawa said, getting the kid's attention. "You have 3 years here to become a hero. You think it's gonna be games and playtime? Idiots. Today, you will compete in 8 physical tests to gauge your potential. Whoever comes in last will have none, and will be expelled immediately."
'Expelled?! That's brutal.' Annya thought.
"Like I said, I get to decide how this class runs, understand." Aizawa said, then added. "If that's a problem, you can head home right now."
'Man, I can see some are ready for what's in store. As for that Midoriya kid, he's not looking so good.' Annya thought, as she was looking right at Midoriya. Midoriya had a worried look, and was sweating.
"You can't send one of us home! I mean, we just got here!" Ochako complained, then added. "Even if it wasn't the first day, that isn't fair!"
"Oh, and you think natural disasters are? Or power hungry villains?" Aizawa asked. "Or catastrophic accidents that wipe out whole cities? No. The world is full of unfairness. It's a heroes job to combat this unfairness. If you want to be a pro, you're gonna have to push yourself to the brink."
"For the next three years, UA will throw one terrible hardship after another at you. So go beyond, Plus Ultra style." Aizawa said, as he did the 'Come here' motion with his finger. "Show me it's no mistake you are here."
Every student in class 1-A was mentally preparing for what Aizawa prepared for them, and Annya was no exception.
"Now then, we're just wasting time by talking." Aizawa said. "Let the games begin."
The first test was the 50-meter dash. The first two to go were Tenya Iida and Annya Nakamura. They both ready themselves at the starting line. Once the starting gun went off, they both took off pretty fast.
Iida ran fast because of his Quirk, Engine, which he had engines in his calves that made him go fast. As for Annya, she was able to keep up with Iida, not really for speed sake, but because of how strong and long her legs were. Her height, strength and strides made her able to keep up with someone like Iida. They both finished in 3.04 seconds.
After they were done, more pairs went, as some used their Quirks to help. Mina used her Acid Quirk to slide on the ground, Todoroki using his ice for the same reason and Bakugou using his Explosions to his advantage yet again.
The next test was grip strength, where everyone was testing how strong their grip was with a digital machine. Annya's grip was so strong, she broke her Grip Strength Machine.
"Wow, you're grip was so strong, it broke the machine!" Sero exclaimed.
"I guess I just don't know my own strength." Annya sheepishly said.
The third test was the Standing Long Jump. There were some that used their Quirks to jump past the sand that was usually meant to land in, like Annya, Bakugou and Aoyama
The fourth test was Repeated side steps. For this, the students had to test their reflexes while stepping side-to-side. Despite her size, Annya had an easy time doing this one as well.
Test number five was was the ball throw, which was demonstrated earlier. There were some that got a couple hundred meters, while there were some that got a little more than that. Annya had gotten a score of 1762 meters, only being beaten by Ochako, who used her Gravity Quirk to throw the ball for an infinite distance, which shocked everyone, apparently.
When it got to Midoriya, everyone was waiting. When he was about to use his Quirk while throwing the ball, his powers had suddenly stopped mid throw and he had only threw it 36 meters because of that. "What gives? I was trying to use it now." He said, referring to using his Quirk.
"I erased your Quirk." Came the voice of Mr. Aizawa, as the class looked to him. "The judges for this exam, were not rational enough. Someone like you should not be allowed to enroll at this school."
"Wait, you did what to my... Wait, those goggles, I know you! You can look at someone and cancel out their powers. The Erasure hero: Eraser Head!" Midoriya said, as it left most of the other kids confused on who he was.
"I heard of him. I think he works on the down-low." Tsu said.
"You're not ready. You don't have control over your power." Aizawa said, then asked. "Were you planning to break your bones again? Counting on someone else to save your useless body?"
"No, that's not what I was trying to do!" Midoriya exclaimed, as Aizawa then grabbed him with the bandage-like scarf that was worn around his neck.
"No matter what your intentions are, you would be nothing more than a liability in battle!" Aizawa told Midoriya. "You have the same reckless passion as another over-zealous hero I know, one who save a thousand people and became a legend. But even with that drive, you're worthless if you can throw a single punch before breaking down.
"Sorry, Midoriya. With your power, there's no way you can become a hero." Aizawa said to Midoriya.
'Man, even if that's true, that's a bit brutal.' Annya thought.
Aizawa then let go of Midoriya and deactivated his Quirk. "I returned your impractical Quirk. Take your final throw. Hurry and get it over with." He said.
Everyone was waiting for Midoriya to make his throw, as Annya watched him closely. 'What secrets are you hiding, Midoriya?' She thought in her head.
Midoriya then used One For All in only his fingertip of his index finger, as he threw the ball and it went pretty far, reaching a total of 705.3 meters. His finger was purple and broken after that.
This impressed the whole class, especially Mr. Aizawa. 'Midoriya has a pretty strong quirk!' Annya thought.
Okay, I think I will hold it off there for now. Yeah, Annya knows Tsu from middle school, and is pretty good at the tests Aizawa planned thanks to her Quirk. Hope you all enjoyed. See ya.
