Hey, everyone welcome back to day 11, only three more left ahh I'm so excited I never thought I'd be able to keep up with this fic. Anyway, this story is once again inspired by Werreginx's work, this time it's the sequel to Lost Hearts' Lullaby; Save Sever Sanctify. This is more of a dabble I guess I really had a little trouble with the premise of the prompt so if it's not as good as the other chapters that is why. I tried to spice it up as best I could but, in the end, I did my best. I hope you enjoy it.

They thought he was gone. After the last battle with the Foretellers, Ventus sacrificed himself to save Dakota, ultimately causing his death. Dakota was left heartbroken over the loss, but she didn't expect the Master of Masters to bring him back as the seventh Foreteller. The two later reunited in Travers Town, but Ven wasn't the same. He didn't remember her, but the Princess of Friendship knew her boyfriend was still there somewhere. After chatting for a bit, they realized how unhappy they were with their situations and broke off from their groups to heal.

"So, you really have no memories of who I am?" Dakota asked as she gathered firewood.

"No, sorry." He replied, shaking his head,

"What about Aqua and Terra? You've known them longer than I have."

"Not even them. I can't remember anything from the past few years," Ven replied,

"Then what do you remember? I doubt the Master left you a blank slate." She questioned, hands on her hips,

"All I remember is my past in Daybreak Town and the Dandelions, that's all." He answered simply,

Dakota nodded, satisfied with the answer, and went back to work.

Ventus did feel kind of bad that he couldn't remember his own girlfriend, but at the same time, he had a purpose to fill. He'll get around to it eventually, but for now, he's going to enjoy the peace and quiet.

There was something about Dakota's smile and kindhearted nature that made Ventus feel drawn to her. Maybe deep in his heart, he remembers her and wants to stay by her side, but the Masters' pride kept him from falling in love with her completely. After all, he wasn't her boyfriend; Ventus was Dakota's boyfriend, and he wasn't Ventus. He sighed as he stroked her head, it was a rough day, and Dakota needed the comfort, so he allowed her to snuggle up in hopes of her heart reaching Ven's.

Seeing her break down in tears as she held her boyfriend moved Superbia a little bit. It's not like he needed her, but he felt sympathy seeing how hurt she was over the ordeal. It was a cruel trick of the Master, creating a new being while he had Ventus's body. It made his skin crawl, though it wasn't the first time the Master of Masters caused great pain to those around him.

"I, I thought I would never see you again." Dakota cried as she hugged her lover, "I thought I lost you for good."

"I'm so sorry I left you heartbroken, Dakota. I promise I've been fighting for control. It's just the Master's sin is stronger than I thought. I know you're hurting but hang on a little longer. I'll find a way to fix this. I'm not giving up on us." Ventus promised, kissing her head, and he disappeared, leaving Dakota to cry out the last bit of sorrow. When she awoke, her eyes were red and puffy, but she smiled, a bright fire was ignited in her heart, and she wasn't going to let the Master have his way in taking the love of her life away.

"Are you okay?" Superbia questioned, rubbing her back. "You were crying really hard last night."

"I'm fine. My heart aches, but I'm better knowing Ventus is still here. Thank you, you helped heal my heart." Dakota spoke, kissing his cheek.

"Don't mention it. I can't have you grieving before the final battle. The Master expects this one to be big." He replied, slightly flustered, "Anyway, pull yourself together. We have things to do today."

Dakota nodded, splashed some water on her face, and cleaned up.

It was fun traveling together. There was something about fighting the witches and spiting the Foretellers that felt satisfying. Dakota was a good companion and held her own very well. Both friends enjoyed themselves and healed the broken hearts they suffered from, but alas, all good things must come to an end.

"I have to go, the Master's calling me," Superbia said,

"Do you have to go? I've been having so much fun." Dakota replied,

"Sorry, but the final battle is upon us. I have to be ready; I promise we'll cross paths eventually, and when we do, I expect you to be ready to fight for your love." He replied, walking through a corridor of light. Dakota felt sad seeing Ventus go, but she knew she had to be strong if there were any hopes of saving her boyfriend.

And the time to save him came a few hours later. Roxas was fighting the Seventh Foreteller and nearly got gravely injured when Dakota used a forcefield to intervene.

"Roxas, are you okay?" She questioned, running to his side,

"Yes, I'm fine, thanks to you. What did the Master do to Ven?"

"It's a long story. Go help the others; I'll handle this." Dakota insisted,

"What are you crazy?! You saw what he nearly did to me. There's no way I'm leaving you alone with him."

"Roxas, this is between me and my boyfriend. We don't have time to argue the Master is going to kidnap the Princess's; Go, I can do this." She pleaded,

Roxas understood and ran off to join the others.

"Now for you, I'm getting my boyfriend back, and no sin of the Master is going to get in my way!"

"Glad to see your light is burning strong, but it's going to take more to defeat me," Superbia warned, charging at her. Dakota was able to dodge and parry easily. If there was one thing she knew about pride, it was overconfidence. Using that as an opening, she used her Keyblade to enter Ven's heart to defeat the sin once and for all.

"Thank you, Master Ava." She thanked to herself since the kind Foreteller taught her the spell.

"So, this was your plan?" The Lion Masked Foreteller asked, "To sacrifice your heart to save your boyfriend."

"No, my plan was to get rid of you from the inside out. No sin is welcome here, and it's about time we finished this.' Dakota stated, pointing her Keyblade at him, Ventus and Vanitas by her side, ready to fight for their freedom.

"Huh, foolish words from a foolish girl." He retorted but decided to humor them.

The battle was tough on all of them, but in the end, the three welders of light banished the sin, and the fog in Ventus's mind began to clear he was in control again. The two awoke in the real-world relief, washing over both of them.

"Thank you, Dakota. I didn't doubt you for a moment." Ventus smiled, hugging his girlfriend,

"Oh, Ven I… I'm so happy you're safe. I never stopped fighting for you, my love." She replied,

"Neither did I. But the battle isn't over. The Master is still waiting for us."

"Then we'll come to him that'll show them what happens when you get in the way of a Princess's one true love," Dakota smirked, her eyes sparkling with determination.

"Well, let's hope the Foretellers are ready. Because I am never letting them take you away from me again." Ventus returned the smile and kissed his soulmate.

Even though the battle was far from over, Dakota and Ventus's hearts were stronger than the darkest darkness. A love that the Foretellers have underestimated time and time again.

I love it when my fan made ship gets cheesy. Next prompt is a short one called Cuddles and Kisses this one is more of a dabble.
