Kim Possible: The Sitch Of College: Anniversary
Chapter 1: Anticipation
AN: This story takes place before my Year's End story.
It was mid May 2006. It was the end of afternoon cheer practice and Kim was just getting ready to leave the girls locker room. She was also humming happily to herself because today wasn't just any old day of her life. It was a happy day involving her and a certain someone close to her.
"You seem happy about something," A voice snapped Kim out of her thoughts.
Kim turned to see Christine, who had just spoken, and the rest of the cheerleaders smiling at her. The only cheerleader not present at the time was Giselle.
"Ron is treating me to dinner at our apartment," Kim explained.
"Ooh, what's the occasion?" Sophie asked.
"Me and Ron's anniversary," Kim answered.
"But I thought you didn't get married until August sometime," Alexa pointed out.
"Yeah, that was a little while before you came down here for college," Emma added.
"She's not talking about their wedding anniversary," Tara spoke up.
"She's talking about when she and Ron got together at Junior Prom," Hope added. She then turned to Kim. "Right, Kim?"
"That's right," Kim said, excitedly. "It's been almost two years since me and Ron had our first date at Junior Prom."
"Ooh, that is exciting!" Sophie commented.
"Isn't that right around the same time those evil kiddie meal toys attacked...?" Christine stopped short when she noticed the other girls looking at her. "Never mind."
"So, Kim, what are you and Ron doing to celebrate?" Marcella asked.
"Ron is making dinner tonight for our almost-anniversary," Kim answered.
"Almost anniversary?" Liz said, confused.
"Monique came up with that name," Kim pointed out. "Our real anniversary is tomorrow. That's when Ron will be taking me to a very special dinner."
"Ooh, that also sounds exciting!" Sophie said in excitement.
"But where is he taking you?" Christine asked Kim.
"He wants it to be a surprise," Kim replied. "I tried to get him to tell me, but he insisted on surprising me."
"I'm guessing you tried to use the puppy dog pout on him?" Hope guessed.
"Yep," Kim groaned.
"And he resisted it," Tara guessed.
"Right, again," Kim groaned, again. "But I am still excited to find out where he'll be taking me."
"Well, I hope you have a great time," Emma spoke up.
"Me too," Alexa added.
"All of us too," Sophie added.
Kim smiled, "Thanks, girls."
Kim walked out of the girl's locker room and saw that Ron was waiting for her outside.
Kim ran over to her husband and kissed him which he happily returned.
After breaking the kiss, Kim cooed, "Hiya, Ronnie."
"Hiya, KP, my most badical bride," Ron cooed.
"Shall we head back to the apartment for dinner?" Kim asked.
"Actually, I was thinking we could go for a walk in the park first?" Ron asked. "I'm game if you are."
"Sounds good, my badical one and only," Kim said, sounding sultry. "And I'm so... game!"
